um 5 stars to the guy taking orders May 5th at 10pm. He was so much nicer than the rest of the staff there! We just got 2 fries and a milkshake but the fries were cold. the woman handed us the bag saying nothing and walking away from the window. The guy who took the order came back and asked us what was wrong, when we told him he asked up to pull to the front and bought us out fresh hot fries and apologized! He was taking orders already so the fact that he was nice enough to do it for us meant alot. It’s hard to find good customer service but im glad to know it’s nice people who care. It’s still fries but still!!!
Wasn't sure what to expect as I am not from the area and this looked to be an older Braum's. Immediately I found this location to be charming and super clean. Staff was friendly, the food hot and fresh. I bowsed the market just to see and found it nicely stocked and orderly. Definitely will return. Next time, I am getting some ice cream! 😀

My daughter and I stopped by to grab some ice cream. It was alot of young people working the front. I must say that they were really on it. It was a long line when we entered but it seemed to have vanished quickly. Nice job and great customer service 👏 👍

Their ice cream is always phenomenal and delicious! The place was very clean as usual, and the customer service was very nice and patient while I was looking at the menu for several minutes trying to figure out what I wanted to order. Their regular food (hamburgers, salads, etc) are not very good sadly but I don't normally go there for food, just ice cream. I highly recommend this Braums for anyone looking to get some ice cream. However, I don't recommend it for food like hamburgers and such. I'm giving this review 5 stars because of the clean and friendly environment and because their ice cream is always so amazing.
I really like this store. The staff is always friendly and helpful and treat you like family. Also during all this virus situation it is the only place I ever use the restroom when out running. Know that sounds weird but they keep it so clean. My thought is always if they take care of the bathroom they take care of everything. They always help me if I cannot find anything and remind me of specials. Thanks for being so nice. Barbara B Tillman
They forgot my shake and I had to wait in line to instead get a soft drink. One of workers apologized and brought me the shake still even after replacing it with a soft drink. Now that is good customer service!

This Restaurant has Clean Restrooms and The Dining Room is Kept Clean and The Customer Service is Wonderful! I Enjoyed The New Aloha Burger But Without The Special Sauce, I Added Mayo and It Was Delicious! It Was My First Time Eating A Slice of Pineapple on My Burger and I Will Be Happy to Eat It Again! I Will Happyily Give Them 5 STARS!!!
I usually come to this particular Braums early for breakfast . I have to say this by far is one of the best Braums I’ve come to . The customer service is outstanding no matter who’s serving you . The food is decent also . Thank you to all the employees at this location for the great service you all provide 🙂!

I split time between Fort Worth and Austin. I always wondered why Braums isnt killing it in Austin. Reason - they can't put a store too far away from their hq due to a commitment to freshness. Plus in FW the price of a double scoop is under 3 bucks. It is over 9 bucks in Austin!!! You wont find a fresh egg on a bagel with cheddar for under 4 bucks anywhere. I don't shop the market but you should check it out.
Store was having a dinner rush! Everyone was attending to all customers. Store was super clean!!! Great service from Ricky who was working at the the sundae counter. Every person behind the counter came and asked were we helped and did we need anything else. Awesome atmosphere!!! Visiting from San Antonio and this here makes me want one there🥹🥹🥹

I absolutely love this location of braum's! They've always done me and my family and all my friends correctly as they should, and I'll put this out there as all of the restaurants that may or may not be struggling getting their customers to come back... Just follow this braum's employees example and learn from your mistakes and maybe you two could be as successful and brilliantly wonderful to their customers as this Brahms is to theirs. Thank you again to everybody that's always worked at the braum's ice cream and dairy store on camp Bowie... Both locations are pretty excellent!

Braum's ice cream is up there with Blue Bell for me and their seasonal flavors are great! I use to like their burgers, but recently they've started tasting like soy patties, so I stopped getting them. Their chicken tenders and sandwiches are good though.
The folks there are very nice , especially in the market place .My husband goes there at least twice a week and comes home with all kinds of goodies ;)
First time at this spot, and everything was very pleasant and easy. I browsed the menu a little while the person at the register waited patiently, and soon after that I got my burger. The same person also helped me with getting a lid for their dipping sauce I wanted to try. I got the #3 jalapeno burger and it was might tasty, although I might ask for it more plain next time to really accentuate the spicy parts. No notes; they're killing it over there.
