Gotta love the crispness of their chicken and their spice levels. Literally ate here 3 times in 2 weeks. Chicken comes out quick, hot, and crispy. Their spaghetti is delicious with that slight sweetness. And the gravy is a must paired with the chicken.

I have heard about this place a lot of friends who are from and who have been to the Philippines. They always said it’s the best fried chicken. They are finally starting to come stateside and I gotta admit it is pretty good. I got the 2 piece with spaghetti and it was amazing. Wasn’t expecting the spaghetti to be so good. It’s not traditional as it is kind of sweet. And the chicken is just great. Along with the spicy chicken sandwich. The place was packed and I can see why. Oh also the pineapple juice they have is very good too. The service was overall good and quick and the atmosphere is just a typical fast food place. Nothing special on that side. But definitely a great place to eat.

Great price and tasty chicken!! Not salty. Crispy outside & tender moist inside! The spaghetti is sweet! I love them. I wish they open a location in Georgia!

This place is bomb fresh warm food they're spaghetti with sausage it's delicious chiken sandwich juicy Crispin chicken with steam ri e it's yummy 😋 and the prices are fair definitely go back

This was the 1st time trying Jollibee and it was good . What I like the most was that they separate the spicy chicken and regular chicken in the bucket. The spicy chicken sandwich taste better than Popeyes. The rice was kinda of cold and no flavor . Other than that good customer service and good food !

It wasn't cheap, but the chicken was good! Light, crispy and delicious. Doesn't taste overwhelmingly greasy. Their spaghetti is not your typical spaghetti. It is definitely on the sweeter side and has hot dog meat in it that is not your usual hot dog and a bun type. It's more red and tastes different. The chicken sandwich was really good. That's the deluxe pictured.

Flavor of the fried chicken is different than Amercan fried chicken chains. I don’t think it’s better or worst than KFC or Popeyes. Fried chicken had just different flavor. It was my first time testing it. I liked it. Not bad. Customer service is good. Cashiers were engaging customers. Next time I would probably gonna try pineapple juice.

Filipino staple fast food. Had to try this in the middle of the cultural area, and it was about as expected. Chicken was ok, and better with the gravy. Spaghetti was the weirdest upscaled version of Chey Boyardee I've ever had. The pineapple drink was good! Prices were good, lots of booth seats, and the bee made for a comfortable experience. Although I really wanted to try this food , I don't think I would go back and can check this off my bucket list as a one and done.

I stop by while waiting for my car to be serviced. I had the spicy fried chicken. It was decent, nothing that I would go out of my way to get or pick up. Good customer service, friendly staff, and clean store.

Came into the store 8:07p.m, 9.6.25, placed our order at approximately 8:13p.m, got our order approximately 8:22p.m. got home approximately 8:30p.m. about 2miles, our fried chicken sandwich and fries were cold and soggy and coconut dream slush was more watery like it's been sitting a little while longer just like our fries. Needless to say a few other people in line behind us got their order before us. Thank God I have an air fryer to reheat my soggy cold fries and had to refreeze my slushy. And the staff was trying to put up the seats while there were still a line nearly out the door at 8:07p.m. If you want to work on better quality and customer service, please pay attention to these factors.

Third time. Ordered spicy and chicken is all regular. With the stick sign on it too! With a piece of hair..??! Make sure when picking up food, check inside if your order is correct. It seems the stick was just a design 🤨.

My first time trying this place .. i walked in and there is a line to wait to order food.. it took 26minutes from the front door to get to the cashier... and no the place wasn't even busy they just had 1 cashier at lunchtime to make things worse the manager knew they had a long line and didn't get a 2nd cashier until AFTER the line has already been waiting for 30+min to order...what kind of business is this? Who let's the line get that long during lunchtime where everyone is trying to get back to work? I saw 8 different customers leave just because we were waiting for so long to put in our order... but once the order was taken the food came out fast . Unfortunately the manager doesn't care and when I asked to speak with her they ignored me...im never coming back !! McDonald's got the same food and u get it at a fraction of the time ⏲️

Service really sucks!!! I specifically told the order, dude that I wanted 3 spicy thighs!!! I also ordered 3 2 piece combos. And a pineapple drink. I told him that I had no problem with paying extra for the 3 thighs. I got home and got 3 legs!!! I am visiting my family in Gardenia. Minimum 30 min drive!!!
