This establishment was really cool and the people working there were extremely nice. I got nothing but positive vibes from this staff and they were also more than happy to let me eat my food there even though it was around closing time and while many other businesses will try to kick you out the door as quick as possible… Or just trying to have a “ Hurry up and buy” attitude like many other places have, then act like they are entitled to your business. They didn’t bring any of that type of attitude towards me when I went over there and it’s something that can most definitely be appreciated Considering that nowadays most businesses that I visit in California have an extremely bad attitude right from the rip after walking in the door… Especially when they see me with a backpack. On ,my travels. Businesses who constantly do this should develop a reputation for doing such just so other people know who exactly they are dealing with and we can all work together to take out the trash😎

I went 2 get a combination pizza yesterday that I was visiting my friend. And I gotta say. I've had combination pizza from other pizza places. And This one from this location was THE BEST! THEY PUT EVERYTHING REALLY PACKEE I LOVEE IT AND I ORDER IT STUFFED CRUSH. IT WAS DELICIOUS! I LOVED AND RECOMEND IT AND NEXT TIME IM THIERE IN THAT AREA I WILL ORDER IT AGAIN! TOTALLY RECOMADED IT!

Pizza is good, fresh and super friendly staff. Usually get one of their pizzas once or twice a month.

Fairly good pizza, decent priced with a BOGO coupon. Would go back again. Its very close to us. Only thing I did not like was that they charge for additional toppings even it's its only on half of the pizza, most charge per "layer" of toppings not per toppings selected

Another fast, hot pizza delivered to my home last night and pizza was delicious this morning when I found it still sitting on top of the stove. One large, multi-topping pizza for $25 is still more expensive than Domino's or the like, but it was nearby and fast and it was definitely a good combination pizza!

I have been a sporadic yet longtime customer & when I ordered today, found it odd that my order cost less when I called it in, versus submitting online, in direct contrast to other companies' push to online-only, but Pizza Guys is not like any other company & once you try them, you will understand. Pizza is good, variety is very good, customer service is great & staff are friendly. All of that makes you want to be a repeat customer. Garlic rolls are top notch!

Walked 15 minutes from a 12 hour shift to get a pizza, website says open till 11 on a Friday I was told that sometimes it's wrong and sometimes it's not, I explained my dislike for being mislead and I was met with no sympathy and that they did not care

I don't know what pizza joint these other people are talking about, but the only thing this place has going for it is the price. The second worst pizza, outside of Little Cesar's.

I ordered a pizza with thin crust, pepperoni, jalapeños, Italian sausage and light on sauce. But I got regular crust, pepperoni, jalapeños and light on sauce. The pizza still tasted good but when I pay for something I expect to get what I pay for. So thats why I'm giving them 2 stars..

Order a large pizza and a 2 liter soda. They dropped off pizza and forgot my soda. Tried calling 6 times, no answer.

I used to order from here once a week untill the delivery driver literally yelled at my face and was very angry that i didn't update my phone number. Guess they don't need my new number since I will NEVER buy from them again. Pizza is usually decent nothing special, but the treatment of good customers is horrid.

Has been my ultimate favorite pizza place for the last decade. My most recent visit left me not wanting to eat here again.The amount of street rats running around is disgusting. The dirt area next to the building, watch along it and you will see multiple rats running in and out of their tunnels, through the parking lot, just all over the place. There was pieces of pizza tossed about that they were eating IN DAYLIGHT like someone feeds them to keep them outside. Reminded me of the movie Ratatouille. Go look for yourself. They need an exterminator. Bad.

Concord store on salvio Missrepresents themselves saying that the pizza is $14.99 when indeed online it says $12.99 New Year's special we were charged $18.99 I don't think anybody likes to go in a place where they've ordered dinner and have to argue with the guy behind the counter when it says it right on my phone that I'm showing him and he still argues with me saying I need to drive to Sacramento to get the pizza for that price WOW!! they're going to ruin their own business!!!! I will never order from that place ever again!!!

This is for a delivery. I stay at a hotel just a mile down the street consistently for work. I have ordered from this place countless times. I have never had the delivery driver demand to check my ID and card against the receipt. I understand why someone would ask this, but there was nothing that had happened to give him probable cause to even do that. He would not give me my food claiming that it was not the right card when it a hundred percent was the right card even though I showed him my bank statement showing I got charged. I have never had an experience like that for a simple pizza delivery and I'd suggest that you people out there take your business elsewhere. For a pizza joint that's a mile down the street it should not take longer than 30 minutes for the person to drive it after you get a confirmation message its for delivery