I just wanted to give a shout out to Taylor, beautiful person that she is. She’s friendly and was helpful to me in the Market. I appreciate her kindness and customer service.
Best braums on camp bowie fr !!! Latonya is absolutely amazing she's so sweet keeps her guests laughing and is just an amazing employee this was only our second time coming she already knew what we wanted and makes them scoops worth the 2.59 !!! Please someone give this woman a raise !!!!
I've been a Braum's lover since I was a child. I've been to many locations around the DFW Metroplex, but this location is BY FAR the best location I've been to. The grocery section was huge! I couldn't believe how beautifully stocked and clean it was. The dining room area was spacious and clean. The food was tasty and was ready before I could finish washing my hands in the bathroom. Thank you, my family has officially marked this as our new Braum's 😊
Staff were decently friendly. But they seemed too busy talking about Christmas party. Burgers made wrong. They were quick to make out orders and ice-cream. Organized and clean.
Always a great place to meet your taste buds. From the ice cream to the hamburgers and to the awesome fries that they make I have been going here for years and they never seem to dissapoint. In the morning they have some if the best breakfast food around. There busqits and gravy are awesome. The tiny hash browns are some of the best in town. Great people that work there also. Definitely recommend this place.
Good value for what you get. Plain and simple
slow at checkout, the line for customers at grocery area took almost 23min for staff member to even notice someone standing to check out by the time an associate looked up, and acknowledge us. it took another 12 min to get someone to check us out.. all for 2 gallons milk? besides that, the customer service interaction is very pleasant, the atmosphere of the inside is clean and comfortable .
Well there's three parts of the store. One you can go buy groceries and their milk butter and cheese is awesome along with their baked goods. Then there's the diner, definitely not top quality food you're better off with breakfast. And there's the ice cream part as long as the people know what they're doing making your ice cream it is awesome.
Would have given 5 stars had it not been for the rudeness to one another behind the counter. The food is good, as always but the shakes….. these were the most awful shakes ever…. To the girl who made the shakes and also handed me open cups of milkshakes on a togo order…perhaps you could use adequate trading on how to make a milkshake and how to talk to your coworkers and to customers …. There was no substance to the shakes that u paid nearly 5$ for. The were so runny it was like nothing but milk and they had no flavor… highly disappointed at this location.
Clean and well staffed location. I usually get the jalapeno burger. Yum yum! You don't appreciate something until you go somewhere else and see how different it can be. Recently was at a Braums in another town which wasn't as friendly and the dinning area was awful. (I'm guessing or hoping they got slammed and hadn't had a break to clean it up).

I had to come back to get my order fixed. I order the bag of burgers with cheese with the Pickles on the side with a large fry. There yogurt machine was down so i couldnt get my mix. I got no cheese and the Pickles juice spilled in the bag and ruined it. But they fixed and it was correct afterwards it taste great as well.
Employees dont acknowledge you when u walk in the door, & are rude. Where's the customer service? Also, you have to wait FOREVER to get anyone at the register to purchase any of their grocery items.
The manager had a very nasty attitude at the drive thru..if she was overwhelmed with her job she should not take it out on the customers..I was at the drive thru very long and there was lots of cars behind me..I was told to pay at 1st window...there was no one there to take my money after sitting there waiting I pulled to next window and when she took my payment she tried smarting her mouth off! So I kindly let her have it. I will not spend my money here again.. she not sitting a good example for her employees and maybe she needs to be retraining in customer service.
Great food, and come on, where else you gonna great ice cream and food. They get three stars because the men's restroom was in shambles. Other than that, very nice.
I enjoy the jalapeno combo but this one was put through the mangel. My large order of fries turned out to be a medium portion served in a large carton. Oh well, back to the Braums off 8th St.
Dear Braums, you’ve got to get it figured out at this location. The neighborhood support and the frequency with which a great many of us dine, shop, etc. at the market and the restaurant is huge. I don’t presume to know why the GM was let go (I manage 100 people, I get it - things happen). But, since she left, the lack of strong leadership is glaring. The “localness” and familiarity is gone - save for a few crew members. You’ve got a crew of young mostly well-intentioned team members desperate for training and leadership. As I sit here this afternoon watching a restaurant full of regulars all but one has had an issue with their order. I’m waiting on the fourth remake of my order myself. Bottom line - this location is a hub of the neighborhood - Braum’s leadership needs to figure out how to restore what they lost a couple weeks ago. We are willing to hang in there. For a while.
