Round Table Pizza

I order here a lot and the food is decent. Sometimes it's undercooked when they are busy, but not terrible. My main issue was a few weeks ago. I ordered online, not realizing their hours had changed and used my rewards to get a free large pizza. They called me a few minutes after the order was placed to let me know they couldn't fulfill the order. I said it was fine and apologized for not noticing the new hours, but asked if I could get a coupon because the website would still take my free pizza redemption. The woman I spoke to said yes, and took my address to mail me a coupon for that. Now it's been a few weeks and I haven't received anything, just lost all of my rewards points. While it may not be malicious, it definitely stinks, and I felt I should share the experience with others. Update: they reached out to me and fixed the issue with my rewards, so I am updating my review to reflect that. The food is usually great, but we have had some inconsistent experiences (undercooked dough).

Rtp is great for food. Pizzas are awesome but pricey. Salad bar is great as well. Service is kind of slow though especially when it's busy on evenings and weekends.

Lunch Buffet 11:30-1:30 2hr One of the more expensive ones with the least options. Not sure I'll be back for lunch Buffet $13 +tax pizza only $16+ tax pizza and 1 trip salad bar Got here @ 11:50 +$1 drink +tax No pepperoni in salad bar, I ask And an told there should be one more , it's a half and half Half just pepperoni half maui zowi ... You are 20 min into a 2 hr lunch buffet and are only bringing out half a pepperoni... That's enough for 1-2 people at most . Mind you there is another pizza place a very short walk at the other end of the shopping center that's $16 pizza, salad & drink... So it's not all you can eat like your sign says if your limiting what's coming out... $1 for a side of ranch or pizza sauce So service 3* because of this not because the workers I'm sure they are following some BS rule . Update 20 min later, have been here for 45 minutes, have not seen 1 pepperoni pizza, not half, not 1/4 , almost have pepperoni but with other stuff. Whole pizza of chicken something (can't stand chicken on pizza) But your most likely to be eaten just pepperoni... None ... Ha! Also I think y'all are going light on the sauce , that's odd for a Roundtable Update , I had some work to do during this time so I sat, they finally did come out with the half pepperoni pizza just before 1pm and the place had started to wind down . I was able to get the last 2 slices . So eh, I won't go out of my way to go here but I may try again in a few months .

Every single time I order for pickup a fee hours later, I pick up on time and it’s been sitting in their heater for a long time. What do I need to do to get a fresh pizza?? Delivery isn’t the answer. Who knows they’ll show up. Clearly picking up isn’t the answer this is has happened to me 3 times now. I guess I’ll have to go in and place an order there and wait for 20-25 minutes. My time is too valuable for that but if I want a warm pizza, I guess that’s the answer. Now let me go microwave the pizzas I just picked up. FML

As he delivered our personal pizza he looked at me with furious eyes and said NORMALLY WE DONT ALLOW INDIVIDUALS TO SHARE A SALAD THIS IS WHY I WAS CHARGING FOR TWO SALADS . I ordered a pizza online and the said it would be delivered in 45 min. I called when an hour had passed and the person I spoke to said it was a 2 hour wait before he even looked up my order. when he did look up my order he told me it was out for delivery. My wife and I waited another half an hour before we called again and the man we spoke to told us it had just went out for delivery 15 min ago (so I guess they were lying when they said it was already out). when the delivery driver got here I very nicely told her that we called because they said it it went out quite a while ago and she told me that she had 4 deliveries and if I don’t like it to call the store. the pizza she dropped off was burnt in several places and very cold. I paid 45 dollars after the tip for this pizza and they were rude and the pizza was horrible, besides the fact that it was burnt and cold, it tasted like green bell pepper and had bits of onion in it, neither of which we ordered it with. I have an allergy to raw onion so for me it was a no go. I have been ordering from round tables in multiple locations for around 30 years but I believe this will be that last time. I guess I will be ordering from mountain mikes in the future.

After waiting a long time in complete silence, the woman finally came back and asked if I could call back. What??? I had already been trying to place an order for about 15 minutes at this point, so no, I couldn't call back. Needless to say, we're having Mary's for dinner tonight!

One of your staff needs to learn some manners,hospitality.She thinks she owns the resturant. I came to pick up the delivery and asked one of the staff about the order she told me it will be ready in a while ..i waited approx.10-15min and again i asked,is the order ready??she told me it's not ready yet..and after 2minutes another staff came from no where and literally she was mad at me and yelling at me..she told me if you don't want to wait just decline and leave in very ruthless manner....i can she her anger,attitude in her face..never ever experienced this kind of behavior before..i told her why are you mad at me i was just concern about the order.May god bless her!!

Paid & got my pizza. When we went to enjoy it, my friends half had chicken ! I went back to be asked for it to be remade (front desk) took it and said it could be remade. After some words are exchanged in the back, the supervisor brings me the pizza back and tells me that I only wanted half w chicken … I said yes that is exactly what I wanted. So why is there chicken on the whole pizza? She then gives me a stank face and goes to the back. I intended to go get my pizza when she walks into my job (I was next door) comes in saying “was it necessary how you spoke to me, i was trying to explain that it was an artichoke heart” no it was not. And that is very unprofessional behavior from a supposed supervisor. Invoice # 34924332

Where's the pizza? We came in for the unlimited pizza and they quit bringing pizza out at 1pm. We won't come back. We waited 15 minutes for them to bring out more pizza and they didn't. Definitely not unlimited. The Santa Rosa codding town round table does it right, go there.

As we were eating okay we were frustrated with this and then my sandwich had one small tiny tomato that was cut 2 inches Thick. My partner was eating his sandwich and then he found a hair in it and I'm just like just eat it don't even let it bother you and he's like I can't so I go up and say something to them and the manager was sitting there too and they said they had to weigh their food. I think that's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard them making them way their food. Also she didn't do anything about the hair in the food she didn't offer us a refund discount replacement of the food nothing. Round table used to be my favorite pizza but when it comes to this location. I don't know if I'll be going back. Also the seats are incredibly dirty and soiled looking. Management get it together. This is a new location it should not be like this. I am angry that I just went wasted my money and I'm still hungry after my trip.

It would have been nice to know this ahead of time before paying for the buffet, as I would have likely reconsidered my decision to eat there. Unfortunately, I only ended up eating a few pieces, and I left still hungry and frustrated. I won’t be coming back anytime soon. A pizza buffet should offer a variety of traditional flavors, and not having those available really ruined the experience for me. Definitely not worth the visit today.
