We always get out matcha green tea iced latte with almond or oat milk. Always scrumptious. This Dunkin had a drive thru option and inside was very spacious

This dunkin ensures their customers are taken care of. The drive through speaker is not working today. Instead of having people come inside they have two employees standing outside taking orders on a tablet! I didn't have to unload my two toddlers and take them inside, juggle carrying drinks back to the car and load the kids back up. Way to go canandaigua dunkin !!!

Even though it was lunch time the staff was very friendly efficient and the drive thru was just as efficient. I strongly recommend you make the point to stop in for yourself and try out the outstanding coffee flavors not to mention the large selection of what their famous for: DOUGHNUTS!

Usually when I come which is quite often, my orders are messed up and people are rude. I have thought about not coming back many times. **He deserves a raise and a promotion!**

I only stop in here occasionally when I get a hankering for something sweet during my morning errands, but it’s always been a positive experience. And I only buy donuts so I can’t speak to their coffee, other drinks, or cooked food - but their donuts are a wonderful treat every so often and I admit I enjoy the limited time decorations and flavors!

pretty consistent service. i’ve rarely- if ever, had an issue here. quick service, kind employees, and good food. this stays true even when they’re packed and being hit with a rush. nothing is ever served cold (unless it’s supposed to be, anyway) and i don’t think i’ve ever gotten a mostly melted frozen drink here like I tend to at some other locations.

Asked for a frozen coffee and i was able to get it in the Holiday Cookie flavor. It was so delicious. I highly recommend if you like frozen coffee and any of the flavors they have going in because I was told they can do any flavors they have in frozen coffee which is great for me.

Waiting for the day I will be able to go to places and sit and have my coffee without worrying that the Covid will catch me. Here I sometimes sit for hours with my laptop. They are cool with it.

Definitely one busy establishment. Drive-thru is always busy. If your looking to kill some time, then it's great. Otherwise, if you have to be to work..then give yourself a few extra minutes. No biggie.

Donuts and coffee great as always but this store did not have a good selection of donuts. I think they get theirs delivered to them. It didn't look like they were made on site. Very small area that they were stored in. Girls were very helpful answering my questions on types they had. This store set up to sell drive thru coffee not donuts.

Service and food were excellent. The napkin dispenser was empty and it was FREEZING in there.

Used to love going here every weekend morning before I go to work but now these past 4 weeks I've been given the wrong Order But I'm too nice to say anything about it because the staff is always nice so I've been sucking up and drinking what they gave me anyways, probably won't get coffee here anymore just donuts and a bagel from now own but today I had seen a employee hold the cup with her fingers inside with no glove as she filled it up kind of off setting. :/

It's good for the quickness. The consistency not so much. I order the same coffee every time yet always tastes different. Sometimes no turbo shot, no flavor shot...I'd say about 40% of the time it's the right way but I'm in such a rush to really care

We went thru the drive thru. The speaker was hard to deal with. We could not hear the clerk and they could not hear us. We had to repeat our small order three times. When we got it my coffee was missing the sugar. Rather than go through the same process for a fourth time I decided to take my coffee home and drink it there. Where I could put sugar in. We will not be back unless the speakers are fixed.

The girl taking my order didn't understand anything that I was saying. Then the bathroom was filthy dirty. I was so upset that I forgot to have them add cream to my coffee.

Staff failed to acknowledge us for an extended period of time. Bacon, egg on crescent was poorly assembled and cold. Dining area was not clean.

Stop here on my way home from a retreat. It was busy, but the service was decent. The only downside was my bagel didn't taste fresh. I found this out once I got on the thruway, so I wasn't willing or able to go back to the restaurant.

foods are great and it fit my personal like foods and drink! but I really big disappointed about thier service. when I ordered online and I was at 3 miles away from that dunkin. when I arrived my order not on stage for ready pick up. but there not busy and not many people in waiting/lobby. I saw my name tag beside stage. i try grab it but person grab it and told not allow reach behind stage and I told I was very sorry. then that person hold for 15 min same time I wait for my order. really made me frustrated because I work with county government. they not treat me as good. it made me feel like not want go there again if they do that again to me.

