Ordered 3 of the Grilled Cheeseburger sandwiches. They were not toasted at all. Texas Toast bread look like it was just out of the bag. We were given the milk shakes very quickly and while they were melting we waited for the food. The food was cold. The service was terrible and the food was terrible. The Grilled Cheeseburger sandwich is the worst sandwich Sonic has come up with ever. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

If I want a cup of vanilla ice cream with two Oreos broken up on top and two on the bottom I wouldn't go to sonic for an Oreo Blast. Every other sonic I've been to, actually mixes their blasts so that the add-ins are all the way through the Blast. This is saddening and disheartening to visit one of my favorite fast food establishments only to receive a sub-par product that I love from every other Sonic I go to. If the customer is expected to mix the Blast themselves, then shouldn't the Blast be half priced? Do better guys.

Waiter 30 mins for a cheeseburger with no lettuce or tomato and I got a chicken sandwich. When I sent it back the worker was mad that I sent it back. What a waste of time and money. Never again.

Ordered a double cheeseburger with cheese tots the cheese tots were completely covered and cheese with no wrapper on them and no utensils. The burger was halfway put together and completely wrong redeemed a milkshake off the app and they still charged me for it and then when I told them that it redeemed it, they said it wasn’t their problem. Dangerfield Sonic is getting as bad as Hughes springs sonic

Bought an Oreo blast, got soft serve ice cream with Oreo’s on top with none mixed in. My wife took it back and asked them to remake it. Instead they “mixed” it some more but it was still soft serve ice cream with barely any Oreo in it. There was also styrofoam mixed into the blizzard that my 3 year old almost swallowed. This was SEVEN DOLLARS.

I waited 40 minutes for my food to come out. Half of it is cold and not fresh. My carhop was very unmistakably high and didn't even know my total. Argued with me about my total when I was reading it off the receipt and they tried to keep $5 from me. They forgot 1 of my 2 drinks and made me taste the 1 drink they remembered to give me and tell them which one they needed to make. The drinks were 2 completely different sizes but they had no idea which on they gave me. Never going here again. Trash restaurant.

Would not order ahead here, this is what you get. A melted, flat, and warm float. Spoke to 2 supposed managers, one who delivered me that disgusting float (Chantel per the display screen) and saw no problem with not making the drinks fresh because they might get too busy. I didn't trust them to make another one based on their response to, "You think this should be served like this?" Both stating they don't know what the app means by they won't make your order until you check in because that's not how things work at this restaurant. Yes, I would like to escalate. That link doesn't work but I will call the number provided.
