The Cutting Board is a very nice, and very new, country style restaurant. The Amish have American Cuisine presented and cooked to your liking. I am getting ready for a competition currently, so asked they serve me only potatoes, peppers and mushrooms, which they did with flair. My guest had eggs and hash browns as well, and on top of that the coffee was fresh and smooth. I very much enjoyed it and plan on returning.
I generally come in first thing in the morning. The ladies are always so friendly, even when I mess up my order. I'm notorious for jacking up my mobile orders. The staff has always do kind in getting me back on track and off to my job quickly and efficiently. I enjoy my interactions with the early morning crew. They always have me laughing and with a smile on my face.
Dont eat!!! My dad had an appointment at Cleveland Clinic sonwe stooped here for a quick breakfast. Food horrible employees laughing having a great time love to see employees loving their job, but not when the food is giving me food poisoning OH MY GOD it was the worst Experience ever……………. All i can say pass this Mcdonalds right on by!!!
Stopped by today Nov 2nd, met by friendly staff at the drive through. Amazing tasting food. The best quality taste across all Cleveland locations for cheeseburgers, McChickens, etc. I had a weird order and they accidentally forgot one McChicken so I went back inside to ask for one. Promptly got my McChicken from very nice staff. They were nice enough to give us two cookies for the slight inconvenience which was very, very appreciated. Seriously, the best service and taste across half the nation. I've driven 30 hours from the midwest to Cleveland and this location is the best. Thank you to the crew that ran the afternoon shift Nov 2nd! You guys rock 🤙
My daughter asked me to take her to get a quick bite because she didn't want to cook that day. We had given up fast food for the summer. So I was surprised at her asking me to go to McD's. I guess she wanted a break. ANYWAY, we were both pleasantly surprised with the friendly customer service at the speakers and then after we pulled around to pay and pickup. Young people. Professional. Polite. Efficient. I'm lovin it!!! 🎉🎉🎉 Food was fresh and the order was correct too. 🚗💨💨

From out of town, and went through the drive thru, the staff was some of the nicest people that we interacted with, the wait time was wasn’t long, and the food was fresh and neatly wrapped, a lot better than what my hometown has produced
I honestly haven't had mcdonalds food as good as it was today in 20+ years. Everything tastes hot and fresh and the service was quick and the workers were nice. I don't expect a lot from fastfood places and generally avoid them, the ones by me in Lakewood are terribly disappointing in food quality. It was nice to be surprised. I don't expect much from the workers as they deal with more than they get paid to deal with. Thanks for the pleasant experience all around. Cool people and good food. You deserve praise (and higher pay along with people's respect, anyone who works hard deserves dignity don't ever think otherwise) keep it up.
Clean with a very responsive staff. Food was hot and correct, which is rare at a McDonald's these days.
The girl at the drive-through was courteous when there was ice cream equipment failure and offered substitution or refund. I opted for substitution. She offered drink selections, I chose O.J. That dispenser, too, wasn't working as well given two attempts. She then offered lemonade. I admired her patience. We were missing a large no ice Coke from our mobile order and did not get a paper receipt. The order had already been removed from the overhead monitor. She looked resolute and provided the missing drink. When life gives you lemons, make lemonade! She deserves positive recognition 👏 ⭐.

Something more personal must’ve been taking place when I stopped through based on commentaries behind the counter. My fries weren’t fresh off the press, but overall order was okay. Not even complaining about the fifteen cent sauce.
As with most fast food in the Cleveland area, to many customers to worker ratio. The people working were doing the best they can. But very extended wait, I ordered on app which seemed to get me out quicker. But I'm in not in a rush to go back. The fries were fresh from the fryer. But the shake was melted by the time the food came. Again lack of staff. Unfortunate for everyone .
Today everything was perfect. About five days ago, they were short on staff. The drive thru had to be closed. They were backed up so getting the food Took Forever. But they remained professional and my order didn't take that long once I was I able to order and the order was correct 👍🏼

The workers/staff literally saved this place with the service they provided to my wife and I. The parking lot and associated people loitering in and around in were quite intimidating. When we were offered an escort back to our car it was right on time and made our visit much more pleasant. Thank you to the staff for going the extra mile and making customer safety a priority!!!

