I used to love coming here! I loved their donuts and coffee but lately everything has been going down hill. Coffee taste so bad both visits I had to ask for a bottle drink. The employees are very childish and don’t care about customer service. They are ok when I’m ordering but after that they just seem to be playing around. Please fix this. I’m so saddened about how bad it has gotten. :(

It’s crazy depends on who helps you and see what price they charge you. And then they tell you they have medium and large coffee but no matter what size u ask for it’s the same size but different price. That is not right. And then one Tuesday you will get your free donuts and then the next Tuesday you won’t.

Apple Fritters we’re burned for the last two times I got them. Today they were not burnt but had no apples or cinnamon in them. Like eating a glazed cake doughnut awful .This store needs new management 😱

Traumatizedddd by our experience here at this location 1031 Loop 336 W Conroe, TX 77301… the manager was super rude the moment we started taking our order when we asked if she could repeat it back to us she proceeds to SLAM the drive through door. We went in to get her name to report the incident she then yells out “I don’t have to take your order! I’m the manager!” To which we replied your not the owner and I’m sure they wouldn’t align with the image you just created…

Been sitting there waiting patiently and then I am finally about to check out for my food and they see a regular walk in and take her before me and then apologize to the other customer and not me. VERY DISRESPECTFUL service. I have places to be just as much as the next person. And they were clearly talking smack about me as I get in my car. Been coming here for YEARS but will no longer be spending money there.

The young Hispanic lady working today 12/13/25 around 4pm was totally rude to my mother and daughter. When an elderly lady and a 12 yr old ask you about specific things, you are supposed to be helpful, instead of being crappy with an even crappier attitude like you have better things to do. We will absolutely not be returning to this location.

I was literally buying breakfast for my whole family and the little girl behind the counter working who was definitely not old enough to be working even, said in spanish to her family member " hahaha ok gorda, y mas?!" As if we aren't in texas and 4 year olds would know what that means. I've been eating here for my WHOLE life. That is so disgusting. And I responded to her "this is for my whole family. Im not eating all of this?" Just warning yall, they gotta little bullies working here.

I used to come here every Saturday morning to buy a dozen hot and fresh glazed donuts plus extra. I stopped coming here a couple of months ago. The last few times I came, I noticed a significant change in how the donuts tasted. I'm guessing they switched management because they don't taste the same anymore. The donuts are barely warm if you go in the mornings. It's not worth it. Even my kids stopped requesting Shipley's, which says a lot. I Do NOT Recommend!

That Shipleys is the worst place to go. DO NOT GO THERE. the employees are rude. They never have anything avail. They must have changed Management. This place has gone down hill. I hope they close down!!!!!! Put something there that the owners care about. You should not give them your money or the time of Day! Total trash!!! I could go on about the product, this should be enough. The one on Rayford is no better. Stay away!.Dunkin gets my business

Cant,review without rating,poor apple fritter poor glazed cske,day old rasberry.many years a customer.i will not spend anymore money for poor products.next post going to mother company about franchise poor products coming out. Quit calling them apple fritters never have apple in them. Not the recipe that was set up. Raw dough in fritter and cake not good.

This location has consistently gone down hill. The donuts are fairly decent but the kolaches are gross. Every time I come here the kolaches are hard as a rock and today they were literally burnt with black on them. How can you charge the rates you charge and serve this to people. You can clearly see it is not edible so why serve it? It is disgusting and unacceptable.

Make sure to be specific about what you want. I used the drive through and asked the type of cake donuts they have. The guy listed quite a few so I asked for a variety, but to include coconut. I guess they did give me a variety technically, but not very much. And didn’t even include half of the kind he listed. 🤦🏻‍♂️ I’ll just walk in next time… My fault, but pretty let down…
