I've had nothing but bad experiences at this location four times over. Crazy low quality standards when it comes to both donuts and coffee, with frosting tossed on top and drinks 2/3 full upon arrival. I'm not too picky when it comes to Dunkin but I'd stay away from this store if you can. Management doesn't seem to respond to polite complaints with photos either.

The person at the takeout window is the rudest person…I have gone there multiple times and she’s always nasty. Makes Starbucks more inviting and right across the street.

Lady at the drive thru sounded like she wanted to die. Didn’t ask if I wanted my drink hot or iced, she just assumed. Didn’t feel welcomed

Rude worker at the drive thru window, was given the wrong drink then given attitude again to remake it. It was iced tea, probably the easiest drink to make.

they refuse to give me my donuts multiple times and they never give me any bacon and it never has maple they always give me extra ice when I say light ice floor is super dirty and sticky workers are very rude bad atmosphere. I have been a very loyal customer so this is very disappointing. Would not recommend going to the Canandaigua Dunkin be more like Farmington

I've been here multiple times, EVERY time I order a large regular hot coffee. Cream and sugar. EVERY TIME it has tasted like water. This morning was the worst. It doesn't even taste like coffee. It tastes like dirty water with cream added to it to try to hide the dirt taste. I would have sent it back but I was in a rush to get to work. TERRIBLE PLACE

Shadowoopss “Shadow”

Sep 20th went out on my Motorcycle with a buddy. Staff seemed frantic 1 man looked like he was trying to keep the place running and trying to get everything done. One girl was 2 n half hours late as she stated. When I asked for a fork for my hash browns she just chucked a handful at me. And it took about 20 minutes for my order to even be taken. Just standing around with no one else there but me and my buddy. Not recommended to go here Saturday afternoons. Was kinda nuts to watch honestly. Hope that one guy gets a better job or at least competent coworkers

Ordered a shaken expresso to only get served flavored ice milk when I only requested one creamer. The young girl working the drive thru 9/20 430 pm is incredibly rude as well. Spend the extra money and try somewhere else.

Everyday, regardless of the time of year or events in town, the drive through line stretches out of the parking lot and onto the service road. I can’t totally blame the staff, but can’t wrap my head around management’s inability to schedule enough employees to keep things moving smooth. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Starbucks or another local coffee shop, dunkin is not worth the 30+ minute wait in the drive through.

Absolutely bs I couldn't get my children breakfast because all I had was a $50 bill even tho my total was $30. They don't accept $50 bill. Thanks for making my 3 children cry at 8 am.

I order pink donut with sprinkles for my toddler. Whenever I order it from this location they don't put the sprinkles on it. Personally it wouldn't bother me, but to a 3yr old girl it does. Hardly even frosted

Just went through drive thru. Ordered a large coffee with 5 sugar 5 cream. Received a medium coffee with 1 sugar 3 cream. Awful experience again. Went back today and told them about their mistake, all they said was sorry and charged me for the coffee I ordered today. WOW!!!!! You would have thought my coffee would be free today. They didn't care. Very Poor customer service.