There was a line of customers in the drive thru and still the fries were cold and my sandwich was not even wrapped in the wrapper, maybe half wrapped and it was cold as well. The time to get my food was fairly quick and they seemed to have lots of people working but to get cold food was very disappointing

Well, I stopped at this location before walking to church. When I entered, one of customers waiting immediately said, "Ain't nobody taking orders. You have to order from that thing...." The "thing" was the self order kiosk. I ordered a medium #6 with a hi C orange drink with no ice and proceed to the pickup counter. About 7mins later, a young lady working in the back stated with a loud voice that I have to place my order at the kiosk. I lowered my mask and informed her that I had already placed my order. Over the span of 10mins, I watched her pack orders very efficiently. I believe she may have been in an supervisory role as she was the only one yelling orders. She then returned to me and asked if I ordered a sweet tea to which I responded that I ordered a high c drink with no ice. When I received my food, I asked for condiments and then I proceeded to walk to my church. I noticed that each time I talked to the young lady, her tone softened. She has a lot of potential and I would like to see her excel. I would like to suggest the following: 1. If the kiosk must be used, place signs at the order counter to reduce customer confusion and impatience. 2. Have the manager thank customers for coming and personally apologize for any inconvenience. 3. Maybe create some sort of inventory for the workers in the rear when items are low or out to reduce the yelling. I will continue to visit this location. Hopefully future visits will garner a higher rating. Take care. 🙏🏽
Slow....... ordered with app as no one available to take the order. Took over 15 minutes to get food. They forgot my coffee. Food was warm and tasted as expected. The staff was loud and seemed annoyed to he there. I would guess they are understaffed which leads to delays and moral issues.
Probably not enough staff at this location. Very slow at getting orders out. Ordered curbside pickup and still ended up having to go inside to get order. When I went inside my order was just sitting there with no one even thinking about completing the order by bringing it outside. So of course my order was cold.
Picked up McDonald’s for a family member at Cleveland clinic and the man at the window was very nice. I honestly can’t tell you how the food was because I didn’t eat any of it. The reason for my low rating is because we sat about 15 mins waiting for the food to come out. With no other cars ahead of us.
I ordered from the app. It said to have a seat and they will bring the food to the table. They did not. Did not have my order correct. To forever to even let someone know there's a problem. In return, I got attitude. It didn't seem that busy. I don't understand what the problem was. Will not return.

Manager is so not good!!! "If you don't like waiting don't come at this time " it was 9:15am and that's what she was telling people. Also I'm sorry first she said,"use the kiosk." Older folks and maybe people in general may not know how to use kiosk. Just saying. There was no "I'm sorry for the wait,your business is important to us,and we will help you in just a few minutes!" She just went to rude mode and that was the tone she was projecting. The other staff seem good but she does all the rudeness every morning. Staff from the time when covid was just begining and thru last summer was excellent. Now disappointed and very very little whip cream on mocha. I mean almost non-existent, same with caramel. This was the whip cream no effing joke!!! And charge me a 1.00!!
Hours say they open at 6. They are never ready for customers at 6. They will leave people sitting in the drive thru with no acknowledgement. It is a miracle if I happen to drive up at 615 and actually get served in the morning. Ordering ahead of time in the app when leaving work also takes ages.
If you don't want to work then don't sign up for a job I walked into this location on what by McDonald's standards is a slow night there were no lines, walked up to the register and Noone came to see I stood there for over five minutes while 4 staff members stood right there looking and laughing till they all went to the back one by one Noone even acknowledging my presence, I had to yell & ask if Noone was working the registers only then someone came to take my order, slavey been abolished Noone forcing yall to work, but hey idk why I expected different behavior from this hood location. To the location owner if you see this & want you business to flourish get better staff
I don’t think staff there are concerned about their customers! I ordered when there was almost no one in-front of me and couple of people came after me and ordered. I waited for straight fifteen minutes but people after me got there order in two mins! I went to the cashier and I asked him, he went to bring my sandwich which was there probably sine I ordered but no one cared. He tried to give me the sandwich only although I paid for a LARGE meal + when I told him that I ordered a meal he tried to give me small fries/drink!!! HE WAS UPSET and gave me an attitude because i told him to change to the large size!! And the thing you see in the picture that because I asked for extra tartar sauce.. but I think I ordered extra for the box not the sandwich.
