Who doesn’t love Dunkin?! Great standard hot coffee but the flavored cold coffee is where it’s at! Pair it with a “coffee roll” donut and you’re set for the morning!

Dunkin Donuts coffee is the best, but not every Dunkin Donuts shop delivers equally, the Chester Dunkin Donuts has never given me a bad cup of coffee and always are friendly and efficient!

Nice and fresh. But the kid behind the counter was awful bad aditude wouldn't be helping people.

I accidentally sent my mobile order to this location instead of the one by my job, so a couple hours later I went to this Dunkin drive thru, embarrassed to confess that I was the idiot that didn't pick up her order that morning and JJ at the window just made my order fresh on the spot and added on donuts to make me feel better. Awesome humans working there!

This is the most well run, fast, efficient, friendly Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to, in the entire country. Every time I go here they have a positive attitude, they get my order right, and it’s super fast. Oh, and thank you Dunkin’ Donuts for having vegan milks now. Much appreciated!

I just want to give a big shout out to Dunkin Donuts in Chester. They were so welcoming to our Junior Girl Scout Troop for their first bake sale. They offered to have us come inside but we wanted to get the drive by traffic so instead they saved us a table so the girls could warm up whenever they needed to (it was cold!) And even brought them out some hot chocolate and donuts. They were so great and the girls had a blast! Thank you guys so much for supporting us and the community!

So I have 2 Dunkin's closer than this one yet, I am a repeat customer here. The staff is so friendly and I haven't gotten an order wrong yet. Just a great place to pick up coffee and snacks.

I have been to the Chester Dunkin twice now. Both times I used the drive thru and got a hot tea and muffin. Both times the staff was quick, friendly and order was correct. I drove almost 15 mins to this particular Dunkin for the reasons I stated in review. Where I live there are a few Dunkin’s within a few mins but I won’t give them my business. As they are the total opposite in regards to staff and food. I definitely will be back to Chester!! Keep up the good work!!!

Always get my order right, hard workers, always pleasant and friendly. However, in mornings, extremely crowded. The wait inside and drive through very long, because of volume, but the workers move very quickly and do everything they can to move things along. Just a lot of customers. Convenient, clean, professional.

Like Every other Dunkin Donut. This has everything on the dunkin donuts menu. WE have ordered iced coffee and holiday donut and breakfast combo. Coffee was not that great but sandwich was well done and nicely cooked. Ice coffee however was nice and satisfying view. It is not far away from highway back to Canada so very easy to find.

All employees are very friendly and nice however, everyone make beverage differently. Everyday I order the same drink and every time it taste differently. Twice I had to through it to a garbage because it was so bad. Train your staff and calibrate your machines at least weekly.

While I always go to this dunkin and the service is prompt with a smile, on more than one occasion the lid is not put on properly and I often have a leak or spills. Today was no exception. I was given a very hot coffee and the lid came off with hot coffee all over me and the inside of the car. The lady was nice enough to give me a cold wet paper towel and napkins. The lids need to be more properly secured.

Service has gone down hill really bad here, I know everywhere is struggling with staffing issues, however, this place needs corporate to step in and fix a lot of issues that are currently really hindering operations here.

incredibly nice service from everyone except for this man named rory. i’ve witnessed him yell at the other employees on multiple occasions and only recently learned his name. as a customer nobody wants to watch the people serving/making your food get demeaned in front of you. this dunkin should pick their managers more wisely.

There's maybe a 30% chance your order will be right... if you go on drive thru be prepared to go inside to get what they forgot to give you. Always have extra straws in your car they will forget to gove it to you. Be prepared to be ignored by them.

Had bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel. Ice cold and the egg was mostly egg white that tasted very pasty. Service was good and the sandwich was reheated. Unfortunately, reheating did nothing to the terrible taste. I am sure that that great employees will correct existing problems!

Went through the drive-through to get an iced coffee. Had to turn around, go inside, and get them to put blueberry shots in and then add my own sweetener. Maybe if they spent less time horsing around while people wait for service and more time reading the instructions printed on the cup they wouldn't get reviews like this. Unfortunately, every time I order from this location, there are errors and mistakes with the order. Drinks are made without the proper sweeteners, as they have yet to correctly make a latte as ordered in the handful of times I've attempted mobile orders there. Even ordering from the drive thru does not ensure an accurate and correct service of what was ordered. Very disappointing for a franchise location that does not live up to the other Dunkin locations in the area.

Not the worst Dunkin I have been to, but far from the best. The staff they have at the drive through is interesting to say the least. Sometimes you get very professional, nice people. Other times, someone who sounds miserable as you place the order, doesn’t greet you or tell you the price when you get to the window- just hands you the food without a word. One of the cast of characters looks dirty. He has long dirty fingernails. I haven’t seen him in a bit, so maybe he’s gone. Just who I want handling my food! A few times, a girl at the window was hacking up a lung as she was handing me my coffee. I know it’s hard to hire good people these days, but damn. Also, one last thing - if I order a bagel with cream cheese, put some cream cheese on it. Nothing more annoying than biting into a dry bagel that has barely a quarter of a teaspoon of cream cheese spread on it.

