Quick service: Food is always good 👍 😋. It's one of my favorite places to eat.
My family and I love coming here, The food is always fresh and the staff are friendly. It's always clean every time we go.
I have always had a great experience at this place except for once and that was do to new employees. The staff is friendly, the food is fresh and tasty. I am usually in and out in five minutes or less. If you are not sure about something on the menu just ask and they will gladly give you a sample. A favorite of mine for fast healthy food.
Went through the drive thru for lunch, the food was hot and tasted fresh. I got a spicy orange chicken and super greens, they were great. I didn't care for all the sauce with the greens but they were at the bottom of the bowl so it didnt get on my chicken. The woman at the window was very friendly. Quick service
We ALWAYS get great service here! & the food is SO good! I would venture to say we probably go about 3-4 times a month. We have gone at all different times of the day and days of the week. Never have an issue! Thank you for all your great service & food!
The people that worked during my visit were great. There were some very rude customers and they were very patient. Uber eats drivers can be very rude to restaurant workers so be understanding if your order is ever wrong. It might be because of the driver not the food preps.
Our first choice for take out. Nothing's is bad here.

We have eaten here multiple times. The food always tastes fresh. The staff are always friendly and helpful. We have never felt rushed by them while we decided on what we wanted. Additionally, the restaurant felt clean and well kept
The place was packed, but I was in and out in a few minutes. They run that place like a well oiled machine and the food is always good.
Always the best place to go for quick chinese food. And if you go late enough, extra free food! Love this place, and their honey walnut shrimp is super tasty
Yummy! For three bowls for three people was $30. One bowl was all I need. Honey Walnut shrimp and chow mein. My favorite! Service was nice, fast and professional.

I am leaving this review for the doordash person. Ricardo P., You messed up big time. My order was AN HOUR past what you claimed on site, The food was COLD... You claimed you couldnt find it yet my phone number was all over the ticket saying call me!!! I understand things happen..Do better bro. The food was sloshed in bag and got everywhere...... I love this location and will order again because I love their food, amount t, and freshness. If I do doordash again, I pray you have upped your game brother.

Yall need to get more employees like the guy that was working the front around noon today 3/21/25 with a wing tattoo on his right arm. He was very friendly and welcoming. He was just really nice. Most places you go in and these workers have a smug look in their face and they look like they hate their job and they are rude. He was great! Will be returning soon and hope he will be there!
New review had a really good experience today seems like staff has gotten a lot better there was a particular young man there who was very kind and professional even went as far as speaking Spanish for and older gentleman who couldn't speak English very well it costs nothing to be kind and he is the walking definition of it I did not get his name but it's was 09/09/25 at lunch time just wanted to share that here and say thank you to him for treating everyone with you most respect .......OLD review Workers are always rude and rolling there eyes when asking for hot sauce like it comes out of there pay check or something you ask for a hand full and they give you 3 then get upset when you ask for more
Food is always the same. Asian/Chinese/ Oriental people eat there so it's probably like what What-a-Burger to us is Panda Express to them. Price is about the same anyway.

I have always loved Panda but I went today and had lots of help from the manager and she was very nice.
My Sesame Chicken and Chicken Chow Main were delicious., very flavorful and filling. My husband enjoyed the Orange Chicken, Fried Rice and Terriaki Chicken. We shared plates. The Orange Chicken was some of the best that I have tasted. This was the nicest Panda Express that I have been to.

Great place. Great food. If you’re looking to hit your macros this is the place for you. With that being said, Ms. Athena please straighten out your attitude. I’m not asking to be conversational or even to fake the happy but carry your “reserved” attitude with respect. When people say “thank you” don’t ignore them. When people hand you cash to pay don’t show disgust on your facial expressions. We have done nothing bad to you. Anyway, I’m sure you’re a great person outside of work. Keep your head up.
