This is my go to Wendy's and the experience is always great. I will say over the years of being a regular, the restaurant is closed at weird hours more than I expect - 3 times I have shown up to wendys at a time when everything else is open and this particular one is closed.

Honestly, delicious. Not just saying that either. Fries were better than McDonalds (as usual) burger was fresh, never frozen. Chicken tenders were the bee's knees. I'd give it a 10

Wasn't a bad place to eat at. The tables were clean. Ordered two Giant Bacon Cheese Burger meals. Fries were served hot, drinks were nice and cold. Would eat there again if in that neighborhood.

This is by far the best Wendy's in the area. It's clean, there food is always good. Never had a problem with my order being wrong. And the employees are are always courteous and personable.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT, THEY DONT EVEN MAKE CHILI ANY MORE 💔 I have been frequenting this Wendy's for awhile. And for awhile, it was just meh, compared to other (farther) Wendy's. So they probably only saw me a few times a year. But my most recent experience was exceptional. The food was not only good, it raised my expectations for Wendy's everywhere. Food was very tasty

My boyfriend and I had a great dinner tonight. The Cashier had repeated our order and explain why our price was so high. While we were leaving, I told Daniel that I had to get a grape minute maid instead of lemonade drink. He said “ wait and I will fixed that for you, not a problem”. They all have an excellent Customer Service. I had a bad day but my night had blossom because of the workers. Thank you very much.

I love the Wendy's on Oswego Rd. in Liverpool. The staff is very professional and polite and the service is great! I really think they are doing a great job hiring and teaching these young men and women how to be professional.

I had an issue with getting cold medium size fries, I called & they gave me large size HOT fries. Very apologetic & sincere! Thank you! (This was a while ago)!! New Review... Today, I was disappointed several times! Not only did they not have baked potatoes (that happens quite often, unfortunately), but I asked for Caesar Dressing instead of Ranch, I got Ranch & my Frosty was only 3/4 full! Although, I will say, their customer service was great, it usually is, so I can't complain about that!!! Thank you! But come on...please have potatoes, listen to the order or ask questions & fill up the little Frosty cup!!!!

Hands down they have the most awesome customer service ever!!!! Usually my children and I don't eat out but was looking for something quick and enjoyable. I went in had a rather large order but the employee at the counter was patient understanding and knowledgeable to say the very least!!!! He packed my order with care and made sure each item was organized and accounted for. Thank you Wendy's this was a job well done!!!! Would recommend this restaurant to others and would eat here again!!!!!!

Always Hot Food evening in the late evenings. Fries perfectly salted. I enjoy Wendy's quite a bit. Their chocolate frostys are amazing. But nothing beats they Baconator got a get light sauce because it's so messy but so good even with light sauce. That's always my go to meal. The biggie bag deals are amazing to if I had to go with one of those it's the Bacon Double Stack.

This might be the best Wendy’s to ever do it. They consistently provide excellent customer service and the most fire food. You never wait more than 5 mins. I came late night tonight and they were out of most things (understandably) and they hooked it up with what they did have to make my experience unforgettable. At 2 AM, management is happy to serve you and provides a quality customer experience. I’ll continue to frequent this Wendy’s whenever I get the chance. The whole staff deserves a raise. God bless

Decent Wendy's location. I've never had a problem with the food here, although sometimes the drive-thru line can get a little backed up because they rarely have the lengthy orders wait outside of the drive-thru line. The interior dining area is nice except that during the night, the seating near the windows gets dark and is not well lit.

Long line for Friday night dinner (drive thru only, the dining room is still closed) but they got us through pretty quickly. One part of our order was incorrect - we were upgraded to doubles that were not requested, which explains why the bill was so high...but I didn't want to hold up the line to have it fixed. Giving the benefit of the doubt that this was an honest mistake and not a ploy to increase revenues.

The first time I got food there it was good. The second time I got fries and they tasted like the oil hasn't been changed in weeks like the oil was burnt or something. I don't know how to describe it. They were nasty!!!

Food has always been right and hot .. Inside service you get a smile but no matter the time - its about a 20 minute wait .. Drive thru - the guys seem like they hate their job .. And there one guy who needs a dang hair net .. His hair looks like it hasn't been washed in a year or better and with him handling food, it might be a good idea to keep his greasy hair to himself .. But over all, this Wendy's has come a long ways in the past year ..