The homeless there bumming was not appealing at all made fir a very uncomfortable experience, my son was not comfortable at all wil not be back to eat inside that place maybe the drivthru but not inside , very clean very nice workers however people going table to table asking for food and money just does not make us want to return
Came here twice in 2 days and my orders were askew each time, both having to do with the sweet tea. They got the 2 plain fish sandwiches correct, which has proven to be a feat at the 222nd street Micky Dee's but on day 1 the tea was NOT sweet. On day 2, my sweet tea with NO ice, (that's how I always order the tea), came with ice in it. When I told the young lady that I asked for NO ice, to my disbelief, she picked up an ice-scoop and actually scooped the ice out of the drink and gave it back to me, instead of just pouring me another one..! Whatever happened to customer service?

I have never sat and waited so long for an order at a McDonald’s in my life. I literally sat there and waited 20 minutes stuck in line because they had my money already. I was told it was because they were making fries. Unfortunately it’s not acceptable to not have fries always working. It goes with every meal. Not to be a negative Nancy, but I think this might be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.
They might have been having system issues or something that day. But regardless I paid for my order. Waited for 15 minutes. Walked inside. Talked to an employee about my order. Was told it was gonna be out in a moment. 15-20 minutes later still waiting. Was approached again. At this point I just wanted a refund. Didn't want the food. Stopped to lunch for my crew and myself and was way past the time I had left. At first the gave me trouble about getting a refund saying they don't do refunds only make the orders correct. But finally gave me my refund and I was able to get out of there without much more issue.
When I come here it’s always slow thru the drive thru doesn’t matter what time of day it is you’ll be stuck waiting in that drive thru for more than 5 minutes. Don’t get me started on the drive thru codes. You’ll tell them the code they’ll tell you it isn’t working even if the app says they got your code. Then you’re forced to wait 15 mins to use that deal again. Any other McDonald’s is better than this location. They just be hiring anyone!!
This McDonald’s sucks. The people there don’t seem to care about anything. Food at McDonald’s is usually a little sloppy everywhere you go but this place is worse. They charge for even one condiment and I paid for one and they didn’t even put it in the bag in the drive thru. Fries were old and unsalted. This place doesn’t seem clean at all though most restaurants aren’t the cleanest. I wouldn’t trust this place. Never been here before so I didn’t know. Won’t be going back.

So I ordered uber eats. 5-17-23. I waited to drink my pop for a moment! To my surprise the pop machine nozzle is in my drink. That is nasty 😳 filthy and unclean. I'm behind annoyed with this and some one needs to contact me. I have tried several times to contact the phone number. This is not just another replace your pop and move on. Nozzles on pop machines have to go through extensive cleaning. And are handled by multiple people per day! I am beyond outraged that this happened.
The wait for 2 iced coffee in the drive thru was 20 mins . When I received them 1 had no ice and.. I said thanks and drove off . Fixed it when I got home. It's sad that it's hit or miss at McDonald's....
My experience at this McDonald's was the worst. One of the Drive-Thru lanes was not working, and the first time I went through the lane, I sat in my car for about two to three minutes trying to put in my order, and there was no answer from the associate inside. So, I drove up to the window and told the associate that the Drive-Thru lanes were not working, and she said I should try the other lane that was closer. So, I went to the other Drive-Thru lane, and it wasn't working. I put my order through the window because none of the lanes were working. The customer service at this McDonald's location is poor, and I think customer training will help the employees.
22 minutes for (2) McDouble and (4) nuggets. Staff is extremely rude, staff was blaming customers for making them “too busy”. I watch them actively prioritize DoorDash and other orders over the people standing in the lobby. After everyone who came in after me got served they try to give me a bag of food that wasn’t mine. When I gave it back it was made very clear to me that it’s my fault that I wouldn’t except the incorrect order. I wouldn’t recommend the store to my worst enemy. The level of rudeness and the overall eir of victimhood among the staff is intolerable. The entire restaurant smells like it’s been mopped with a dirty mop head. I understand that when you’re trying to get a lunch for under 10 bucks there’s a certain level of risk involved, but this wasn’t worth any of it. My entire lunch break was vaporized waiting for a simple order. An order, that was after all, my fault.
The one cashier I don't know her name but she is white and is very rude, she was not helpful or friendly at all when. We arrived they where busy so I didn't mind waiting to order because out of the 4 self order kiosks 1 of them worked. She didn't greet anyone or say anything about she'll be right with us or anything till about 5-10 min after we've been standing and waiting to order and then she takes 1 order and then 5min later another so eventually I order a 10pc nugget and a large mocha frappe with a shot of espresso added ....... Well she brings me out a caramel frappe not the mocha I ordered and I say something about it being wrong and then she argues with me about I said a caramel frappe not a mocha lol and then she makes me a medium mocha and at this point I just want my food and I'm gone I'll take the "L" ..... They had to hold for nuggets also which I understand cuz I've worked in grill at McDonald's and it gets extremely busy and frustrating but there's the right way and the wrong way to the hospitality industry and she was not a example of the right way....
