It offers an open menu—you can order up to 12 dishes per person—and will let you taste truly unique specialties: ceviche, tacos, uramaki, sashimi, various types of ravioli (gyoza or samosa), and much more! 😋 The ingredients used are truly fresh and refined...and above all, unique! You can find dishes prepared with truffles, Mazara del Vallo red shrimp, lobster... In short, all truly delicious ingredients! 😍 And if you love experimenting with beverages, at ShabuSushi you'll find the gintoneria, a corner where they constantly prepare and experiment with new, truly special gin-based drinks! 🌟 For appetizers, I chose to try three different dishes: ravioli, ceviche, and sashimi. Let's start with the ravioli. At the owner's suggestion, I tried three different types of grilled ravioli, served with ponzu sauce: - shrimp gyoza: delicious and with a very delicate filling - pork gyoza: really good! The filling was super flavorful! - green vegetable samosa: I'd never tried this type of ravioli before, and I must say I was very impressed! The batter was really good, and the filling was filled with vegetables. The ceviche I tried was the mixed ceviche, with sea bass, steamed shrimp, lobster, red onion, celery, cherry tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, ponzu sauce, and yuzumiso sauce. Aside from the high quality of the various ingredients, the flavor of this ceviche truly blew me away! The seafood has a very delicate flavor, which pairs perfectly with the more savory and bold flavor of the various sauces and the red onion. It had an almost sweet and sour taste. Highly recommended! For my final dish, I opted for a classic: salmon and tuna sashimi. What can I say, it was really good and the fish was so fresh! 🤗 I wanted to try four different rolls, two from the "All Sushi" menu and two from the à la carte menu! 😝 Starting with the off-menu items: - Special Roll Testa Rossa: with tempura red prawns from Mazara del Vallo, avocado, cucumber, avocado carpaccio on the outside, gratinated lobster, tobiko, spicy sauce, and teriyaki sauce. A truly excellent roll, with a delicate yet bold flavor thanks to the lobster, red prawns, and spicy sauce. A roll that can be described as "elegant" 😍 - Special Roll Brooklyn: Definitely my favorite 🥰 With tempura sea bass, avocado, cucumber, seared sea bass carpaccio on the outside, edamame cream, truffle sauce, tempura zucchini flowers, chopped pistachios, teriyaki sauce, and spicy sauce. For lovers of milder flavors, this is perfect! ☺️ The truffle sauce was just right, and the spicy sauce wasn't too bothersome because it perfectly complemented the sweeter flavor of the sea bass and edamame cream. 🤩 VERY GOOD😆 Now let's move on to the rolls in the "All Sushi" package: - Salmon Roll Oyes: One of Shabu's bestsellers! ⭐️ With salmon tartare, avocado, Philadelphia, salmon carpaccio on the outside, crunch, teriyaki sauce, and spicy sauce. Really good, well-balanced flavors, and the spicy note is quite present but not overpowering. It will make you scream "OYES!" ❤️ - Tuna Roll Bronte: With tuna tartare, Philadelphia, avocado, tuna carpaccio on the outside, chopped Bronte pistachios, and teriyaki sauce. Delicate flavor, the pistachio gave that crunchy note that you know I love! Perfectly paired ingredients... in short, experimentation and quality always win 🤤 I tried two tacos, one with meat and one with fish: - The grilled chicken: truly delicious, flavorful, and cheesy - The marinated salmon: perhaps the one that reminded me most of Mexican flavors thanks to the jalapeño. Truly SUPER 🤩

I've read many reviews about this place, which, upon visiting, I found inappropriate and overly harsh. The restaurant doesn't look particularly appealing from the outside, and it's not particularly innovative inside, but despite this, I enjoyed the food. The rice certainly wasn't sticky; in fact, I found the uramaki to melt in my mouth, a sensation I've rarely experienced and one that was extremely pleasant. The flavors I tried were all different, making them excellent in my opinion. Perhaps the best uramaki I've ever tasted.