The restaurant was very clean, but thère wàs a sickness to the floor in front of the counter. Like the used to much cleanèr in the watèr. The food was terrific except the cheese on the cheese burger was processed not real. Also they gave me a 4 pc. Chicken nugget instead of a 6 pc. I went just before noon and the restaurant was empty.

Time preparing food and food delivery was rather quick as well as customer service was very friendly and helpful only issue that I had was that my strawberry frosty tasted as if it was in the process of turning spoiled....other than that I'm like addicted to the honey butter biscuits they are to die for really they are simply delicious hot, warm, or cold anytime of day but you can only get them during breakfast so you better hurry...

Wendy's has gotten a bit too pricey for their fast food status. The quality is slightly above fast food average, but at that cost I can eat out at a locally owned restaurant with better quality food items and atmosphere. The two best things about Wendy's are their vanilla frosty and, when ordering a baconator, you can ask for as many pieces of bacon on it as you desire - at no extra cost!

While I really like this location and staff, today was a hassle. Corporate app states that Liverpool NY location has dine in seating, but a big sign by register says no seating. Also, staff is not familiar with how the app works.

Costing a fortune you would think that the baked potatoes were fresh, not even close. Ask for EXTRA sour cream and butter and get one of each which had me wasting more time waiting in line again for something I should have gotten in the first place. They do not put alot of cheese on the fries which is sick as I said because the cost of things you would think you would get more than a tablespoon of it. Beginning to think no fast food places are worthy time and money anymore.

Usually Wendy's is my top choice for burger drive thru, but this location feels kind of rundown and disorganized in comparison to others. When I look at the place as I drive up, all worn and sign lighting not working right, etc., I can't help but wonder if the outside looks like it hasn't seen maintenance in 25 years, what's going on inside? I mean if they are not caring what the property looks like to get people in the door, why would they care about the state of anything else? The wait time is always long here too compared to other Wendys. Occasionally, my order has food in it that's barely warm, straight out of the drive thru window. I get working in a busy restaurant is hard work, but it's just not the experience I'm used to at Wendys. 3 stars because the employees are always nice and it's the home of the Baconator. -2 stars for bad franchise management. I'd visit more often if they freshened the place up a bit.

Understaffed and slow but consistent food. Co-workers have been here a few times and they haven't gotten messed up orders. Nothing outstanding but it's what you expect. They also have the new coke drink fountains that let you mix different types of sodas. One of the only places in Fulton I've been to that have lunch lines inside and at the drive thru.

Wendy's used to have really good food but that's gone downhill over the years. The jalapeno popper chicken sandwich was not very good and it was just a chicken sandwich with a little bit of sour cream and a couple of jalapeno slices. The chicken was soggy on the outside and dried out on the inside. They are only saving grace was their spicy nuggets were good.

We ordered the saucy nuggs in garlic parmesan, they were anything but saucy, while some of the exterior was decently crunchy it also absorbed the little sauce there was and so much of it was soggy. I see it in the ad and it looks just drenched in sauce, but this was more like Italian dressing from a bottle. Will not be ordering again , not impressed.

Was no line when I visited the drive thru, which unfortunately didn't translate into a better experience. I had to repeat my order - apparently "pickles" and "onions" sound too alike. That was topped off by completely forgetting my drink. Sandwich was at least hot and fresh (fries not so much) but would've been nice to have something to wash it down with. Hopefully just a fluke but who knows.

I was a pretty regular customer, then i cut down on fast food for obvious reasons. The last time I ordered from there I got food poisoning: vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps, the works. Just went again last night after not going for a few months and same thing: ordered a chicken sandwich (last night was the bacon pub chicken sandwich) the sandwich was delicious but this morning woke up to vomiting, awful stomach cramps, and horrible diarrhea. Will not be returning to Wendy’s in the foreseeable future.

Their hospitality was great until I wanted a piece of fish on my side salad and they unapologetically charged me for the entire sandwich. Another store in the same franchise only charged for the meat. The manager turned into an ogre... She should realize that customers can hear her gripping in the kitchen. When I called Wendy's about it they just made an excuse that different stores have the freedom to do whatever they choose. Then why do they have an 800 number. He was rude and didn't even act like he cared about my opinion or having me as a customer. Makes me want to go in Yelp. The fish is terrific and tartar sauce superior to other fast food. Overall I really like what Wendy's has done with it's menu. Great salads. I ended up deciding to buy a box of Gorton's from Walmart and cooking it at home. I added did weed to the tartar I bought and ended up have 3 or 4 very delicious meals for the cost of one fish sandwich. TMI...

