This is your standard Jack in the box. Only issue is this one takes a long time to get you through the drive thru line. Food has been good and not an issue. The restaurant is overall clean inside and taken care of.

Visit this location if you want to be ambushed in the most unsafe drive thru. There is no turning back, and once in this drive thru you cannot get out if you changed your mind. If there was suspicious characters hanging out in the back parking lot or a fire, you may be compromised. Whoever owns this restaurant may want to highly consider investing in a safer setup for their patrons.

Visited this restaurant to have a quick bite. Customer service was good. Food was decent and affordable . The restaurant was clean, but the man restroom sink was disgusting / dirty.

I have to admit, all the commercials got me wanting to try the smash burger. Had the sourdough version and was unimpressed. The burger has to much cheese. I like cheese, especially on a burger, but you can't put too much on. It was hard to taste any of the other items. Pickles all piled in one place under the bun and had to spread them out. Fries seemed not full to me and weren't fresh unfortunately. Kind of cold. Friendly service was best asset today.

Placed an online order, the only way I was able to get any workers attention was to wait through the drive thru line to pick up my pre paid order. I was trying to show them so I wouldn’t be mixed up with the cars because who knows anyone can hit me on accident. Then I got told not to come through the drive thru even though they forgot my items they left them aside and there were plenty of workers just standing around. I’ve worked at this location before and I never allowed it to be like that, and the fact that I had to go back to the drive thru because they forgot a bag. So very wishywashy, terrible experience.

Very bad energy in the restaurant. I only ordered a large fry. I paid for my order and then I asked for a couple of ranch sauce. She said they're 35 cents extra and refused to give me 2 of them, she straight up said no, you're only getting 1. I mean seriously, they throw those things away by the pounds. I would avoid this location, unless you want extra ingredients in your food, and I'm not taking salt and pepper.

I placed a mobile order and she ended up saying we didn't place our order. There was a girl working We told her the name and she made a whole scene saying they didn't have it. I had to get off and talk to the only reasonable guy and come to find out it was there they didn't hear what we said when we told them our name. This is ridiculous I argued for almost 30 minutes for this do better pls and have better attitudes!

So I been coming to eat here for so many years. I really like JIB but this location has disappointed me. I ordered the usual tacos, Chicken fajita pita fries and drink. I ordered tacos with extra lettuce and sauce and was charged (.25cents) ok no problem but my tacos had no extra lettuce and forgot to put sauce on them. My fajita was missing grilled onions and tomato. They heated pita bread too much that it was hard when I ate it. I had already called the complaint like at JIB, but they have not done anything since this is not the first time they messed up on my order. I’m going to do something about this. Not fair you charge extra for condiments and food is tasting like garbage. You need to train people and hire more employees. Not right!

Only through the wonder of sunlight and grease can one truly experience the Jack in the Box "taco! Just look at that pic. The tiny dark brown area is the "meat". The other dark area is lettuce. So in each one of our "tacos" 6 bites are nothing but lettuce and taco shell, three of those are nothing but shell. We all know they use the cheapest ingredients possible, but now they are even stingy on the cheap ingredients. And to date, over a week has gone by with zero response to our request for a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. These tacos even cost twice the price if you order from a human.
