I ordered online to this location(by mistake) instead of the one i usually order from. I had kept away from it because the two times I had tried, it came undercooked. But today I was very happy with my order. The pizza had a nice crisp and was flavorful. I thought I would give a review again since they earned it. I whish they do this every time instead of once in a while. But, keep it up!👍

Lemon pepper chicken wings and pizza with double pepperoni and pineapples🍕. Yummy. Customer service was excellent. I had problems with a online coupon and they literally tried to walk me through it. Now that's called service and I will be a repeat customer!

I very rarely give reviews, much less 5 star reviews. But after repeatedly delivering the best Pizza Hut experience I have ever had across multiple states, I felt compelled to leave this review. The staff is very friendly, the Pizza is on point, and they don't skimp on the toppings or seasoning. I highly recommend this location.

Orders here have been inaccurate. My last pizza from here was a plain ol' three ingredient (bread, tomato sauce and cheese) cheese pizza because they kept messing up pepperoni pizza what can possibly go wrong? This guy delivers the pizza, smiles and immediately leaves. I open the box and they forgot the flicking cheese on a cheese pizza!!! 11/1/24 They got the reciept wrong but all the food was right this time. Good job. And online customer service gave me a free pizza as an apology.

The staff at this location (a female and a male) were awesome in their friendliness and interaction. Super appreciated this experience and made the horrible NYorker pizza bearable. I will definitely order from here again due to the staff I experienced but order the good hand tossed original pizza, never again the NYorker, couldn't give it away! Thx RT

Original Pan pizza is 🔥🔥🔥. Quoted me 14 minute wait time at this location as a walk in customer, they done and walked out to me in my car in 12 minutes. Great speedy accurate and friendly service here. 👍🏻

Ok experience at Pizza Hut - it was so busy that day I got the wrong pizza, Luckily, the issue with the order was resolved later. Not only that I found an olive pit inside the pizza and I almost cracked my tooth.

Ordered a pizza at 5 pm. We waited till 6:30 pm for our delivery and nothing had came. We called and this asian lady named Priscilla told us it should be there in 5 minutes. We waited till 7:10 and still nothing. We called again to find out what happened and Priscilla transferred our call to a pizza hut in Norwalk, CA. Then when we tried to order again she said they can't deliver anymore because there are too many delivery orders. This is by far the worst experience we have had from a pizza hut. This was not our first time ordering from this place. We have ordered from here regularly. Needless to say, we won't anymore.

I just finished a 12 hour shift at work. I was sleep deprived really hungry and all I wanted was a damn chicken Alfredo pasta meal. It was 11:00 at night . These damn late shift workers are the worst. Since when does it take 25 mins to make a pasta plate. And after it was done I was in store they put it in warmer instead of giving it to me after it was already paid for. Oh and worse part is once I got to my room to eat there was no fork and no marinara sauce for the bread. Night ruined because of these night shift kids. Really hope management cracks down on them.

Just placed order here for the New Yorker style pizza and was greatly disappointed by the quality. Hardly any sauce, small amount of cheese, and I paid for double pepperoni and looked like it was a regular amount. Please talk to your staff about quality control.

WOULD leave 0 stars if POSSIBLE!!! Please train employees to wash hands before and after touching foods, check ingredients and all products are safe, properly stored ,and cooked. Me and my wife have been having food poisoning right after eating our first slice. You know something is wrong with the food you just ate when you're rushing to the toilet with a lot of stomach pain. This is completely unacceptable

I'm a huge fan of pizza hut and they have ALWAYS been my go to, however, everytime I order from this location, (fairly often; I work a lot and am pretty exhausted most of the time,) my order is always incorrect or messed up. I ask for my pizza to be extra crispy & it almost seems like they do the complete opposite every time. Ordered again tonight and am almost positive my pizza was undercooked. Disappointing location to say the least.

They end up charging double the price per pizza. Worst experience ever, unfortunately, not the 1st time at this location, but definitely the last.

I called the store and they say the driver picked up the order but it never got delivered. The employee I spoke with on the phone said he doesn’t know what happened. They are supposed to be refunding my $30 which takes 2 days to process. Maybe Pizza Hut should not rely on door dash drivers and use their own for customers who order directly from them.
