Erik and Xavier were nice and had good customer service
Every time I come here, the wings are hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The Lemon Pepper is my all-time favorite—crispy, zesty, and perfectly seasoned. The fries are addictively good with that sweet-savory seasoning, and the ranch? Next level. Staff is always friendly, and service is quick, even when it’s busy. Whether you're dining in or picking up, Wingstop never disappoints. Highly recommend for any wing lover!
The food is really good and the staff is very helpful. Also I ordered a 40 piece bone in and it come out on time. Great job guys 😁😁

Omg there is a new manager Kia. I mean from her greeting to the end of my visit, she made sure I felt welcomed and had everything in my order. And double checked it. Great customer service. The food was delicious but this time it was even more delicious because after that interaction i was in better spirits.
The young people working there are polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Food is always excellent and s good value. I have been at this location as well as two other Wing Stops locally. Consistent quality, service and a very friendly and accommodating staff at each location. Keep up the good work all.

Tonight I ordered some food online. It was ready right when I arrived. When I arrived home some food was missing. When I called to tell them what happened , there was no apologies. Just we can give you store credit or we can make it and you can come back. So I chose to pick it up. When I picked it up, still no apologies, no offer of a free drink or anything. It just seems there should be some acknowledgement from them, that they inconvenienced me as a customer. Maybe I'll just have to drive further for chicken wings next time I get the urge.
This place WAS great! Idk if they’re rushing or if the cooks just don’t care, Or if the timers are off on the fryer. But the last 3 times Ive gone have been really disappointing. The last 3 times I have asked for extra crispy but they have only been extra soggy.

I order wings on Super Bowl Sunday this year and knew it would be busy. I made an online order and gave it an extra 45 minutes before going to get it. When I went in there was about 30 people waiting inside. I waited in line and went to the pickup window and let them know I was picking up. I was told my order still wasn't ready and it would be about another hour. Ok. Fine. I was able to sit and watch the game. After waiting another hour and fifteen minutes I get back in line and let them know I'm picking up. I'm told they don't see my ticket. I'm wearing a bright orange hoodie and ask that she doesn't remember me? She said she does but they don't see my tickets. It's an online order so I have the email. They search and find my ticket somewhere and tell me 1 more hour! Never mind, can I have a refund? I'm told to go to the register. I wait in line. I'm told since it's an online order I have to contact them through the website. I've sent three notices through their website and called twice. Still no refund and it's been about 6 weeks! So I never got my food and Wingstop is not refunding my $51, they just robbed me. I will not be back, cannot tell anyone strongly enough to stay away and will be pressing the issue further with the BBB. Stay away from these crooks.

It’s sad when they first opened I came and was very happy because it’s a lot closer then the Beaumont location to my home. Well tonight I will never be going back to this location and will make the drive to Beaumont. Poor customer service, ordered the 15.99 deal on the app of a 20 piece and fries and did 3 different flavors that were all stuffed in the same box, which one flavor was BBQ and had barely any sauce on the chicken and instead of asking to recook it they gave me a side of BBQ sauce. I’d say at least half of the chicken was over cooked and barely any seasoning/sauce on them. I ordered buffalo fries well done nd they we’re definitely not well done but the Male worker that apparently cooked them argued with me instead of asking to recook them. After the horrible attitude I decided to just ask for a refund which resulted in the worker walking out and saying he’s taking his break. But I did get help from a young lady that was very respectful even tho it wasn’t her store she was just covering a shift. I was never rude or yelled at anyone just simply not gonna eat somthing that looks horrible. The chicken was all together until I asked for another box for the bbq chicken when they handed me the bbq sauce, and sadly didn’t get a picture of the horrible buffalo fries. Hopefully one day I’ll come back and there will be better customer service.
They messed up on our mobile order nd made us wait one hour on it and didn’t even say sorry. We even ordered an extra sauce there inside and they didn’t even give it to us like bffr. AND they messed up on my boneless wings they made it garlic parm instead of louisiana rub. the worst part was the fact they didn’t even apologize.