There were only 4 cars in front of me and it took 25 minutes to get my food. No napkins, fries were cold, and no bacon on my cheeseburger. I understand being short staffed and having to wait but no napkins alone is unacceptable. Maybe I’ll try this location again one day but for now I will pass.
Food is great but they don't throw ketchup packs in when you order French fries. It's such a cheap thing to skimp on. Then when you do ask for ketchup they give you two packs. Again such a crazy thing to skimp on. They think they are saving money but they are just making the experience worse.
2 stars because there basically no ice cream options. Granted it was the 4th of July weekend, but surely a Braums could have ordered enough of their own ice cream for more than a couple of flavors.
Food was good but the service was abysmal. This place is very clearly understaffed. I came in during the 4 pm hour, and as I’m writing this review, I walked in over half an hour ago and I’m still waiting for my malt to be made. I spent nearly 10 minutes waiting to have my order taken after I was already next in line. There were only 3 people working the restaurant as far as I could tell: the cook and 2 counter workers, the latter of which were having to manage the ice cream counter, the burger counter, and every drive through order. Drive through definitely gets priority service here over dine-in. Finally walked back to the counter after writing this and they just forgot about my malt… got it made in less than a minute. I don’t blame the staff - I blame the staffing. As I left it looked like a couple more staff had shown up and finally caught up with all the orders. Might have a better experience than me if you go closer to dinnertime
Okay...just....WoW! I really don't know WHAT the heck I did tonight to upset this woman so much, but apparently just the mere sight of me really made this lady mad. " what do you want?" With a "go to you- know- where" cold, angry, Iresentful stare. Maybe it was my crop top sweater that showed a peek of tummy, or my blonde hair, but something about me made this woman very angry, which was crazy, considering that we are both middle-aged women who should be grown enough to professionally greet one another in a business setting, ESPECIALLY at your own place of work, and EVEN more certainly ought to be able to at the very LEAST force a fake smile, even if you are having a terrible day, bc hey, your the MANAGER!! ( or at least i think sure was, bc sure had on a different type uniform like management wears...
At about 1:15 today, I stopped in at the Braums Camp Bowie Blvd location. I wanted the establishment as usual I've been going in there for 5 years and I went to the water fountain that was half full of ice and water. An employee named AJ was standing right by me and I proceeded to fill my cup up with a little fresh ice and water. I then proceeded to Add a splash of iced tea to my cup ! My intentions to order a meal after I got sat down and settled. Well AJ witnessesed this and goes off yelling and screaming at me they want me to pour out my water! I tried to explain to him that I'm not a thief I'm 65 years old And I just wanted to refresh my drink! He then proceeded to say he was going to call the cops for me being a thief and stealing water! Again he does not have himself or how to treat customers properly I went to the Braum's in lake Worth and this may be my last visit ever to any braum's. I'm just thankful he didn't have a gun or a badge! Again his unprofessionalism is not tolerated or acceptable. To anyone and everyone give braum's a bad review if you so desire don't let them get away With Rude employees! 😕
They don’t work, they didn’t want to attend to me they told me they didn’t have the ice cream I wanted and they are very rude they left me on the phone talking to myself for about 5 minutes alone
Absolutely terrible and rude service. Went throught the drive thru, waited 10 minutes at the speaker where they kept telling me to "chill out and be more patient". Finally an older black lady who I assume was the manager takes my order with an attitude and as I come around the corner to the window there was nobody in line at all. I got to the window and they basically threw my ice cream at me. I asked to speak with the manager and they refused to let me and told me to get out of their line and quit wasting their time. NEVER going back there.
My best friend and I ordered the 4 piece chicken tender dinner. I probably got the equivalent of a small fry and my tenders were barely bigger than a chicken nugget. We were supposed to get a roll with it but did not and the food was not even hot. I'm usually very satisfied with their burgers so I'm very disappointed.
Had a very unpleasant experience on Saturday night. I went through the drive thru with my family and ordered 3 cones and 3 sundaes, we only got one sundae and 3 cones. We went right back to drive thru, waited in line again and they said they were closed and told me I had only paid for one; I realized that and was willing to pay for the other two but older black woman who I assume was the manager, was right on my husband's face saying you only paid for one so we can't help you!... She saw the truck full of kids who were disappointed for not getting their ice cream and she could care less, NEVER GOING BACK THERE
If you like flies all over your ice cream and food, come here! If you like management that is unprofessional, come here! If you like management cussing in front of your kids, come here. (i.e, “I asked her what she ordered and she drove off. It ain’t my ******* problem she’s mad.”) EXACT WORDS spoken in front of us customers. This place is absolute trash. Someone needs to step in and make changes FAST!
