I ordered Delivery from your store on Memorial Day. I ordered the 4 piece dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy. When the order arrived, it had only gravy and no potatoes. The only problem is that my SO is a cancer patient and only wanted potatoes and gravy. So I went back to the store and explained my problem and your person working the counter couldn’t have been nicer and fixed my problem right away! I didn’t catch his name, but please thank him for me and tell him I appreciate him for his fast and friendly fixing if my problem!!! Please give him all due respect for fixing my small issue!!!

I've been here twice in the last week. Both times the service was great, food was excellent, atmosphere was nice. I will continue coming here. Update 9/13/2024- Still coming here once a week for lunch. This is my go to place for chicken. Same as it has been all my life!! Hot food, great taste, and decent price.

Went for the Tuesday special, 8 dark pieces for $10, but they were out and substituted with white original chicken. That was fine, and love the original recipe, but I have to be extra care with bone in chicken, which it always tends to splinter off. I'm on blood thinners so I take extra concern. Anyway, I would highly recommend KFC. Quick drive through service as well.

I got an order to go... disappointed in the cleanliness of the dining area. I almost fell slipping on the greasy floor. Service and the food was very good. 7/27/2025 UPDATE: SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! SUPERIOR FOOD DINNING ROOM CLEAN We ordered our for on Saturday and everything was hot and fresh, customer service was better here at KFC than the chick place that is closed on Sundays. Prices and the "deals" offered when ordering through their APP are great and is almost too much food at great prices. This KFC on University in Denton,TX should be a model store for the company and all their franchise. We are very happy with the 'turn around ' in this store. We will keep coming back and you should give them a try, you'll leave feeling as I do!

It's hard to find a KFC that is Worth going to but I've been to this one three times now and basically on top of it. They did mess up a bowl but were quick to let me know that I could come back the next week and get a replacement.

Came in on tuesday afternoon and ordered a bucket of tuesday special, food was ready in about 5 mins which is pretty fast, so I’m guessing it was depends on whether the store is busy or not, taste good with kfc sauce, staffs are nice and welcoming, restaurants are clean and tables are being wiped down often, nice experience overall👍

I ordered a family pack of chickens but they could not mix it and they didn't have spicy but other than that the counter Pershing was very sweet and explained to me and she was trying to help me get something spicy by I can give you chicken and a couple packs of hot sauce 😂

I wouldn't recommend using the app, to order. The ordered off the app in the parking lot, it said can pick up in 10 mins, walked in the store explained I had an online order, she said it wasn't ready. So, we waited for another 15 mins or so. We watched everyone dining inside and the drive through come and go while we just sat there. They did give us 2 small cakes for the wait. The food was normal, except the wings were over cooked. Also they had a big noisy air conditioner in the dining room, couldn't hear anything.

Went here to try the new Chicken sandwich, was a bit disappointed. While it was good, chicken hot and juicy, crispy, etc. It could have been a bigger piece. Popeye's first sandwich was and still is the king. As you can see in my pic, this is a sad lil sandwich selling for $3.99.

Twice I've put in a mobile order just to get there for pick up and find them closed early. Both times, I had just gotten off work and starving. I passed up other places to get this because I was wanting something nearest home so my daughter and I could both have fresh food for dinner and so disappointed. I've only tried twice and BOTH times they were closed with my order saying it's ready for pick up 😳... so we fast forward a few months and I've had an issue with being charged just to find the location closed upon arrival and my order has been wrong a few more times. Even got handed an Uber eats order once. This is sad

The young man who took our order was absolutely awesome. he was working the front and the drive-thru all while the manager ran her mouth with someone who was not ordering food. He apologized to us profusely because someone didn't show up to work today so he was doing both tasks. I'm not sure what the manager was supposed to be doing but she definitely was not helping any of the employees with trying to serve their customers. The manager then disappeared into the office with this other girl who was not a customer and only showed her face again when someone from the drive-thru came in with an order issue. Very disappointed that somebody wearing a manager uniform didn't do one thing apart from stand there and talk with somebody who was either her child or a friend. Meanwhile the poor guy who decided to show up for work today got his butt handed to him and he was trying his absolute best to keep up with the Mayhem.

The fries were fresh, but the chicken sandwich was terrible. The bread was too hard to even consider eating and the chicken wasn't much better, and this was at lunch time. I like KFC's chicken sandwich but this isn't the first time I've been disappointed at this location.

