Inside Loves Truck Stop in Van Texas off Hwy 20. I stop any time I'm in area. Live their food. Clean invironment and nice .

Excellant service, almost no wait in line, I barely had time to fill my drinks up before food was hot, ready and absolutely delicious. I'm sad we don't live closer, because this is by far the best arbys I have ever gone to. Yum!

Their Hawaiian King brisket sandwich is the American Dream in food. Service at this location was great. I just wish there were an Arby's closer to Fruitvale......

Staff was very nice. Had our order ready very quick, even though there was only 2 workers. They rocked it!

Solid lunch. Easy ordering, fast time on food to table, no mistakes in the order. Their jamocha shakes still as good as ever!

If Arby's would just add some Pepsi and Mountain Dew to the soda fountain, they would be perfect! But they're still pretty top-notch as they are.

The metterrian wrap is my fav and great hot curly fries! We enjoy it and this one in van tx is good and clean!

Holy Moly the food rocks. Open 24/7 it's a nice place, really. It feels like eating informal at a friend's house.

As most places these days they were short staffed, but everyone there seemed ready to take on the lunch rush. I even heard the manager gearing them up with a "Get ready ya'll!! Here they come." They did forget my kids meal apple juice, but I ain't mad at them.

Went through the drive through, Gretchen (hopefully I remembered her name correctly!) was probably the absolute best person I've ever had at a drive through. Good hire management!! Also, food was perfect. Absolutely ZERO complaints!

I had Arby's for the first time in a very long time and was super glad I did. My sandwich was excellent. I got the gyro and it was really really good. I'm kind of picky about those and this one was better than I expected. Add a little horsey sauce and it's a great thing.

I've also enjoyed Arby's, it's something different. This one is always clean and the employees are always nice. And they get my order correct every time! Thank you!

My wife was a doubter of the greatness of Arby's. She was in a rush and wanted a good fast meal. I suggested the fish. She is now a believer! They have the meats! And don't forget an apple turnover!!

With the cost of everything going up it easy to see that take out will be just as expensive. Our meals average out to about $16.50 per person so we will be eating at home for a long while. Service st this location was friendly, food was good.

Where was impatient for me to locate where I put my money at when I had to go to the vehicle and she had to cancel my order she looked at my coworker who was standing behind me she was unaware she was black he was black and said he probably couldn't afford it anyways my coworker told me she was profiling me because I was white I was small and my clothes were dirty my personal opinion ignorant people such as that shall be working with the public because I'm the type I will cuss you out especially if you try to label anybody me or someone else I don't stand for it it's ignorant

This is the closest location to my home at 16 miles but it is always worth the drive and the young man Angel is an absolutely fantastic front man,definitely has a future in customer service overall this is a really outstanding location

This store always does a great job of fast fresh food and maintains the quality of the roast beef here. It's never been dry or rubbery roast beef like I have gotten at other locations.

This is for the Arby’s attaches to Love’s off of I-20: We had to do drive thru because of COVID and with four of us and having been in the car for more hours than we can count, we were indecisive and crabby. However, the young woman who helped us with our order was kind, patient, and helpful. AND the food was fresh and yummy! Way to go, Arby’s!

You really can't go wrong with Arby's, especially when you order from the app! This eatery was clean and well staffed and had our food ready and to the window in no time at all!

We go to Arby's during Lent. That's when they have the fish sandwiches. Of all the fast food restaurants that have fish, Arby's is the best, IMHO. We get the King's Hawaiian Fish Deluxe meal with curly fries every time. And this location (in Love's Truck Stop) is very clean (we dine in) and has great employees.

Good food, people are nice, but they really need to fix the drive thru speaker...

Went for lunch with some friends, the waitress was very kind and friendly. The food was ready soon after ordering and tasted pretty good. Their milkshake machine was broken when we were there, but this was an understandable issue, and I genuinely didn't mind. Having had their milkshakes before though, I highly recommend them.

Retha is the nicest most friendliest worker at that location. I always enjoy seeing her when I come in late nights after work. The food is always good and the service is even better.

One of the best Arby’s around the area. Don’t let it being in a truck stop prevent you from eating there. Truckers are very particular about their food and demand the best since they have to eat out so often. The food is always been good. Although sometimes the fries need help. The service is always very good and friendly.