My husband has me pick him up his lunch here once in a while, and it seems like every time at least one thing is wrong or yucky with the order. Whether it's the frosty is runny or the fries are soggy and cold, or the chicken nuggets feel as though they've been sitting out since the day before...it's always something. The staff is always nice though!

That Wendy's has always been nice and clean but today their burgers were off and we did not have time to tell them that as we had to be somewhere but they did not live up to what the pictures are and I think that kind of stinks considering for three people we paid over $25. So I really wish there was a Five Guys in our area because that's a good burger and it's never been a bad Burger.

Ordered 5 Dave’s singles with NO pickles, no tomato. On the first burger their were 4 pickled, no onion and 2 slices of cheese, lettuce.All the rest of the burgers had 2 pickles, no onion, one slice cheese, lettuce. We made the special order in hope that the burgers would be hotter than the usual cold ones we usually get. We live about a mile from the store so I think the burgers should be at least warm . I ordered to go the server placed my fries in the bag and had a conversation with another employee. I asked for fresh fries since I was already waiting for my burger. Well I got my order and the fries were so salty and they were warm. I go to this Wendy's all the time and never received service or food of this quality. May 9th 2021 went here to get some food around 4:00 p.m. all of the doors were locked. However notice the man sitting there eating food who did not work at Wendy's so what's the deal with that? There was not even a sign saying that the place was closed to people dining in. Maybe Wendy's needs to smarten up and think about that before they have people walking around their building pulling on doors. The last time I went we were able to go in the dining area and eat our food. I also tried to call and ask what was going on but wasted 10 minutes getting nothing but a busy signal each time I tried. Very disappointed with this place now..

Food wasn’t bad. Very long wait at the drive through. Only 2 people in line and I was there for about 12 mins. A bit excessive for a drive through. I wasn’t in a rush but the customer service is what got me. Not friendly whatsoever. Not rude just very blah. No hello or goodbye or thank you or sorry about the wait or anything. I realize it’s pretty small but common courtesy used to be a basic requirement for those in customer service positions. The guy working sounded more like he brought a bad day to work with him

Why there thr drive thru, and I barely go to Wendy’s. The person in window first off had AirPods on while on the job and had to ask THREE times for a tray for my 3 frosties! And gave me no receipt. She rolled her eyes when I asked her for a tray and as. I was verifying my order with her. Gave me attitude over the headset because I was wording my frozties by their name. I said VANILLA med Oreo brownie. She said so “you don’t want the brownie? I said yeah the one with the meal is right as well the strawberry. But didn’t deserve the attitude from a person who with AirPods I. IN DRIVE THRU! I worked at Mcd as a manger and ghags unacceptable!! She has no name tag either!! Ordered the new fego meal with 3 friaries. July 12 2025 at abiyt 5-5:15 and 5:20.

Food itself is good. However the wait time is atrocious. Have been in the area twice visiting my mom while she’s in the hospital, and both times we’ve waited 20+ minutes for two simple burgers. All the while, everyone who comes in after us is served and given their food well before us. I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue, a communication issue, or whatever else, but it’s ridiculous. Not even an apology for any delays from the staff.

I drive I truck so I can't go to the drive through they where open on the inside but told me the dining room was closed and could notnseve me. Smh your there just put the order through on the drive thru side and give it to me inside or lock the doors next time.

Showed up around 11 AM today. There was not a cashier taking orders for over five minutes. There was no staff to be seen at the counter. They were assisting elsewhere. Hardly any cars were in the parking lot or in the drive thru. Regardless of staffing levels, there should always be someone taking orders. This isn't the first time I've been here at this time on a Friday where the short line moves slowly. The midday cashier for some reason helps with expo or decides to disappear from the counter altogether. If there had been a designated person (or anyone) at the counter taking orders, myself and my father would not have left the unattended line after about 7-10 minutes to go to McDonalds, where we were greeted immediately by two cashiers waiting for us to make our selections.