Ordered original got crispy. The breasts were cut in half, the size of a thigh, very little meat. There were no wings. Instead, we got two knots of meat the size of the end of my thumb on a bone so hard the dog wouldn't eat it. I have never payed so much for something that disappointed me totally. Don't get chicken at this store, I think they are trying to cut costs. I will try another store if they are doing the same, then it's corporate, and I will be unable to get KFC ever again. 😪

You get two stars because somehow the food was ready in 2 minutes. The missing items is probably the explanation. This isn't our first poor experience here, I've canceled orders in the past for employees not using gloves, missing items, replacing items without contacting us, you'd think we would learn, but alas, we're here again. Paid extra for sauces, didn't receive any of them, did 2 large mashed potatoes and gravy. No gravy. Like, if an order comes through, and you dont have an item, you would think they'd reach out. But no, you just dont get what you pay for. Here's hoping the Teasly location is better, otherwise we're done with KFC.

Ordered a 16 piece family meal and and a 6 piece meal, as well as a chocolate cake. The restaurant had only 2 biscuits, and no chocolate cake. Since I ordered and paid online, I could not get a refund and left with one extra mashed potato and gravy. I was told I would get a letter from the manager to get a chocolate cake another time, but I left without it. Given the price of KFC, I will likely never risk going there again.

I’m guessing they were under staffed...literally had to wait 20 minutes to have my order taken and there was no line. Can tell that the people who had already ordered had been waiting for awhile. Food was ok though but not worth the wait

Ordered a 12pc meal w/fries, coleslaw and Mac and cheese along with 5 strips. What we got was 9pc w/fries: Mac & cheese; mash potatoes along with a cut into strips a piece of chicken into 3 strips and 2 strips.

Requested a refund as the chicken was not fully cooked, the manager i presume askes if we would want a fresh batch that came out and we accepted. My question is why would this not be the standard prior to ordering the food. They also had hand written signs saying they were out of Pepsi and Dr. Pepper. This is not professional. The only good thing was the restaurant sitting area was clean. The employee ( grey shirt) was very kind and nice but our experience on the food quality was not good.

Arrived at the place everyone was nice but they firstly couldn’t find my order, I was waiting at the window for like 20 minutes then they parked me and had to wait more time. I decided to come inside after almost 40 minutes of waiting and my food still wasn’t ready not the best service I’ve had.

Very poor service at this location. They wouldn't give my child access to the toilet, and they missed half our order, which required a return trip. I love the brand, but this branch is failing to meet basic standards.

You guys need to shut this location down or get new employees or something. My chicken looks very disappointing. My mashed potatoes look like they have been watered down and so does the gravy. The only thing that look decent that I ordered is the biscuit. Will never come back to that restaurant, nor will I ever request someone to go there. Get it together and quit taking people's money for this garbage that you guys are serving. If I could give negative stars then I would for the food.

The service was terrible!!! The cashier lied about the Tuesday special because he didn't want to work. I asked about two more items and he proceeds to tell me they can't and don't have. The parking lot is always empty they only get a few customers because this terrible run store. I recommend you don't waste your time go to golden chick for better food and service.

Waited 20 minutes 13 minutes of which they didn't tell us why we were waiting and had a shift change before completing our order. When we got the food it was covered in way to much cheese. I will not be going back to this location.

No manager. One person could barely speak english. Got my order. Charged me $30 for a wrong order that should have been $20. No receipt. Went back after getting home with wrong order and they didn't believe me. Got my new order was $25 almost refused to give back my $5 because the guy at the window said I was charged $20. Which was a lie. I gave him two $20s and he gave me back a $10. Will not be going back here. Nope no way will I go back.

I ordered on the mobile app and went to pick it up. The signs stated mobile order pick-up inside, but all the doors were locked. I knocked several times and I know the staff heard me, but they just ignored me. I watched several people approach the front door, knocked several times, and then drive away. I waited 20 minutes in the drive through to pick up my order. Once there, I informed them that the front doors were locked, so they should probably unlock the front door, or put up a sign that stated “mobile order use the drive-through". I realized when they didn’t apologize that they knew the door was locked. It was more convenient for THEM to have the doors locked. Very inconsiderate. I always keep in mind that we are still in a pandemic; businesses are short staffed, and the supply chain is slow, and I also understand it’s KFC not La Crepe Nanou. I love KFC, but America’s first fried chicken franchise just became my last...at least in this area.