Ordered an on the go order and ended up waiting in the drive through line for over 30 minutes. If we had not already paid on the app, we would have gone elsewhere. Though the crew definitely makes your order correctly, although it can take 2-3x as long as it should. Ensuring your employees are cross-trained and attentive is an easy way to rectify this. Overall decent atmosphere and standardized products.

What is going on in the drive through? I'm a relatively frequent customer but I've stopped coming as much because the service is just awful. I've had to sit in the drive through for over 20 minutes more than once. Get it together.

I don't go to dunking often today I wanted a pumpkin spice ice latte. I ordered a med one which is advertised for 3.00 and I was charged 4.93 and what I got was a ice coffee with sugar and cream in it there was no whip cream or Carmel drizzle and no flavor. It was just plain not what I wanted or what I ordered and was way too expensive. My mind is just blown away.

A burnt bagel with the littlest amount of cream cheese ive ever seen its like someone coughed a tad of cream on my burnt hard ass bagel dont recommend any food from this dunkin its almost always disappointing

I am a 4 times a week going to dunkin. But everytime I go to the dunkin in canandaigua my order is not right. I order the same thing every time Lg french vanilla coffee with almond milk and equal and a power breakfast sandwich... Pretty simple. Today 8/27 9:30am ish. I recieved turkey sausage with regular egg on an english muffin... not happy. Never any issues with manchester dunkin. Had I not been in the drive thru I would have said something. Last time I went to cdga dunkin for just my coffee, all I could taste was sugar. The time before that had my coffee iced (made the same way) but they didnt take 2 seconds to stir it. Those times I said something (because I was I side not drive thru). I guess I will just stick with manchester.

Apple fritter are NOT Apple fritters, they're cinnamon donuts piped w an apple filling. Yuk. The service person was dropping more bombs and other colorful language (loudly) the whole time we were there. Nice.

The drive through line had 6 cars in it so I went inside thinking it would be faster. It was 8:30 a.m. and I had to get to work. There was only one person in front of me inside and they were waiting for their order. It took forever! I watched all 6 cars make it through the drive through before I could even order. My iced coffee was good but I waited over 10 minutes for it. It seemed like all the staff was focused on the drive through with only one person doing everything inside. A bit more balance would be nice. I should have just stayed in my car.

I've had nothing but bad experiences at this location four times over. Crazy low quality standards when it comes to both donuts and coffee, with frosting tossed on top and drinks 2/3 full upon arrival. I'm not too picky when it comes to Dunkin but I'd stay away from this store if you can. Management doesn't seem to respond to polite complaints with photos either.

The girl working at the drive through this early afternoon had a lot of attitude, for no reason. She made me and my friends feel uncomfortable.

I always get the same items, frozen coffee and toasted everything bagel, both very disappointing. Frozen coffee was in a water like consistency and the bagel did not look anything like everything bagel, not toasted either.

We order from here quite often and the service is just horrible you tell them what you want they never get it right and then act pissed off when you ask them to correct it. You are paying for a service and you are just getting nasty attitude and service

This Dunkin Donuts barely deserves 1 star. I ordered a small iced coffee and it didn't even taste like there was coffee in it. Also my sister ordered a large iced caramel swirl latte that didn't taste like it had espresso in it at all. It was like drinking flavored milk. The manager did remake the drinks but they tasted the exact same as they did before. It was almost like she did it on purpose. I used to work at Dunkin donuts. I made and drank these things everyday, I know what they should taste and look like. I will never be back to this location.

I've avoided going for months for the disrespectful experience I've had in the past. Figured it would be different this time, but apparently having your mic in your mouth is a good way to speak over the drive thru speaker. Was snapped at at for not understanding what the guy was saying.... Maybe I'm wrong, maybe the drive thru speaker needs to be replaced. I have been here many times it progressively has gotten worse. The staff seems as if they're just feeling their time there.. The food wasn't as I had asked. The hot cocoa does not even taste like it has chocolate in it. I am quite disappointed.