“Can I get a number 3 meal?” “You want a number 1?” “No a number 3 meal please” “Ok a number 1” “No a number 3 please” “A number 3, got it” Somehow ended up with a number 5 meal after this conversation. Consistently slow and inaccurate. Drive through screen is broken and has been for years, chances of getting a correct order seem to be about 50/50. Had a coupon for filling out a survey one time, it took 4 people to figure out how to use it.

The burger meat used to be thicker than what they are now. I have never gotten a hot, crispy French fry. Don't go there after 8 because it's even worse! 11:25/20 my chicken sandwich was like rubber. I had to keep chewing it but got grossed out and spit it out. I should have never let my daughter get me something....ew

I went to place an order in at the drive through and the woman taking my order was very rude and I had had repeatedly told her what I would like.I eventually told her how rude she was and decided to take my business elsewhere. My husband Went in to pick up a door dash order and the manager had a nasty attitude and told the counter kid very loud be sure to check all door dash orders because she has gotten alot of complaints. Assuming that it's the door dash drivers that are messing things up. 🤦‍♀️ He currently have a 5 star rating as a dasher! I don't approve of the attitudes that he gets when he go in an establishment to pick up an order. Get your self together Wendys!!!

I had gone to wend'ys and gone through the drive thru and had gave my order to the the person, and explained it to her three times still didn't get my order right. I am not sure where they are finding people but I know they are not training them correctly by any means. Ever since the pandemic and the labor shortage they have gotten really bad in the quality of food and service. Because they have messed up on numerous occasions when I have gone there food missing in my orders and also food items made wrong. How they are still in business is beyond me.

The kid taking the order was wearing AirPods and we had to repeat a few things and they still missed a lot of what we ordered. We also ended up waiting a long time for it. Don’t bother coming here.

Waited in drive-thru line for 15 minutes, nobody came to the speaker. Several cars left before us. Went inside and waited another 15 to 20 minutes in line. We ordered a chocolate frosty and spicy nuggets. We received a choclate frosty and regular nuggets. Got to the car and realized there was no straw or spoon in the bag for the frosty. Went back inside and the employees were arguing with each other. I rarely ever leave a bad review because I know things can go wrong and mistakes happen but this visit was extraordinarily bad. I hope the crew can pull themselves together and make things better again.

Staff is friendly. Literally all I can say that is positive... I have now went here SIX times and had my sandwich made incorrectly 6/6 times, so if you are looking for a place that will give you incorrectly made food 100% of the time, hit up the Oswego Rd Wendy's. They even had the courtesy of realizing their mistake this last time and tried wiping off things I have a mild allergy to. I'd rather go hungry than waste my time and money at this place ever again.

Forgot straws, and dressing for salad. Only one packet of hot sauce for my large chili. Overfilled my chili, the cup for it was disgusting. Put whole slices of onion in my chili when I asked for extra onions. Driver thru person had an attitude, she must be miserable there

Often I find my food cold and dry. The frostys are truly the only thing worth it at this location. Today (1:40pm) I had an order completely wrong and I called to get it corrected. When I showed up to the store later in the night (11:30) the female worker was extremely condescending and unwilling to give me what I had paid for. The manager I spoke to earlier in the day said they took my name and to come in whenever to get the correct food. I hope they look into their night staff because time and time again, this same female is very rude with a terrible tone of voice. If you have any other fast food near you, avoid this Wendy's. It's a joke that unfortunately is trending downwards.

Waited for quite awhile in the drive through before ordering. Ordered 2 for $10 classic chicken sandwiches, 2 small drinks and 2 small fries. The window cashier didn’t say 1 word. No “thank you,” no have a good night. Nothing. Got home to eat. The food was just terrible quality (thus the coupon?) The dogs wouldn’t even eat it. Tasted like FISH. Tried to order a cold brew and was told they’re all out. Very disappointing and a terrible waste of 13.80.

I ordered my food go to pay the person at the window was just awful barely said anything but what I owed. Then they for got a sandwich went in side to get it and the guy didn’t say a word just took recipe and came back with the sandwich. Leave get home they messed up the same sandwich I went inside to get. On top of that the kid was blow gloves up with his mouth to put them on that’s not sanitary at all. Overall they should be fired because they suck spend 50 on food and wasn’t worth it and bring your own napkins to

Not sure how this place has almost 4 stars. While it's definitely not the employees fault, the slow service for fast food is not worth $25. Hire more workers or lower the price of the food.

