Since the first time I been here always it been 5 star!!

They have a completely different staff than the last time I was there, prompt friendly service, fresh food. Great experience.

We haven't been to an IHOP in years, but I'm so glad we came back today! Daisy provided us with the best service!!! She was friendly, professional, and attentive! Our food was good. And we will definitely be back and ask for Daisy.

Me and my husband visited this location today our waitress was Ms Dawn.. her customer service was outstanding..not to mention her outstanding ray of sunshine personality made our experience well worth dining in..we will definitely be back especially to visit Ms Dawn..

We came back to the Burleson IHOP because our last visit was so great—and once again, it didn’t disappoint! The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the whole place felt welcoming. The best part? The music! It was upbeat, fun, and I knew every song. It made breakfast feel like such a good vibe. Between the food, service, and atmosphere, this IHOP is definitely our new go to.

Mia and Yaneli were the best ever! They made the atmosphere great, very helpful and kept us laughing. Definitely need more people like these two wonderful women here today! Will definitely come back because of them and their service.

Not a huge fan of IHOP (chain restaurants), however my aunt wanted to go here. I had the steak tips & they were actually really tasty. The server, Don or Dan... can't remember, was really great and attentive even with having several varying tasks to tend to. Give him a raise.

Everytime I go to IHOP it's been excellent service. They're quick, attentive, and the food is good. You can never go wrong with the Split Decision.

The food was amazing and I ordered an omelette with a lot of cheese and the cook, Scott made my omelette perfect! The best place to eat. My girls and me absolutely loved the waitress Mia. Everyone go eat there and have Scott make your food!!

We've been to a LOT of IHOPs over time, but this one was by far the best! They were super busy on this Saturday morning, and yet there wasn't a very long wait time to be seated. The lady up front made sure our table was clean and dry before ushering us to it and providing us with menus. Our server, Treva, was fast, efficient, and professional, yet very friendly, polite, and full of sincere smiles. She patiently answered our questions about the availability of turkey sausage. Our food came out in a very reasonable amount of time. We noticed the presence of 5 line cooks and several servers. Although working hard to serve all tables as quickly as possible, the whole staff seemed quite cordial with customers and one another. We will definitely be back again when we come through Burleson!

Really enjoyed the family outing & IHOP Burleson made the day get off to a fantastic start! Kevin (our waiter) was prompt, courteous, and went out of his busy way to fill drinks and verify any of our needs. Oh, the food was delicious, hot, and exactly what we asked for. Give it a go for any time of day breakfast, lunch, or dinner items.

They Are open inside! Wait staff are nice and enthusiastic. Friendly people and great prices. Our waiter was extra friendly and even sang us a song.

Ramon is definitely experienced and knows hows to handle customers. It’s not only a place to eat but the customers service was excellent! Definitely Melissa the manager and Ramon make a great team!

This IHOP was the first place I ever worked, over 15 years ago and going back is still nostalgic. I took my partner and baby for breakfast and we all enjoyed the food and service.

Had to wait 5 minutes at the front before a greeter came to seat us and that was a little irritating but none of that matter once our server Brittany came to our table! Exceptional customer service! Refills popped up without being asked for and plates were cleared out of the way without asking. She's very observant, easy going, and friendly! As far as food everytging was great, the guys in the kitchen were excellent this afternoon with prompt fresh food! Thank ya'll for helping my family start the day off on a good note!

This location used to not be good at all. However, something changed and they are now nlmuch better. I went on a Saturday and the food and service was great.

My son and I wanted breakfast at 3pm on Friday 1/30/26 so we came here. We were greeted by Mauri and Michelle, both were super sweet and did a great job. The food was delicious as usual, and my son tried the French toast and was impressed on how thick it was and tasty. Great ladies!!

Love Mauri!! She's has to be the sweetest waitress there!!! They're all sweet, but Mauri is a whole other level of sweet! Whenever I go in there, I always want Mauri as my waitress. She makes sure my eggs are done the way I like them and if they're not, she goes out of her way to make them right. Today, a customer said she was rude and I know that's a lie 🤥!! I was sitting 5 feet away from the customer that said Mauri was rude and she wasn't rude to the customer at all. Perhaps the customer was having a bad day and took it out on Mauri, but Mauri looked genuinely sad 😢 and hurt 🤕. As many times as I have been there, I've never seen her look like that. Despite that, she still kept a smile on her face while serving me and others; even though I could tell her feelings were hurt 🤕. If the manager is reading this, please thank Mauri for her excellent customer service skills and thank you for employing such a sweetheart as her. Whoever reads this and goes to the I-Hop in Burleson, I recommend Mauri. She's the best I've seen at this establishment so far. May God bless and everyone. Thank you for reading.