Picking and choosing when they do and dont have ice cream. I watched the screen as they rang up the order in front of me with a milkshake on it. I asked for ice cream and they said they dont have it. I questioned them about the order ahead of me receiving a milkshake and they suddenly had ice cream
Do not stop here. Horrible service. The employees that are up front by the counter are inconsiderate and downright rude. They seem bothered when a customer orders a meal. A woman, I'd say in her 70s, was just asking for an extra napkin, and they ignored her for a good 7 minutes. Walking right past her. Management needs to step or or step out.

Our numbers disappeared off the board without us getting our food. Once we asked about it they tried to shun us off bc one of our receipts were crumbled up. Then the manager in the purple shirt with the low haircut started telling us to sit down and wait, even after everybody ordered after us and got their food and left 20 minutes after they ordered.
After I received my refund from the manager because they did not have the new McFlurry I asked him if it would be available tommrow and he just tells me he doesn’t know when it’s a new product and as a manager should know what’s going on
I just tired to go in the diner and the doors were locked!! It says 6am on the doors!! So I Then went to the drive-through window and they said we’re not opening the doors till 8 o’clock mind you I’m taking the bus so I wanted a quick coffee. So I’m standing over at the bus stop and two other people just went to try to get in the diner and the doors were locked again so I’m steady watching and all the sudden they unlock the doors and let them in but yet they turned me away does that make any sense.I’m not gonna go there and say something because I don’t wanna have my food spit in my drink spit in. Had to wait 20 minutes to get to the speaker just to be ignored while they took orders at the other speaker. Went back around to go to the other speaker just to wait another 10 minutes to be acknowledged at the speaker. Once I got up to the window it took forever to get the food.
Spent 20 mins to have other ppl go in front of me and was told its because there is 1 person on the table.....that doesnt fly when the 3 orders in front of me had 4 sandwichs each and i only had 2.....had to gathom 16 patties before mine when the 16 where ordered after mine. Very slow and impersonal staff. Stop if you must! Avoid at all other cost, your better off eating dollar tree than here if you want quality service.
My drinks were not filled to the line even with ice. I ordered no pickles on two sandwiches and no onions on the other two but got onions and pickles on everything. The wait for the food was over 15 mins. I only ordered two of the 2 cheeseburgers, fry and drink deals.
Stood in line for 45 minutes after ordering food. Manager did reverse discrimination on taking them in front of us which was bullshit. This is ridiculous... This is not the Vision of McDonald's Today. No one manned the registered at all for 15 to 30 minutes after orders have been placed. I don't get it...
They never have enough staff. The staff they do have are extremely slow and always rude. The employees always have an attitude with eachother and some customers. This is extremely embarrassing for any franchise owner. This is my last visit to this location. I've been to bigger stores with fewer staff that can get customers their food faster.
"Can you pull in a reserved parking space" for one sandwich, and I was actually dumb enough to do it too. I should have refused. Why am I waiting 10 minutes for one sandwich, at least explain. Wish there was another option for breakfast near here, I'm sick of this place. Limited options. Very disappointing.
I wanted to give you a zero but I don't think you can. I pulled in to the drive-thru on the outside Lane wait 5 minutes then the guy proceeds to take two cars that showed up after me from the inside Lane before taking my order. As he's leaving the headset on yelling at other people inside he takes my order wrong charges it to the inside lane and then tells me to pull around with an attitude. This has got to be the worst McDonald's in the city of Cleveland

Nothing positive to say. Waited several minutes for anyone to even offer to help me, they had in order: no coffee drinks of any sort, no shakes of any flavor, and no chicken nuggets in any amount. What I ended up with was served room temperature, even the basic black coffee. Took the L and moved on with my life, definitely not coming back here.

This location is ghetto and unprofessional. I was in line late at night door dashing and I asked the guy on the intercom if he wanted to know the numbers for the customers order so he could start preparing it by the time I got to the window. First he wasn't really trying to listen to me. He said "we're about to close, we're trying to clean up so we can get out of here". Then after that he said, "I'll figure out your order when you get to the window". Then after waiting in the drive through for twenty minutes, I got to the window and he said that he didn't even see the order on the screen. basically it was non existent. I told him that's why I didn't understand why you didn't want the order number because I could've gotten out of line and informed door dash and moved on to another restaurant. This is how I earn a living for now and that is such a waste of time. So if you patronize through door dash I wouldn't recommend doing it late at night and definitely not from this McDonald's location.