I went to drive through at this Braums the other day I ordered a single hamburger. There was one car in front of me was not busy. When I got to the Window there was a colored girl that took my money. Next thing I know they pulled me over just for the hamburger To be ready. I think it is going to be fresh. Then one Of them brought it to my car. When I got home, I took one bite. There was a hair in my hamburger, I don't know how fake hair get in my hamburger. Those colors girls anybody there needs to wear a hair That is nasty. Somehow their fake hair got in my hamburger. Need to wear hair net and gloves.
The cashier was very nice. But that was the only pleasant part of the meal. She must've got off work them the rude people began their shift. We were on camp bowie. The food was ok. The ice cream sucked. Horrible experience.
Really zero stars. Yesterday I ordered #1 no cheese with everything else.and a side of mayo . Vanilla shake. I received a dry no sauce at all on my burger. And to top it off I sucked up something from my shake thinking it was the food I chewed . Later I wasn't eating I sucked my shake again and something came out It looks like raw chicken fat cartilage. I immediately went to the RR to vomit. Today I'm in bed all day with a sore throat and headache. On meds.

So I asked the girl at the window if I could have a few extra peanuts on my strawberry shortcake sundae. With an attitude she says " I'll have to charge you for more ALMONDS" So I'm confused and I'm say I want peanuts. She then rudely explains that they only have pecans and almonds. Ok then she just closes the window without a word and then comes back and tries to charge me $1.70 for a topping on a Sundae that wasn't even $2.70! I'm from Weatherford I'm used to good customer service where either they would have sprinkled some more nuts on there or would have said oh we don't have peanuts but we do have almonds and I'd have to charge you for them it's all about how you say things and how you do it I'll never come back to this place!
My mom and I went to get ice cream. When we walked in we weren’t greeted nor anything, Brianna helped us out but didn’t have good customer service. I don’t know what her deal was but she looked like she didn’t want to work there and gave us mean looks so we felt disrespected. She also forgot to gave me something to cover the fudge sundae and the banana split because we were taking it home, when I tried to get her attention she ignored me like as if I was a ghost or something. My mom and I also purchased two ice cream and chips to go and Brianna helped us out again. When we were fixing to leave she didn’t greet us out like ‘have a good day’. Not planning to come back again after what just happened.
Play for my food didn't get correct money back. Didn't even get my food and I paid for four bags of burgers that was just given to someone because they walked up to the counter and climbed it. Went through drive thru but they couldn't take our order due to "technical difficulties" but they told us to come inside so some kiosk is still working. I couldn't go inside because my kid was asleep and I'm not waking him for what was supposed to be my treat for the night.
Excellent place, but today we got a horrible service by a guy with a piercing on his nose. Man, if you have issues, don't go over the customer. It's not our fault. That is unrespecful! He just threw the window to us.
Every time we come we are ignored by the manager and he’s minions. They all link like they don’t want to work here. The evening shift. Rude and the place is always nasty!
No one acknowledged we were even there for at 10 minutes even though 3 or 4 people kept walking by us, then when the girl started helping us, we had to keep repeating our order so she didn't get it wrong. Then she didn't even make a double scoop ice cream come right. We ended up leaving without anything. We got so frustrated. Very poor service. Go somewhere else.

Unbelievable...I just wanted a double dip strawberry&chocolate chip ice cream cone without the poor customer service. After eating some of my strawberry&chocolate chip double dip ice cream cone. I immediately tasted mint chocolate chip ice cream! I'm assuming, the employee preparing my ice cream cone didn't take the time to clean the ice cream scooper, before making my ice cream cone order, so I asked to have my ice cream cone remade. I guess the female employee took offense to my request, because she made the new order with much smaller portions. When I questioned her on the obvious smaller portion size. She replied, "That's all I'm required to give you!", so I politely asked for a refund. It was obvious that she was being spiteful, not to mention very unprofessional. "To add injury to insult" as I turned to walk away, she tells me sarcastically, "You have a goodnight!"