Great food, better service. Our waitress was helpful with finding the right menu item based on the cravings I told her I had. Ha. The dining room was clean and the restrooms were even cleaner. Even a manager came over to make sure our visit was enjoyable, which led to a conversation. Her name was Melissa, I believe. I have been to other IHOPs, always good, but this location was definitely the first 5 star experience.

Me and my family stopped by on a busy Friday morning. We were so impressed with the food and service. Management really has made some changes from even a few months back! The young lady Melissa greeted us at the door with a very welcoming smile even with a restaurant full of people. She walked us to the table and made my kids happy with little conversations. She even stopped by to make sure we were taken care of our entire visit. The steak tips were very fresh and We also got New York cheesecake pancakes and they were great! I would not work there, I can't imagine listening my whole shift, I was ready to jump off a cliff and I was only there for my meal!!

This is my favorite IHOP location! The wait times vary depending on the time and day you visit but for the most part it isn't too terrible. Staff is great, from the hostess, to the servers, to everyone! For this specific visit we got Ramon as our server - can't say enough good things - attentive, funny, kind & fast. We will keep coming back.

A nice place to meet up and enjoy a very good breakfast with great service and a smile. They even sang happy birthday to me before we left. Some times it's the little things people do that can make or break your day. They made my day brighter. I ordered their dbl blueberry pancakes. They even warmed my blueberry syrup for me. The pancakes are always delicious and perfect. That's all I order so I can't speak of any other foods they serve. Pricing is always fair considering the generous amount of food they serve.

Always a good late night option, and there were no other customers around 1 AM so it was great! The food was cooked fast, and to perfection. I had a steak egg white omelette that did not disappoint at all, and my partner had the Colorado omelette that was also cooked perfectly. The waiter didn't bother us, but did make sure we had everything we needed, including refills.

Food was great, orders came out nicely. Service, that needs a lesson for our server. Didn't even have our drinks yet and was quickly asked, "Ready to order?" Not even a "Hello, I'm Sanayah. What can we start for you?" We were not even a 1/4 (quarter) of the way into our meal, & the check was dropped. 10 minutes later, "Are you ready to pay?". 5 minutes after that, a 2nd check was dropped off, & again, "Are you ready to pay?" Was craving I hop pancakes and got some decent ones from this location. I do miss the types of syrups IHOP use to have to pick from. Old fashioned can be boring at times.

We recently visited the Burleson IHOP and enjoyed a satisfying meal. We ordered omelettes, which were quite good, and as expected, the pancakes were already great. We also had a side of hash, which complemented our meal nicely. The service was impressive—our waitress was prompt, kind, and ensured we had everything we needed in a timely manner. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant could use some improvement. While the food and service were excellent, a bit more attention to tidiness would enhance the overall dining experience. Overall, it was a pleasant visit, and with a little extra care in maintaining cleanliness, it could be even better.

I was brought a completely different menu item than what I ordered. I sent it back but the waiter had to return to our table 3 times to ask questions about my order. When it finally came out, the side was not with it. It tasted great when I finally received it. The manager did remove the charge for my plate but we don't want to go back.

Not sure what was going on tonight. We came in hungry from traveling. No greeter at the front desk. A worker came to the front desk, did not acknowledge us, and went back to cleaning tables. Been awhile since I have been here. So, I took my family to breakfast and was a bit of a disappointment. The first thing I noticed was that my pancakes were overcooked and hard to chew. My wife and I have come here a few times in the past. Each visit was nice, but this last time will probably be our final visit. Now, I can usually overlook one or two things, but this time, it was not easy to ignore. Our servers were just not "there." Both of them were slow and unattatenive until we were about to leave, then they were kind enough to ask for a tip. Combined, they probably visited our table a total of four times, twice each, and thats it. The dressings and sides that usually come with our meal weren't there or just wrong. (exm: we got the appetizer sampler that usually comes with two dipping sauses, and neither were there. When they did bring them, the marinara sauce we got was actually cocktail sauce.) The food you could also tell had been sitting and waiting on the hot plate for a good 10 to 20 minutes by how stale the food had gotten later on. Finally, as we are about to leave, I ask if I could get a to go cup for my drink, something we do a lot. They decided to add this as an extra drink onto my order. I've never been charged extra to take a drink to go, and I was baffled. I can't turn a blind eye to this. The service tonight was truly awful, I'm sorry to say.

The food was decent although mine was cold after waiting almost an hour for it. Taking most of it home so I can warm it up. Amending my review a little. So when we mentioned that my food was cold, they took it off the ticket. That's how you handle customer service.