Worse experience ever!!. People were rude all together. got an milk shake and it was over flowing sloppy all over the sides not even frozen. ask for extra napkins to clean the cup my self gave me ONLY ONE. Lady gave me an attitude because it got all over her hand like it was my fault. Asked again nicely and again ONLY ONE napkin ( maybe napkins come out of her pay check) Messed up my whole order. Went back in side to get it right and the whole inside was so nasty. Workers were rude. Told them they messed up everything on my order and waited and hour to get my food and done still half way right. Food was not cooked all the way. Things missing. And not even put together properly. I had a slice of cheese on the very top of my bun not even in between. I spend 25$ and they couldn't even take the time to stop talking about how much they partied this weekend and understand they messed up. When everything was right on the reseat. Never again. That was 1 1/2 hours I can't get back.
Worst experience at a McDonald's ever. We are from put of state and just wanted something quick and easy after a concert in Cleveland. Nothing quick about it, waiting for 30 minutes for our food. Ordered two mcdoubles, got the burgers with only one patty. Also got a 20 piece nugget with BBQ sauce. The lady came out and said we only have three sauce packets left in the store...none of which was BBQ sauce. She probably didnt want too open a box cause it was close to closing. Employees were swearing and being rude cause it was almost closing time. Maybe you should stop taking orders at a certain time? Fast food workers want high pay??
Slow, orders are wrong, unreliable hours, quality of food is low (condiments not even on the burger)
The worst place ever waited 30 minutes for a medium fry and a large coke to be told that they are short staffed well then higher more people and the staff are so rude there ended up walking out with out my order that was curbside order

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ONLINE FOR DELIVERY THROUGH ANY APPS! My wife and I have ordered here about 6-7 times, hoping to not be disappointed each time. But no, they completely miss out entire items from our order. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. They will also never give you utensils, straws, napkins, literally anything you need to enjoy your food, good luck use your own things. Also, I had ordered a mcflury (it gets comical at this point) they and I kid you not put a small dollop of just vanilla ice cream in a cup and called it a mcflury. Would you like to add any modifications? DO NOT DO THIS!!! Anytime we add modifications (ex: No Tomoatoes, or as simple as extra pickle) THEY WILL COMPLETELY MAN HANDLE YOUR FOOD. I had gotten a big mac with extra pickle, THEY LITERALLY DRENCHED IT IN BIG MAC SAUCE, by the time it had arrived it was a soggy big mac sauce covered mess. Lord knows what these workers do with your food if you order online. God forbid you have to do your job. Also if you order multiple fries be expected to receive either one or none. This place is like going to the casino and getting socked in the face waiting for something new to happen. Mcdonald’s corporate shame man, this place is a NEGATIVE BAGILLION FOR ME. (yes i will still eat here, it’s the only one open for my late night munchies)
Very rude staff the have the dine in locked alot they messed up my order then got mad at me because of there mess up I've spoken to corporate they have had several complaints about this McDonald's just say there is a surprise visit coming by corporate I only know the day and time can't wait to see who gets fired now what's funny is I worked for corp for over 15 years I am the wrong person to be disrespectful to as well as a customer
The door says they open at 6:00 a.m. it's 6:38 they're not answering the door they're not answering the phone went to Drive-Thru asked when they're opening the lobby they don't know placed an order through the drive-thru window drove away food's not correct drinks not correct will not go back
I asked for just a cup of ice. Its 90degrees out and Im diabetic. The older man at the window said he doesn't serve courtesy ice cups. I said I'll pay for the cheapest drink you have but I'll only want ice. Is that ok. He huffed and charged me almost 2 dollars. I get the window and a young man there greets me. I asked if I could just get ice. I paid for a pop but the guy ordered said I have to pay for ice. The young man walked back and asked why did he charge me for ice if she only wants ice. The older rude man come to the window and asked what do I want, im holding up the line. I said just a large cup of icesincei paid for a drink. He takes a large cup and fills it half way. I said can I get the ice filled. He said we only fill it up half way for all drinks. I said I paid im not even getting a drink just ice. And he snatched it from me. Filled it up and said stop wasting his time over ice. I said how am I wasting time when I paid! For ice! And the workers their felt I shouldn't have been charged either. This older man was rude and tried to short me out of wanting a simple cup of ice. That I paid 2$ for! He's gross and has a disgusting attitude problem. All for ice for a diabetic. Thank you for the workers that tried to defend me. I feel bad yall having to work with him.
