Pleasant place, good draft beers, delicious food, excellent service. This was our third time here over several years and we still highly recommend it.

Coming from out of town & first time in the area “The Market Street BreweryCo in Historical Corning .. this restaurant stood out because it had an outdoor roof top Dinning area. So we took a chance & we were willing to wait till a table became available .. but the wait was worth it !! Our waitress “Danny” ( very busy girl) politely came back to explain that she had just been informed one of the items in the menu & that we had placed two orders was not longer available, Even thought it could had been a dissapointing experience since we had to change our orders .. the food we ordered was amazing , surprisingly good , the fish tacos were delicious , the artichoke soup heavy but tasty , the Surf & tur was perfect with green beans & those mash potatoes just homemade tasty ! If you cannot decide what to have , get their Pub Burger with the Kaiser Roll , comes with special thin sliced potatoes cooked or I should say “fried “to perfection GoldenCrisp accompany with their homemade tomato sauce or ketchup which has this Smokey flavor ketchup ( even if U don’t have a burger .. ask for the potatoes with that ketchup ) addicting ! I could not stop eating them !! Again , we wanted to thank our waitress “Donny” I’m not sure if I’m spelling correctly , but she really went out of her way to make up for the fact that the food we wanted, was not longer available &might had taken longer than she wanted , but we really enjoyed everything , the rooftop experience , (the breeze up there ,was great) the atmosphere & everything went well ! BTW the drink of the day was called “NEGRONI” A mix of Campari on ice , Gin , & sweet vermouth, garnish with an orange slice . Seems simple to make but truly this Italian signature drink out of Italy is never made exactly as it should . Well , I must say this Negroni didn’t disappointed me & I’m picky for my drinks !! I live in Miami & we are used to the fan fare of celebrities & superficiality.. I didn’t see any of this in Corning Historical Distric .. quite the opposite , the very charming historical market street ( quite large) was a nice surprise to find , very down to earth & real as it can get ! Cheers to ”Donny” such a great job well done ! Regards, E LSolomon

Our food was delicious, and Danny was the best server we’ve had in a very long time. She made the whole experience awesome.

Great restaurant in Corning's historic district. Food is awesome, and they have a good selection of craft beers. Will be making another stop here on my next trip to the finger lakes.

Great food. Very flavorful and unique. The beer is also very good. Wine selection is not bad. The people make this place extra special.

I went here with my girlfriend after going to the glass museum. We had a really friendly waiter who checked on us often, The food was amazing I had my burger cooked perfectly and my girlfriend got their beer b q burger which the BBQ sauce was one of the best we have had. The beer on tap also was really good and we would come back here again next time we're out this way.

This is a great local gem! Very attentive owner, friendly staff, simple menu with fresh options and specials. Great place for a date night or to just go with family/friends. If you haven't been here you are missing out!

I had a really great experience there last night. Our server, Nick Brown, was excellent. Fast and efficient, he got us our drinks within two or three minutes of sitting. He had at least five other tables, but he made sure we felt special. At one point, I saw him carrying maybe 10 drinks at once. Way to go! The food was great too! We had the chicken wings to start. I am not a fan of roasted wings (I prefer fried for a more crispy skin), but these were flavorful and well cooked. We had the IPA Sriracha sauce, and it was sweet and spicy. For entrees, I had the Spicy Pig- a pulled pork, bacon, and spicy pickle sandwich with an aioli sauce. It was really tasty, and I liked the MSBC chips that came with it- nice and crunchy! One note: I don't really like beer, so I had the beer cheese sauce on the side. She had the grilled cheese, which I had a bite of as well, and I thought it was nicely made. She got tortilla chips with a bean dip on the side, but I think she ate through the bean dip pretty quick, and then used my beer cheese dip for the rest of them. We sat outside, and that was nice. Not too hot, nice atmosphere. Overall, a really nice time. Here are my tips for having a great experience there. 1) Get Nick as your server. Really good. 2) Sit outside. I went inside to use the restroom, and it was packed, and a little louder than I prefer. 3) Get the Spicy Pig. Yum!

Bartender was our server.... Awesome guy! Great to talk baseball with him. They accomodated all our food needs and the food was still excellent. Nice local ciders on the menu.... Wonderful visit!

