Schlotzsky's always good. Nice service and friendly employees! They actually made a mistake and doubled my order. Corrected and we got all right. But they were nice enough to give us the extra sandwiches for free when they could have sold instantly. Great place!

Highly disappointed because I just discovered that the reason I choose Schlotzkys over other sandwich shops, the selection of breads which is no longer available. I love rye bread and don't like sourdough, but guess what the ONLY bread they use now? Right, sourdough. This will be the last time I eat at a Schlotzkys. Also, please fire the exec that thought it was a good idea to get rid of the bread selection.

Food was standard for a Schlotzskys. Young lady taking order was friendly and food was prepared quickly. My issue was the inside of the restaurant was hot/muggy like the AC was turned off. My greatest issue was the cleanliness.... floor hasn't been swept, had to wipe the tables myself, and the drink prep area was pretty gross (look under the drink dispenser).

Sent in an online order ahead of time, and checked with the counter. It was not ready yet, so we sat to wait. Three other groups came in after that and all got their food before we did. When we went up to the counter to inquire about it, the young lady behind the counter apologized and when we explained the situation - the order had been put in almost an hour before, people came and went, etc. - she let us know they were busy. We asked to speak with the manager, Ashley, who decided she was not going to come speak with us. Instead, she yelled from the back to the person we had been speaking to that the order was ready and had been waiting. It is unfortunate that there is a manager here who does not support their staff in difficult situations and who also chooses to not make things right with their customers.

Ordered our food saw Cinnabon’s for 6.99 got a box the girl taking the order looked at the box typed it in we paid went and sat down I was looking over my receipt and noticed I was charged 9.99 for the box she said ya that’s how much they are when I showed her the box she looked at along with the others on display she said the price is wrong on there. Didn’t offer to explain why she didn’t say that when she rang it up or even change the prices on the other boxes. I understand it’s only 3$ but still it’s the principle. That’s bad businesses.

First visit to a Schlotzsky's. My order was without cheese but I was charged extra for no cheese. After issuing a refund and a long wait the sandwich was small and not worth the $8.

I have never experienced such a lack of customer service from a manager and staff. This was on December 30th, around 6 pm. First, they didn't have correct change, and the manager told her employee I would have to wait, he gave me the receipt told me to hold on to it no big deal, it was just some change. I went to get a drink and it was horrible. I tried another drink and it was not any better, and of course one drink machine was broken. I went to the counter and stood for 5 mins or so food was brought out, soup with no spoon. But still standing at the counter, with the manager looking at me several times, she never once asked if I needed anything. It wasn't until they were bringing someone else's food out that I had to get their attention to ask about the drinks. Then, I got the wrong drink. When I was getting ready to leave, I decided that many things were just unsatisfactory and they needed to give me my change. To find out the customer trying to pay was having the same issue. I, at that point, asked for the manager. She finally came up front and didn't acknowledge any of the customers. She gave what change she had to and went back to the kitchen. I don't know what has happened to customer service, but this is unacceptable.