We went to get some food because we were craving breakfast and the cook was in the kitchen cursing the manager out as well as the servers. The services and manager did not do anything and were so sweet to us. We didn’t want to eat here because of his attitude and the fact that he was yelling over the food. He was probably spitting on it as he was yelling. We ended up canceling our orders and the other couple that came with us also left. We won’t be eating here again if he’s there. Went for Dinner New Year’s Eve. Group of 8. We had great service from DK. But the food was not good. 4 of us were not happy with what we received. I will speak only for myself though. I should have just stuck with breakfast but I ordered the new fisherman’s platter. A ) everyone laughed as they got huge plates of food and pancakes . B) i got 2 small greasy pieces of fish and 5 shrimp that might as well been popcorn shrimp. C) They do not have tartar sauce or malt vinegar for the fish. Those condiments should be standard if you are serving fish and chips plates. Glad there was food at the party.

Honestly had one of the worst experiences last night. We went in around 10:30-11, a rare treat for us because we have differing schedules. Everything was fine until after we ordered and were waiting for our food. The kitchen was loud and being rude to the servers (maybe it was banter but it definitely didn’t come off that way) I ordered pot roast and when it came to the table it was so unappealing first the pot roast was about three bites worth and looked incredibly dry, there was no sauce with it and the mashed potatoes looked like the y had been cooked in a bag and rolled onto the plate. I said “is this a joke” and the server said. “I asked that too and I was told this is the correct portion.” I sent it back and could hear the kitchen clear as day “yeah I’m not surprised it’s a wonder we have never sold one pot roast. So like what do they want?” The server was like nothing then asked what to do with the plate. We had also ordered a side of gravy for my wife’s hashbrowns which had not come to the table and we weren’t going to ask for again but then a few minuets later our server was arguing with the cooks over if they dropped the correct pancake and I guess noticed the gravy he asked why there was a gravy in the pass and the cook said “it was for your table with the pot roast I guess you don’t need it now.” And then another server said “who orders pot roast with white gravy?” In a disgusted tone. At that point we were done. I’m not gonna lie we made a scene we got up and I was like “can I just get the check cause I don’t want to be here anymore.” They were really confused and my wife was like “we can hear y'all talking shit about us.” The cook yelled back so I repeated what they had said and one of the servers looked mortified but the cook just yelled back so my wife went to the register to get our check and when she asked for the MOD we weren’t told the cook was the MOD. We left and went to Waffle House, we will not be back to this IHOP.

Went the other day. It was super slow in that one waitress had 10 or more tables and basically no one in the back. This is what we get for going in the evening instead of morning rush. Mornings are generally better at this place, stay away if you want pancakes for dinner!

This was the nastiest place ever, don’t ever eat there. The customer service was terrible, we had to wait for five minutes to be seated, another five minutes for the server. But there was hardly anyone there and the food was lousy. I only ordered French toast breakfast with shell eggs soft scrambled. Eggs over cooked and cold, French toast was cold the butter wouldn’t melt. The table was cleaned with a greasy rag, we had to clean it again ourselves, this was at 10:00 am on Monday morning and they were not busy. My advice to you is to not go there, big mistake

I received an undercooked pancake today

As a customer, do not expect to have any real communication with the staff. They prefer standing in the kitchen and blabbing. One was standing talking on the phone with someone's food right in front of her. She didn't prepare anything for 4 minutes while talking. As a Delivery Driver, walk up to them and tell them their order. They avoid looking at you and will let you stand there for 10 minutes if you don't make a move. Disrespectful workers who don't want to work

The last couple of times I have been here, I opened the door and walked in and stood there for far too long without being greeted. Restaurant employees are walking back-and-forth, and they do not acknowledge you at all. We literally did not even eat there. The last two times I wanted to IHOP, we ended up walking out the door because we waited for an unreasonable amount of time before deciding to go somewhere else. It used to not be like this.

If you like hair in your food and rude service, this is the place for you. Otherwise, skip it.

I visited IHOP today with a craving for steak tips, eggs, and grits — I even passed up Waffle House just to come here. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. When I began placing my order, my server Chrissy interrupted me mid-sentence to “go check” with the kitchen to see if they had the steak tips. She later explained the truck had just arrived, but the way it was handled felt unprofessional and rushed. I also tried to order grits, but was told they no longer serve them — and instead of suggesting an alternative, I had to ask. When it came to pancakes, I wanted pecans, but that wasn’t available either. Chrissy suggested the pecan syrup instead, which I agreed to — but when the meal arrived, she forgot to bring it. I also asked for steak sauce, which they didn’t have.On a positive side the coffee was awesome. Throughout the visit, she didn’t seem very attentive or genuine about my needs as a guest. However, when it was time to pay and I hadn’t left right away, she asked twice if I needed anything — it felt like she was rushing me out. Overall, the service lacked care, attentiveness, and hospitality. I left feeling very displeased with the visit and will likely think twice before choosing this IHOP location again.