Stopped in for lunch and let me tell you, the staff is disfunctional. Waited a long time for food while some crew members were outside smoking. The manager is a hot mess. Rude and unprofessional. She was hollering at an employee and cursing at him. I spent many years in food service and this was deplorable. Won't be eating there again.

The guy was rude it was cold inside the french fries were cold they charge you for the honey mustard dipping sauce slow at giving us our cups the guy did not have his hair up or a hat on don't recommend the dining room weren't clean the floors were dirty they hardly have any drinks in the soda machine please please please please please please do not go there save your money

They didn’t fulfill the order properly, did not give a receipt so that the fact that the order wasn’t fulfilled properly couldn’t be proven and so I ended up paying over $45 for only half of what I actually ordered. With all the other fast food places to choose from stay away from this over priced, under-quality food serving, lacking customer service having waste of brick and mortar.

Absolute garbage attitude from the woman taking orders at the drive-thru, if she hadn't been so barking and snotty and let us speak, she wouldn't have needed to ask us to repeat everything. You created your own problem, sister. Lunch time foods were not ready for lunch time, and the fries tasted like they were from yesterday.

I don’t know why I bother coming back. This is the slowest fast food restaurant in the area, most employees are extraordinarily rude and have a terrible attitude, chicken is tough and gross, and parking lot is so neglected your car is going to need realignment after driving through it. I won’t make the mistake of stopping here again.

Everytime I order door dash from this place with almost an hour to two hours before they close, anything under 45 minutes I don't order for respect to them as they are closing but at this restaurant I never get my food. I have multiple dashers go and wait but they leave after waiting over 20 minutes. You would think the food would be ready at least by the second dasher but no. Don't waste your time trying to get food from a place that says they are "open late" cause they just ignore your order.

Waited over 40 minutes for a meal. Watched multiple people who ordered 20 minutes after us receive their meal. When the food was received it was cold. Completely unacceptable

Ordered two #4's and a #2. The whole drive thru experience start to finish took close to 30 minutes. I had to wait for one of my #4's. After waiting, I didn't receive the correct burger, drink and no fries for my #2 combo. Actually a circus

Just got there chicken honey biscuit couldn't chew chicken so much grizzle.got there breakfast potatoes had to throw them out old old pieces of grease on them. Its an old wendys use to be very good. They just got thru remodeling but that has nothing to do with food.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, however, I feel this location earned one. The most pleasant thing at this location was the construction. Went in with my Mother to grab lunch before going out of town. Stood at the counter for about 5 minutes without an employee even acknowledging I was there, my Mother had to go sit down. I was finally able to place an order. While I was getting our drinks, I turned to the counter to see if the food was ready. Our food was sitting on the counter, nobody had let me know. Zero customer service, and appears management doesn’t think customer service is necessary. Will not return to this location ever again.

We’ve only been here twice, and both times were frustrating. On our most recent visit, two employees were filling our order but barely communicated with each other. They seemed unsure about what they had already packed and were guessing as they went. When we noticed some items were missing and brought it to their attention, instead of listening, the woman got annoyed and defensive. She blamed us and claimed we hadn’t ordered those items, even though they were clearly listed on the receipt. The first time we came, my brother, who has a dairy allergy, ordered a burger and specifically said no cheese. We had to return it three separate times because they kept putting cheese on it. Even after the third time, when we checked the burger before leaving, it still had cheese. It was just careless and honestly kind of shocking.

Just ordered online for pickup, three kids meals a single combo meal and a grilled chicken wrap meal, could not find the order ticket then after they found it, an hour and 15 minutes to get the food, I asked for a refund and they said we're making it right now, after all that still missed a drink, a frosty and the fries for a meal. Will not be back ever

Went there today with wife and kids. The man taking order was rude. Barely said anything. There were no other customers and it still took 20 minutes for our food. Fries were cold. The soda machine was out of half the drinks. Including coke. What fast food restaurant runs out of coke. They gave my wife the wrong sandwich and she politely told the server and he just grabbed the sandwich and walked away. No words said. 5 minutes later he returns and gives her the correct sandwich and said nothing. Also, the place is completely run down. We will never go there again.
