I love Tim Hortons. Get it every time I'm traveling though the area. Great staff, coffee and food.

Tim Hortons is my favorite place to go for coffee. Everyone is super friendly at both locations in Canandaigua.

Since moving to Canandaigua in 2008, my family and I have visited this location countlesss times. No matter what time of day we go, we hereceive fast and friendly service. There is an area outside the main door that would be great for a couple of small bistro tables and chairs when the weather is nice but other than that, we hope everything about this Tim Horton's will remain the same. With three kids involved in hockey or figure skating and a very busy schedule, we often find ourselves in the drive-thru. Even when the line is wrapped halfway around the building, we know that it will move quickly and the staff will be friendly when we arrive at the window. This location obviously has excellent management personnel in place and we hope that continues.

My old home. Miss working there. Always stop here for coffee and breakfast once a week usually. The farmers breakfast wrap is the best, and I always drink their dark roast coffee.

This Tim Horton's is always clean and welcoming, with fast and friendly service! The TimBits are, as always, delightful and the breakfast sandwich was the first one I've gotten here and I'll definitely get another sometime.

Positively the best Tim Hortons staff there is. They always get our order perfect and even if there is a line it moves quickly. Forever my favorite coffee place that exists❤️💕❤️

There's a Tim Hortons near my high school so it's been my go to place for dinner on long days. All the food here is great, along with their bakery items like donuts, coffee, and muffins. They're open at great hours so I'm able to stop there before school if need be. Everything is greatly priced and affordable.100% would recommend to anyone.

Coffee is the best if all. Medium dubble, double. Nothing beats egg and cheese on an everything bagel to get you through the day. The service is always served with a smile.

I got a bagel sandwich and it got out so fast! Before they even asked if we wanted a receipt it was out! It was so good! Way better that Dunkin definitely would go again!

Don't know why this place doesn't have a higher rating because I come here pretty frequently and I never have any issues. I stopped going to Dunkin' because of how sugary the same drinks are and Tim Hortons coffee is cheaper and overall better quality in my option. This location is located on ridge rd in Webster Ny, and co exists with the speedway gas station. Every time I come here the quality of my coffee is delicious and is always made quickly. This is one of my go to spots when I'm in a hurry and have a lot of things to get done. I never get caught in any major line and the employees are so nice. If you download the Tim hortons app you can also enjoy the rewards program that turn into free drinks for all you Tim lovers!

Your coffee is awesome, you make breakfast fantastic, and your employees are the kindest. The wait time isn't the worst, but it's also not the best. Also your donut are delicious.

I love what the new management has done with keeping the store open later. Very convenient for my mid-afternoon coffee craving. Only issue is the new lids don't really stay closed and then when you drive over a pothole your drink will spill.

A few other Tim Hortons in the area were unfortunately temporarily closed, so this one was the closest to our route without going too far out of our way. This was our final Tim Hortons stop on our trip and will have to do until the next time we are in the area. The iced coffee was good as usual and a good accomplishment to the doughnuts.

Staffing issues have the dining area closed, many times on Sundays, while drive thru is still open. Love the menu and coffee choices. Spinach and egg white omelet bites are healthy and delicious

Today was my first time at this Tim Horton’s and the staff is amazing. Both ladies I interacted with were so kind and friendly. One had the same name as my daughter (Zoë), so she was extra sweet to her. Huge shout out to both of them. We will definitively be back!

Food was good and hot. Nothing particularly special. Run of the mill for fast food donut shops.

Went at a busy time through the drive-thru but we didn't wait that long.

Workers are very nice and patient and just cool people and it's not very expensive here either it was a little over $16 for me and three friends with everyone getting at least one donut and drink

This is a smidge above a regular fast food place. They have great coffee, donuts & bagels, but they also have paninis & other sandwiches. The grilled cheese panini is a great choice for picky eaters AND it's pretty good for fast food.

The coffee and donuts are great. It would be nice if they would bake more cookies. They're delicious but never available later in the day.

Had to take my bagel sandwich back in, it was basically cold. Even after they redid it, it was still not very hot. Maybe they should nuke the sandwiches for 5 seconds just to melt the cheese. I’ve had this sandwich at other Tim Hortons and they were much warmer....

I had coffee and a well-done buttered multi grain bagel. Server was friendly enough - perhaps a little too talkative. They got the order right and it came out fast enough. I like the atmosphere inside, you can relax and enjoy your coffee - theirs is always fresh and good.