There's not a lot to recommend a drive from Michigan to the East Coast (or vice-versa), but Corning makes it worth diverting to I-86 over I-80 provided snow doesn't make the decision for you. Have stopped here multiple times for a nice midway lunch. Excellent chicken wings, great beers, nice patio, handy parking. Try the blackberry lager!

J

This is my go to spot for an after work drink. The IPA is excellent, and they always have a good seasonal. Food is always fresh and always delicious. Bartenders are great hosts if you plan on hanging around the bar

Best food in the area. The southern burger oh myyyyyyy, the crab bruschetta with the balasamic glaze is amazinggggg. Great customer service, the bartender Pelham is a blast to talk to. The beer is amazing as welll but overall if your in the area eat here you won’t be disappointed. Great atmosphere, customer service, food, and location

Hubby and I were down in the area (Rosewood Inn) due to our daughter Hollie and husband Kurt giving us an overnight stay there! We happen to be walking down Market Street and came upon Market Street Brewing Company! Cute place...inviting....even through the windows...and Jon Paul was pouring the drinks this afternoon....he was so polite, so great at making the Shark Attach what I tried, and the sampling of brews which my husband tried. We enjoyed our afternoon visit so much we went back for supper ....and what a wonderful surprise....everything was great..not just good...but great...some of the best chicken wings ever tasted....including Buffalo and Rochester~spinach dip was divine....I had grilled cheese which over the top....great...yummy...and John enjoyed a burger...our waitress Dani was so great...and even suggested a good breakfast stop for us...I will say both Jon Paul and Dani made our visit in Corning so extra special! We hope to get back and will tell everyone this is a must stop when in Corning!

Great food, great beer, service is great but staff is streched thin, so it takes a bit longer to get refills or food than it did years ago. I highly recommend this place.

S

My husband and I go here all the time. The food is great, the service is great, love the atmosphere, and prices are reasonable. They also brew some good beer and have a membership mug club for discounted prices. Definitely check it out!

We ate outside on a nice fall day. All 4 of us loved our food. (Fall salad, burger and fries, grilled cheesenwirh tomatoes and bacon on homemade sourdough and squash soup.) The service was friendly and fast. Their signature brews and mixed drinks are awesome. (My recommendations are the Caramel Apple Cider (with vodka) and the blackberry lager.

S

This is my go to place in Corning for shrimp tacos. They also have good vegetarian options so it's a nice place to bring visitors. The absolute best is the upstairs patio. There you can enjoy the flowers and view if Market Street with a nice breeze. Top notch service and food!!!

A nice little place. Not your basic "bar food," but rather more upscale interesting dishes. The food is excellent, and the service was good. I'll visit again more than once. Highly recommend.

Stopped by here when I was in Corning for a few hours. Had their IPA, their Mad Bug Lager, the D'Artagnan Dark Ale and their Red Ale, all absolutely fantastic and easy to drink. The bartender was wicked nice, the waitresses were quick and friendly and the prices were suprisingly cheap. We had their "staple", the spinach dip with toasted pita points, it was honestly incredible. The menu was kind of small, but the choices were very unique in a very good way. If you've got a little while check it out, definitely worth it.

C
Cassondra Wood

Great food, great beers. Really enjoyed the seasonal Hefeweizen. Server was delightful - very attentive to food allergies, had plenty of suggestions for us as far as drinks and pairings and where to visit while we were in town. Bonus points - she was originally from near where we live and we attended the same college! Would definitely visit again.

It was a very busy night. But, they made sure that we had a great experience. The wings and sweet potato fries were amazing. The manager (Conner) made sure that things were corrected ASAP when we were delivered the wrong plate of wings.

Stopped in for lunch, very nice place with a comfy setting. Just had some quick bites and a few cocktails, everything was pretty good and priced decent. I would come back in and try their dinner

J
Josh

Excellent craft brewery. Their beer is very well made. However, they have somewhat above average but not great food. They really need to expand their brewing capacity, as every time I visit corning, they are out of some line of beer. Also, higher quality cooks / better quality control, would not hurt at all. This is where I drink when I visit Corning.

