Your dough to sauce ratio is crazy. It feels like I’m biting into a bread loaf of lasagna. You put way too much dough and sauce on your pizza and it tastes like I’m biting into a piece of bread loaf lasagna which tastes terrible

Not impressed. A large pie for 30.00?! These folks have lost their minds. Please stop using inflation as a reason for greed. Now taste? Bland as bell, and two inches plus of crust at the end with no toppings! I will personally never darken their doorway again. I do believe though that they have good wings…

Disappointed. Fish fry is not a fish fry. I unfortunately assumed what the meals would be and did not read description of meal. But, fish fry was three dry fish tenders and a handful of french fries, should have a $10-$12 price tag. Had the expectation of a med-large size fish, fries, bread, coleslaw. A traditional fish fry meal. That is worth $15-$20. Menu item should be renamed Fish Tenders w/ fries.

First order was wrong and late and cold. Getting it straightened out took several minutes on the phone repeating the correct order several times to several people. Only to be told by the manager that I sighed when he asked for my card number! And threatened to cancel my order. Second order also incorrect . They don’t use and heat bags so it’s cold as well. Very rude manager incorrect food delivered cold and late? Lost my business marks pizzaria . There are options here in town. Learn customer service.

Marks has completely changed their pizza and calzones. We've tried their pizza several times over the last year and each time it is so loaded with sauce it just makes a mess trying to eat it. Recently we ordered a calzone which we used to get, the big air pocket inside had just a little pepperoni and a little cheese; very different from what it used to be even though the cost has gone up. Disappointed

I have been here a dozen times and the pizza is great. This time it looked cold and stale so I asked if they could please heat it. Was told no, it's warm. So I went to go eat it, all cold and the crust was like cardboard. Went to ask please for another slice and was told sure, but I would be charged for it. Just a terrible day for Mark's.

I just spoke with two employees who were extremely rude. I usually order from here and things are fine. I’m not sure what has happened lately. I heard the driver lie and say that he gave the food to me that I was missing. He drives a white sedan and wears a pony tail. He even said thanks for the tip. Well, I digress, I am missing one item, I called for a refund. The manager was also extremely rude. Neither said their name at all. She laughed at me and basically said that I was lying. I paid $20 for some Mac and cheese that I didn’t get. Lately the food has been burnt and they don’t even put everything on it that you ask. I pay for double veggies and barely get any. This place has become a disgrace to all Marks in the area. Don’t go back! Pontillos is awesome and locally run and owned!! See the photo that I have included of the burnt sub that I had to add the cheese sauce to when I ordered it on the sub.

The manager with longer greasy black slicked back hair has single handedly lost my business. Don't do it. Go to pontillos in canandaigua instead. I walked into marks and asked for a couple dough balls. Weird request, but I do do this fairly frequently because I sometimes like to make my own pizza. The lady at the front desk thought I was joking and when she realized I was serious asked for her manager (description above), who then tried to tell me I've never bought dough from that store before which is not true at all. From that specific store I've probably bought dough 15 times or so over the past year and change. I challenged him a bit, and said 'really? I've been buying dough here for months' and he told me to have a nice night and to leave. I usually pay 10 dollars for 2 medium dough balls, which is a pretty good deal for them I thought. I walk into pontillos in canandaigua and ask the same question. Lady at the counter goes 'absolutely!' 'are you planning on making them tonight? ' ' do you want me to combine them? ' and the gentleman who handed me the dough balls said to me kindly 'make sure you let these rise a little before you use them.' I asked them how much they wanted for the dough they were selling me, and they charged me like 4 dollars and change. Arguably way better dough too. I have a friend who lives decisively in the marks delivery zone posted via the map literally hanging on the wall in their store, and for some reason they decided that they won't deliver to his address anymore even though we see delivery drivers for marks go past his house and make deliveries much further down than his place. No explanation. One time I was on my way to watch a football game at that friend's place listed above, and I ordered a big order a few hours before hand (sheet pizza, several dozen wings, a medium pizza, and some fried dough). I arrived at Mark's to pick up this order on the way there and they apparently never got the order. No explanation when I showed them my receipt. I asked if they could make the order and deliver it because the order was missed and the house is in the delivery zone and that id definitely tip the driver (literally pointed to it on the map) and they told me no I'd have to wait for it. I told them to cancel the order and that I wanted my money back. I'm not even being cheap. I've given this place so many chances and they just absolutely have ruined it with a confidence that's almost inspiring. Never had a problem with other marks either, they usually are a solid option. This specific marks is an absolute cluster.

Would give a zero if I could. Ordered food,Pizza and wings. Should have lite wing sauce on these wings. No sauce whatsoever. Called to let them know. Wanted the wings returned and they would give us a credit. But would not send the correct order. So the houseful we have for dinner would have had to go without, give us a credit for a future order, and that's assuming we ever order again from this location. Already paid for their expensive wings and just wanted them correctly prepared.

I have no words..who let this out of the restaurant. 25bucks for 2 orders of boneless wings to hard and burnt to even eat. Then try and hide it with sauce..WITAF!!

The “large” gluten free pizza for $17 is literally one of those single serving microwave frozen pizzas you buy at the grocery store. No wonder they only offered a cheese pizza version or a pepperoni pizza version with no other toppings. They come frozen and they’re simply reheated in the oven. This all could be somewhat overlooked if the pizza wasn’t so small, just like the small, grocery store microwave pizzas - I was able to eat it all in one sitting, and I usually don’t even eat that much. No way this should have been $17! The 10 boneless wings I ordered seemed like 10 small amounts of processed chicken covered in sauce. On a good note they made it to my door in just under 45 minutes. Spent $35. They also wouldn’t accept a coupon I presented when the pizza arrived, which is somewhat understandable, except nowhere on the coupon does it say it must be presented prior to ordering. Bad quality, expensive food - unless you like eating low-quality food and throwing money away - stay away. You’ve been warned!

Your order will not be on time. My son was sleeping, so rather than pick it up, I had my order delivered. I waited outside to make sure their arrival didn't startle my dog and wake the baby. Seventeen minutes after I got my delivery notification, the food arrived cold. I got a handful of friend at best and their chicken fingers were smaller and fewer than ever. Don't waste your money or your time.