Stopped by this location on my way to Louisiana and I have to say that the experience was very pleasant, Gretchen took my order and was , she was quick and polite. Also had some small talk with her and Trinity and both ladies where very polite. The place was really clean and food was great. Thank you Gretchen and Trinity, will definitely stop by again

I had no idea you could order a half pound French Dip. It was awesome, and it gave me dinner one night and lunch the next day.

When traveling, I visit this LOVES in particular. The staff are so welcoming. The restrooms are always clean. I have not been disappointed yet. This is my onestop shopping 🛍

The food was excellent. We ordered a gyro and a smoked-house brisket sandwich. Although they were out of roast beef, that turned out to be a blessing in disguise because it encouraged me to try the gyro, which I had never had here before. I’m glad I finally gave it a chance. The staff was also very friendly and made sure we were well taken care of.

I came here tonight after work. I noticed it was a little busy, but when this nice lady named Ayla took my order, she was the nicest I have ever met at fast food. Honestly, she needs to get a raise the best food in Van TX.

Great store, clean and lot of helpful staff. Connected to chesters chicken, godfathers pizza and a loves. All if great shape.

Love's is more often than not, a good place to pit stop. The ladies at the front were a real treat. Sweet as pie.

Arby's, it's one of the best fast food places around! If it wasn't for Arby's I don't know what we would do for good roast beef sandwiches? I mean they even have pork now come on. They have chicken as well. They have the meats! Arby's is a rock star in fast food. Remember that. Because they're going to I'm coining that phrase. So Arby's can pay me when they want to use that phrase they are the rock star of fast food!

Staff was actually having fun and making it better than your usual mundane line of waiting to order and general monotony. Food was quick, order was perfect, and it was actually kinda fun waiting- keep that up! Sets it apart from the usual boring places used out of necessity-

The food is good. They struggle with special orders for some reason. So I gave it a 4 star. Any time I go there, the drive thru staff has been polite for the most part.

It's one of my favorite Loves it's actually 2 Locations theres one with across the street with a Carls Jr and the Dairy Queen and BBQ joint right beside it and the other one has a Arby, Chesters and a Taco Bell, Farmhouse Restaurant beside it. Showers are usually clean, and the store is clean and stocked. Service is usually fast. Good place to take a break.

Gather ’round the drive-thru, friends, for a tale as tangy as horsey sauce and as mysterious as the name “Arby’s” itself. There I was, staring at the towering neon hat of delicious destiny. I pulled up, rolled down the window, and whispered, “Give me the meats.” They knew what I meant. A Beef ‘n Cheddar arrived like a greasy gift from the Roast Beef gods, its cheese sauce defying gravity and possibly FDA regulations. But let’s talk horsey sauce. Spicy. Mysterious. Probably made in a lab where condiments are dared to dream. I applied it liberally, because this isn’t amateur hour. One squirt too many and my sinuses were clearer than a sermon on Sunday. And then it hit me — Arby’s = RB’s = Roast Beef. My life flashed before my eyes in the shape of curly fries. The branding was never a mystery. It was a meat-aphor all along. So next time you’re craving a little mystery with your meat and a sauce that could double as a nasal decongestant, remember: Arby’s doesn’t just have the meats… they have your destiny. If it wasn't for the girl, Amy I believe is her name, I would have left because until she came back from using the restroom, I was ignored by the other 3 workers. Once she was there I was waited on, food was correct and out in a timely manner. I appreciate this young lady and the managers should be thankful to have her.

They can't be bothered with getting an order right. And act like you are trying to get free food if you return it. Otherwise, the food is consistent with what you would expect from an Arby's.

Long wait yo order, no line. Food was decent but first few bites had no chicken salad. Chicken salad had too little flavor.

Had the beef and cheddar today. They just threw it together with cheese all over the wrapper making it a complete mess to eat. If your in a hurry, and want to slop all over yourself like I did. Order this.

Please tell me why 1 meal, 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 Arby's beef n cheddar was a whopping 32 bucks? Never again, that is insane!