I live really close but I don't ever stop here but I saw they have a Oreo frozen drink but I did ask for some caramel added also. It was good but not my most favorite drink. But I would still come back to try something else. I love refreshers so if they have one I will definitely give it a try.

I ordered a combo and got a sandwich but not a big deal. Parking lot design is weird... It's easiest to exit from the drug store's lot next door.

Is good, you know what you get food-wise. No one greeted is though, and there were dirty tables at 8 am on a Sunday. Don't think that's acceptable. Minor complaints though and won't keep us away.

Today was literally crazy- they had a long drive thru line which is typical for that time of day. I waited 25 minutes and I pulled up and he said my card declined so I told him I would come in- he didn’t tell me the lobby was closed. There were customers In there. There was an employee attempting to tell people to leave. I checked my account and I had money so I tried to get in. The employee said I could go in but he was locked out too. There was no communication among employees what was going on. I asked and he said that they were out of a lot of food. From my perspective they need to limit the number of door dash orders. And if it gets bad then close the drive through not the lobby. People should be able to come in and get the sugar that was forgetten. I also think door dash should have a shelf inside instead of clogging the drive through. Not sure why you ran out of food but basically every Saturday morning will be busy 9am-10am. Hire an extra person for that hour or prep extra food for that time. The staff are always stressed but they need to prepare for the rush rather than wallow in the rush. Close the drive through before it gets busy if you have a lot of mobile orders. If people come inside they can snack on their donuts while they wait for their coffee. In summary:communication amongst the team, prepare for the rush, prioritize the lobby rather than the drive through.

We used to frequent this Tim Hortons with no problems. The past few times we have gone have been a disappointment. Last time the walk in entrance was locked with no explanation and only the drive thru was available. This time we asked for an “assortment” of Timbits (they gave us mostly all chocolate) and they didn’t put sausage in the sausage breakfast sandwich we ordered. They were also out of stock of several baked goods items before noon. Not worth the time and $$.

I love the Tim Ho’s turkey sandwich and find it a good value. It’s normally put together pretty well but they are skimping on lettuce. My daughter’s BLT had very little either. The past several visits, their staff have been very nice and I appreciate that above all else.

Ordered a chicken wrap and coffee for lunch via the mobile app. I am not sure what is with the service here, but it is very inconsistent. I let the person know at the speaker I had a mobile app order. She said she pulled it up. This was 5 to 7 minutes after I had ordered from my home. I can certainly appreciate making orders fresh vs making them right when ordered. I get to the window and a person says to me ‘you’re the mobile order, right?’ It was 12:30pm, I was the only person in the drive up and from what I could see inside, only customer. There was no one at the counter, but there may have been customers at the tables inside. It takes quite awhile to make the wrap which was fine. But then they told me I was all set and hadn’t given me my coffee. I just don’t like feeling as if I were being unpleasant asking for my coffee as well. The associate just said “oh yeah, forgot that” and went about getting a large coffee with cream together. Not the best experience, but not the worst at this location.

Not impressed at all. Very little bang for your buck. Tiny little in and out place. Kids were rude there.

They make WAY too many mistakes at this Tim Hortons. Every time I stop, something is wrong in my order (and I don't order anything crazy). Also today when we stopped, they ran out of Diet Pepsi, hash browns and donut bags. This was before 9:30 am.

The espresso machine has been down for months so I can't get what I really want and it's just not as good as it should be

Their consistency to inconsistency is admirable. More times than often I pay for an order that is incorrect.

The staff is decent, but I must say (and other people have been complaining about it too) that whenever I order a small drink it's like half way full. I usually don't say anything to them, but it's getting ridiculous. it's happened several times now. I don't know if they're doing the wrong measurements or not, but I definitely expect more.

The drive-through experience leaves a bit to be desired. The bacon on the breakfast sandwich was nearly raw. The sandwich has gotten smaller. I'll go elsewhere.

Normally a good place. Afternoon crew a little lax on the cleaning. Most all tables dirty and just the 2 of us here. We cleaned our own table.

Frozen coffee drinks are good, hot coffee is somewhat bitter. Honey glazed “timbits” were fresh and sweet, however the attitude of the cashier was sour and nasty.

Love our Timmies. However, you'll want to be especially vigilant with what you receive at this location. We go here regularly and it is a rarity to have zero problems with our order.

the only reason i didn’t give this place one star is because it did not take long for our order to come out. i ordered a grilled cheese panini and the bread was barely warm, the cheese completely unmelted. i also ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel and they gave us bacon. completely unsatisfied.

Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes then once I got to the speaker the employee was extremely rude. I ordered a #1 which comes with a coffee. I got to the window and was handed my sandwich in the wrapper not even a bag. I asked "doesn't the #1 come with a hashbrown" she closed the window and just yelled to the back "all he ordered was a sandwich and drink" which I could hear and watched her say. Then she opens the window back up and says "we are out of hashbrowns they're all mushy and in the oven still" what is it are you out or are they in the oven?!?! I never got my hashbrown which I was actually looking forward to. Terrible service at this location!

This is the worst tim hortons I've ever been to. I get coffee here a couple times a week, because it's on the way to where i need to go, and the amount of times they mess up a simple 3 cream coffee is astounding. Most of the time the coffee is insanely hot too, so I don't even find out until I get to where I'm going that it's wrong (they almost always add sugar to it for some reason), so I can't even take it back.

We pulled up to the drive through. I ordered a chicken penini. Worst sandwich ever. The bread was crushed down as thin as a piece of paper. One half of the sandwich was all cheese. The other had a few chunks of chicken, but the whole sandwich was basically a crushed grilled cheese. And it didn't even taste good.

So inconsistent. Ordered a breakfast sandwich today and it came with eggshells! It is the closest location to my office, so it's convenient, but more often than not, my order is incorrect. I haven't had too many issues with the people who work there. Just beware!!

I normally like this horton's, but the last 3 stops I have not been happy. 2 morning iced mocha coffees have been horrible to the point I just throw them out. The afternoon iced mocha coffee great, I think I will skip the morning coffees now.

Showed up at 9:30 this location, according to Google, was suppose to be open until 10 and it is closed down for the night not a single employee in sight. Google please fix this as it is rather annoying to have to go out of one's way only to find that what was looking for wasn't open in the first place.

I hate Tim Hortons. Every time I go my coffee Is over flowing and spilling all over me. How hard is it to get the coffee in the cup ? Why does it need to be dripping down the sides ??????

I had ordered a blt for lunch and my bf had gotten a tuna salad sandwich and to our disappointment we had barely gotten any lettuce on our sandwiches. I get inflation happened but we shouldn't be getting little pinches of lettuce either.

Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered a double bacon cheddar melt. The person at the drive thru asked if i wanted it toasted. I said yes. When going out of the drive thru once we got our food. My bagel was burnt and so was the bacon. I took in the sandwich and the manager stated that the bacon was coming out of the machine burnt and they grill their bagels ..... my boyfriend got a bagel too and it was toasted and not grilled. She wouldnt refund the money and said she would remake it herself but it would still have the bacon burnt and the bagel grilled.

Wow was my husband disappointed with this drive thru stop. We were in a rush to get to an appointment and stopped for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The sausage was small and the sandwich luke warm. That is how they got this long line of cars through in record time. We won't be back.

If it's your premiere of the new strawberry/coconut Refresher, you should really HAVE THE COCONUT MILK IN STOCK for the promotion! And no, when coconut milk is the hook ingredient, almond milk isn't appropriate! "Planning prevents poor performance"! Would rather drive off empty handed, as we did!

I come from Buffalo near Canada. All I can say is this Timmy's is no where near good in comparison. Coffee's are usually wrong. Attitude is quite frustrating. No smiles. I have stopped ordering hashbrowns because everytime I order them they're old and crusty. I couldn't finish my farmers wrap this morning because it was missing peps and onions and the hash were dry. It's not even 9 am. Needless to say this store is run poorly. The others in the area aren't much better. It's very disappointing.

Every time I go there no matter the time my order is wrong, shame on me for returning to this establishment ☹️

I’ve had a hot chai latte with oat milk at Starbucks, Finger Lakes Roasters, and made them at home and what’s being served at Tim Hortons is absolutely disgusting. It’s a hot chai tea (2 tea bags) with a bland 3 inch deep gob of froth. It tastes like dishwater.

Glad I paid $5 for my cold, untoasted sandwich. The cold cheese slices are what really made this special. Wtaf

If it's not to much to ask can we please start actually heating the breakfast sandwich. I go here every morning because it's on the way to work and every morning the sandwich is cold. Not fridge cold but clearly spend about .25 seconds in a heater. No other Hortons does this.