I went through the drive thru at 6;45 pm on 6/28/24 and ordered a 16 piece bucket with all legs, thighs and breasts. The guy taking the order was rude and wasn’t giving me time to order. When I finally did order, he told me to pull forward to the window. I paid and he told me to pull to the end of the curb. I sat there for 35 minutes watching car after car go through the drive thru and still hadn’t gotten my order. I finally got out of my car and went inside. The girl at the front asked me what I wanted which I told her I had been waiting outside for my order for over 30 minutes. She didn’t apologize or anything. Just handed me 2 bags. I got home and was missing my biscuits. Never going there again.

My brother went to grab a family meal for our grandparents on 6/24 at 4:15 and the person on the headset blatantly lied about the sizes of bucket meals sold, the ability to choose your own sides, and the ability to choose whether you want white, dark, or mixed meat. He said the biggest they had was a 6pc, you could only get the sides featured in the photo, and dark-only was not an option. This is just untrue. This location in the kfc app says the meals go as high as 16 pieces and are completely customizable. I understand if there’s a wait on dark meat or if you’ve run out of actual buckets large enough, but you could just say that instead of lying. If he genuinely thought that was how he should respond, he needs to be re-trained or fired. As someone who has worked food service before, that kind of behavior and obviously lying to customers is unacceptable and genuinely angers me.

We visited this location today and are extremely disappointed. The lobby was dirty. They said they did not have sauce for the Chizza. My daughter was very disappointed about it. Also we settled for strips. I also agree with the other poster. They are definitely trying to cut cost, because we all had at least one strip that was very very small. Like nugget size. And the biscuits were very dry and hard. They also charge for sauce. Never been charged for sauce at kfc before. Definitely losing customers.

This store should be closed. It is hands down the worst KFC. I have ordered from them a couple times and it has progressively been worse every time. They don't seem to care about how bad the service is. The food is awful (grease dry desiccated chicken, watery flavorless gravy that looks like dirty dish water, undercooked deserts that are little more than runny batter, etc.) and they can't be bothered to get everything in the bag. It's clear they haven't even a flicker of pride or respect in the work they do. They have certainly gotten the last dollar they will ever get from me. I would say the only reasonable solution should be for them to close their doors instead of continuing the pointless farce as is.

The store seems to be run by people who don't really care about their job, or care about supplying the customer with what they pay for. No receipt given to any of the 3 people including myself who ordered with me. 3 orders made in the drive thru, 3 orders paid for, 2 orders delivered outside past locked doors because they decided to close the dining room on a Tuesday night 2 hours early. Half star, would highly recommend avoiding.

On Christmas eve at 10:30 am we ordered, and pd for 2 8 piece chicken buckets and 1 6 piece taste of kfc box. It was to be picked up at 4:30, as the restaurant was closing at 6. We got there at 4:30 ( tried to call, an accident on the interstate delayed us. They NEVER answer their phones. ) and drive to the window. Here is the next 19 mins. D...we have an order for Stuart. Kfc...we can't sell you the 6 piece, we are out of slaw. D...you already have sold me the 6 piece and knew at 1030 that I wanted slaw. Kfc...we haven't had any all day. D....I ordered it at 1030. Kfc...they shouldn't have let you order D...and yet, they did. We will take mashed potatoes. Kfc...we don't have any. We don't have anything but corn. D...you didn't email or call me. Kfc...no, we didn't. D...we are in a hurry to get across town, just give me biscuits to make up for the sides. Kfc...OK I will get the order together D...why isn't the order together?????? Kfc...we didn't know if you would want it without the sides. D...only 1 part of the order had sides!! ( I was really mad by then ) Kfc...we will get it together..... D.....( sitting and fuming ) Kfc...we don't have any original recipe ( which we ordered 6 hrs before! ) will you take extra crispy? D....no!! We will not... Kfc.....it will be 16 minutes. We ended up with 2 legs, 10 wings, 4 breasts and 6 thighs. I was so furious. If it hadn't been pre ordered so long in advance, it would be different.