I always enjoy my food. Best Chinese taste in the town. They have great Asian food. It is near to my home and I frequently go to this place when I want to eat out some good food. They have great customers service and the place is clean. They have plenty of dine in chairs and outside sitting chairs. You can eat in or you may also carry out. Overall, this place is wonderful and have great taste 😊
The first PE I ever have been too many many years ago but now I need to say sadly after seeing how its done on different places. Why don't you use cardboard boxes and do something for our planet? There are eat able forks & spoons out in the market or due it as in many European countries discusst. Reusable containers for outdoor food. And so on....... The food is great, I have to have it at least twice a week.
Great Asian food The food is great. The staff are well trained at getting the food taste and quality just right. It is a very popular spot. Sometimes you have to wait to get fresh made because the line is empty. It is a great place grab a quick bite to eat. The Orange chicken is amazing the low main cook just fine. Could use more attation to the shrimp though. Isn't the first time I had yall shrimp and it be hard as a rock.
The food is good, but the servings have gotten stingy. I used to could eat two meals on a plate, my lunch, then dinner. I always get two meat platter with rice and noodle mix. I guess it is the way of things now, lots of money skimpy products.
We go here quite a bit because the kids love it. Definitely not the best run panda express, but its not bad. I would recommend waiting at least an hour after they open before going. If you go right at opening time, the food is terrible and tastes like it was reheated leftovers. Other than that you should be good to go
Great food. I really wish they would do chicken and broccoli though. Chicken and green beans is great but I think if they did it with broccoli it would be a lot better. Gets pretty busy here to so expect a short wait sometimes but other than that it's a great spot to eat and chill. Be careful of the bench though. It's got a pretty big tear and my keys seem to get stuck on it here and there.
Jas been a while since I eaten here. Come over this past weekend to eat. Not much has changed place still have a nice lively atmosphere. What I like best about this place is the food taste and quantity for the money your paying. Will say I highly do recommend the Teriyaki chicken witch is tender, the shrimp with nuts, I always ask for half of the noodles and half of the fried rice. There's always a little to take home and snack on later. Will for sure be back also one of the places in Conroe where you don't have to waited long to get your food.
Ok, for starters, I have only eaten there once and this is my first impression along with my mom's opinion (she's eaten there more than I have). For a quick meal, it's decent. The service was quick and easy and the employees were polite. The price is also not too bad for what you get. The food however, is okay. It was about fast food level, but for Chinese food, fast food level isn't all that great. There is certainly better places to get Chinese food, but I like that this is a quick and filling meal. The food was not bad, though, and I was not dissatisfied. I would eat here again if I want a quick meal.

Food is pretty good and fresh at this location. It is always busy. We ordered ahead on the app but order still took over 5 minutes from expected time. Manager is really nice.
Not sure if it’s all Panda Express or just this location but they don’t have a baby changing station in either of their restrooms (men or women). It was pouring down and I was told to go to McDonald’s instead. Once the employee found out that I had placed an order online, she changed her answer and started apologizing for the inconvenience.
We came on a Thursday evening about a hour and a half before closing and to our surprise the majority of the entrees were gone and staff was already cleaning up for the night and as we sat in the parking lot deciding were to go for dinner we saw other people going in and walking out as quickly as we did .
This restaurant never has food ready they consistently make you wait 15-20 minutes after ordering. The manager doesn’t care and corporate never responds to their negative reviews which implies they also do not care. I would skip this location unless you have extra time to sit and wait
I love Panda but was super disappointed tonight, we went in an hour & half before closing & they had a small selection of entree options to the point where we had to get three different types of entrees for our plate bc they didn’t have enough of what we chose. The service was mediocre no greetings from staff, even though there were 6 of them working so I’m not sure why nothing was being cooked for having no options with so much time till closing & the worst thing of my experience, a roach I understand it’s hot out & we’re in texas but it was disgusting to see a roach crawling on the counter when trying to get food.

For Uber Eats: 6/10 times my food is okay-good. Sometimes it's cold, sometimes it's old. Don't order too late or you'll get the dregs. Ordering in person: 4/10 times the food is okay. Attitude: Owners of businesses have gotten especially lazy on training their employees on customer service and how to behave. If you do get polite kids working here it's probably less to do with training and more to do with their upbringing. Walk-in: Don't expect your food to be good if you order in person. Management gears the good food to be provided to the drive-up and Uber eats. This is proven by the extra staff that are primarily gearing their duties towards take-away orders. Those people don't help the walk-ins. Walking in, you will definitely be getting the dregs.