I love Tim Hortons. However, I consistently have issues with this location specifically. 9 out of 10 times there is an issue with my order. Its rarely correct, and I never order more than 3 items, so it’s very frustrating. For example, yesterday I ordered just a turkey ciabatta sandwich with ONLY the turkey, cheese, and lettuce. I repeated and confirmed my order twice. After waiting in drive thru line for at least 15 minutes, I finally got the sandwich (assuming it would be correct since I confirmed twice so I didn’t check it). Since I was in line longer than expected I had to rush to work, then I got to work and realized the sandwich was completely smothered with mayo, tomato and bacon. This is just one example from my multiple bad experiences. Such a bummer :(

Went to get lunch there today, was never informed it would be cash only. Waited in drive thru for my order, only to be told cash only when I tried to hand them my card. Very upset about this due to the fact that I only get a 30 minute lunch break and they could have saved me time by saying cash only before I began my order. Now I didn’t get to eat lunch and I work 16 hour days. Very disappointed.

these people do not care about the quality of the coffee they are serving. smaller sizes, but a price increase? workers do not know the difference between a small medium and large. Also dont know how to make a simple iced vanilla latte. id rather have caffeine withdrawals than drink this low quality coffee garbage.

So, as much as it’s convenient to grab coffee here, I’ll drive out of the way to DD. For the love of God, why is it so difficult to make a large coffee with “Double cream” ONLY. First I ask for the “double cream” and get a Double Double. Then next time I ask for the coffee with a “Double cream” only and get a “Double Double”. Then I ask for Two Creams ONLY and get a “Double Double”. Absolute nonsense and idiocy. It’s not I’m order 3 things in my coffee or a huge food order along with it.

Ordered second photo shown, received first photo, a couple crumbs of scrambled egg. Waited 15 minutes for food to come out with no communication from staff moving in slow motion. My daughter orders the geolled cheese panini, it was loaded with butter inside the sandwich and the bread not grilled.. disgusting food. Zero effort. Careless staff.

Usually the staff here at store #9013 (Canandaigua,NY) is upbeat and friendly, but TODAY I experienced discrimination on a new level. I'm ashamed. The "manager" (shift leader?) with heavy eyeliner and tattoos all over her arms was a complete unprofessional and should be looked at further for customer service fraud. This so called "manager" (of what?) expressed to me that my order was a BIG INCONVENIENCE to her and her 11 employees (including bakers, drive-thru & dining room) and that I "should call da number on da receipt next time ta pre-order". I ordered 6 plain bagels and 6 standard glazed donuts with a large coffee. None of the bagels I ordered were toasted or cut, I simply requested 6 of them thrown in a paper bag. The drive-thru station (which by FAR takes priority over customers standing a couple feet in front of them) has a seperate station that holds bagels and other edibles for quick service and was overflowing with “plain bagels”. In her cocky, snappy responses she condescended me as if I was a PROBLEM and I’m not sure if Tim Horton’s was built on this type of bully behavior. As a uneducated civilian in customer service and social situation awareness technique/body language studies, I would of walked away obedient and followed this old lady’s orders regardless of how WRONG and/or unprofessional she is. She even had the audacity to command “get back over here cuz’ I can’t hear you over there” as I was trying to get a look at what they had in their bare metal slots. Now, I’m back by the register where this lady can hear me, but now I can’t see what I’m ordering. Not to mention I was made to feel rushed, as if my order wasn’t being spoken fast enough because it was “mediocrely busy” at best. This wasn’t a “morning rush” by FAR…….happens to be Memorial Day. I understand what it’s like to work retail, fast food and everything else in between, and the answer to letting out frustration because you have to work a holiday is NEVER ‘taking it out’ on paying, repeat customers. As I walked out baffled about what I just experienced after I paid and received my inconvenient order, I walked to the parking lot crossing the drive-thru lane about 10-20 feet away from the ‘drive-thru speaker’ and couldn’t help but hear the conversation taking place. The SAME OLD LADY (with tattooed arms, caked on foundation and 3 inch width eyeliner) was talking rude and being short with the car in the drive-thru! “I told YOU, we ain’t GOT everything bagels”. This is how store #9013 treats United States Veterans? What a shame Tim.

The staff needs training on how to properly make, present, and send out the food ordered. Half of this wrap is completely empty. Ive let it go like 4 weeks in a row hoping something will change. Also sleeves should automatically be put on hot cups, What are you saving the sleeves for ? Its to protect your customer from burning their hands and suing your company. The people are friendly dont get me wrong which is why I keep coming back. But food prep, and making food needs serious attention to training.

Talk about fast food! This sandwich was ready in one minute! It makes sense though, because there is only a thimbleful of meat in it. This is one of the worst values for money I have ever experienced. 5 bucks for this awful thing! First and last time eating lunch at a Tim Hortons.