B

Aways nice to stop in to the brew pub. Great atmosphere outside or in, and the menu is a cool blend. I highly recommend both the shrimp and fish tacos. The loaded MSBC fries/chips are on point too. Check out the really neat original bar and Try some of their in house brews! Always a cool time!

We ate an early dinner after the Wineglass marathon on a Sunday. Thanks for being open on Sunday! It was a beautiful fall day, oddly warm, so we sat on the upper deck. It was breezy and perfect for enjoying a beer. I had the most delicious spinach salad and my husband had the tacos. We ate every scrap.

C
Chris Ohlandt

We had a really good lunch in a great atmosphere. We ate outside on the rooftop and enjoyed he view and the awesome weather. Service was excellent and our waitress was very helpful. According to my wife and kids, the shrimp tacos and chicken tenders we're very good. My oldest son rated his cheeseburger the best he's had (and saying a lot since that's about all he eats these days). Definitely worth a visit.

Just had lunch there for 4. Couldn't have been happier. Madison was our server and gave great service! Very attentive and came back multiple times to check on us. I had a ahi tuna wrap and my wife had a burger with fries. Especially liked the alternative ketchup. Wrap came with abundant of tortilla chips I couldn't even finish with the 2 salsas. My dark beer was very good and not too stylized. British style. Would definitely come again.

C

Food was terrific almost as good as our waitress Dani. Definitely recommend. The atmosphere is awesome

P
Philip Ragan (Jay)

We had the shrimp tacos and the pork sandwich, both were great. Shrimp tacos were spicier than we expected which was great. Usually dishes described as spicy are disappointing to me. The sweet potato fries upgrade was definitely worth it. The beers were good, and service was great. We really love the rooftop patio.

S
Sophia Crisafulli

Great menu, everything we got tasted amazing. There was no wait when we arrived (on a Friday night), they have plenty of seating (in and outdoors) and the food came out quickly. I believe our server’s name was Paul, he was very attentive and so so so nice, thank you!

K

Order the spicy pulled pork sandwich, sit outside, and have the lager w blackberry syrup. Your mouth and stomach will thank you

We love this place! Having moved out of state a couple of years ago we missed their food so much and have been dying to get back in there. Today we had lunch there and they did not disappoint! The food was even better than we remembered and the staff was so incredibly kind, especially our server Paul. We felt so welcome! It’s definitely a favorite of ours!

What nice place for lunch or dinner. Food was excellent. Grilled cheese was giant and really good. The pub burger was juicy and not greasy. The fries were top notch. Great selection of beer. We definitely are coming back

We stopped in for lunch on a Tuesday … it was lovely. Jessica was our server and she explained that they don’t currently have a brewmaster so they’re offering a variety of craft beers from NY, VT, and CA. We tried three and they were all tasty! We had their house pork nachos for an app and shared a spinach salad with shrimp for our main. Good food. Good beer. Good location.

First time here. The service was amazing. A good selection for food. Tables are for party of 4 (we had 5) so made it a bit tight. The mixed drinks were great, the Octoberfest beer was really good. My daughter-in-law Southwest salad the chicken was okay. The wings dry rub with hot sauce was really good. My wife loved her grilled cheese sandwich.

What a fantastic place! The MSBC grilled cheese is the BEST. We call it the adult grilled cheese. We drive an hour from PA just to come for lunch...it's that good. The blackberry lager is also delicious! Staff is always so pleasant! Thanks for making our trips up north awesome!

My husband and I went to Corning for a mini weekend getaway. We are so happy we landed here. Paul was so friendly on Friday that we decided to go back on Saturday to visit him and Brianna again. Brianna made some awesome drinks, and Paul served this delicious dessert. Fantastic time and when we return we will be visiting again! Thank you Paul! 😊

Great brews and incredible fries/food - try the Crunchy Ahi Tuna Wrap or the Pan Con Chirrachon We came just as it started to downpour hard and they were shuffling other patrons from outside to inside, and in this state their service was great and vibes chill. Also the bar was beautiful

Spur of the moment dinner. We enjoyed our burgers and beer. The sweet potato fries came with honey. We will never eat them without it again. The burgers were good and the waitress was busy but joking and attentive. Great choice.