Tutto molto buono, cibo ben impiattato, locale moderno e pulito. L'unica cosa da migliorare è l'entrata perchè esternamente non dà l'idea di un ristorante, sembra più un negozio. Dovrebbero mettere un'insegna ben visibile all'entrata e anche una su strada in modo tale da riconoscerlo subito. Complessivamente tutto ok.

Good sushi with a lot of choice. Dinner costs €26.90 + cover charge (2), but there are some dishes that have to be paid for separately. You can order 12 dishes per person and you order directly by voice. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the rolls are a bit too big and also too abundant. It would be better to offer more dishes, but make them smaller, so you can try more things. The quality of the fish is very high, however, and there are some very special dishes that I have never seen in other sushi restaurants. The service is also friendly and the place is nice from the inside, even if you might not notice it from the outside. All in all, I recommend the place!

A sushi experience unlike any other, with products that blend Asian and Italian cuisine. Overall, I'd say it was a great experience; the food was delicious and the staff were very polite and friendly. I was disappointed that you could only order 12 dishes per person and the amount of rice in the rolls was too large (just enough to fill you up).

An interesting discovery. I stumbled upon it by chance while searching on Google Maps, choosing it based on the excellent reviews. The place is very large and the staff is very courteous and professional. The menu includes 12 courses for a fixed price of 26 euros. It's slightly different from the usual restaurants, as they have Italian variations; it's a true fusion. The fish is definitely high-quality and fully meets expectations. The owners are young, very friendly, and attentive to their guests. It's definitely worth stopping by.

The atmosphere is very nice, clean, and well-maintained. The lady at the entrance is very kind and helpful. The waiter and waitress are rather listless. The food is good, except for the dragon clouds. They're full of oil and black bits, a clear sign of previously used and reused oil.

The restaurant is unpretentious, the food is of good quality, even if there is a surcharge on some dishes. The prices are however justified and there is convenient parking.

!!! I won't be going back! We wanted to organize a birthday party for a 5-year-old boy. The dishes arrived half an hour after ordering. Plus, it's not the usual all-you-can-eat option; you can only order 6 dishes and then add them in instalments, and many of them cost an additional €3-4. The only nice thing was the location. I strongly advise against it.

So, as far as food goes, only the sushi is good. But the other dishes are best left alone. The price is too high. A large can of beer costs 8 euros, and they even charge a cover charge. I've only been there once, but I won't be back.

As soon as we entered, we were greeted by a very kind blonde lady, and everything was fine up until that point. The problem was what happened afterward. There was a young blonde waitress with her hair tied in a bun who made me want to stick a fork in my eye because she was so rude and you could clearly see that she didn't want to work. The other waiter was a Chinese guy who, if you asked him anything, would respond annoyed and leave without even finishing his answer. Plus, they make you wait forever and you can only order four dishes at a time. What kind of all-you-can-eat thing is this? Afterward, I hoped to console myself with the food, hoping it would be good, but again, nothing. The rice had definitely been cooked two days before, and I couldn't stomach the gunkan. If you're in Pioltello, never go to the sushi place located between Tigotà and Arcaplanet. By the way, if you try to order one of the few appetizing dishes, you'll find that they're sold out. Answer: Apparently, being polite and asking simple questions like "Is it possible to have salmon and Philadelphia Gunkan" or ordering a dish that's sold out is now a reason to be lazy and dismissive with customers. Then explain your skills. Did you do your research on me before responding to deduce what? My attitude? We were completely friendly and respectful with all your employees, and the response was to treat us like twenty-year-old runaways, which is what you're also insinuating with this response you left, which perfectly reflects my review that you prejudge a customer and make commitments based on appearances.

I was very disappointed with Shabu. The staff was unwelcoming and unprofessional. The food was not good, with poorly crafted flavors and below-average quality. I expected a better experience, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I don't think I'll go back, and I don't recommend it.
