My family and I have been going to Nina's for quite sometime now. Being from an Italian family and having a Greek husband you know good food, and Nina's is the best Italian Restaurant in this area! Every time we eat there we are extremely pleased with the friendly staff, great service, and delicious food! I can guarantee you will definitely be back again and again. Trust me, when you have been making your own pasta dishes for as long as I have, you only want what is best for your family when dining out. Nina's is the best!

Can't say enough about the care and quality of the food here. Everything is made to order with fresh ingredients. Feels like home. Tastes like mom made it. Fair prices and friendly staff. The homemade bread is a huge plus.

The staff was super friendly. Our food was amazing! You get a lot for a fair price and being in the restaurant alone is enough to drive your senses wild, such a delightful fragrance (garlic and pasta/pizza)

Was here on Mother’s Day. Small probably primarily a pizza place. However we had the special dishes and menu entrees. Food was great. I didn’t catch the name of our server but he was great. If we ever get back in Chittenango we will stop here again.

Finally got to try this today as I've heard lots of great reviews. Excellent lunch. Super friendly service as well. Comfortable and my daughter just loved it as well! We will definitely be back.

We stopped to eat at Nina's while we were passing through Chitenango. From the moment we entered the atmosphere was very welcoming and comfortable. The staff greeted us as if we were part of their family. We received plenty of jokes from the staff as we enjoyed our meal. On top of that the food was really good and plentiful!

We have been eating here regularly since it opened. Service is friendly and timely. Food is good and prices for their dinners is reasonable. We also take out pizza and wings. Pizza is a personal thing but I think it's the best in town. Pizza prices maybe a little higher than others but worth it to us. Check it out and enjoy.

I've yet to eat in the restaurant itself, however the pizza slices are absolutely amazing. The slice selection is always spot on. I'm a die hard for a classic, deliciously made pepperoni, so that's my go to. Great sauce, yummy crust!

Ordered a full pan of baked ziti and chicken riggies with the rose' sauce for my Dad's funeral services. Let me just say this was going to a family of Italians!!! OUTSTANDING!!!! One of the best pizzas I've had in the area. I travel a lot for work and this was by far the best I've had for this area. The cheese pizza was heavy but still crispy and the sauce was perfectly smooth. I could use a little more seasoning but overall it was delicious. The garlic knots were also fantastic.

Am I surprised? We are just here in the summer time and have eaten here several times but usually have ordered pizza but tonight I order the special, spaghetti and meatballs. Oh my heavens. There are two Italian Restaurants I love. One in Florida, Italian Cousin in Sebastian, amazing food and here is Spaghetti Factory at Silvan Beach. Both are incredible Italian food but here we are not 2 miles from Nina’s and I have to say their spaghetti and meatballs are absolutely beyond delicious. My Mom had their cheese filled tortellini with Alfredo sauce. SUBERB ! My husband had the haddock in a marinara sauce. He loved it. Had very reasonable bottles of wine. Needless to say we have leftovers for dinner tomorrow night. Could not believe the portions My new favorite Italian restaurant. Our waiter is on the ball. Very accommodating. Service was slow but not waiter fault. Also most of food is fresh made so the wait is worth it.

My husband and I have not been able to drive over to eat there for a couple years until last night and I'm not sure how they did it but their food got Better! Like a lot better. They were always good, but now now they are the best food in Central NY!! You have to go!

Been coming here ever since they opened. They work hard and make some very good food. I love to get takeout from here. Seeing some reviews regarding some longer wait times which is true however I’ve always felt it’s worth the wait! Keep up the great work Nina’s !

We were driving through town and decided to stop and try their pizza. We ordered a basic with a couple toppings plus an order of garlic knots, all I can say is wow, the garlic knots were bigger then I expected and the pizza was delicious. Will def be back to try their other pastas and things.

The best Italian cuisine ever! Authentic Italian cooked to perfection served swiftly by one lone waitress with a warm friendly smile while quite busy. The prices were great for the large portions served! We will certainly visit again! The scenic drive was worth it!!