Came for a late lunch while visiting Corning. We shared a couple lunches and had a couple beers. Food was okay as was the service. Can't say I would rush back though.

K

A fun place to hang out with friends. sit inside or outside. Some unusual menu creations and Pub food mostly beer inspired makes it good place for lunch or dinner. I like the food there but at this visit is was appetizers and beer only. I had the beer sampler and all beers were good to taste. It is a well visited place and the staff manages the busy hours well. Out waiter was easy going and friendly. We come here every time we visit Corning NY.

We had food upstairs during summer and the ambience was awesome for dinner. Food was great and we had some small plates here with beer. Sometimes you might need to wait to be seated during peak hours, you could reserve than walking in.

C

A good stop for some fun beers and good food. We found the beer list to be diverse and each beer we tried was tasty. Food was a little pricey but so is everything in the area, it was still very good food. A good stop especially for lunch.

G
Greg Cremins

Had a great time. Food was good, though it was odd that there was a 10 dollar burger with a 23 dollar steak on the same menu. Drinks were great, and desert was excellent

J
Jason S (Awkrad)

Cool vibe but nothing spectacular about here except location. Beer was pretty good. Everything else food wise was basic fare. Bacon BBQ Burger: it was just that with not much bacon. The house chips were meh.

J
Jüri Kiin

Pretty great! Had a good time. Food was pretty good, but I wish I chose a different beer. Went with a big group, had the wings, spinach dip, with the spicy pig. Spicy pig was great and not too spicy for what it advertises. Friendly staff

S

The Steak Salad was good. Lots of steak. Hubby had the Jamaica Jerk Chicken Sandwich and said it was delicious. Wait staff was attentive and didn't rush us.

T
Tim Sweeney

Stopped here after a hike with a large group. They were able to accommodate us which was surprising since it was a Saturday night. We were served quickly and efficiently. Since this was my first time there, I tried the pull pork sandwich which was pretty good. Its pretty loud in there, but that is typical for this kind of establishment. Will revisit again before giving it five stars. I want to try the fish tacos and soup special. Note, the other members of my group found it good too.

Chris V

Stopped there during the Sparkle festival. I had the spicy big sandwich and it was very good. Service was pretty good even though they were very busy. Thought it was a little expensive but everything seems to be these days.

Really good pub fare, selection of beers, and a full bar. The fried chicken sandwich was pretty good. The loaded fries were super good too. Will stop in the next time I'm in Corning. Visited several years later and the food and beer is still excellent here. This time I had the Grilled Cheese with avocado and it was excellent. Fries are an extra $4 if you didn't see it on the menu. For an appetizer we had the sweet potato fries with honey and they were perfectly fried.

Thea Sobkowski

Market Street Brewery makes some pretty good beer (not too many styles however) and their pub is cozy and nicley laid out. Their patio is very nice and a great place to visit. The food is only average again with a somewhat limited selection. Wait staff is friendly. Parking can be tough at peak times with no dedicated spaces.

J
James Wernicke Sr.

The food was above average, the beer average, they were out of the dessert we wanted and the beer I wanted. $2.25 upcharge for sweet potato fries was rediculous.

M
Master Vorn

The setup of the Bar/Grill was nice. Service was good. Food and drink was mediocre. My lager was served to me warm. The portions vs price/taste was sub-par.

D
David Maxwell

Good food for a reasonable price. The grilled cheese was phenomenal and the MSBC chips were a little underdone with a topping on them. Chicken bruschetta was flavorful if a little on the small size.

M
Matthew Healy

Never been before and waa looking forward to it. Ordered off their June menu. Beer was good and appetizer was enjoyable. Received my dinner and thought something was off. Asked to see the menu and sure enough waiter put it in wrong. It was busy so understandable. Said meal would be right out. Took the mistake order right away from me. 30 minutes later I get it but everyone else was done. Tried a bite and pork was overdone. Asked for a box and check. To my surprise it was full price. No comp of food or even a draft beer. Not even asked if I wanted to take the mistake with me. Sad, cause this left a very sour taste in my mouth. Don't think ill be going back.