If only I could give no stars.. this particular restaurant is not the standard of Braums.. customer service was NOT customer servicing.. active listening skills was off completely.. I placed my order in drive thru and had to repeat it 4 times.. got to the window and it was still wrong.. paid for my meal.. thought the worker corrected it but only made it worse. A bacon cheeseburger with no bacon.. makes no sense to me. I waited 15 minutes at the next window for my food only to receive it and it’s wrong and cold and messily prepared. came inside the store to correct it and it was like I speaking a foreign language.. the compentancy of some of these workers needs help.I ended up asking for my money back and went to Sonic down the street for food.. Thank you Sonic for doing what Braum’s should’ve done
Terrible service manager was actually in the parking lot ready to fight a female took almost 25 minutes to get my order and when I receive my order I had hair in my food
This place is a mess. First time in here me def the last. Came in for two shakes. Watched at least 5 orders get messed up. Ordered 2 small malt shakes and charged me for a medium. I’m assuming some people are new but it should not take 20 mins to make shakes. Come to find out the woman who took my order completely forgot to make them. Bless the taller man walking around trying to get people to work. Pay him more. Will not be returning.
Most uncomfortable drive thru I’ve been to. I asked what flavors in the drive thru and they said “come inside for flavors”. Then I got to the window and they gave me a half melted cone. I asked for a cup and they slammed the window. Then I was drying my fingers they slammed the window and asked what I was waiting for.
I just want to preface and say I do the absolute most to make sure I’m not an issue for food-service employees because I understand it’s a difficult profession. I’ve worked it for years, I totally get how nasty customers can be sometimes so I ALWAYS make sure to not be “one of those” customers. I don’t give attitude, I always say please and thank you, I’m pleasant to those making the food I’m ordering because I understand. Tonight (03/05/25) was no different, we pulled into the drive-thru to order like normal and it took us a few minutes to decide what we wanted but it wasn’t busy at all! I didn’t think too much of it. I don’t know if this is what rubbed her the wrong way, truly I have no clue what her problem was. The first two employees we spoke with (to ask for time) were completely respectful and understanding. But when it came time to order, we spoke with a third separate employee and to say she had an attitude would be putting it lightly. On the ordering side of the drive thru menu, you choose the “number” meal you want. Next to the number of the item you want, it states “combo or sandwich” or however it’s put. So I order the number and say “just the sandwich, please.” She was immediately passive aggressive, pretty snarky, and she says “So you don’t want the number 6. Anything else?” And I paused, a little taken off guard, but I don’t harp on it. So I order my second number, as the menu directs me to, and say just the sandwich. And she goes “You have to tell me the name of the sandwich because the sandwich and the combo aren’t the same thing.” Or something along those lines. Again, tone of voice was snarky and rude. So I just said never mind and went on my way. Truly I didn’t even mind being corrected, sometimes the menu and the computer system doesn’t match so I get it. I just feel she gave unnecessary attitude, and was unnecessarily rude, when she could have told me I have to order a certain way the first time and I could’ve made it easier on them from that point. I know I’ve never gone out of my way to correct any of my customers passive-aggressively because they didn’t order in the way I like, but maybe that’s just me. It was off the bat negative energy and I really don’t believe I did anything to deserve it or bring it on. I hope that is corrected in the future
Absolutely the worst place to have a breakfast burrito.i went through the drive through and when I took it in to talk to the manager the worker treated me terrible . And didn't get a new burrito cause the manager was too busy to train the workers on how to make customers happy
Never in my life had I had this happen I have a service dog. He has a clear tag and the old lady at the front said you can’t have dogs in here mind you I was holding him. She said he can’t be in here I informed her it was a service dog. She said show me your paperwork and I’m getting my manager. I let her know it was discrimination and she wasn’t allowed to do that. She said actually I am. Never in my life have I felt so uncomfortable or so hurt by something:
Absolutely the worst experience. Waited literally 38 minutes and 24 seconds for my food, and that's just from when I started my timer. Food was thrown together. Burgers and fries were cold even though I was told they were being made fresh. The young crew they have working at night at this location is absolutely horrible. Did not acknowledge me when I walked in for at least 2 minutes and it was only me standing in line. All the tables were filthy, floor extremely sticky. Just over all a horrible experience.
Left 10 mins ago and realized they didn't put napkins with my order, very inconvenient.