Overall experience was great. From ordering to the meal. Friendly staff, ordered pizza and wings and pickup time was exact, food was hot, everything was cooked perfectly and everything we customized was exactly as requested. Marinara is DELICIOUS and I’m not a saucy pizza person. Will definitely order again and look forward to sitting down for other items on the menu. Do not let the negative reviews fool you, as the saying goes one rotten apple can spoil the bunch, and as far as I’m concerned we’re human and it can just happen. Take a chance and try it 😋

I purposely drive 20 minutes to visit! Authentic Italian flavor exceeded expectations. I adore the staff they always make you feel welcome and like they've just invited you to their home for family dinner!

My wife and I met her sister and brother-in-law last night for dinner and loved the place, the people and the food! Brian took great care of us and each of us loved our selections, the Wed. special spaghetti and meatball/sausage, the chicken marsala, the chicken parm and I had the Linguini with white clam sauce. All were excellent!!! We had the tiramisu for desert and it is fantastic too. That plus a tasty bottle of chianti and we were sold on Nina's. It will become a regular place for us. Check it out. April 2025 update - I really love the spaghetti with garlic sauce with cherry tomatoes and have had it often, but tonight I tried the eggplant parmigiano with spaghetti. Fantastic!! And for desert, they were out of ti-ra-mi-su so I ordered the plain cheesecake - also fantastic. It reminds me of cheesecake I used to get in White Plains that I could not get enough of. 20 pounds later I had had enough.;-)

Amazing pizza. We are pizza lovers and ordered a vegetarian pizza and can say it is definitely in top 3 pizza.

My daughter and I stopped in for a quick lunch after going the wild. We just got slices but the pizza tastes amazing. The staff was friendly and it's a nice little restaurant, we plan to go back next week sometime. And she grabbed a piece of chocolate cake which we ended up bring home it's delicious.

Best pizza. I love the supreme slice. My whole family loves to visit Nina's pizza when we are in the area. This place is almost 1 hour from my home. But we are sure to stop by when visiting chitenango falls, or anywhere even remotely close. Have been here over 20 times already in 2 years. If I lived closer we would visit more often. Great selection of various slices to choose from.

Good food and satisfying. We got the "chicken parm", the pasta was done to perfection. From salad to entree everything was done well. Wait staff was efficient and pleasant. All this plus 2 beers for under $50 for two people is very good for this day and age. This ones a keeper!

We were a party of 4 on a Thursday night. It was our first visit and we were unsure of what it would be like. It is a small not fancy place but we were pleasantly surprised. The food and service was absolutely delicious. The bread was warm and crusty. The haddock orgenato was the best I ever had. The chicken Riggies were great and the walnut feta mixed green salad with chicken was wonderful. The pasta sauce was perfect and the spaghetti was served al dente just the way it should be. Also, the 4 meatball appetizer with sauce and cheese was fantastic. We didn't have dessert but the ones we saw looked very good. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes Italian. We will surely return.

We love this place. We found it on a whim when we were visiting the Wild Animal Park. We got off the highway just to stop here the 2nd time. 3rd time we needed to meet up halfway between Rochester and home. Waiters have always been friendly and sarcastic. Food is always fresh and delicious.

I would like to especially thank the cook that was on last Sunday 7/28/24 about 4pm. I was driving through town and saw your place so I stopped in but saw the bread in your case had seeds on it. So I said I would love a chicken sandwich but is it possible to have a roll with no seeds. The gentleman said absolutely. They not only did no seeds on my bread but the tomatoes had no seeds..it was the best sandwich I have had in a very long time. Thank you so much for being so flexible for us that like to eat out but have health issues.

My girlfriend and I came here for dinner. The dining room was a little small but it was clean and nice. Our waiter's name was Brian I believe, and he was very nice and made sure we were well taken care of. The food was delicious, I especially liked the red sauce which Brian said was made in house. The pasta was al dente as it should be and tasted great. And my shrimp was cooked perfectly. Although my scampi was supposed to be topped with parmesan and instead was topped with mozzarella, I'll let it slide this time. Overall we will definitely be going back again when I have another pasta craving.

