They have a drink for everyone you know and even for those who don’t know what they want lol It’s worth the wait to warm you up or cool you down. They do special drinks for the seasons and help do fundraisers to help make a difference in this country. Also you can’t forget about the special stickers they do because everyone wants one. The drink sizes are great and if you’re wanting to try out a new flavor or two just order it in the kids size cup. No matter what you are looking for they got something brewing or chillin waiting to quench your thirst. Be patient and polite the Brew Crew is getting your order ready. Tip the workers they want to help get you the drink you need and will be waiting help you find the right one. So get your drink on!🍻🤙

I sincerely wish we had more Dutch Bros in vicinity of the Bay Area because they have some of the best hot chocolate I've had. Hot chocolate is one of, if not my favorite hot drink. You'd think I'd find my favorite hot chocolate at a fancier place like Ghirardelli, but the hot chocolate I got from Dutch Bros was perfect for my taste. It's not carried by whipped cream and doesn't have too much or too little chocolate syrup in it, it's milky and tastes good even when it starts to get cold. I usually get hot chocolate in small sizes but I was able to finish a medium one. I can't wait to come back. The only issue me and my party had the last time we came was being accidentally made and charged an extra drink. I understand that the employee could have misheard us or made a mistake when taking our order. It was quite busy. Overall, 4/5.

This Dutch Bros has 2 lines that merge into 1 drive through line but you might get your drink ahead of the line which is great but you still have to wait for the line in front of you to clear in order to leave.

Ordered on the app for the first time and arrived through the drive-thru. first 2 broistas were nice, 3rd person who came up to the window made the whole experience uncomfortable by scolding us for arriving a little late and scolding us again for picking our order up by drive-thru instead of pick up windows. Whenever we go to any coffe shop, they take at least 15-20 mins, yet we never scold the staff

They've gotten my order right 1 time. Its like they don't look at what you order and just give you straight coffee for anything blended. It just tastes like a watered down coffee slushy every time without fail. All the workers are nice people. It just seems like some of them are really lazy.

The service is always great and the employees are always kind never had an issue with an order or the quality of service. The real issue is the group of teenagers that hang out in the parking lot blaring their speakers past 10pm, speed up in down the very small parking lot in their trucks, and overall rude to the other customers just trying to get drinks. On more than one occasion these teenagers have made rude comments/cuss words towards me and other patrons.

This location lacks something. (Jessica is there only good worker) Every other location in town seems to get our order right but this one. I get it’s annoying when a drink is “customized” but if you guys are that lazy to actually make them right maybe this job is too difficult for you. Seems like there’s no one in charge here and on top of that the lil white boys in there truck don’t even make you wanna get in that line with them in the parking lot acting like it’s a car show🤣

What business does not accept a $100 bill? He said we only have ones and fives. Generally places open up and have a set amount of cash in the register. SMH terrible business never again.

This is my 2nd time going to this location hoping they won't make a mistake with my drink. But it seems they don't really pay attention to your order when you ask for extra or certain things. Service is not friendly either. I like the one on Shaw/West and Ashlan/ Willow.