The food is good, but they ALWAYS seem to have a line wrapped around the restaurant.
Friendly recommendation. Treat all customers the same. I don't mind verifying my number to get my pick up, but I do mind that the white guy didn't have to do so. I had been waiting for like 20 minutes. I don't think there was any malicious behavior intended, but I noticed it and it's not ok.
Changed my review from 5 stars to 2 stars. We have now had bad service here several times. Today was the last try. Several employees didn't seem to know what was going on, the orders got backed up so people were lined up around the door. They kept messing up the orders and the food was not great. They dished up our base, then left it sitting until it got cold. After we finally got the food, the lady at the register seemed to have difficulty counting out 36 cents. It will be a long time before we go back.
Got our orders wrong, didn't know until we got home and by then its too far to fix. We ordered online and waited in the online order spot (by the restrooms BTW. Gross.) for about 10 minutes. The cashier noticed me (she was nice) and gave me our order. My sister can only eat certain things and her order was totally wrong so she couldn't eat. Mine had hardly any meat, mostly just the pineapple and peppers. The place was clean and what food we did get was good so I will give them that. Otherwise though, I am very disappointed in this location, 1312 Davis Street in Conroe tx if this posts not to the locations reviews for whatever reason.
Placed online order for a plate only at 606pm for a 630 pickup. Kitchen ticket printed at 623 according to the slip. I got there at 628 and I received my food at 649. Way too much of a wait for a small order. I saw people come and go before I got mine and some large orders that were ridiculous and should've been catering orders with how many bags they carried out. The employees seem to be working as fast as they could but there needs to be a change to priority of orders or max amount allowed for orders because it takes out entire pans and then the cooks are behind.
Just came to this location to order what I usually do, which is sweet fire chicken, lo mein, and broccoli. The sweet fire chicken looked old and like those fried pieces of chicken skin with no meat inside, so I politely asked for fresh chicken because after all, I am paying for this meal. She caught an attitude after I explained that to her nicely and said “we only make fresh chicken if you’re ordering 2 orders” so I was like “okay? I’ll take 2 orders then.” She got mad for some reason and when I started to place my order, the plate and 2 entree’s, it became an issue because I wanted the power greens instead of more chicken. It’s never an issue at other locations, but Venus made it one. Maybe she shouldn’t be working in customer service if simple things like me asking for fresh chicken upsets her. Only giving this 2 stars because her supervisor ended up taking care of me and I got fresh chicken for both orders.
I was greeted warmly and the blonde girl began my order without issue. Then, I got passed down the line and it went down from there. They automatically assumed I was taking food togo instead of dining in, and the cashier had an attitude and did not offer any condements or anything. The taste of the food itelf was bland.
Shrinkflation strikes again! I paid $13 for a plate with a small scoop of “exactly 7 honey walnut shrimp” I politely asked if that’s all I get for the extra money I spent on shrimp and the staff was rude about only getting 7. 2 of my 7 were stuck together and undersized. I pay too much here to get so little. This is my last visit.
It would have been better if the majority of our food would have been warm instead of having to wait on just 1 dish... if they would have just told us up front, instead of partially filling the bowl and then after we already checked out told we were were waiting on 1 dish to be complete. Seems like it happens every time we go there.
Arrived at Panda Express on Davis in Conroe TX about 950 last night. Only about one-third of the entrees were available. Most of the pans were empty and had clearly been cleaned. I suspect the associates had stopped preparing for customers coming in and preparing to leave for the night. The posted hours say the place closes at 1030 pm. That being the case a person coming at 10 should have the same selections as someone who comes in at 6. I wanted king pao and beigen beef and had to ask the associate twice if they were cooking any. Finally, she said they could cook it but we'd have to wait. I can appreciate that if they ran out. But this was intentional because they didn't cookore after they ran out. Instead, they washed the pan and they ran out, but they also washed the pan and obviously wasn't planning to make any more. My wife and I left without ordering and I'm not sure we'll ever return after 9 pm in the future.
