My wife and I brought our granddaughter to Nina’s for birthday lunch. The food was great, service was great. The surprise was another patron went to his neighboring shop and brought back a birthday candle for our granddaughter to make a wish on. That type of small town kindness was very appreciated. If you want to find grest food, great service and amazing kindness then Nina’s is your place to go. We will definitely bring the whole family next time!!! The fresh warm bread is worth the trip on its own.

My mom & I both got the Chicken Parm sandwich. Very yummy and huge! Not a long wait, we were checked on a couple times. Nice place and good food!

We stopped in passing through the area . We requested lots of cheese on our pizza and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Loved the small mom and pop feeling . There were tvs so we could watch college football and nice nostalgic music playing softly in the background. The pizza was great and so were the wings . Many staff members asked if we were happy . It was very relaxed and the food was fresh and delicious. I’m glad we found Nina’s! Definitely give it a try.

My husband and I went to Nina's for my birthday. We started with mozzarella sticks and bruschetta. Marty had chicken parm and I had ravioli with a meatball. Bread and salad was served with all dinners. The food was good and plentiful. I took half of the bruschetta home. Prices were reasonable, service good. They do a booming business with takeout. Would go there again.

Taste great, the best pizza in town. Service is great, friendly and quick. Interior design is good. Small dining area. Bathroom is clean.

Took over an hour to get meal when restaurant was not busy.. food came as if were a take out meal in plastic cups. Did NOT get bread or salads while we waited for our meals. This dinner was a step down from we had normally received. Is the new Nina’s?

My husband is from Chittenango and introduced me to Nina's. I LOVED it! So this weekend when he visits he gets a pepperoni stromboli and brings it 4 hrs home to surprise me. Surprise! It's sausage not pepperoni. The last 3 times we've been there the order has been wrong. I don't know if it's less attention to detail or lack of staff leading to mistakes. Either way, it's frustrating when you can't drive back and tell them it was not what you ordered.

Tried pizza again and thought be better then my experience few yrs ago and I should stayed away. Got plan cheese slices and no real taste to it. Sauce couldn't tell if any on it cause didn't pop, or stand out at all. Dough ok descent crisp cheese not bad give it 5.7.. slices are behind counter can't see them so can't get real look at the freshness of them. I stopped right after opening and they still had to reheat the slice so how fresh are they... Got display case show the quality of your pizza.. This place is either changed owners or product gotten worse throughout yrs. Slices are inconsistent in size and taste. Look at photos shows how sizes and taste not same

Ordered 3 subs...not only was one wrong but the other 2 were horrible...very dissatisfied with this place...3 subs for 45 dollars and a sandwich was bigger than the subs...total rip off...shame on them

Ordered 4 subs. They said they would be done at 4:45pm still not done at 5:20pm..not the first time. Also. Overpriced. Parking lot terrible. Food not bad. Not going back. Plus they put the guilt on costumers for tipping on people who are at the counter not even waiting on you. 20% or more??? Seems like Nina's should pay there staff more, don't put it on me for not tipping when it takes an hour to make a sandwich.

Took my wife to eat dinner, she ordered a fish sandwich. When it arrives it had onions, tomatoes, lettuce and a ton of tartar sauce( she doesn't like tomatoes, onions or tartar sauce). Ask if they would please make her one without those ingredients, when he brought it back, it was the same sandwich that they wiped off the tartar sauce ( sort of) and took off the onions and tomatoes. I never in life would imagine someone doing that The waiter said " best we could do". Never again , TERRIBLE