Cold frys and fighting over who is going to wait on drive thru. Very loud and unorganized
The restaurant was clean I didn't use the restroom so I don't know about that but I got a 20 piece nuggets and two large fries and was asked if I wanted a box for my granddaughter I didn't realize I did but I did they were very nice very accommodating I asked for fresh fries and nuggets and received both fresh before I left I had to let them know thank you for being so kind, thoughtful and caring top customer service employees. I also saw that compassion was shown for a lady who is special and is going through some issues they did not show any rudeness or disrespect they treated her like a human being. EDIT Well this last visit at McDonald's was a total washout stood at the counter for 15 minutes with no one acknowledging the fact that I was there so when I asked somebody if somebody working the cash register the response was (yes, but I'm doing something right now) Extremely rude and for some reason it only happens in the black neighborhoods with the black workers and because I said that I heard a worker in the back say I was racist but I'm black. 🤔 I've worked at many McDonald's when I was younger and we were always taught to acknowledge a new person at the register to let them know you know they are there and you will take care of them not just completely ignore people because you're doing something and then be rude when you tell them that you're doing something My supervisor would have fired somebody on the spot for that but of course they weren't black neighborhoods. And of course all the employees thought everything was funny and everybody had to come up to see. So earlier I said I would recommend now definitely would not recommend if you want to be treated with respect do not go to that McDonald's.
I got there at 1105 and was told the lunch menu didn't start for five more minutes. I pulled in a parking space and waited ten minutes and went back to the drive thru. I waited about five minutes at the speaker and was told they would be with me in ten minutes so I left.
My Fiance and I went through the drive through last night (11/30/2017) at 7:00 p.m. to order sodas on our way to see our grandson in the Cleveland Clinic! The order taker refused to take my order, I have to deduce that it is because I am white. She stated they don't have Coca Cola and didn't sell Fruitopia or Hi-C Orange. When I asked her twice what they did have, she refused to answer me! Sad and disgraceful! My Fiance who is black was embarrassed because of this reverse racism. So was our grandson's mother! They asked if I was going to report it to Corporate - I stated "No" all I could think about is it is right before Christmas and what if she had children depending on her to feed them. :( Sad that this is 2017 and in the last 10 years, RACISM has reverted back to this level. Everything that the CIVIL RIGHTS movement has fought to achieve, has been lost. SHOULD I SEEK THE ASSISTANCE OF THE #ACLU or a CIVIL RIGHTS Attorney - The seemed to have no problem serving beverages to the car in front of me, or the car behind me!
Terrible. I placed a mobile order, and when I arrived to receive it the employees had barricaded the drive thru windows. I was alright with not getting my food and just wanted a refund. when had finally I got an employees attention she very rudely informed me that they were closed. Not only were the drive thru screens still on but it was an entire hour before they closed. They continued to ignore the line of costumers in the drive thru as well instead of informing them they were “closed”
This place good, be better in every way. Customer service efficiency in quality of food.Our waiting in line for fifteen minutes.Nobody took my order previous times i've been there before same thing and I never got my food once because I didn't want to argue with the cashier
Picking up for delivery, the employees seemed nice enough but this place looks and feels like it hasn't been cleaned in a week. every surface is sticky, there are flies everywhere, and there was a milkshake spill in the middle of the employee walkway that was clearly ignored for hours. Do not eat here.
Stopped by a few minutes before 10 o’clock (and they close at 11). Was only greeted by the automated message, and sat there for several minutes waiting to be greeted and to order. The drive-through lights started to go off right at 10, and someone came on the speaker and said “we’re closed.” I explained that I had been waiting in line for several minutes, and that the website says they are open till eleven. They said they needed to close early due to the ‘gas leak.’ I highly doubt this because the drive through lights and menu all happened to turn off right at 10. If there was some sort of gas leak causing them to close early, they should have greeted us in the drive through, and informed us that they were closing, so we would not wait there for several minutes waiting to order. I understand wanting to close as soon as you can, but neglecting your customers is not ok.