Very disappointing drive thru experience. It was not a long line yet took around 30min. I ordered a burger and ice cream. When I finally got to the window after 20min. I saw my ice cream melting by the window, a minute later the cook brought the burger bread the window, yet no one was by the window attending drive thru. There was a cashier attending inside counter. She turned around saw me and the ice cream yet didn't do anything. It wasn't after 10 min after that sometime finally handed me my melted ice cream and cold burger. Poor management
They gave me burnt eggs dark dark brown. I think they may have been there long to burn the bottom if the pan. I had gravey that tasted spoiled. I brought the items back eggs not eaten and just a taste out of the gravy. Manager Lisa ask me to come back tomorrow or next time I serviced my car. I didn't understand why this is the second time I have been here last time tables were dirty and the area where get your ketchup was dirty. I love Braums and I go to the other ones on 8th and Mc Cart that are very clean. I am sad to say when I get my car serviced I can not trust the one.
I went to order some ice cream and the employees were so rude when I was trying to customize my sundae. They had really bad attitude and made me feel like i was srupid. Ive never been to a place who doesnt want to please their customers. Definitely will not be coming here again and I'm most definitely not going to recommend anyone else too.
Bought 2 meals one spicy chicken sandwich club meal and a double quarter pound burger. The chicken sandwich had so much sauce on it you couldn’t even tell there was lettuce on the burger and it was supposed to be fresh and It was awful! Braums food and service has gone down hill. Oh the fries were not fresh and tasted stale and old. Tasted like they were made in an old restaurant. Will never come back!
Usually never have issues at this location but today the person taking orders through the box was unfriendly. Then they got the order completely wrong. Then had me pull up to wait Then when they brought it out they were rude and unfriendly again. Not sure if they are having a bad day but this wasn’t a pleasant experience.
I LOVE Braum’s, so much that I come to this location pretty frequently, but the last two or three times I’ve been, it’s been chaotic, unorganized and just not up to par of what is expected for a braums. To start off: I arrived in the late afternoon and the line was already long, and braums is pretty fast so I get in line and order my food. They then tell me they aren’t allowed to give out braums sauce anymore and you have to buy a $7.99 cup of sauce. I’ll say the cup is big but you can’t sell the small sauce cups for $0.75 or something? That’s never been the case. I waited in line for 20 minutes because cars aren’t moving. I get to the window and buy hands me my drink, wrong drink I tell him. He says okay, whatever goes back and gets the right one. He asked my order, I tell him. Another guy comes back and tries to hand me the drink again and I said he already gave me one. He shrugs says okay, starts to walk off and says I have no idea what’s going on, and walks off. I sit there for another 5 minutes without anyone coming back to the window and the other guy comes back to the window. He says I’m confused what did you order? He bags asked this TWICE already. So I tell him again. Then he says okay pull up and we will out in a minute. I do, another 7 minutes passes. He finally brings it out and goes. They are taking way too long to get food out, obviously have a new hire on the window during peak rush hours and have zero accountability for their customers. At least have the decency to say sorry for the wait or something. I expected so much more out of this braums.
Was pulled to the side at the drive-thru when I ordered a bag of burgers with 3x braum's sauce. They asked me to pull forward and wait, which I did no problem. They then forgot I was there and had to come out multiple times to confirm who I was and what my order was. When my food finally came out, the man (black dude with a moustache) just silently and unblinkingly handed me my food. No "thank you for your patience" or even "sorry it's busy". Just a psychotic stare. I finally get home and the food is literally raw. The cheese is like I I just pulled it out of the fridge. The burger tastes like it was cooked hours ago and forgotten about on the counter at room temperature. And they forgot my braum's sauce. I will NEVER come back to this location.
Employees were extremely rude to me and my mom over a miscommunication. They took our order wrong, we offered to pay the difference and they still rolled their eyes and were rude over fixing THEIR mistake. We were extremely nice about the mix up as well and just wanted to get our correct order… the guy at the window was looking at us like he hated our guts over an ice cream cone…. Maybe don’t work in customer service dude
Ain’t no way 😭 🤢🤢 If y’all are coming here and getting food, I see families coming here please check y’all’s foods I am sure i probably ate raw chicken. Do y’all not temperature check before y’all give food out??? We got out food after 40 minutes and in 40 minutes y’all giving out raw chicken??? I don’t even wanna ask if the burgers are cooked well either 🔥
Today 3/10/2021 I ordered a #2 with bacon. I usually never have a bad experience here but today was my last straw. My burger had no bacon, and my patties were still pink. I would have gone back if my drive was shorter. I called and got no answer. Yall lost my business. And I dont say that alot.