Used to go daily on way to work. Since management changes it's gone down hill in past months.Extremely long wait times, food is questionable at best anymore. Ovens are down at least once a week. Orders are often wrong . No longer ordering from the waterloo location.

My coffee is never right, & sometimes my hash browns are under cooked. I called the store several times asking for a receipt that I really needed. I called the same day I forgot it, The manager said she would call me the next day to pick up the receipt once she found it in the computer & I never received a call back, called 2 days later they told me to call when the manager was in, I called the day the manger was there & I believe they seen my number coming up on caller ID & purposely ignored my calls.

The workers at this location are insanely rude! We had a Mobil order walked in our food was done when we got there and I saw the coffee that I ordered just out of reaching distance I then attempted to get anyones attention but every worker was purposely ignoring me. There was a worker that walked up and we tried saying something but she just ignored us and purposely put every other drink on the Mobil order counter other than ours. We now getting frustrated just started asking really loud can someone please hand us that coffee being completely ignored. Finally 20 plus minutes later someone’s finally gave it us and was just making rude comments

Order was wrong. When calling the store the person who answered was rude. Very poor customer service was poor when trying to explain the reason I was calling. I just hung up as she want letting me finish my sentence.

First the order taker was extremely unfriendly, then didn't repeat my order back to me to make sure that he had my order correct since they don't have a digital screen. The lady at the window on the other hand was very sweet. I was given my order and didn't think anything of it until I tried my Frozen Chocolate to find out if was frozen coffee (very unpleasant surprise), also even asking for very little butter on my bagel it was swimming in it. It's a good thing there two Tim Hortons in this town.

$2.04 for 1 donut. $9.39 for 6. Seriously adding a little Gold dust to your Doe? lol. Place is mysteriously packed. Waited too long chocolate sprinkles had 1 sprinkle on it haha. Parking is almost non existent and getting out of that place was near impossible. I’ll make my own donuts from now on I’m done with Dunkin!!

Terrible customer service. I ordered ahead of time on the mobile app and went in to pick up my drink and I had a question- the first person who came to the counter apparently was extremely burdened by my question because “clearly she was preparing food orders” and refused to help me. Additionally, the way she spoke to me was with a significant amount of attitude and disrespect, which was really uncalled for. She could have asked me to hold for a second while someone else came to help me instead of treating me like I have wronged her in some way. Such a shame for her to be working in a customer service job when she feels so bothered by a customer asking a question. Really disappointing experience. Negative stars for customer service. Thankfully, the coffee tasted great.

The guy working the window was very rude and snatched the drink out of my husbands hand when we told him it was incorrect! It was printed wrong on the cup along with the drink looking in correct….I will never return to this plane again and I will be calling the manger! Very unprofessional

My order was wrong, explained to cashier to repeat my order, did so, told her she missed my drink & she assured me it was on the order. Guess what? My drink wasn't there. Employees need to listen to the customers, we pay for services & make sure the order is correct.

Let me start by saying I love Dunkin' Donuts. The problem with this one in particular is they can't ever make a drink correctly. I order a Caramel latte which I do understand is made with a good bit of milk. But it should contain a turbo shot as well. I swear I just receive a cup of milk with caramel in it. I send it back, recieve one that tastes even weaker (I hadn't thought it was possible). Was it out of spite because I returned it? Who knows.... also this occurred just before 8 am on a Wednesday. It was not terribly busy at the time of my order. Not that it is an excuse for poor service. If you are receiving poor service or poor quality food/ drinks, please post a review. Maybe they will clean up their act. I'm sure corporate wouldn't be happy with what's going on either.

