The food was good but a little pricey. I ordered the broccoli cheddar and it was nice and hot and creamy with a piece of bread that appeared to be broken off or torn from the loaf as opposed to being cut with a knife. Interesting. I also enjoyed a Chicken Ceaser Salad. The chicken was moist and tender and the greens were crisp and crunchy. : p Also ordered was Green Goddess Cobb Salad w Chicken. Which I might say had a nice pile of avocado sitting beautifully atop bacon bits and hard boiled egg. Enjoy friends. : )

This is only my second time at a Panera bread and honestly I don’t get why the food is so pricey, just a meal for 2 over 40 dlls I rather go to a real restaurant and probably spend the same. The food is not bad but not worth the price for sure.

The food is always excellent however both male and female bathrooms needed to be cleaned they both had paper towels on the ground where patrons had not put them in the garbage can. I had chicken noodle soup and a chicken Caesar salad sandwich. The chicken noodle soup was more broth than noodles however the server quickly added lots of noodles and chicken once I mentioned it. The sandwiches were excellent the macaroni and cheese which my friend had looked great. My date just added a little pepper and salt for seasoning for her palate. Mall parking. Spent under $40 for two people which was great. The hot chocolate was very tasty. It would be nice if you could have refills on the hot chocolate. The staff was friendly and inviting. All-n-all good night of eating. Sign "I TRIED IT"

I really enjoy this Panera a lot. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. Today the young lady was super nervous so I'm guessing she was new. She was super sweet and helpful. Got a you pick two which is my go to, green goddess cobb and baked potatoe soup. I hoped to get my birthday perk but I didn't realize it wasnt available the whole month (Panera, you should make it available the whole month) and missed it by a few days. Enjoyed my peaceful lunch

I personally won’t be coming back to this location for food at least as my Greek salad smelled old and spoiled when I opened it out of the container. I thought maybe it was something else and prepared my salad by putting the dressing on and shaking it up , I took my first 2 bites and tried to swallow was unable to as something inside tasted really bad. I had to spit it it out. The customer service was great as the staff assure my rewards weee applied without me having to ask and she gave me options so I could make the best choice for what I wanted to eat today. Apart from the salad my broccoli cheddar soup was a little water but still tasty and great hot temperature. The mango lemonade there was made perfectly.

I ordered a Napa Almond sandwich with no almonds. The wrapper clearly states no almonds, but there are almonds throughout the sandwich. I attempted to speak with someone at the store but the line is either busy or connects to a fax line. I am disappointed by this. I gave it 3 stars because I usually receive great service and my sandwich is prepared correctly.

The service at this particular P/B tanked, and tanked fast. A couple months ago everything was really good. Today, it's trash, sadly. You'd get better service from a McDonalds in South Central, I feel. Needless to say, I wont be returning to this P/B, even though it is the closest one to my home.

I'm gonna give it to Jessica and the older gentleman that was cleaning how they were super kind to each and every customer. But this place has an employee named Rosie in the kitchen (she was a cook) that needs a re-evaluation check. She was wearing glasses and a maroon shirt. I asked for apples as my side for my sandwich and because of my braces I can't take a bite off an apple. I asked her politely if she'd be able to cut the apple for me and explained why and this chick grabbed the apple and rolled her eyes, put the apple slices in a cup and tossed the cup at me at the counter and said nothing when I apologized. She just kept rolling her eyes and looked very upset. This really set me aback because I kindly asked her to do it. She could have said no and not been so stupidly rude about it. The food was okay. But this experience with Rosie was uncalled for.

Today we ordered a salad and the Buffalo chicken sandwich. Got our order pretty fast but in my sandwich they gave no chicken at all. Asked for no cheese and they gave me the American cheese. The white things on the sandwich you see on the picture are onions.
