The chicken fried steak was good. The gravy did not over power the flaver of the steak. Also the pancakes were fluffy but the margin or butter did not melt on the pancake. Even tho it did not melt it pancakes tasted good.

The waitress, Norma, was amazing. Very attentive, and did not mind us wanting to sit outside. She wanted us to be happy and really took care of us. She was fantastic. Great experience.

Wow I don’t usually leave reviews unless I get bad service. But I had to make an exception ! I stopped by with my wife to eat brunch. She had crepes and I had the breakfast platter and food was great would’ve been 5 stars but my eggs were a little too well done. But I have to say my server Marlene was fantastic! She was so sweet and very attentive. Made sure we were satisfied with the food and kept us full with coffee. She reminded me of my mother, gave us an at home feeling. 5 stars for hospitality!

The place was packed on a Saturday morning for breakfast, however the manager was so hospitable and efficient in handling everyone. Got us a nice table and quick service. Their new Omelette menu is very good and of course the pancakes cannot be missed.

This location has definitely improved from before and provides an overall better experience. I would say that this place feels like it runs better than the average IHOP although the location itself is pretty small. The service was better than before, the food was good, and it was overall a decent time. I definitely do not mind coming here if I am in the area.

This IHOP Location is Great the food is Delicious the Atmosphere is Great as well BUT when customers walk in that door requesting to sit where they want to sit shouldn’t be a problem ever without customers their will be no employees so I think they should consider pleasing their Customers a little more then they do now. And this ain’t the first time I experienced this at the same location this place is small and if theirs only one worker taking care of the customers they shouldn’t mind having to go back and fourth from one side to the next the place isn’t that big as compared to other locations

Our party was seated swiftly, and the service was quicker than a teenager can say Pancakes, please! But, alas, the kitchen was a different story. I ordered eggs Benedict, but it seemed the chef was having a 'sunny-side up' kind of day, because those eggs were cooked to a rubbery oblivion. Still, the dining area was a serene oasis, blissfully unaware of the chaos reigning supreme in the back.

We got the Belgian waffles - they were way too crispy, you could hear the crunch as I bit into it. However, the flavor was nice. Other people in my party got omelets and they said it was good and well seasoned. I really enjoyed the hash browns. They were nice and crispy and had the perfect hint of flavor. The toast came out barely toasted, it just felt like raw bread. Ambiance: diner style family sit down restaurant. It was clean and the booths were comfortable Service: the hostess was very nice and helpful. She kept us updated on the wait times and was very friendly. Our server seemed confused and kept getting our order wrong, it was a bit frustrating. Price: it was very reasonable. The French toast was so cold that the butter wouldn't melt. It also came with a pancake that was served on a separate plate at the same time and was also cold and the butter also didn't melt. The service was mediocre. When the server asked me how everything was. I said... it's not very good. He then just turned and walked away. At the end of the meal I thanked him for the service and I still left an appropriate tip but I will never go back there again. We usually go to a different location. This IHOP was new so we thought we would give it a try. Maybe it's just this location.

Service was quick we ordered the impossible plant based sausage power combo it came with scrambled egg whites fresh fruit and 2 protein pancakes and my wife ordered the T- bone steak dinner this came with your choice of sides: steamed broccoli with garlic bread or the butter milk pancakes or green beans with garlic butter , side salad or red skin potatoes the atmosphere was quite customers keep to themselves. Our orders came out quick. The steak didn’t have and grilled lines and was so thin; my sausages looked like it just came out of the microwave. The food is ok but maybe could be little better if they improved on their presentation and their cooking technique.

food was on table wipe , and left on seats 😡 we was directed to that table , not good ... IHOP know for thier hot meals and clean restaurant. We need time to relax , it's not meant for a dash eat and out , very unhappy

Horrible service, waiters very slow. I saw waiters because for some reason we had 2. My hash browns and sausage were cold, hardly any butter on toast. Pancakes were ice cold. They replaced with a hot set of pancakes. Received the bill and noticed they didn't give us the IHOP happy hour prices, so I had to tell waiter twice about what he missed on our receipt pricing and he told us, I wish you would have told me before. Why am I responsible to know what there prices are? I pointed to the sign when I ordered. Took 30 min to get our food. As of now not going back. Maybe try later this year.

We ordered he missed some of the items we have ordered and then it proceeds to tell me it’s going to be more and I told him that was fine that I still wanted the items when we got done eating I asked for the check, judge me up and down served at my card, then proceeded to enter it in the tablet, then judges me because I didn’t leave a tip. He raise his voice and said to me no tip even though I pressed I wanted a receipt he ignored me and walked away because I didn’t leave a tip when I asked again for my receipt and he just pretended like he didn’t hear me and said that the tablet was already closed I feel like this place is overpriced because apparently as you can see by the picture that wasn’t $53 meal right there I will never be returning to this place
