It’s good but they are inconsistent on their orders. We usually eat here every week but last time they forgot a burger in the bag of burgers. Twice already no cottage cheese or dressing with the poppy seed salad. Reheating the fries is also a big no no as they look and taste bad. They need to get their process looked at. Stop paying so much attention to just pulling cars and fill the orders correctly.

Asked for 2 cups of braums sauce. got handed the 2 big sauce cups, both less than a quarter full. asked for more and got told it would be extra pay, which has never happened in any of my visits.

Braum’s is open again after remodeling. I ordered lunch and none of my food was hot .. or very good. They didn’t have the grand opening scratch and win cards.

Ordered a number 3 with just cheese and Ketchup, waited 10 minutes at window and pulled forward and waited about another 10 minutes just to receive this. For someone who works in the food business I know lazy work when I see it and it looks like it was thrown to the side and made last minute to get me out of the line. Never returning here and don’t waste your time if I were you.

i can’t believe i have to leave another review but honestly i think that the manager might be the worst manager ive ever seen run an establishment. they’ll always forget your braums sauce and when they actually give it to you it’ll come 1/4th full. Don’t forget about the disgusting bathrooms and the blantant inability to get an order correct. if you want braums go to amarillo before this one disappoints you.

Cold chili… I ordered some chili and it was cold. Told them it was cold, they then brought it back, but it was still cold, so I just ended up buying a chicken strip dinner. Not to mention they messed up the orders of the people i was with. Would not recommend. Very disappointed.

I've never had anything bad to say about this Braum's until today. I purchased several food items just this afternoon, including 2 ice cream cartons for $7. When we got home, we found that one was old, had turned brown in places and the ice cream was separating. I returned to the store, but they wouldn't exchange it for a good one without a receipt, which we couldn't find. When I showed them the $14.60 charge today on my bank app, they still wouldn't do anything, saying without the receipt they couldn't put it on the receipt. I told them I was not happy, that they could have their ice cream since it wasn't edible, and left the store.

don’t believe any of the lies about this place, this is by far the worst management in a restaurant i’ve ever seen. i can say with 100% certainty that they have never gotten my order correct. they’ll continue to put toppings on your burger that you asked to take off, they’ll forget your drink, and don’t bother to ask for braums sauce cause they’ll forget it anyways. if you want to eat at braums go to amarillo and dont waste your time with this one.

We were helped by someone named Ryker, he was very rude. We didn’t get what we paid for and when we asked for a refund he just flat out refused.

Went there to order some food and a drink after studying. Ryker came to the window (before they were closed) and told us they couldn’t make our food after we paid for it because the grill is closed and was very annoyed when we asked him for a refund. Only after that he told us he could make it but it would be a wait, very rudely yelled at us to go park somewhere. He also forgot to make our drinks and conveniently took long enough to make our drinks incorrectly until there was nothing that could be done about it. He told us he couldn’t make our drinks correctly or give us a refund because the systems were down. Last time I checked a system didn’t have to be us to put some soda and flavoring in a cup that was the correct size. Again this employee that was rude to us was Ryker everyone else was an angel to us.

The assignment manager Jenny at this restaurant is by far the rudest and most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. They have a terrible attitude, zero people skills, and clearly don’t care about their job or the customers. Instead of managing properly, they snap at staff, ignore guests, and act like basic questions are an inconvenience. It was embarrassing to watch someone in a “manager” position behave this way. The restaurant was disorganized, service was slow, and it all pointed back to their lack of leadership. If this is the kind of person they trust to run things, it says a lot about how little the restaurant values its customers. I would never recommend this place to anyone until they replace that manager.

2nd trip being asked to pull forward at the drive thru to wait, then the order gets messed up! last time they forgot half the order and had to come out to my car 3 times. this time they forgot my bf paid and asked him to pay again, then had him pull forward to wait. then gave us the wrong order even though he told them multiple times and showed the the receipt. who is running this mess? I can't even eat mine because it has bananas, which im allergic to, instead of brownies!

Dead flies in the same place for days. The first time I mentioned them “Oh, the night crew”. The second time, maybe during the night, third day same place and more, 4th day today to check; you guessed it. If you want to go there, look closely and watch the employees wipe their faces or clothes with their hands. Look at the equipment (I go when they open; for breakfast) the equipment doesn’t look like it is ever cleaned. I would say a the last few weeks I have been one of the first 5 people in the door.
