Be careful. The food there makes one sick for days most of the time. Sanitary proceduces might no be followed in this location. So I don't go there anymore until the sanitary conditions improve.

Placed a mobile order and checked in curbside. It was slow. There were no cars in the drive through. We waited 20 minutes, and then I went inside to ask about the order. The employee said that I probably forgot to check in. I told him that I checked in 20 minutes ago and showed him the app. He went to check on the order. After a couple of minutes he said that he doesn't know what happened, and that somebody cleared it. I waited to get my order inside. When my order was ready I had to remind the employee that there were 2 hot fudge Sundays with the order. I waited on the Sundays, and finally got my order about 30 minutes later. 1/5/24. 5:00p.m.

It's been going downhill for several years. 9 times out of ten, something is missing from my order. One time they put an empty french fry box in my 3 years old daughters happy meal. Not one single fry was in it. So someone purposely put and empty fry container in there. I will say that the past few times it has gotten better. People there are polite.

Took them 20+ minutes to get out a very small order. There was only one customer ahead of me and he had to wait as well. I could understand if it was a rush but even the inside was empty. The order was right at least and the staff didn’t show me any disrespect, hence the 2 stars instead of 1. But when you order ahead and pay beforehand to get going fast it sucks wasting your whole lunch break in the drive thru line.

Everytime I order here they never give you what you pay for. Like why pay that much if you’re not going to give us what we pay for and when we say something they get mad or roll their eyes. Customer service is not good. Their sweet teas are gross, taste like water and if you complain they make a face. It’s not that hard to do your job. Just go to Hanford or Tulare they are better.

the service is horrible here. we always have a problem with our orders being done correctly when we do go there. i went in the store to order today and the manager who was very rude, told me that since i always have problems with our orders being done correctly that she was not going to let us order, she was refusing service to us instead of trying to find out the problem and resolve the issue. it has been an ongoing problem so i will never recommend this place.

$20 an hour and you still serve cold cheese and sloppy burgers smh Also.. Worst night crew McDonald's in kings county, employees are in bad moods,fries are always cold, they are always out of sodas, food items and ice cream machine is always down at night " ". You can guarantee they will have you pull around in front to wait an extra 10 minutes for your food just so their timer can reset and your order still be wrong smh. The fact that it is 1 of only 2 fast food places in Corcoran, they are always out of change and have to compromise with handfuls of nickels and dimes.

10:30 p.m., May 18th, 2024. Mobile order parked at restaurant took lik 15-20min and i got 2 McDoubles added XXtra pickle, and XXtra lettuce, XtraMustard, and this is what I got. I keep tryna give them a chance. But they just suck.

Floors were dirty throughout tables as well. My order was givin to the wrong person. They forgot to buzz me in the bathroom. Associates were arguing. Food was luke warm. Buns were cold and dry. Would not recommend. 11:46 9/23/2022.

By far the worst McDonald's ever. They had no tea, no ice cream and only 1 strawberry pie. When I asked for my receipt they claimed the machine was broken. I ordered an iced coffee like usual and it was disgusting. Coffee grounds and colored water is what I got. Barely any creamer. I got an apple pie and it was old and hard. This place needs to get checked out. Everything was trash. I deserve a refund. Will never be back here.