First time to eat here and probably the last time because; The rice was clearly old , day old hard tasting, unpleasantness that I had to drown in sauce to dress up for taste which still had that dry old crunchy taste. The orange chicken was MID and the only thing worthy of note was the teriyaki chicken which was actually flavorful. But that rice my god was down right awful and taught me to save my money and stick to house special rice at china delight and east buffet
I rarely write reviews but I felt like I needed to about this. I’ve eaten at this Panda a few times and never had an issue but today I was really disappointed. I was almost finished with my food only to realize there was a gnat deep in my food. I appreciate the manager Ashley and her customer service but I’m highly upset about this.
This is legitimately the worst Panda Express I have ever been to in my life. I will say the food is fine, same you would expect from any Panda Express. I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt and say they dont have enough staff, but honestly they seem to have the same amount of staff any other Panda Express would. The craziest part is they don't have a drive-through. They only take online and walk in orders yet are slower and worse than a Panda Express that also takes drive-through orders. Make it make sense🫠
I used to go here a lot and food was great. Went today at 11:20. Stood there 5 minutes no line. One guy cooking and one lady doing take out. Finally asked the guy are yall the only employees here and he glanced at a back room. Finally two ladies came out to help. The lunch hour is not the time to have a meeting. Got some super greens and it had a lot of food scraps in it- come on Panda do better
Clean restaurant. That's about it. Line staff couldn't hear me and when I said the order on the 3rd time I just took the wrong rice because I didn't feel like arguing. She then proceeded to put half a spoon of chicken on my bowl full of rice. I mentioned it to the cashier and she just says "Yeah.... Sorry." So I paid and left. Won't be coming back.
Worst Panda ever. One hour before close and they refused to make more shrimp or open up more sweet-and-sour sauce and then decide to shorted me on the shrimp they did give me. There is a line of people wanting food and there is almost nothing left. It’s always been bad and I haven’t been here in a long time. I guess a second chance didn’t help any. Panda is permanently off the menu.
I placed an online order for 4 bowls at 6:14 pm and it said the pickup time was at 6:25. I get in the store at 6:32 to pick it up and I am waiting in line for 15 minutes to tell them I’m picking up an online order. They tell me they are JUST NOW working on it AT 6:47!! So, I am waiting in line still while walk-in customers are getting their food before me. I thought that the whole point of having people order online is to beat the line.. I ended up getting my food at 7:03. Almost an hour wait! Such a shame.
This location appears to be against giving teriyaki sauce with teriyaki chicken orders. Been to this location several times. They give 1 sauce packet regardless of the number of teriyaki chicken orders. You have to haggle the employees to get more then whats included. Today I finally got no sauce for 3 different teriyaki chicken entrees
Honestly if the food isn't left out for 20 min - 40 min then you'll have to request it, making you wait another 10 min before they can complete the order. I was really disappointed. The pans are scorched from sitting out so long on the burners and the tables are sticky. Thankfully the staff was nice and dealt with my attitude, they could tell it wasn't them, it was the fact the choices were scarce as I was in a rush- dried out leftovers or late and aggravated
Ordered food from this location from their website. Delivery was prompt, but did not get all of my order. Entrées were left out as well as cheese Rangoon. Receipt hass all items ordered on it correctly. Called about it. Was told to write a persons name on the receipt and next time I'm there I'll get that food. That is the most unacceptable way to handle this. They could not refund me for the items. We do not normally go to this store, but ended up not getting to enjoy the meal.
I go very often to this location, my visit I was grossed completely out by Mary working the line. While making my food..she continued to touch her face and scratch her nose under the mask, then in the SAME PAIR OF GLOVES; she rung me out with cash, gave me my change and went straight back to the line to complete an order. While I do appreciate her moving fast and getting orders out…. I was completed disgusted and I threw my food out. Please remind your team to wash their hands OFTEN AND CHANGE THEIR GLOVES! Hygiene and sanitation should always be FIRST PRIORITY.
