Unfortunately, this is my second time back, and I felt uncomfortable. The first time, I didn't want to write a review, thinking it wouldn't happen again. Unfortunately, I no longer feel comfortable eating there, even though it's always been my favorite fast food restaurant. I went there on September 4, 2025, with my partner, and while my partner was about to kiss me at the register before paying, I declined because I was busy looking for money. An employee (in her 40s) said, "If you want, I'll give you a kiss." She made a kissing gesture toward my partner, and we were taken aback. Today, we're back, and even though my partner never spoke to her, she tried to strike up a conversation. I'm sorry, but when I spend money on eating out, I expect to find an appropriate environment, which unfortunately isn't the case for me anymore. (I'd like to point out that if it had been a man addressing a woman, the matter would have been taken more seriously.)

Ho ordinato 2 baby king alle 20:30. Già in macchina mi rendo conto che i panini solo freddi. Inoltre i panini erano tutti sbagliati, avevamo dei doppioni... Vorrei il rimborso perché é un cosa vergognosa. Unica nota positiva la ragazza del Drive che si é scusata per la lunga attesa, per il resto disastro totale

Dopo aver fatto il mio ordine al totem e pagato direttamente con la carta, mi viene stampato lo scontrino. Dopo 23 minuti di attesa senza che nulla fosse servito, chiedo all'inserviente di passaggio , che mi riferisce che l'ordine elettronico non sarebbe mai arrivato. Mi viene ritirato lo scontrino per preparare l'ordine, che finalmente arriva dopo 37 minuti, sbagliato (mancava una porzione di patatine). Esperienza ben poco edificante per un fast food.

Ore 20:00 stasera domenica 16 giugno. Abbiamo deciso di uscire dalla sporcizia che c’era nel vostro locale. Mi dispiace.. Addirittura le scarpe appiccicavano al pavimento, e il locale non era certo pieno di gente

Embarrassing to say the least. I rarely leave negative reviews, but here it's impossible not to. 45-minute wait (very few people in the place), chili cheese rolls practically empty because they lost the filling, I think in the fryer, given the holes. The bathroom was so dirty, I've never seen one so dirty, not even at a concert. The worst I've ever had so far.

This isn't the first time we've brought our kids to this place. The children's play area has never been particularly clean, but tonight it was in disrepair... not just the children's area, but the entire place. There were sticky black stains under the tables that were definitely not recent, litter on the floor, and a disgusting smell in the play area. I reported it to the manager, who justified his decision by saying it was a birthday party just afterward. I'm still giving this review a one-star rating, even for the teasing. This filth and smell are the result of days and days of neglecting to clean! I'd like to attach photos, but I can't find the option.

First time is last time €9.50 sandwich with low-quality meat, raw bacon, they completely forgot about the crispiness, a mix of sauces that makes no sense, sorry, 0 rating Dirty atmosphere with papers on the floor, not to mention the people I don't think I'll go back As for the staff, nothing to say I'm very sorry

We ordered two menus at the drive-thru, paid, and waited. Unfortunately, when we got home, a sandwich was missing. We tried to contact the restaurant, but got no response. Congratulations on the impeccable service.

Unfortunately, we must report a very unpleasant incident that occurred during a simple lunch break. My boyfriend had gone to get a sandwich when an employee, an older woman, approached from behind and behaved in a completely inappropriate manner: she touched him on the shoulders and chest without any reason or consent. At first, he was incredulous, but he realized the gravity of the gesture only moments later, after the woman had already walked away. We consider this incident extremely serious, especially since it occurred in a work context, where professionalism and respect are expected from staff. Such behavior is not only inappropriate, but it damages the image of serious and professional female employees. For this reason, we have decided never to set foot in that establishment again and strongly advise against it to anyone seeking a respectful and dignified environment.

Unfortunately, they were very, very, very slow. After 50 minutes, we still hadn't eaten. Plus, at one point, they even had a problem with the orders. After an hour, we still hadn't eaten anything, so I'll stop there. One star because it's the best you can get.

I'm really sorry to write this, but it has to be said - the staff is way too slow. For two sandwiches and two fries, a 40-minute wait... and it's not the first time it's happened... in the meantime, something absurd has developed... the ordering tablets always lack paper for receipts, and the staff lacks order information... it's a complete mess.

Ordered sweet king oreo and confirmed to the manager/waiter this is a sweet king oreo after waiting for 30 minutes for the desert. Un-organized, staff seems not willing to serve clients. Not recommended
