Es un local donde controlan muy bien las alergias y es comida sin gluten que no tiene nada que envidiar a cualquier plato con gluten . El trato de los camareros fue impecable y el dueño es súper simpático. El local por dentro lo tienen bonito y es muy acogedor. Pedimos unas bebidas y nos puso un montón de aperitivos como oreja y pollo. Para cenar pedimos un cachopo relleno de beicon y pimientos para compartir , de postre tarta de queso y brownie de chocolate. Estaba espectacular todo 1000%recomendable
Muy buena comida y ambiente tranquilo, con numero reducido de mesas, carta adaptada a celiacos incluso su cachopo. Recomndable 100%
Un restaurante donde reservamos para hacer una cena de trabajo, pidiendo un menú cerrado bastante completo, y con la opción de que alguna persona pudiera pedir de carta (Pagamos 10€ previos para asegurar el menú). Un pequeño inconveniente que vi es que el cachopo era a compartir entre tres personas. Quizás sería porque hace “poco” habían abierto, pero se les veía algo perdidos a la hora de tratar con una mesa con tantos comensales, así como tomar nota a la única persona que pidió de carta, la cual mientras el resto ya había comenzado a comer, tuvo que esperar más de 15 minutos a que la atendiesen. La calidad de la comida, sin lugar a dudas, es ESPECTACULAR. Un sitio súper recomendable si lo que quieres es comer con calidad aparte de cantidad.
El mejor restaurante sin gluten del corredor del Henares y más allá. Toda la carta está buenísima y la presentación de los platos está muy cuidada. Raciones buenas de cantidad. Comida de calidad. Cachopo buenísimo. La atención es muy cercana y familiar sin perder la profesionalidad. Una tranquilidad comer libre de contaminación cruzada. Perfecto para celíacos. Aseos siempre limpios. Terraza con calefactores. Una maravilla vamos, estás tardando en ir! Podría compartir un book entero de fotos pero mejor ve a su Instagram.
El paraíso de los celiacos, de los sensibles al gluten y cualquier comensal que quiera disfrutar de una comida de calidad y sobre todo, un trato EXCEPCIONAL! Gran descubrimiento!! Se agradece enormemente tener en el barrio un lugar donde controlen perfectamente las alergias e intolerancias alimentarias y sobre todo lo q conlleva la celiaquía. En la mesa había comensales celiacos y otros que no lo eran, pero todos pudimos disfrutar de platos deliciosos. La comida sin gluten puede ser igual de buena e incluso mejor que la que si contiene, sobre todo con un personal tan bien informado y preparado. Aunque sin duda por lo primero que volveríamos es por el excelente trato de todo el equipo y por la pasión que le pone Jose, bravo! Y gracias por apostar por comida apta para todos ❤️👏🏽
Restaurante 100% sin gluten. La comida espectacular, todo casero, hasta los postres. Tienen menú del día. El servicio increíble, el dueño es encantador y se esmera en que todo esté perfecto. Muchas gracias!!!
The owner and his team are wonderful and friendly. The food is spectacular. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming. We are a family with half of our members being celiac, and places like this are ideal. We will definitely be back.
We went to Gastrobar 21 and everything we ordered was exquisite. The croquettes were incredibly creamy, the artichokes were perfectly cooked with cheese and ham, and the enormous goat cheese cachopo was amazing. You can tell everything is made from scratch, with real flavors and nothing heavy. They also had the thoughtful touch of saving us a table for New Year's Eve lunch, so the service was top-notch too. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back. 🔥🍽️
We had our company dinner yesterday and it was great. The portions were very generous and the quality was good. The sirloin steak was spectacular. The service was quick. What would I change? I think adding pitchers of water or two drinks with the set menu would be nice, but those are minor things. All 14 of us enjoyed it.
We ordered a cachopo and it was spectacular. We sat on the terrace with our dog, and the waiter was very attentive. We'll definitely come back. We had the mango sorbet at the end, and it was delicious.
Once again, we chose Gastrobar21 to get together with family and enjoy an excellent meal in a pleasant and safe environment, without having to worry about whether our meal is gluten-free. Quality food, fast, and attentive service. We will definitely return.
Three adults were there for the first time yesterday. The experience was a 10/10. Special mention to the classic cachopo, as the breading allows you to taste the cheese and meat, which is spectacular, by the way. Excellent service and attentive staff, especially Miriam's. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent service, great food and drinks. I had the best steak (lomo de ternera) that I have ever had in my life and I have travelled to alot of places in the world. Didn't expect it to be this good.

Es un lugar acogedor, con un buen servicio y unos platos deliciosos, toda la carta es sin gluten, es un paraíso para los celíacos. Recomendable su plato estrella que es el cachopo, buenísimo.
Great food, everything was delicious, we ordered a very good cachopo, amazing croquettes, chicken fingers, and the scrambled eggs with prawns and baby eels—all fantastic. And everything on the menu is gluten-free, which is much appreciated. I just wouldn't order the torreznos again; they were good, mind you, but that's because they're very filling. You can find better ones elsewhere, and for the price, I'd recommend the croquettes, chicken fingers, or desserts, which are also excellent. Congratulations!
Restaurant in the port area of Coslada. The food was very good, but it was served quite late, so it wasn't cooked to the right temperature. The service was acceptable in terms of acknowledging the delay. Otherwise, it was fine.
The staff was attentive and courteous at all times. Quick service. The menu isn't very varied, although it's different from what's offered in most places. It has an indoor seating area and a terrace. However, in the latter case, they charge a service charge for both drinks and food, which I find a bit excessive. Despite this, everything we tried was super good; we really liked it and were eager to try the cachopo, so we'll be back!
Bar and restaurant with tables both inside and out, a great atmosphere, and fast, attentive service. They have menus for large groups and sharing dishes, as well as meat and fish. While it wasn't bad, I found the variety a bit lacking, but at least what we tried was delicious, in adequate quantities—not too much, not too little. In short, while not a 10-point place, it's very good, and I highly recommend it.

Es una comida casera rica pero se pueden mejorar un montón de cosas 1 de ellas es el tiempo de espera Para 6 helados nos han tardado más de 15 minutos y eso que el restaurante estába vacío
La comida muy sin más, destacar el revuelto de morcilla con piñones que estaba muy rico lo demás nada destacable. Primera vez que me cobran por el tupper para llevar lo que sobró de cachopo y también el servicio de camarero por pedir unos vasos de agua!!!! La verdad que me parece muy cutre por parte del restaurante que cobren eso…
Restaurante sin gluten de alta calidad. Todo me sentó muy bien. El local muy mal insonorizado, el nivel de ruido puede llegar a ser insoportable. La zona de entrada, muy mal acondicionada, no tiene ni un mísero pasamanos, hablé con el dueño y me comunico que lo estaban arreglando. Espero que así sea para cambiar la valoración general. El servicio un poco lento, platos grandes, mesas justas. Aparcar una odisea, ve con tiempo. Resumen. Comida 5 Local 2,5 Servicio 3,5 Precio Medio 30/40 € pp