Currently they are running a promotion in which if you buy a 2 or 3 item plate, appetizer, and drink…you get a $5 dollar gift card. I didn’t get it when I realized that I didn’t, they wouldn’t fix it. Literally the worst customer service experience ever. Not to mention every time I go, I’ve got to wait on something whether it’s rice, orange chicken…you name it. Save yourself a trip and don’t go. Go literally anywhere else.
I had panda at a different location was a great experience, so when i decided to try and order it online they apparently dont do online orders past 8:30, no biggie so i went there in person. Not only do they stop online orders at 8:30 they stop cooking aswell. So you get whats left as in the scraps of whatever, i went in thinking they would be stocked and have what i wanted to order, instead i had to settle for what was left. Not to even then mention i paid FULL price for scraps of food i didnt even really want to order from the get-go. I love panda normally but not knowing thats how they did things close to closing its an annoying practice which only harms the customer. If you want chinese after 8:30 go somewhere else and get what you actually want rather than settling.
The girl server only gave me 1 spoon of orange chicken for a 2 meat item ! Plus all the pieces were mostly very small. Do not Recommend this Location in conroe i45 & davis st.!!! Either change your serving size or replace your employee.
My husband and I pick up food from Panda Express Conroe all the time. Sunday, Nov.21 after having to wait on Beijing Beef to be prepared, Bianca did not give me a full serving of it. I then requested she give me a little more. Bianca informed me I would have to pay more for that. I explain, I was just requesting a tiny bit more, not another serving. Bianca stated they are not allowed to do that. There serving are regulated. My husband pointed out to Bianca that the gentleman behind me, his original serving was more than mine and when he requested more they gave it to him with no comments or charging him any extra. Bianca would not listen to reason and did not seem to care about pleasing a couple that ate their regularly. I was only requesting a couple of more pieces of meat, a complete serving. I could not believe Bianca's attitude with me, viruses the gentleman behind me. We left with a refund and no food. Ladies, if our serving are smaller, we should not be charged the same price. Or, as Bianca pointed out...they should be regulated and equal no matter your gender.
As others have shared, they were rude and refused service because I didn't have a mask. I tried to explain my situation very politely but she wouldn't listen. First of all, not only am I unable to wear one for medical reasons but I was one of the first to get the vaccine for that very reason! Secondly, THERE IS NO MASK MANDATE IN TEXAS so stop treating your customers like the Nazis treated the Jews! I have been a long time customer of this location. I have seen a few people in there without a mask... even an employee with one under her chin. Why on earth would you treat your customers this way? I even called and tried to explain the situation and was shocked at how rudely I was treated by the woman who took my call. I absolutely guarantee you this... I WILL NEVER RETURN. You have lost a customer for good. Shame on you!
First time I went here when manager was present it was Great, since then its always dirty and the staff play on their phones instead of service the line to the door. When you get your plate its half full and the bathrooms were not clean the last 4 times I've gone here. Finally said enough and I'm not going back after the 5th time running into a certain staff member that is not helpful and would rather play games behind the counter then assist guests.
Panda Express has very good food. It's a bit pricey but not too bad. The food is very good but the review only gets 1 star for three important reasons. 1. The dining area is not comfortable at all. 2. They pester people about donating their change. This is incredibly annoying. If they want to have a donation box available for people to give on their own that's fine but stop pestering your customers. 3. They are sooooo slow to serve people. They never have enough help so people line up out the door. This is ridiculous. Hire some help for Pete's sake.
It's pretty standard but the atmosphere could be cut with a knife you can some ppl don't get along and when you know the lunch rush is coming why don't you have batches ready to go...long wait
My family has been coming to this location for long! Today while I was ordering there was a new cashier ! Maryam i believe is the chief during the time i went in, she was mistreating this teen girl she was blaming her for the line being so long when I believe that has nothing to do with her but whoever is serving the food! And no matter what you don’t treat people this way I was disgusted to see this! I ask her as nice as possible not to treat her this way she screamed at me “this was not my business” as a customer and witness that makes it my business sometimes people ignore bullying or mistreatment and don’t stand up because is not there business, well that is not okay if you doing in front of my face !! I feel horrible for that girl it might be her first job and to have an experience like this, makes me wonder if we as adults are not an example where do our standards begin ! I hope this is fixed because no one has the right to mistreat someone and I hope this teen knows that!!