Macchiato was so hot it burned the entire inside of my mouth. Took long enough, kid probably got distracted & let the milk steam too long.

This location was great up until today when a big piece of plastic was sucked up through my straw and all pieces particles on the bottom of the cup. Will not be back to this one

This Dunkin has a habit of placing the donuts icing-side down in the bag, so half the icing comes off and sticks to the bag when you grab the donut.

Drive thru scammer! The new guy likes to short you a buck or two. I usually tip a buck or two, but never when I'm stolen from. Order mix ups are part of the fun at this location.

I came here the other day and watched multiple customers who came in after me get their drinks before I did, which caused me to be later to work.

It was absolutely terrible. The cashier machine was broken, and they gave the wrong change. They also messed up the order twice. Ending up we had to wait 20 minutes just to get two drinks.

Absolutely horrible, slowest service ever and every time i go there they’re always having problems with the latte machine. The Dunkin’ Donuts that was in the plaza without a drive thru was faster then this one with a drive thru!!

Asked for a sweet coffee and wasn’t sweet at all then i asked them for sugar and he gave me an attitude and when he gave me the coffee back it was all dripping i got coffee all over my Tshirt and he didn’t even say sorry.

My daughter and myself both ordered drinks that required ice. It was in the afternoon. Later in the evening about 5 hours later, both of us got severely ill. To spare details, we both had intestinal disturbances that lasted us for 3-4 days. My husband and son ate the same things we did and were not sick. We kinda felt something was off after we drank them too. We made a formal complaint to the Dept of Health because we didn’t want anyone else to get sick. We found out that they don’t clean their ice machines until every 14 days and we visited on Day 11 from their cleaning log. This is “standard protocol”? I’m not sure that I can vouch for all DDs but I know this is what I was told by the district manager. I asked Starbucks their “standard protocol”. The one in Vernon is daily but some go up to 3 days the most. Big difference. We were offered an apology and a $20 gift card for two people being so physically ill for days?? Really? Never EVER again.

Only has drive thru service which is nice but when you go in the store nobody is there to help. Well, there was one lady working the counter and pick up orders while 12 people worked the drive thru window. Then when I ordered the food nobody knew how to work the register.

It was a horrible experience. The cashier was a white older lady with a short hair cut who was extremely rude and aggressive and yelled at my mother &I.We were ordering coffee and it seemed like she didn't know she worked at Dunkin. Her underlying microaggressions were showing and she should be given diversity training or put in the back away from customers. When my mother told the shift leader what happened she was not shocked and finished her sentence for her.

What a joke. First time and last time for this outfit. I ordered a scrambled egg on a croissant and received a microwaved egg. Strike one. Ordered a coffee with room for cream and my watered-down coffee was drowning in cream. Strike two. I also ordered an old fashion. No old fashion. Strike three, Dunkin Donuts is out. So overrated. And, it took the guy at the register 15 minutes to figure out how to enter my order.

Honestly, I am not picky about coffee places but three times going here in a row they got it wrong every single time even when I specified clearly details. And when I asked for them to fix it, someone quickly talked back and gave attitude. Like I said, I’m not picky and never wrote a review for a place but I think people should just be aware and save your time and money.

Chester Dunkin service is really bad. Waited 15 minutes for a bagel . I was the only customer inside and watched as the crew would rather talk with each other then get anything done. I also watched the crew member make my bagel after using the computer with the same gloves on . What’s the point of having them on.

Drive through extremely slow service. They look under staffed. Also employee smoking cigarettes behind building where people are waiting in drive through, smoke coming in cars. I have kids. Find a different place to smoke. Just an update to this survey absolutely nothing has changed. Excessively slow service. After sitting in line for an extended period I drove over to Goshen and got served and came back to Chester and the car that was behind me was still waiting on live when I drove past.

Servers here are nice and fast. Rating is low because instead of maybe charging an extra couple of cents for less ice, they fill the cup halfway? Never seen that before. When I asked them to fill it to the top they said it’s policy that they can’t. I may have well just paid for a smaller size?

Went there to get a Hot Chocolate and a donut. I asked for the Chocolate covered donut and was told they only had certain flavors. When I went to pay for my order I asked if they had a Jelly donut and the boy yelled out “NO” with an attitude. The assistant manager on 8/21/24 is just a horrible person. Didn't have the respect to tell me in person that they refuse to accept a $100 bill on an order of over $20. There is always a line here, always a bunch of people so I know they have change. And using counterfeits as an excuse is weak and degrading to say it to a hardworking individual trying to enjoy a coffee on his day off. I'm done with this place. I will drive to washingtonville or Starbucks instead. The guy at the window needs to wait before he says negative things about customers, wait until they pull away at least.

I can’t for the life of me understand why they could never make a coffee correct. Caramel is caramel, hazelnut is hazelnut, French vanilla is French vanilla and so on and so on. It’s very disappointing to spend so much money on a “treat” for myself to ALWAYS be made wrong. Many have told me to stay clear of this Dunkin, I always tried to give them a chance. Not anymore. It’s so sad that workers can’t follow very SIMPLE directions.