I been there at least one week one time , sometimes 2 times per week. My kid loves seasoned french fries , it was great till tonight. Placed order at 4:09 pm and supposed to be ready at 5:07pm( yes took one hour preparing food according to computer system which is fine). When my order was not ready at 5:10pm. I asked manager ( short spanish) can you help check what’s going on. She yelled at me” do you still want your order? Or you can leave “ I answered I want to my order, instead of starting preparing my order. She hides my order and walked away. Till 5:30 pm her boss ( a nice white lady who is not racist) finally show up helped find my order and start to prepare it. To be honest Spanish manager treated me that way only cause I am Asian . She helped all Spanish customers behind my order got their orders ahead of me( order placed online with name easy to tell Spanish customer or not). That is so wrong . What a horrible experience.
Honestly, this was a terrible mistake having this for dinner. As we approached the WingStop, there was a terrible aroma, but we placed our order. The lady that took our order messed up our order, and when we asked them, they gave us nothing. We had to order extra fries and came back only for them to mess it up again. I don't think I will ever come back here.
They had really bad customer service. We ordered two fries. They gave us only one and they barely put any fries in the bag. In the past, they messed up my order so many times. And the Girls working in there were mean.
I’ve never written a bad review, but this place has some really poor employees. We ordered at 8:12 pm, did not receive our food until 8:53 pm. 20 wings and a fry. After 25 minutes they told us they were waiting on our fries. 5 minutes later, we saw two people who ordered after us get their food (one was for 50 wings and another included fries). Seeing that, I asked if our food was coming, because I saw those people get their food already. I was told they were waiting on our fries, even though they just gave fries to the person who ordered after us. It took another 10 minutes for our food, and when the girl gave us our food she gave us a cold and dirty look. My wife loudly crinkled the bag as she grabbed it and sarcastically said thank you, because at this point we were pretty irritated, with which we were met with an equally sarcastic “you’re so very welcome” from the girl in the kitchen. Immediately after, the girl working the register informed us we were no longer allowed in the restaurant. We didn’t yell at anybody, we didn’t throw anything, we didn’t make a scene of any kind. Very very poor customer service to ban us simply because we asked why our food was taking so long. I didn’t catch the name of the girl who banned us, but she was a slim African-American woman with a chest tattoo (I’m guessing a manager). She was initially very friendly and helpful when we placed our order and apologized to other customers for the wait. Never said a word of sorry to us and as soon as we asked why our food was taking so long her entire attitude changed. I wouldn’t come back even if I was allowed to.
I placed an order through DoorDash and it kept getting delayed so I called and was basically on hold for 20 minutes, 3 separate workers picked up the phone and I would ask explain and they’d say they were going back to check and I’d get left on hold till the next person picked up. Finally I just hung up because I saw it was on the way and it was finally delivered two hours after I ordered it. The wings were lukewarm and the fries were cold
Trash location the owner should address the manager. Takes 25 mins for wings and they don't even sauce them entirely just put them in and dust em. I used to work at a Wingstop stop being lazy and do your job you aren't even busy most the time
My friends and I went to our local Wingstop for dinner and when we went it not only did we get horrible costumer service but they messed up our order. When we went back in to fix our order they didn't even try helping us fix our order. Then we ordered extra just for them to mess up again and give us attitude. I don't think I will be visiting this place again because I don't like the way those girls treated my friends and I. They kept rolling their eyes and acting like we were forcing them to their OWN work.
I ordered a six piece boneless wings, the Parmesan and Hawaiian with cheese fries… only two of the wings were normal sized. The other ones were no joke probably no bigger than a single quarter size. I have gone to other locations and I’ve never had this issue the manager at this location She is very rude and I felt like I was bothering her asking her for anything. I don’t think they expected me to check my order.. which I did and I asked for a refund after they asked to remake it which I didn’t have time to wait and was already annoyed. I never got my refund.. i would not go to this location ever again!