This was the worst experience I have had ever in my years of coming to Panda. I came into a store that was missing like half the menu items and kitchen staff was too busy texting on their phone instead of making food. Front staff was very unfriendly and did not look like they wanted to be there. I live 4 minutes from this location but will be going down to the 242 location from now on as this is the first time I’ve his has happened. Will be reaching out to the general manager and regional as I was not the only one waiting for items to be made.
I won’t recommend this place After paying $73 for a family meal and upgrades They charge you more for the shrimp entries $4.50 more plus tax I asked the lady at the counter why it was half empty, her rude answer was that now they only give you 20 shrimp pieces, but they charge you more for it This is beyond ridiculous,
They tease me and then trash my hopes and dreams. The Beyond orange chicken should be a permanent item, not a once a year tease!
Extremely upset with this Panda Express, I had to wait forever for them to compete my mobile order. The workers would not start my order until everyone that had come in finished gettting their food, even new customers that came in way after me. I had 4 workers ask me who my order was for, completely unorganized. And then when I asked for a refund I was completely ignored. This has been an on going issue for this Panda Express and I think it needs better training and communication.
My husband got his food with no issue. We ordered off the panda app. I waited 20 minutes for crab Rangoon that was already ready in the bin. Then they asked me for my phone number - to prove it's mine after I had to wait on it. They didn't ask my husband for a number to get food. Don't treat customers like doordashers!
I eat at this location 4 to 5 times a week for the past 4 yrs. Always friendly and greet service. In the past month or so everytime I place an order on app I have to wait 15mins minimum even when I place order 30mins or more in advance. Idk what happened if management changed but awful experience now
The food is great, but to consistently be 10 to 15 minutes behind on order times for online is out of control. Someone needs to come in and fix the broken system because waiting 40 minutes after online order, and still not having my food, is absurd, when I have watched at least 8 people leave before me who came in after I arrived 5 minutes AFTER my estimated pick up time.
Gave me half of my order in a plate. I asked, why so little and she gave me a response of, “that’s the amount you are supposed to get” Place is a rip off and reason why I go to a regular Chinese restaurant.
The food has definitely went downhill it used to be very good I got the sesame beef and shrimp the beef was over cooked and I also got the honey sesame chicken they not only mixed it all together they barely gave me any chicken and more green beans that anything the rice wasn’t even fully cooked we also ordered chow mein and the noodles were dried out this is the second time time we’ve ordered food that definitely wasn’t very good they need to get better cooks and start giving better portions
1 time was enough for me. Overpriced. Low quality and tasteless food. Definitely not average Chinese. Completely unappealing. I threw most of mine in the trash. But service was good.
Last night I went to buy food at one of my favorite places, but I didn't like it last night because the girl serving at the front of the table had something on her hands, like scabies, and wasn't wearing gloves. It disgusted me because one of her fingers fell into my plate. I had to throw the food away and decided not to eat it. Her name
Update: Decided to stop by this place again and it got worse. I ordered my food and was told to wait for an entree, they decided to leave my food on the counter for atleast 5 minutes. They turned my food into a promotion plate. Decided to get a refund and leave. Please don't stop at this location Hours on door say they open at 9:30 that's a lie, they might open the door at 9:45. Still going to have to wait on food. Please change store hours or have staff come in early.
Did a mobile order and this is the “Beijing Beef” I received as my portion after moving the broccoli that tasted as though it was a day old out of the way. Not to mention the crab Rangoon’s that looked as though they were maybe cooked for 30 seconds and were cold to the touch like they had been sitting out since the morning shift. That’s ridiculous and I’d like to see you try to serve that to someone who was ordering in line.
I ordered two plates on the app for a pickup time of 2:00 because I was on a time crunch. I showed up to pick up the order, and it wasn't ready. I told the workers that I was here for my order, and I watched as they continued to serve people that walked through the door. I watched them make about 10 peoples orders before I once again asked for my food. Finally they made it and gave it to me.