After attending my granddaughter's county music event my grandchildren chose Nina's. They said it was delicious & the owners were very nice. I highly suggest Nina's Pizzeria & Italian Restaurant. Every dish we ordered was outstanding. The staff was excellent. And the restaurant was VERY neat & Clean.

I'll be honest here, we ate here because they were only restaurant I could find in my area that was open on Christmas eve. We didn't know what to expect as we have never been there, but wanted to try it. It was my wife and I, mother and fatherin-laws, and sister-in-law and her husband. We were all super happy with our food. Started out with the little individual sized loafs of bread brought to the table. They were freshly made and hot and tasted so good. Salads were good with fresh lettuce (a bit lacking in other items like tomatoes, onions, olives, etc.) Then our meals came. Very good portions and the food was excellent. The sauce had a very tomato flavor with a bit of sweetness...it was really good sauce. I had veal parm. The veal was huge and tasted great. All the ladies had the chicken parm which they all said was great. Father-in-law had just spaghetti with sausage and his portion was huge. Brother-in-law had eggplant parm and his portion was huge too and he said it was some of the best he's had. We are definitely having dinner there again. Dining room is kind of small so you may want to make reservations. All the workers there were super friendly and accommodating. Brian, our server was great. Highly highly recommend going here. Oh and the meal was so reasonably priced too! UPDATE: We went back again. This time we tried different items. It was just the wife and I with her sister and husband. Wife and I had a pizza, wings, and garlic knots special. Sister-in-law had a Philly cheesesteak sub and brother-in-law had the veal parm. We all shared an antipasta. The antipasta was awesome, fresh, with everything you would imagine. Cheesesteak was big and Sister-in-law said it was great. Brother-in-law said his veal parm was great. Wings were big, crispy and tasted very good. Pizza was surprisingly ordinary. I was expecting that great sauce but I feel it was mostly mozzarella cheese. The crust was good but I would have liked it to be crisper. The garlic knots were huge and tasted great! Still so much more to try on the menu. We will go back soon I'm sure. Still highly recommend!

I came here on recommendation of my Brother Brad over a year ago and was very impressed. My wife and I brought our granddaughter to Nina’s for birthday lunch. The food was great, service was great. The surprise was another patron went to his neighboring shop and brought back a birthday candle for our granddaughter to make a wish on. That type of small town kindness was very appreciated. If you want to find grest food, great service and amazing kindness then Nina’s is your place to go. We will definitely bring the whole family next time!!! The fresh warm bread is worth the trip on its own.

We stopped in passing through the area . We requested lots of cheese on our pizza and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Loved the small mom and pop feeling . There were tvs so we could watch college football and nice nostalgic music playing softly in the background. The pizza was great and so were the wings . Many staff members asked if we were happy . It was very relaxed and the food was fresh and delicious. I’m glad we found Nina’s! Definitely give it a try.

My husband and I went to Nina's for my birthday. We started with mozzarella sticks and bruschetta. Marty had chicken parm and I had ravioli with a meatball. Bread and salad was served with all dinners. The food was good and plentiful. I took half of the bruschetta home. Prices were reasonable, service good. They do a booming business with takeout. Would go there again.

Solid pizza and sides. Takeout dinners are better than most places in the region. Portions are appropriate size for the price and come with salad and roll.

My husband and I when here years ago. It has improved. I love the look. Everything was great. I got the Rocky Mountain panini. It was very good. My husband get the calamari. The appetizers we got we're wings and caprese. My husband wings were good. Not as hot as he like them but he eats very very hot food. My caprese was very good. I was go back again and again. Must go. Also they give us a dessert and soda to go. Very friendly.

If you are from the area you already know what a great place this is for lunch - while I have not had their pizza, the slices did look great. The lunch and dinner options are both generously portioned and delicious. While it was busy, the service was quick and friendly. Highly recommend Nina's - I know you will enjoy it as well.

The pizza itself was pretty good. There was a delay on the pickup of my order. When I came in to get the food, I noticed they had just put my pizza in the oven. Maybe they forgot about the order? Not sure, but I had to wait 20 minutes when I showed up after the time they said it would take to complete the order. I thought the pizza was pretty good, will order again, hopefully won't have to wait around as long the next time.

