We arrived at the store at 1pm. The person who took our order was very friendly and the service was great. It was our family's first time at Popeyes, but thanks to the staff's attitude and service, we felt so good while eating our food that we wanted to come back. Of course, the food was warm, clean, and delicious. If I could, I would give it 10 stars.

BEST fast food fried chicken hands down! I don't know what all the excitement is over their spicy chicken sandwich cuz I'm always enjoying the spicy chicken! Be sure you go on Tuesdays to take advantage of the 2 piece chicken & biscuit for $2.49. Also, the employees here are really nice, friendly and efficient!

I went to this location and it wasn't a good experience at all the lady at the drive through window was nice but the food was unexceptionable an I ordered beans and rice an as u can see on the picture it wasn't filled up . The chicken was old and dryand cold and my fries were cold I will not go there again I spent almost 50.00 to get this food I should have just made my own food but being out off town who wants to cook wen there vacationing.#not a happy camper. And yes it came just like this as if someone ate it I threw it away. Should have checked my food before I left

My husband just went through the drive through trying to order a 9 piece dark meat only. The lady said we only have 8 pieces of chicken right now. At 7:30 at night and you’re open til 11:00 pm and there were 5 cars behind him and you lose a sell. I definitely think she was lying! How do you only have 8 pieces of chicken cooked with 3 1/2 hours left til close??????

I went into the drive thru at 9:27 pm & asked for wings & shrimp & the lady said they don’t have any left & that they are about to close therefore whatever is left out there was the only food available. So now I ask do they usually start closing an hour & a half earlier? Bcuz as far as I’m aware of it says @11pm.

I figured I would give it one last try. Guess it's KFC from here on out. Once again, I went through the drive through and asked for a 4 piece with all legs and was told that they don't have the product for that order. I asked again just to verify and they said that they don't do any combo with all legs. I asked if I could just order 4 separate individual legs and was again told no. I travel all over the country all year and this is the first one in my life that I have been told no on trying to buy 4 legs. How does a place that is supposed to specialize in chicken, not sell all leg combos or just 4 individual legs. Huge fail on Popeyes amd loss of business.

Horrible customer service. Racist comments were made about a black female customer who came in, ordered and left. Of course they waited until she left though. They smiled and laughed with her while she was there. And then as soon as she left, the 3 female employees started cackling and making rude comments about the customers wig and her hygiene. Every racist comment made caused them to erupt in laughter as if they were the only ones in the restaurant. Mind you, there were 10 customers in the facility. The larger older white employee constantly complained about having to pack large family orders placed. She even ripped a bag trying to pack it all. The male manager had to apologize to the customer and repackage the order into 2 bags to fit properly. The day shift is polite and professional, the night shift needs to be overhauled immediately!! I recorded most of my visit. I'll be posting the video in it's entirety on social media. The racist behavior @ this establishment cannot be tolerated.

I just couldn’t believe what I had experienced going here. My whole entire order was wrong. I also ordered a large side of gravy and they gave me a small with the littlest amount of gravy u can imagine. I asked the lady what the heck is this? This all we get for what we are paying for and she answer me, well that’s what they gave me and slams the sliding window on me. Rude much! The picture I posted, I am not even over exaggerating. Smfh!!!

The food this location puts out is always over cooked, hard pieces of chicken. The pieces are very small. I took a chance after 7 years of refusing to purchase from this location... However, I found that nothings changed.

This is the most disgusting kitchen I've ever seen! I ordered food online. Went to pick it up. They didn't have it ready. They took orders and served them before me and the whole time. I'm looking at this! I will never go there again. It is disgusting!!
