I would like to make a comment, it is not a complaint, I simply believe that as a company, they should improve their staff, since I work in a similar field, and if it had been someone else, I think they would have taken it more badly. When one of their employees asked him if there was another dessert besides those on the menu, he told me yes, that there was the bread of the dead again, but that it was a little expensive. It is worth mentioning that I almost always go to that cafeteria, and it was very strange to hear that comment. I think that if they don't achieve their goal, as in any business, making those comments makes me feel a bit strange. I don't think I'll go back there. Anyway, thank you.

The frappe presentation was poor (we ordered two different ones). The service was bad; we had to go ask for the bill and pay at the entrance. The taste was average, but for the price, I'd rather go to Starbucks.

Es un asco de servicio. Lástima del buen café que venden. Lamentablemente deja muy mal parada a la marca. Atención en esta área de oportunidad. Llegamos al lugar, no nos tomaron el pedido, se tuvo que ir a pedir a la barra, además no llevaron el pedido completo (solo cafés sin los pastelillos que se había pedido) terminamos el café y jamás llegaron los pasteles a pesar de estar en el establecimiento más de una hora; al pagar les comenté lo ocurrido y ni una disculpa, al contrario, el chico se molestó cuando le pregunté qué me estaba cobrando, obviamente no deje propina.

Mi hija queria pasar al baño y quise comprar un agua para hacer consumo y dijeron que minimo 40 pesos posiblemente estoy mal pero si considero pesimo servicio y no saludan y se la pasan en el cell.

The service was terrible. The guy served me reluctantly. I arrived an hour before closing time, and he told me they only had takeout. I never received my bill. I called the number on the ticket, but they never answered, and then they blocked me. Terrible service.

We spent an hour and our coffees never arrived, when they had already been delivered to other people (people who arrived after us). The terrace is nice but what good is it if they are not going to deliver your coffee, and 1 hour is too long even if they have people or problems with their coffee machines.