Huge shady disappointment here! My wife and I were on the way home from vacation and she needed coffee. I had to hit the restroom so we stopped at Dunkin id1878 donuts pulled up, nobody was in the parking lot & nobody was in the drive thru. So we decided to go inside. Both doors were locked without a sign stipulating (lack of staff we can't open dining floor) I knocked, I yelled ...nothing! Within 14 minutes of myself walking around the building (going through drive-through 3 times) finally 2 employees amerged. 1 male 1 female and looked very "Disheveled"... So long story short, coffee was weak and my 🥓 wake-up wrap was a burned tortilla with RAW 🧀! CORPORATE, please review camera footage from this evening...

I just went to the Dunkin' in Canandaigua and the girl running the drive threw was absolutely rude. I pulled up, asked the passengers in my vehicle what they wanted. I told the girl I needed just a minute. She said to let her know when I'm ready to order. I let her know and no one answered. I waiting for a few minutes as the cars were filing behind me. We said hello? She responded with "there are only 2 of us in here give us a minute!" a "one moment please" would have been fine but she was so nasty I left. As I was driving around to leave she yelled at me out the window while serving the people at her window. I have never seen such an unprofessional Dunkin' employee ever!

This location has horrible customer service. Ordered 2 coffees and a hot chocolate. They had to repeat our order back like 10 times. Still couldn’t get it right. The employees were laughing and messing around. The floors were covered in garbage. Place looked a mess. You would have thought we ordered the whole menu. I’d highly suggest some staff changes.

No where on my order receipt does it say powdered donuts. I feel ripped off.

On April 5th, 2025, at about 7:53pm, I entered the store on East Avenue in Canandaigua, NY, and a female staff person, White, about 6'3" and a hundred pounds overweight, her black hair in a ponytail, refused to wait on me, in order to keep mopping her floor, ignoring me for over five minutes, until I left, despite two attempts to receive service. I have never seen such insanely ignorant and dismissive, antisocial behavior in a retail establishment, in my life. Two other employees were talking to each other, the whole time, and refused me service, and as I was walking away, facing away from them, at the door to leave, and yelled an obscenity, the one mopping tried to call the police. You can see how unresponsive, derelict and antisocial these people were, on camera.

The person at the takeout window is the rudest person…I have gone there multiple times and she’s always nasty. Makes Starbucks more inviting and right across the street.

they refuse to give me my donuts multiple times and they never give me any bacon and it never has maple they always give me extra ice when I say light ice floor is super dirty and sticky workers are very rude bad atmosphere. I have been a very loyal customer so this is very disappointing. Would not recommend going to the Canandaigua Dunkin be more like Farmington

I've been here multiple times, EVERY time I order a large regular hot coffee. Cream and sugar. EVERY TIME it has tasted like water. This morning was the worst. It doesn't even taste like coffee. It tastes like dirty water with cream added to it to try to hide the dirt taste. I would have sent it back but I was in a rush to get to work. TERRIBLE PLACE

Sep 20th went out on my Motorcycle with a buddy. Staff seemed frantic 1 man looked like he was trying to keep the place running and trying to get everything done. One girl was 2 n half hours late as she stated. When I asked for a fork for my hash browns she just chucked a handful at me. And it took about 20 minutes for my order to even be taken. Just standing around with no one else there but me and my buddy. Not recommended to go here Saturday afternoons. Was kinda nuts to watch honestly. Hope that one guy gets a better job or at least competent coworkers

Everyday, regardless of the time of year or events in town, the drive through line stretches out of the parking lot and onto the service road. I can’t totally blame the staff, but can’t wrap my head around management’s inability to schedule enough employees to keep things moving smooth. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Starbucks or another local coffee shop, dunkin is not worth the 30+ minute wait in the drive through.

I order pink donut with sprinkles for my toddler. Whenever I order it from this location they don't put the sprinkles on it. Personally it wouldn't bother me, but to a 3yr old girl it does. Hardly even frosted

Just went through drive thru. Ordered a large coffee with 5 sugar 5 cream. Received a medium coffee with 1 sugar 3 cream. Awful experience again. Went back today and told them about their mistake, all they said was sorry and charged me for the coffee I ordered today. WOW!!!!! You would have thought my coffee would be free today. They didn't care. Very Poor customer service.
