Recensioni di Estró Pizza Lab Cassina de' Pecchi
If you're not local, you might miss it when driving past (which would be a shame!), as it's located inside a farmhouse with a portico and internal garden, offering a more than pleasant spot for dining in the fresh air. Fortunately, the road isn't too confusing and leads you straight to nearby parking lots to reach the restaurant; there are also other, even more convenient, parking spaces at the intersection with Via Trento. Once inside, you're greeted by simple, clean, and contemporary decor, where wood, raspberry red, and white colors define the entire space, alternating with functional furnishings. The owners' passion for pizza is evident, visible, and tasted (at more than affordable prices, Margherita €7): the menu isn't overwhelming, but all are capable of tantalizing the taste buds, from the "Pizzas of the Month," the house specials, to some of the great classics. Our personal choices were the "Mortadella" (12 euros) and the "Diavola Special" (9 euros). When we arrived at the table, we were faced with "tall" pizzas, rich in ingredients on a well-cooked and balanced dough that left no choice: you just have to eat them. Once finished, there's room for dessert, and the homemade Tiramisu (6 euros) lives up to expectations: rich and creamy. That's all it takes to leave the table satisfied. Add, as a final note, the staff's friendliness and helpfulness, and there are very few reasons not to try (and return to) Estró Pizza Lab.
Excellent pizza, and the tasting menu is a great idea, so you can try more variety. Very welcoming place.
Super good pizza! Whether you choose the shovel or the round one the result does not change. Always kind and helpful service and excellent value for money. Super highly recommended 👍
Are you tired of always eating the same old pizza? Estrò pizza lab is for you! Estrò pizza lab's pizzas are truly unique! The dough is crunchy and the combinations of the various ingredients are imaginative and delicious! I had the Potato pizza, with fiordilatte, baked potatoes, bacon and pecorino (it was truly exquisite) and the off-menu pizza of the day with spinach, fiordilatte, ricotta and coppa piacentina (at first I was a bit skeptical about the spinach on the pizza... but I changed my mind! It was simply divine😍). I also had the half sweet pizza, with Nutella and pistachio🤤 Estrò pizza lab, in addition to the round pizza, offers the possibility of ordering a peel with a maximum of 3 flavors (so if you are undecided you can have them all😏). As for desserts, in addition to the sweet pizza with Nutella, white chocolate or pistachio, they offer lemon sorbet, different types of cakes and even homemade tiramisu! The restaurant is very nice, in hipster style (which I personally love), the staff is very friendly and immediately puts you at ease. During the summer you can also eat outside, under a beautiful porch overlooking the garden! Another plus is the fact that you can see Fabio and Luca (the two pizza chefs) while they prepare the pizza! 😍 Come and try their fantastic pizzas right away...and remember: in crust we trust!💖

I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat excellent pizza and not leave the table feeling overwhelmed. I was torn between two different pizzas, so... no problem! Half a pizza with pancetta, pecorino, and potatoes, and the other half with bologna, burrata, and chopped pistachios. The dough is made with three different flours: kamut, spelt, and rice. All accompanied by generous smiles from the staff. If you're with a group and are understandably unsure which pizza to choose (you'll understand why when you read the menu), the most logical choice is: the pala. Location: rebuilt courtyard with portico. No rain or "restrictions" will stop you! Well done guys!!
A new, original and revolutionary pizzeria concept. The simplicity and quality of seasonal ingredients meet and blend with artisanal creativity, culminating in the pizza dough's signature flavor! The atmosphere and service are superb! Try the sausage, gorgonzola, and paprika pizza!
beautiful place, the pizza is really good and around there's a lot of space for kids to play and enjoy while waiting for the food
I went to this pizzeria last night for a birthday party! I personally had a great time! There were 10 of us and we ordered four pizza peels, which were filling, so we ended up having a few leftovers. I tried several flavors and loved them all: potatoes, guanciale, and pecorino cheese were very good; gorgonzola and pear was my favorite; the ragù surprised me (it felt like a real lasagna); tuna and onions were good; the off-menu version with mortadella, stracciatella, and pistachio was a masterpiece and very rich, as you can see from the photo; and finally, the speck, brie, and mushrooms were also good. The pizza dough is crispy and a little difficult to cut and chew (I prefer it softer, but it depends on your taste). I was also lucky enough to eat all the center pieces, which I think are better than the edges. I'm giving it 4 stars because I was told there were some flaws in the vegan pizza peel we ordered. I should point out that it was off-menu for the restaurant, and they accommodated our request. Overall, the vegan pizzas lacked flavor (a problem solved for one person by adding spicy oil), and the one that was supposed to have grilled vegetables was reportedly raw. They also offered a cake service for 50 cents per person, plus a €1.50 cover charge. The location is very charming and charming, with all the fairy lights under the portico overlooking a beautiful green lawn. There's also an ice cream shop and a pub next door, convenient for continuing the evening. Highly recommended!!!
At this pizzeria, you can't help but opt for the "Tasting" menu, which is essentially an all-you-can-eat menu of pizza slices that can be divided into three flavors, all for the very reasonable price of €13 per person! This obviously excludes a cover charge (€1.50) and drinks. The pizza is excellent quality, crispy, and well-leavened. The flavors available are varied and original, with fresh, excellent ingredients! In addition to those on the menu, there are always two or three flavors of the day. We didn't order them, but they also have a few desserts available! The place is small and simple, but in the summer they also set up an outdoor patio, making it one of the few places in the area where you can eat outside! There's also a large green space next to it, where the kids can play after their meal. Highly recommended!
Excellent pizza, different from the usual. It's served by the meter, placed on upturned buckets and then stacked on the table. The pizza tour is worth mentioning, with a wide variety of pizzas. The pizza with ragù is excellent. There are beers to drink, but I'd like to highlight the excellent spritzes. The location, in a renovated old farmhouse, is truly beautiful and suitable for groups.
The round pizzas, obviously made with the same dough as the peel-shaped ones, are too "bready." All the pizzas arrived at the table overcooked and, consequently, difficult to cut. It's not enough to offer special toppings when everyone knows that the most important thing in pizza is the dough. Eating under that portico makes even conversation complicated and difficult.
We had dinner under the beautiful portico, which offers a pleasant atmosphere and a really nice space. However, the decor could be enhanced a little more: the “sagra della salamella” style tables clash slightly with the environment. The pizza is good, more similar to a pinsa or a shovel than the classic round one. The dough is crispy and well worked, certainly one of the strong points. Unfortunately, towards the last slices, the dough becomes rather hard and difficult to cut, which suggests that the bases are made first with a first cooking and then regenerated when ordering. This detail penalizes the overall experience a little.