We come to this Arby’s a few times a week. Every single time there is an issue. Literally. A few days ago they were out of roast beef. Today they are out of more than half of the different fountain drinks. They are also out of medium lids. So they gave me a large but only filled it part way for what would “be a medium”. I’ve worked in fast food and gas stations. The COST difference is associated with the cost of cups and lids. The difference in cost regarding the actual liquid is soooo tiny. That’s what sent me over the edge. I also see a review that 4 weeks ago they were out of medium drinks. Like you’re already doing your customers a disservice by hassling them about your inventory issues. Many customers are locals, not just passerby’s from the freeway 🙃

When I pulled up I was the only person in the drive thru, I waited 30 mins AFTER I had ordered and paid. I watched 4 different people/families get their orders before me. If it weren’t for brunette/red haired young lady that came back before her whole break was over tonight, I probably would have waited well over 45 minutes. They also forgot one of my drinks so I had to go inside and get it and then I ordered beef and cheddars and there was NO CHEDDAR. This is the worst experience I have ever had at this location. Shout out to that girl, she was working her butt off to get the cluster cleaned up.

Normally the people working here are really nice but the individual working the window this afternoon was very unpleasant. I didn't get his name because I was just ready to get away. Food was fine, normal Arby's cuisine.

It has been a long time since I've been to an Arby's but what ever happened to the 5 for $5 deal? Or ANY KIND OF DEAL?? Poor people need a little more variety than McD's or Taco Bell! I realize not every fast food place has a dollar menu but Arby's is seriously lacking in that regard. Where's the love? Lol!

Went there a little late and the pretty much told me and my girl that they didn’t have enough meat to make more than one meal . And the the lady said she had to check and see if they had enough meat to make a number 2 meal smh it’s Arby’s how do you not have meat to make the meals its 80 percent of your menu , we even asked for a turkey meal and they said the had to check and see if they can make it . SMH this is just people being lazy and not wanting to work .

I ordered 2 pizza sliders 2 Turkey sliders and a medium French fry. I only received 2 turkey sliders and fries. If it wasn’t bad already that I didn’t get all my food. The “Turkey” sliders smelt like a wet dog. I made the worst decision of eating it. I am now on my bathroom floor praying for forgiveness. First and last time.

For some reason Arby's has stopped making their fried sides cook to order. Every time we order Jalapeño Bites or Mozzarella Sticks they are old, cold, or soggy. Seems the sandwiches are never very hot anymore either. And this is at multiple locations. Not sure what happened but the quality has went way down while the price is still more than most "fast" food. RIP days of the roast beef.. 🤧

at a decent truck stop, but service is terrible. Ive given them 3 tries, and today was the last straw. They get the order wrong, orderrd 4 sandwhiches and they give 1 sause packet, barely speak english...just dont waste your time

When they had the fish sandwiches they were great! but boy Howdy I had the new chicken salad sandwich never again !dry, 1 grape,bread was stale 8 tiny pieces of chicken lettuce 1 piece wilted lettuce never will ever order it again my wife had a turkey club the dogs are eating the bacon turkey and bread she said it was terrible lettuce and tomato went into to the garbage. $14.00 in the can.....

I simply asked for a small dipping cup, to empty my sauce packets in to make it easier on me to eat while going down the road since im driving a very large truck. And was told the dipping cups are to expensive to give me one with my meal. I travel all over the US and it's never been a issue, but for some reason at this location cups are to expensive to accommodate someone who is simply trying to deliever products and keep America rolling. I will no longer fill up at this loves truck stop or ever give this Arby's my business in the future.

Walk in to order. "Just to let you know, we are out of roast beef"... How do they manage to completely run out of what they are mostly know for. Said it would be 2hrs before they had anymore as it was "cooking". So you wait til you run out to make more? Or simply don't want to be bothered with customers.

I guess they like 1 star reviews. Didn’t greet me didn’t ask me what I needed or nothing. Customer service should be priority at a truck stop serving truckers. Or simply go work somewhere else where you don’t have to no Greer anyone. I haven’t even gotten my food yet. I wanted to be sure I put this review up before I could step my foot out the door

Older lady was very rude. She said they were in the middle of a shift change and it would be 5 to 10 minutes and she can't do any fried food. She has zero customer service skills. She said it very nastily. The younger girl was very professional and pleasant. She should teach the rude one some service skills. Will definitely not be back.

This restaurant has gone way down hill!! Service is slow and food is not great. Got home 10 minutes from restaurant and my hot sandwich was cold. I ordered a medium curly fries and there was only 10-15 fires in the box. I also ordered a 4 piece mozzarella stick and only 3 was in the box. No sweet, the lady in the drive thru was short and very rude. I will not be going back there again. Thank you for ruining a good restaurant that I liked to eat at.