The dinners we had lacked flavor. Garlic, Italian seasoning, It was a plain sauce the pasta was cooked well and the sausages were also good. I did hear the pizza is much better next time will go with that option. I will let you know.

Small dining area, very congested when you first walk in, people picking up orders, people waiting to be seated all together. We found a table and were promptly greeted by our server. The drinks and meal arrived promply. We seemed rushed as people were waiting to sit down, but our server never hurried us. Good food fair prices, and excellent service. Very limited parking.

This is a "more of everything" kind of place--more food, more cheese, more salt, more oil. It's great if you're a big guy and really hungry. Not so nice that they were happy to sell my two small nieces adult portions, with 90% of the serving left at the end of the meal. Why no child's menu? Why not a heads up that it was about ten times what they could eat?

We ordered a pizza pie with half pepperoni, when it got to the table it was a whole pie with pepperoni so I had to pick off the pepperoni for my kids. Ordered a side of spaghetti with meatballs, it came with 1 meatball and cost the same as a full entree. The worst was the pizza… the cheese was so thick it wasn’t edible along with the floppy crust. The sauce was delicious I must say. Garlic knots were good. Our waiter was great.

Our server was meh. He made my friend feel stupid. She is gluten-free and knows what she can and can’t have. She has also been to this restaurant many times. He tried to tell her that they have nothing gluten-free and went on to tell her why.

Our dinner was really good, as always..but they really need help. The table was covered in food, papers. Cleaned up..after we sat down. Drink glasses dropped..broken pieces of glass went by my head and all over( understand accidents happen) moved to another table.. just as filthy. But was cleaned after sitting down. We asked for beverages..never rec'd until asked again. Very dissatisfied, 😥 Sadly, very dissatisfied..used to be my fave pizza place!!!!!

Good food but awful planning management. We ordered days in advance for our daughters birthday party. We arrived for pickup time and it had not even been started. With such a big order at the time we were looking for it we were stuck waiting with no other options. We quoted 8 minutes and ended up waiting closer to 20. We got a very insincere apology and a huge bill for undercooked pizza that made us late. If they were at the very least honest about the wait time I would have made alternative arrangements. Very disappointed, we have been loyal customers for years.

Ordered the Sunday special;fettuccine Alfredo with crab and broccoli. The crab was imitation crab(fish). The Alfredo was watery. Sent back to kitchen. Ordered same dish with shrimp and broccoli. Got the same dish back with most of the imitation crab taken off. One of the worst italian meals i have ever had. Also Ordered stuffed shells. The sauce tasted like ketchup. If you want authentic, quality, italian food, go to Avicolli's in Liverpool. It's worth the ride.

My husband is from Chittenango and introduced me to Nina's. I LOVED it! So this weekend when he visits he gets a pepperoni stromboli and brings it 4 hrs home to surprise me. Surprise! It's sausage not pepperoni. The last 3 times we've been there the order has been wrong. I don't know if it's less attention to detail or lack of staff leading to mistakes. Either way, it's frustrating when you can't drive back and tell them it was not what you ordered.

Tried pizza again and thought be better then my experience few yrs ago and I should stayed away. Got plan cheese slices and no real taste to it. Sauce couldn't tell if any on it cause didn't pop, or stand out at all. Dough ok descent crisp cheese not bad give it 5.7.. slices are behind counter can't see them so can't get real look at the freshness of them. I stopped right after opening and they still had to reheat the slice so how fresh are they... Got display case show the quality of your pizza.. This place is either changed owners or product gotten worse throughout yrs. Slices are inconsistent in size and taste. Look at photos shows how sizes and taste not same

Ordered Friday fish fry dinner take-out by phone. They lost my order. Waited 20 min for overcooked old fishy tasting filet with a lousy batter crust. Onion rings in a puddle of overused grease and subpar mac salad and tarter. They used to be very good.