They put mustard and ketchup on both of my family's double cheeseburgers even though they asked for only ketchup, and they didn't answer the drive through speaker. So we had to drive up where they finally took our order. And on top of that they gave us no napkins and spilled are fries all over our bag. It also looked very dingy
Don't order from here unless you want to wait over 30 minutes. All I ordered was 2 sausage egg McMuffins off the mobile app before 10AM. It's supposed to be fast and easy. Sat in drive thru for 5 minutes didn't move one bit. So I want inside. Got my Mcmuffins an 10:36. The app said it was done, and it was just sitting on the counter for over 10 minutes. Never ordering here again faster ordering at a sit-in restaurant.
So yesterday June 7th 2025 I went to this McDonald's around 7: 48 pm I ordered the $5 meal in a small fry so it took me 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru after I paid it was three cars in front of me to get their food so I waited and I waited to make a long story short by the time I got to the window it is 8: 03pm and when I pulled up to the window I'm still waiting at the window to get my food I ordered a $5 meal and a extra fry so I'm waiting like 20 more minutes so this light skin girl light brown hair come to the window with a nasty attitude and she like what did you order we told her what we order and she slammed the window and here is 8:17pm so at this point we get frustrated and like what's going on so this one man kind of heavy set older man he like we short staff and we looking like we see a lot of people that's working today I said it don't look like you're short staff it look like them young girls talking and playing bring me my food so the one girl like I believe the window open in case they get smart so at this point me and my husband like we just want our food and we've been waiting here over an hour do you want a refund I said no give me my food so they forgot the extra fry I promise you when I looked in my bag when I get home it was only four fries in there like they literally did that on purpose they literally counted out four fries and put it in the bag this McDonald's is disgusting with a attitude something needs to be done as soon as possible I wish I could have gave no stars but you have to put a star in order to say what you have to say and I'm thinking about calling corporate not because of the time limit is the attitudes
Worst McDonald's experience ever. Was rushed while waiting for my code after she asked if I had one. Ordered a medium hot chocolate with extra whip cream and asked for it to be put in a large cup, due to the extra whip cream. After she figured out what a hot chocolate was, she said I would be charged for a large because that's how corporate does it, I've ordered this everyday for years in multiple states and locations and never been charged for a large. So paid for a large even though I got a medium. Should be illegal. I ordered other items, the coke was pure syrup, asked for no ice but got it and was all due to there machine being broken for awhile the guy said. Then, she didn't have a receipt and told us to get it from next window, that guy shook his head when we asked for one and said" She didn't give you one" and looked confused on how to get us one. He did seem to care more than she did. Oh, and that speaker everyone mentions in the other posts dating 4 years back. Still broken lol.
I will never visit this McDonald’s location again. I ordered a Happy Meal through the app specifically for the toy, but when I arrived to pick up my order, the staff verbally informed me that they had no toys available and apologized. In desperation, I asked the staff when toys would be available, only to be told that they never had any. This left me feeling helpless. I am unsure whether this is an issue with the staff or the overall management of this location. Regardless, I was unable to cancel my order and receive a refund since I had already paid through the app. To me, this feels like a scam! The app even allowed me to select a toy option when placing my order. If toys were never available, why provide this option to mislead customers? This is outright deceit, and I will never return to this location again. To make matters worse, as I left feeling hopeless and upset, I realized that my order was missing three drinks. I had no choice but to return to the counter and ask the staff for the drinks they had neglected to include.
Wow! Where do I start? 1st off, when I pulled into the parking lot I heard a man screaming at the top of his lungs using profanity to someone one the other end of the phone. I initially dismissed it because I assumed the yelling was coming from someone in the apartments behind the building, but after waiting about 3 minutes for someone to acknowledge me at the drive through speaker, I realized that the man screaming was an employee. I should of left right then, but I didn’t. When the lady finally came on the headset I was told to pull up without even putting in an order. I get to the 1st window, asked the lady for 3 cookies, and gave her my card, all while she was talking about nothing to another employee. After she finally took my order I was told to pull to the 2nd window. From that moment it took FIFTEEN MINUTES to get to the 2nd window. Even though it was only 3 cars between me and the 2nd window. I finally get to the window just for them to tell me they forgot to drop the cookies and that it would only take 2 minutes for the cookies. I really wanted these cookies, plus I paid on my card already so I decided to wait the 2 minutes....... it took another TEN MINUTES to get my cookies. While I was waiting on these cookies, 2 different employees came to the window trying to give me the car behind me order. Wow!!! You would think they were pretty busy with all this going on. They weren’t. Every single person was either on their phone, horse-playing, or just plain goofing off. Never stoping here again! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
I wish I could rate 0 stars, we waited at the drive thru speaker extremely too long to give our order and was never helped. Then we pulled around to speak to the person in the window, we never made it to the window due to other waiting customers. The employees were all outside the building, no one was inside working. Absolutely pitiful and unprofessional.