The kid really wanted to eat here. I wish I would have said no. The food was blah. The syrup on our table marked as original flavor was mixed with blueberry and ruined the waffle sorry not a fan of it. Didn't even offer to replace it. It took for ever had to give our drink order twice and our food order twice. Do not get tea it taste sour. When the bill came they double charged us and fixed it handed us the new bill and added on new charges for things we didn't have. We had to wait 15 minutes to get our bill fixed again. O and they charge 3.39 for a coffee. The staff has no idea what they are doing and the managers weren't much help. 🙄 but if that's not bad enough we over heard them tell the table next to us they no longer give vets discounts. And the worst of it all is how dirty it was. The floor was so sticky I actually stuck to it and it had not been swept in a long time. Don't waste your time go else where, if you do go have plenty of time on your hands your going to be waiting a long time for that food.

Absolutely horrible service. Servers are awful and took forever to even get an order in. Absolutely 100 percent management failure. Never go to this location

Dont go here or less you half a hour to be waited on. Manager Rowdy that worked on 11/24 at 10pm. Only one that was doing there job was the cook.i ended up walking out without even ordering. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Worst service I've had at IHOP and that is saying a lot. We were the only people in there in the waitress still did not bring us what we ordered. Not only that but the tables were sticky other tables were not picked up. There was even a child working up there picture included. We should have realized when it was a ghost town to just keep going. Won't make that mistake again

Overpriced and my silverware had dried food still on them. I was given a cup of hot water so I could let them soak and wipe it off. She said that's all they do in the back anyways. Nope. I'm not doing that. I went elsewhere. That's disgusting and a health hazard. I hope y'all like sharing silverware soaked in each other's spit.

First time and last time. Waited about five minutes before we were acknowledged and was sat at a dirty table with filthy menus. We could not get out of there fast enough.

Nonestly they just sat us down and no one came to take my order for 20 minutes or anyone in communication with us or even said I’ll be there soon I walked out after no one even came to help worst place ever never returning again I was gonna give them a good tip but am happy to know they didn’t deserve it so much food I notice was made and no one taking orders out lazy workers and loud

My husband and I stopped in for a late dinner. We were sat after 20 min of waiting. I'm good with that. I get being busy. I've worked restaurants also. The waitress and one other table than us. She took our order and stayed focused on the other table. She walked past us several times and not once did she glance our way. I had to ask another server to get my husband and cup of coffee. Then we finally get our food. I did not receive my pancakes, my husband's waffle was barely warm. Didn't even melt the butter. I was very disappointed in the service. Couldn't believe she just ignored us. I am a good tipper due to the fact I've been in that Industry. I didn't want to even pay for it

My husband & I were attempting to try this location on a Saturday 2/21 morning for the first time but were immediately turned off by the crowded/disorganized front entry. There was no one to greet you at the front & only after waiting & asking a rushed employee who happened to be at the front processing her table’s tab how do we get a table she informed me that we had to sign our own name in on the piece of paper she pointed to … Red Flag #1. Red Flag #2 was when I took a seat to wait for our name to be called & within 3min I started to look around the tabled areas to notice a lot of trash like napkins, papers, crayons etc along the floors … it gave me the ick because with the view of disorganization & uncleanliness …what does that mean for the Kitchen? We left within the 5min & ultimately went to the near CityView Plaza location & had a much better experience.

Food was good. It was so loud, we could hardly hear each other talk. Tables were so close together. Very uncomfortable. Waitresses worked constantly. Waiter did alot of just standing around. We were tra eling so in a bit a hurry to get in and out. Took about 20 minutes for the waiter to come take out order. We will never stop at this ihop again.

Server was friendly and attentive. Floor was filthy, food was terrible. Barely cooked bacon, crispy hash browns apparently means, re-fired half cooked hash browns that require a steak knife to cut. Zero butter on barely warm toast.

We waited to be seated about 15 min. Noone att3nd us at all. They saw us waiting but they kept busy themselves. But one of them can take time to seat us. They had plenty of tables available. But not take us there. So we fed up and left. We felt we were invisible customers

Went to get some breakfast after a very long night of drinking . I show up get seated right away the hostess says she will bring a waiter and I sat there for 30 minutes as I can see 2 waiters on the other side of the restaurant just talking. Not a single water was brought to me I stood up looked around they made eye contact and there was no one else but me in the IHOP . After waiting for those 30 minutes and no service I just left I didn't even get a water terrible customer service

They were yelling at the chef the whole time for dropping one of my pancakes ( undercooked by the way) on the floor and still served it to me! We waited like 20 minutes for them to ask for drinks and didn’t get refills for 30 minutes and didn’t get food for 30 minutes after that barely anyone 4 tables before us didn’t even get any food for almost an hour poor making of food was shocked by how they look got eggs wrong asked for fried got scrambled instead and two tables got special treatment for working here and we got treated poorly if you can’t do 24 hours don’t make it 24 hours the only good thing here was the tea.
