We stopped here to grab something to eat around 10:30 am. I really wanted 5 Guys but my gf wanted Moe's so we started to go in there not realizing it wasn't open yet. There were people at tables eating inside but a worker yelled to us that they weren't open yet. We apologized and left thinking it was all a bust as we looked at 5 Guys and they also open at 11 but their door was open so my gf asked. They invited us in a half hour early, made excellent burgers and fries and were friendly about it. That's 5 stars in my book. Thanks guys!

My grandson ordered a cheeseburger and fries. Burger was excellent and the fries crispy and fortunately not saturated in oil. The peanuts are a nice touch and very fresh!

Everything is as you would expect from a 5 Guys. I saw they just added one at the mall. The prices seem way higher here. $14.50 for a burger? I haven't been to a 5 Guys this year, maybe this is standard? Stil a good burger though. PS: MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR EXTRA LETTUCE AND MUSHROOMS! "ALL THE WAY" IS VERY ONION HEAVY HERE

Great burgers, fries are always yummy & fresh (and a regular can feed 2+ people)! A little pricey for a burger joint but so worth it as your food is cooked to order & never just sitting around. Staff is always friendly and upbeat, and I've been to multiple locations around the state. So happy when I see a Five Guys while traveling cause I know what I'm going to get every time. Definitely one of my favorite go-to burger places.

I recently stopped in at your establishment and had both a positive and a negative experience. On the positive side, the food was good, especially the Cajun Fries. On the negative side, I wanted to order a Strawberry Milkshake but was unable to get a clear answer about the ingredients. Both the customer representative at the cash register and the manager could not answer my question of "What type of milk (2%, Almond, Oat, etc.) is used in the milkshake?" I thought this was a pretty simple question. Please ensure your staff are better prepared to answer basic product questions for the next customer. Thank you for your time.

Wish I could give it zero stars, two workers standing out front of the main entrance smoking weed and talking about jumping people. Highly unprofessional. This was around 6:55pm today

Places my order using the app. I stood at the counter for 9 minutes waiting for my burger. I could see it ready to go in the bag. All 5 employees ignored me until I said something. Well, they didn't ignore me, they all saw me. They did not acknowledge me. Second time this has happened too. What I'll do from now on is go behind the counter myself and grab my food since the employees are too incompetent to hand it over themselves.

the employees and manager at this store look very annoyed with customers walking into the store. This is not my first experience with this store. I will not be going back with my family to this store location. We will find another one with much more enlightenment, stability and generosity!! Get it together Five guys;)