C
Chad Budzik

The only reason I'm giving this place three stars is because our server was delightful. My burger, ordered medium, was gray in the middle on a stale bun. And, while I'm more than happy to pay for quality food and drink, the beers were not at all worth nine dollars each. If you call yourself a brewing company, your beers shouldn't all have the same off taste like the tap lines haven't been cleaned in a long time.

K
Karina Wright

Need to see how much they recover from whatever they did to themselves last autumn. But, the cocktail was wonderful and the visiting beers were good. I like the menu change....it feels friendlier. But, I hope they get back to their own brews someday.

B
Barry Karschner

The food is good I have been here 5-10 times. I just had a steak salad the other day that had great flavor. The menu has a pretty good variety of choices. I cant comment on the brewery as I don't drink. I recommend eating outside or on the roof if they weather is good!

K
Kate Ostrosky

Nice atmosphere, extensive menu, attentive server. Yummy burger! But they don't have a nut brown beer, and evidently you can't substitute a salad for the less healthy side that is served by default. You can have the little dab of salad, but you'll be charged for it. These combined took my rating from 4 to 3. Didn't visit the ladies room, so can't comment on that.

G
Gary Bliss

They don't brew beer and have only a limited selection of local craft beers. Food was mediocre, pre-prepared, similar to bar food. There was nothing special about the meal. The service was good, which was a bright spot. One major problem is the 4% upcharge to use a credit card. This is ridiculous. The prices are high enough without having to pay a penalty for convenience and/or security. Based on that, and the medicine food, I do not recommend this restaurant.

Silly Bear
Silly Bear

They do have a nice rooftop dining area with a view of the mountains and Little Joe Tower. But I thought the beer selection was limited and the food unremarkable.

Alyson G
Alyson G

Neat place with a great outdoor roof patio. The menu has nice options and decent prices. The wrap I got was pretty good. The salsa and chips that came with it were not impressive, the salsa had no flavor.

S
Sean D

Not a brewery *at all*. Make sure you take their website literally when it says "WE BREWED IT, WE DRANK IT, WE'RE ALL SOLD OUT" - because they only have a few fairly mid beers on tap, none of them brewed there.

M
Mark Katsaros

First off, the beer was quite good. The food, on the other hand, was not. We had the stuffed yellow peppers and peel-n-eat shrimp apps and did not finish either one. The spinach dip, a specialty, was acceptable, but I wouldn't go back for it again. Stop here for a beer sampler, but eat somewhere else.

D
Debbie Cr

Service was slooow. A male server took our order then a lady took over. Sides were wrong and burgers were mixed up. My burger tasted like a dirty grill, I was told thats because it was blackened...I did not order a blackened burger. My daughters Angus burger was suposed to be rare, it was not so it went back. They sent it out with the same bun and toppings. Definite tourist town restaurant.

R
Renee Rupe

Bun was dry. Meat overcooked. Place was dirty. Drinks came with no garnish. Waitress was personable and great, although she wore no name tag nor did she introduce herself. When there because of the 4 star rating that we saw. Was definitely not even a one star.

S
Steve Breen

It's a brewery without their own beer. Its a pub. Disappointed... Food was good... Check out their beers on Untappd. Find my reviews of what I had under Pub_Steve.

v

Extremely poor service. Had a ceasar salad with chicken that was dry as dirt. Tasteless as well. Waitress ignored us. Would have ordered another beer but she took care of everyone else but us. Sad.

T
Tina Vandermark

My whole dinner party ordered the steak salad and everyone steak was like rubber and could not even cut it and very hard to eat but the actual salad was good. Steak terribly…

K
Kelley PSacchitella

Only three table full when we arrived sat on patio. Location wonderful but the tasting samples were all warm as they had been sitting at the bar waiting for our server. Not a good start for a brewery - sent the tasting back and they were taking off the bill. A nice touch would have been a new flight at on the house. Tuna wrap was okay. Next time we will go elsewhere

C
Carmen Wold

My husband and I arrived about 20 minutes before closing. We ordered and waited for our food. At 9:06 pm a man and woman came in and were told immediately that the establishment was closed. At 9:10 a couple of 2 women came in and were greeted with enthusiasm and seated at the bar as per their request. If you’re closed, you’re closed. We won’t be going back to that place. Also, we asked about a beer that had been a staple for a while. The bartender told us that they hadn’t brewed their own beer for a couple of years. If you don’t brew your own beer you should NOT advertise yourself as a BREWERY

J
Jill Kelley

Our service was very friendly and efficient. The only cider available was undrinkable - flat with absolutely no flavor. My Southwest chicken salad was loaded with tasty chicken and lettuce but very little of all the other tasty things (corn salsa, black beans, tomatoes, cheese). The dressing had no Southwest spice to it at all and the 6 tortilla chips served with it were stale. Not sure about the satisfaction of my 3 other diners, but I was quite disappointed.