Food was not the usual arby's that we like we ordered Turkey bacon ranch sandwiches and we got Turkey and ranch with a lot of lettuce but no bacon they didn't bother to let us know they didn't have it or that was not put on on an accident it was just bad experience all together. I don't think we will be coming back

This location is always out of roast beef. Which is crazy because that’s what Arby’s is known for. You would think management would adjust their orders considering how often they run out.

The cashier literally walked up to a customer 4 different times and didn’t take their order! While looking for someone to work the register! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!

I can Not in good conscience, ever recommend this fast food company. After eating at the Van, TX location (attached to the Love's gas station), a while back, within 4 hours I was violently ill and threw up everything. Graphic, but true. Clearly food poisoning. I told a colleague about this and she stated her and her husband had also eaten there and she also became sick very soon after. I would be very careful about eating there. Something is very wrong.

Im not a daily customer but when I go I order the exact same thing every time, and almost EVERYTIME my order is wrong, I am a cook, complete lack of customer satisfaction is infuriating, most of the time the food I sometimes receive is decently fresh, my French dip had very little meat compared to any other time and had very obviously been sitting already prepped for at least a hour. Also my food is never over 12 dollars, this time the exact same order was almost $20, save yourself the frustration and go LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE

This has literally got to be the worst Arby's I've ever been to and I absolutely love Arby's every single time I come here there is no one in the Drive-Thru line yet it takes them 5 minutes to either take my order or complete my order and it's located inside a truck stop which just blows my mind... Today after waiting at the drive-thru order screen for more than 3 minutes and then having them tell me to please hold for another 2 minutes before I decided to just drive away and I don't plan on ever coming back to this one! Rediculous

I don't understand why this restaurant is still open even though it's located in a truck stop! They never have the full menu... They don't have the lids for the cups. There's no variety in their soda machine... WHY DON'T THEY PAY ATTENTION TO THESE DETAILS OR ELSE... CLOSE DOWN YOUR DECADENT BUSINESS... There are enough of us truck drivers who waste time stopping to buy something to eat... to find this???! 🙄

Dinner hours: They were out of ketchup, Arby’s sauce and the steak. Asked for sweet tea and there was none so I asked the girl to make more and her response was “we are busy” (it was us 4 and 1 other guy in the restaurant, she did say I could walk to the loves and get their tea that they had made. I assume it’s easier for the one employee on the store side to make tea than it was for a whole crew (sarcasm). Then while we were eating another guy came in and the greeting he got wasn’t a hello but instead “we can’t serve you for 25-35 minutes because we are doing shift change” WHO DOES THAT? WHY SHUT DOWN A WHOEL RESTAURANT FOR A SHIFT CHANGE??!? We drove over an hour specifically to this location. Not sure what’s going on night crew but looks like we will be driving another direction when we want Arby’s. Do better

At arbys they are out of medium cups And instead of giving you a large and charging for a medium they want to upcharge you... how much does that cost you to just give the customer a large cups for medium price loves arby's a nickel ?? So when I asked the manager she stated it's not her fault either so if they're gonna give me a large drink cup they're gonna charge me a large drink That's not taking care of the customer because it is your fault for not being properly stocked But you're more worried about you losing out than the customer losing out not what I wanted not what I ordered Not coming back So lose a customer for life I won't be coming back to this location ever again

I went in around 9pm to get my kids food. While waiting I saw an employee walk in with tape rapped around his shoe 👟 pretty sure against work ethics but that's not what really bothered me he didn't even wash his hands before beginning to serve our food and no one said anything. That's my biggest issue idk where he's been! He came from outside!

How do you run out of roast beef???? It's not rocket science people!!! You sell "ROAST BEEF" sandwiches. Are your employees and management team so inept that they can not keep it stocked?? Go back and look at the reviews at least once a month you have reviews that say the same thing.... "SORRY WE ARE OUT OF ROAST BEEF!!" And then the goober asks would you like to try our chicken??? Well that would be a no Skippy!!! If I wanted chicken I would have ordered chicken Get a grip people. I even ask the Loves Op. Manager how they are.always out. She has no idea either. Said she had had many complaints and brought it up in the managers meeting last week!!!! So this is 2 weeks in a row they have ran out. And then you want me to recommend a dish....... Ok I will!!! Go across the street to Carl's or Soulman's BBG.