Unfortunately there was no servers, but there were 4 persons behind the counter plus the pizza maker and then 2 cooks in the back. I was wondering if there were new owners, we were here before covid and everything was Excellent. Probably will never return. The food was served at the table in Styrofoam containers, I was expecting plastic silverware, we did get real on that. We shared calamari and an antipasto and they gave us no plates we ate out of the Styrofoam Containers.

I tried taking my girlfriend to Nina’s for the first time based on a recommendation from a friend. We arrived and the space was small, and there was no organization on where to wait. There was a high-school aged worker who looked like they were doing the job of a server, host, and bus-person. They were finally ready to seat people, and before I could even speak up to point out a couple who arrived before us, the woman working behind the counter was incredibly rude and snarky. She exclaimed that we weren’t there first (which we knew we just had no idea where to stand in the small space). We took our business elsewhere and had an incredible dinner regardless. Would not recommend going to Nina’s for dinner.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza for take out, said they'd have it ready in 20 mins told em i was about an hour out so make it for an hour from then. Exactly 1 hour and 5 mins later i showed up to pick up my food, and proceeded to wait another 45 mins, they never actually made it. The next time I ordered a calzone no ricotta got given a pretzel roll. When i called with concern that I may have recieved someone else's order, I was promptly informed that a calzone without ricotta isn't a calzone and that the pretzel roll was what I meant to order ... no refund no nothing, and finally had a ninas gift certificate decided to take my folks out to dinner. Only to be told they would not accept the gift certificate because it was more than half the bill. Blown away by this I left the 50$ gift certificate one the table with two 20s and I'll never go back. You want good pizza and service go to chittenango pizza instead of this trap.

I had ordered food a couple of days ago and got double charged for the food. When I called them two days later the person on the phone agreed that I could order some food at that time and call it even. So I ordered and it came to 8 dollars less than the over charge. The person on the phone said that would be fine. When I got there ( with a copy of my statement) I was told that I had to pay for tonight's food and he would look through his records later. I said that is not what I was told over the phone. He effectively said too bad. I said you would rather not honor the word of your employees and lose a loyal customer over $39 and change? He said yes he would. So he ended up with no sale and losing a customer that orders a couple of times a week all year long. Over him not fixing a $46 overcharge.

The laundry mat attached to Nina's is a Joke. No wonder there is no where to put reviews for that...

Worst chicken parm I ever ate!!! Ower didn't care

I placed an order for my company at 5:00 p.m. and I asked if I could pick it up at 6:00 p.m. I hit traffic on the way and didn't get there until about 6:20, the order wasn't ready, no big deal- but I sat in the line going out the door, to pay for my order, when I finally got to the register they took someone who had just walked up. He even mentioned that she should have took me first since I had been waiting there. Pizza was done by 6:40. It seemed like the wings had been sitting there and ready since 6:00 p.m. cold and soggy. Garlic parm wings look like oil salt pepper and chewy. The sheet Pizza crust is soggy too. I heard their crust was homemade but I'm assuming the sheet pizza crust was not.

Place is ridiculous , the past few times we go in for food and they have nothing ready!!!! There no excuse , I worked for a pizza place when I was younger and it didn't matter how busy we were we always had food ready for customer's! Place is expensive and a joke!!! Peace Out!!!

Ordered 3 subs...not only was one wrong but the other 2 were horrible...very dissatisfied with this place...3 subs for 45 dollars and a sandwich was bigger than the subs...total rip off...shame on them

Ordered 4 subs. They said they would be done at 4:45pm still not done at 5:20pm..not the first time. Also. Overpriced. Parking lot terrible. Food not bad. Not going back. Plus they put the guilt on costumers for tipping on people who are at the counter not even waiting on you. 20% or more??? Seems like Nina's should pay there staff more, don't put it on me for not tipping when it takes an hour to make a sandwich.

Took my wife to eat dinner, she ordered a fish sandwich. When it arrives it had onions, tomatoes, lettuce and a ton of tartar sauce( she doesn't like tomatoes, onions or tartar sauce). Ask if they would please make her one without those ingredients, when he brought it back, it was the same sandwich that they wiped off the tartar sauce ( sort of) and took off the onions and tomatoes. I never in life would imagine someone doing that The waiter said " best we could do". Never again , TERRIBLE