B
Brendan Stone

They are short staffed currently which makes things difficult, I'll admit, but my burger came cooked too well and the quality of food does not meet my expectations when it comes to price. Additionally the chips and salsa that are served with the sandwiches and wraps were stale and tasteless.

M
Matt Wilson II

Stopped here for the first time on 9 August. I took my wife and 4 year old daughter for dinner. I have to be honest, the food wasn't impressive. I ordered a burger (typically something that can easily be made well.), it came out over-cooked, on a burned bun with a very small slice of tomato and a piece of lettuce about double the size of a postage stamp. My daughter's burger was the same. The menu has no fries. Just some soggy, thick potato slices. Maybe I caught this place on a bad night, but honestly it was a let-down. I give 2 stars for the novelty of outdoor dining on the 2nd story, but that even has the drawback of mechanical noise from an AC heat exchanger next door. I guess I just don't understand the hype.

We had to wait an hour for our food to arrive. In fact, the whole restaurant had to wait. We ordered calamari and banana peppers appetizer than had more banana peppers than calamari and the calamari itself wasn't good. The chicken chimichangas we ordered were tasteless. They looked like somebody decided to take a generic chicken pot pie, wrap it in tortillas and deep fry it. The experience was a disappointment for two people visiting the area.

To start; Our food was subpar: osso bucco was dry, and my partner's strip steak was terribly fatty and too hard to chew (asked for medium, not sure what happened there).. the mashed potatoes were fine, we had about 4 pieces of asparagus each. Not sure why that was skimped. The waitress was a ghost during our meal: I had ordered a beer (which was good, I wouldnt have minded another!) however, when she did come by finally, she collected my empty glass and blandly asked if we wanted our check now. No offer of another beer, no mention on whether or not we needed a box (we didnt, however there was clearly plenty osso bucco left). Sadly, we were left a little bummed about the experience after reading such good reviews.

Went Wednesday at lunch, asked to sit on the roof. The waitress said she'd check but the bar tender(manager?) Interrupted & said it was full. We sat in the courtyard. A minute later another couple came & was seated on the roof. They obviously were regulars & we were not. The food was so so, chicken in my salad was tough. The waitress never came back, I had to flag her down to get our check. Not impressed.

Maybe the food was good, but I never got in the door. I called ahead the night before for a reservation, and after spelling out my (not complicated) name three times, I thought I was good to go. However, when I showed up with my two small children and my husband, they told me they weren't taking reservations that weekend, because of the marathon we were there to participate in. Well then, maybe they shouldn't have taken my RESERVATION! The teenage hostess was rude about it to boot, and I never got to speak to the manager. Terrible service, right at their doorstep. Try Holmes' Plate right across the street- they were amazing the next day when I went in alone with my two small kids, and the food was delicious.

It was a 5 star. But they got rid of the one thing that made them unique: their custom made chips. Came here with my Mother looking forward to their exclusive chips that made this place unique. Disappointed with these ALDI’s type chips. I’ll tell ye what, Theresa, if you bring back your chips I’ll come back. Don’t plan on coming back. (Remember-the man who mentored Reverend Billy Graham said: “you stay successful the way you got successful “)

Underwhelmed I the first word that comes to mind. Started with the Wheelhouse IPA and could honestly say I would rather drink water than order it again. Just no flavor, not that jumps out. Went to order the lager only to find out both are out. Not really sure how a brewing company kicks bothe versions of a staple beer but oh well. I ordered the Beer B Q burger and surprise surprise, blah. Minimal "firecracker" onions to the point I wondered if I had the right order. The bbq sauce was meh at best. I paid an extra 3 bucks for house chips to be served a handful of deflated steak fries with no flavor or taste or texture. The spicy ketchup they served was offensive and overpowering. A complete failure. The only redeeming aspect of service was the Peach Wheat. That had flavor and something to remeber.