Second time they didn’t include my sauce in a door dash purchase. Also no straw or napkins In the bag. When I called the manager wasn’t interested in improving her staffs consistency. Instead, she yelled at me to come pick it up like it was my fault I didn’t get what I paid for.
This location will never have the frappe machine working and apparently you have to wait 15 minutes for a large fry. It’s probably better to shut this location down already
Manger refused to open the dining room with a "cashier" but magically if you placed a mobile order you were fine, could even pay in line I witnessed! As I sat waiting for my mobile order which then made me late to my doctor's appointment because they refused to open rhe dining nor say "hey if you order online we can take care of you!" Manager didn't really seem like he even wanted to be there because it took asking WHEN the dining room opened, twice mind you, did he finally divulge the absentee cashier.... which shouldnt matter, cause theres a manager to take orders.... or someone since they were doing drive ups

The most ridiculous McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had, I ordered ahead through the app so my food would be ready by the time I got to the drive-thru. When I finally got there, they told me they gave my order to someone else. Fine, mistakes happen, I can wait a bit. But then I sat there for 15–20 minutes waiting for a simple 20-piece McNugget. There was no one else in the drive-thru. I could literally see everyone inside just standing around, chatting with each other. When I finally asked why it was taking so long, the girl at the window laughed, said “well he should be doing it but he’s just running around, I’ll just do it myself,” and then slammed the window shut in my face. Even the friea tasted so bland, they didn’t bother to salt them after i specifically mentioned in the app to salt them Absolutely unbelievable. I’ve never been so irritated by such complete lack of care or professionalism ,over something so basic.
No professionalism. Love to mind their own business while leave their customer waiting for the cup that they always forget to give you when serving your togo bag. And please use some detergent when cleaning your damn floor feels like engine oil got spill on it.
Shame on me for giving this store a second chance. Had to contact McDonald’s customer service because they canceled my order. I placed through the mobile app instead of ringing it out and processing it in the computer, then accuse me of canceling it, then accuse me of lying when I showed them that it was charged to my bank account. Had to contact McDonald’s support in order to get help. and I’m Not even complaining about the fact, I had to wait 20 minutes just to find out they canceled my order Follow up; apparently this incompetency does not have to do with justice McDonald’s apparently all cross the board because McDonald’s told me to report it to their website Which I did and then they said they couldn’t help me, even though they were the ones who asked to report it and the store said they couldn’t do anything complete waste of time And a company that used to be somewhat respect
Got nuggets and fries. Everything was great until I got to the nuggets which were cold like they were in a warmer that wasn't plugged in. Seriously the person who packaged them could feel they had absolutely no warm to them at all.
McDonalds Corp Make note, this location is not doing what there suppose to be doing, no one in the drive thru line pulled me up to spot #1 for 15 mins, then served spot #2 that came in after me, and this masterpiece is what I un wrapped to eat, are you kidding me. Extremely long wait. Drinks and food not full. Wrong sizes of food. We waited 20 mins to get to the 2nd window only to be told to park and wait for our food which we waited another 10 mins for 2 double cheese burgers and a snack wrap meal “Ranch” NOT SPICY!
Firstly, we waited long time in front of the counter. No one even approached us to rake a order. After long wait suddenly staff comes and says loud and rude counter closed only order through kiosk. We told her kiosk is out of order she said opposite side I replied her saying both not working. Instead she shouted us went inside I was awaiting someone to assist us after 10min I approached few of the staffs then one staff with red coloured hair is coming out and saying very rude with bad words even she used , Go out closed, very loud ,rude unprofessional incident happend on 1st August at 08.40pm . I wish management must take action on that particular staff . And she was also saying we are undrstaff along with some bad words .
If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff is extremely rude, and should be no where near the food or service industry. I waited 35 min for a big mac meal and finally went inside (asked to wait in the reserved spot) and the staff were just arguing with each other. No apologies, no acknowledgment for the delay. The meal was missing fries and when i asked for it, the server said, no fries because I didn’t order it. The attitude sucks and i wish they could hire some decent human beings to run the place.
