Stopped in to grab a bite for me n the hub. I have to say, without a shadow of a doubt, was the best double quarter pounder with cheese I have ever had at a McDonald's. The meat was super hot! It was so fresh. Not half cold or yucky. The staff was handling drive thru like champs!

I normally don’t go here cause of the service mostly, they take priority over one thing more than the other but I decided to take my lunch there today and at first it was a little frustrating because they forgot 2 of my items. Majority of the workers were laughing in the drive threw section, a few of them looked at me but didn’t acknowledge me, I was about to just cancel my order but a nice gentleman named Luis took notice of me and my missing items and came up to me and acknowledged the fact I still need things and get them too in a heart beat. Luis had wonderful communication skills and his customer satisfaction was great! If more of the workers had his mind set in the work they do things would be going a lot smoother there with more compliments than complaints. Thank you Luis for making my lunch at your McDonald’s at better experience.

They always have you pull in front and wait for food. Sometimes when you pull and wait they come out with the food fast, I don't get it. I've had it happen when there was no cars in front of me? Maybe it's covid reasons and don't want you waiting at the window? Overall it ain't bad and the employees aren't mean.

I go by this location because it's the only one in the area. I've been here multiple times... the service and the food are usually not consistent. I've seen them make my food and my cheese and patty will sit on the counter for about ten minutes before they finish them. They're supposed to wait until all the food is cooked before placing a burger together and that doesn't happen here. Your food will sit there for a while and then you'll get it cold. When I brought this up to the manager, she went to hide behind one of the counters and ignored me during the rest of my visit.

We went through the drive thru they told us to wait in parking #4 wich we did Then comes this lady named julie or jules and was Very rudee, she came to deliver our food and gave us the wrong 1. She came to our window and said something I couldn't hear her and my husband said yes so she handed us the wrong order and I called her back and said this is not ours and she said Very RUDE well I asked!! Even rolled her eyes! And took back the wrong order. My thing is she seem like mad or something, tired?? Idk but she was under clock and is working in customer service! So she should be a little bit more comprehensive, in a better mood when talking to us customers.

Staff is friendly and attentive. Food is pretty standard for a McDonald’s. The real struggle at this location is the drive thru. It’s very poorly designed with the line wrapping in front of the building. On busy days/evenings the drive thru line blocks parking spots and it can quickly back up and block the entire restaurant.

At night I get that it’s stressful but sometimes they can be a bit rude, I’m from Hanford and the McDonald’s here is way better than the one in Corcoran the large fries there are basically medium because they fill up half the bag

Be careful. The food there makes one sick for days most of the time. Sanitary proceduces might no be followed in this location. So I don't go there anymore until the sanitary conditions improve.

Placed a mobile order and checked in curbside. It was slow. There were no cars in the drive through. We waited 20 minutes, and then I went inside to ask about the order. The employee said that I probably forgot to check in. I told him that I checked in 20 minutes ago and showed him the app. He went to check on the order. After a couple of minutes he said that he doesn't know what happened, and that somebody cleared it. I waited to get my order inside. When my order was ready I had to remind the employee that there were 2 hot fudge Sundays with the order. I waited on the Sundays, and finally got my order about 30 minutes later. 1/5/24. 5:00p.m.

It's been going downhill for several years. 9 times out of ten, something is missing from my order. One time they put an empty french fry box in my 3 years old daughters happy meal. Not one single fry was in it. So someone purposely put and empty fry container in there. I will say that the past few times it has gotten better. People there are polite.

Took them 20+ minutes to get out a very small order. There was only one customer ahead of me and he had to wait as well. I could understand if it was a rush but even the inside was empty. The order was right at least and the staff didn’t show me any disrespect, hence the 2 stars instead of 1. But when you order ahead and pay beforehand to get going fast it sucks wasting your whole lunch break in the drive thru line.

Everytime I order here they never give you what you pay for. Like why pay that much if you’re not going to give us what we pay for and when we say something they get mad or roll their eyes. Customer service is not good. Their sweet teas are gross, taste like water and if you complain they make a face. It’s not that hard to do your job. Just go to Hanford or Tulare they are better.

the service is horrible here. we always have a problem with our orders being done correctly when we do go there. i went in the store to order today and the manager who was very rude, told me that since i always have problems with our orders being done correctly that she was not going to let us order, she was refusing service to us instead of trying to find out the problem and resolve the issue. it has been an ongoing problem so i will never recommend this place.

$20 an hour and you still serve cold cheese and sloppy burgers smh Also.. Worst night crew McDonald's in kings county, employees are in bad moods,fries are always cold, they are always out of sodas, food items and ice cream machine is always down at night " ". You can guarantee they will have you pull around in front to wait an extra 10 minutes for your food just so their timer can reset and your order still be wrong smh. The fact that it is 1 of only 2 fast food places in Corcoran, they are always out of change and have to compromise with handfuls of nickels and dimes.

10:30 p.m., May 18th, 2024. Mobile order parked at restaurant took lik 15-20min and i got 2 McDoubles added XXtra pickle, and XXtra lettuce, XtraMustard, and this is what I got. I keep tryna give them a chance. But they just suck.

Floors were dirty throughout tables as well. My order was givin to the wrong person. They forgot to buzz me in the bathroom. Associates were arguing. Food was luke warm. Buns were cold and dry. Would not recommend. 11:46 9/23/2022.

By far the worst McDonald's ever. They had no tea, no ice cream and only 1 strawberry pie. When I asked for my receipt they claimed the machine was broken. I ordered an iced coffee like usual and it was disgusting. Coffee grounds and colored water is what I got. Barely any creamer. I got an apple pie and it was old and hard. This place needs to get checked out. Everything was trash. I deserve a refund. Will never be back here.