Very disappointed in our experience today. We were supposed to meet friends there for drinks and turned away. We were told that we could not be seated unless we were ordering food. Luckily there are lots of other options on Market Street

Waited an hour for our waitress to bring less than average food. Bun for sandwich hard. Flank steak tasteless. Hard to find a positive comment to end on a positive note.

Three of us got there for lunch at 2pm. It took 2.5 hours for an appetizer and 3 salads. The service was aweful and they served us the wrong food just to make matters worse. Foodies and beer lovers need not stop here.

Stopped by on an early Saturday evening and it wasn’t busy. Hostess acted like she was doing us a favor to seat us. Waited 5 minutes and left after no acknowledgement from servers.

We were traveling with our dog and called and asked specifically if they were dog friendly and we were told yes and that there is outside seating. We made a detour to go there, parked, and went up to the hostess and were told the dog has to be outside of the fence. This is NOT considered dog friendly. Dog friendly means the dog can be with you at your table, not tied up elsewhere. Please tell your staff to properly explain this situation to anyone who calls.

Huge disappointment. The “craft beer” tastes like Bud Light. Ordered the portabella bruschetta and paid $12 for one mushroom with sun dried tomatoes. I had the southwest salad - small, very little chicken. My boyfriend ordered a bunless Spicy Pig. The pork was gamey and inedible. We had to go to another restaurant to eat after we left here.

We were looking for a place with outdoor dining. We waited a long while on the wait list and equally as long for our food. When our food finally came out, my son’s burger was burnt, my grilled cheese was bland, and my husband was unimpressed with his burger. Not worth the price.

I was visiting my in laws (who recently moved to area) when we decided to stop in for some drinks and appetizers. After FIVE minutes of ordering our first round of beer and catching up with my family ( and telling the waitress to give us 2 minutes to decide on an appetizer) The manager came over and rudely told us we need to order food now or we have to move to the ( very small) bar area. Well, that completely turned us off to giving them any of our money. We love giving local breweries our money and enjoying their food but we have never been talked to so rudely. If you are looking to enjoy beer and small plates at your leisure this place isn't for you.

Good food. Neglected by server even though restaurant was not that busy. Beer was descent but we would have a better idea if we were able to order the other beers we wanted if the server ever came by. Food took a long time to come out and main dishes showed up before appetizer - then the server resisted request to cancel the late appetizer. Requested condiments never delivered. Zero refills over 45 minutes. Dropped from 2 stars to 1 when I was told there would be a 4% charge if I used a card

First please know that when I get good food and good service I make it a point to call the manager over and compliment and tip mightily. My experience at this establishment was at the hand of the manger so I had no one to complain to. The poor service started with the beer which when I mentioned it was not cold I was told "that's the way it's coming out". The beer arrived about 8 minutes after the wings. Now I admit I had asked that the beer not come too early. She nailed it ! Our server (the manager) decided that since we waited for the warm beer our wine should come out long after the entrée' as well. They say consistency is key in running a quality restaurant. The delivery was brisk as she could not be bother with the customary "can I get you anything else?" Most places that have prices in the range here would train their servers to look at the table every time they are there for such trivial things like napkins, water glasses and maybe silverware. Sadly she was gone before I could say, "you took my silverware with the appetizer plate". I waited till the wine finally showed up to be able to eat my meal. Speaking of my meal, while flavored well, I was happy to have my pocket knife with me to be able to cut the chicken into bite sized pieces. Every restaurant has a bad night, every server has a bad night but when you point out the failures you expect something more than a disinterested "I apologize". And I'm not talking about something being taken off the bill though the beer certainly deserved to be taken off the bill. I prefer restaurants succeed and breed competition. I hope Theresa McClellan, the woman that owns this place takes a long hard look at her manager. Having a bad night or a bad experience with a server is one thing but when it's the manager that is failing so completely well, that's a completely different thing in the restaurant business.