I was 19.00 for a mashed potato bowl and I piece of chicken with some pizza sauce on it...that's not even what I wanted. I ordered a 4 PC chicken and not on piece of chicken was in the bag other than something with some red sauce on it! Manager needs to fix this, the car in front of me asked for some stuff and the guy working drive thru said he didn't have any if the items that he asked for, I heard all of their conversation. This was at a little before 10 pm. I basically was given scraps for $19.00 dollars...

Restaurant was gross. We wait 15 min for our food before I requested a refund. Leah was polite and kind. Benny and many of the people in the back working with food were not wearing gloves (and in our 15 minutes of sitting there, we saw them go in and out with food, and no one washed their hands). Extremely uncleanly. When I asked for a refund, Benny initially stated that he would not give one as it had to be done through a dispute at my personal bank. After asking for that in writing and a district managers number, he quickly back tracked and gave a cash refund. I know this is fast food, but even for Denton, this is ridiculous.

I really don’t like writing negative reviews but had such an astoundingly bad experience at this location. We tried to order through the drive thru window and the guy acted so confused even though we were ordering directly off the board. We went inside to try to order and again they seemed to have no idea what we were talking about even as we referenced the menu behind them. And after all that the order was still wrong and the food was cold. Truly terrible experience and looking at the reviews it seems like they’re consistently bad - definitely avoid this location.

If I could ever give 0 stars for a business this one wins! Had what I feel would be the worst experience with a KFC. Upon ordering food when i get to the window the 1 gentleman, who I assume was able to speak English, to me was extremely rude & combative as if he wanted to attack me. The food was basically thrown at me, almost spilling all over my car. I checked the bag to make sure all of the food was there (as I do at every restaurant), and there were a few items missing, the chicken looked like it had been sitting since about 8 am this morning and the biscuit was way over done. I go in with my bag of food to see about getting everything I ordered and possibly a new biscuit and chicken. He gave nothing but an aggressive demeanor and immediately said I'll just give you cash back and all I was asking for was to complete my order and some fresh chicken and biscuit. After he was extremely rude I opted to get my money back as I was afraid my food was going to be tampered with if I got more. He proceeded to grab money out of the cash register and throw it at me. I have frequented KFC often as my wife and I enjoy the food(when it's fresh), but this experience makes me not want to come back!

Absolutely awful. I usually don’t leave reviews but damn this place was wack. Absolutely the worst kfc I have ever been too. Food tasted awful, they didn’t even have any chicken (it’s a chicken place) didn’t have mash potatoes, didn’t have coleslaw. This was at 6 in the afternoon btw. Absolutely pitiful this place needs to be shut down or new management and staff at the least. Horrid horrid experience

Waited 20 mins for 2 famous bowls and 2 drinks. Was told 13 mins into waiting that they were waiting on nuggets. I could tell. Also too much cheese and gravy on the bowl. I will be telling my friends not to go to this one.

I genuinely try to give fast food workers the biggest benefit of the doubt as I understand the nature of their work and their low pay means they should not go above and beyond the requirements of their job descriptions, but I actually cannot comprehend the complete lack of service offered by the manager for something only they are responsible for. I'm writing this review at 9:30PM after going through the drive-thru to pick up an online order placed at 9:00PM or so. This KFC location closes at 11PM, keep this in mind. We are told at the window that they are out of 2 of the 3 items in our order, specifically chicken tenders/nuggets and mashed potatoes. We are notified by the manager herself that they will not be preparing any more of these items because they are "close to closing" (which is a very generous interpretation of the length of time between when we placed our order and their closing time) because it "takes at least 45 minutes" to cook. I do have my doubts as to the veracity of this claim as *I* can prepare and fry chicken strips from scratch within 45 minutes, whereas I'm willing to bet KFC receives their shipments of chicken cut, breaded, and frozen, ready to be fried, which would take substantially less time than she is letting on. But whatever, I'll give her the largest benefit of the doubt about this grossly exaggerated amount of time to prepare frozen food. We then ask about just substituting the chicken tenders/nuggets and mashed potatoes for the bone-in chicken pieces she says they still have prepared and whatever sides they might have. We're not picky, we're flexible on food, we're just hungry and we've already paid. She informs us that no, she will not be substituting any of our food for anything else they still have available, nor will she cancel our order. She claims we can cancel the order on the email receipt from when we put in the order and to take it up with KFC that way. This is factually untrue; I checked the email, there is nothing in the entire message that even vaguely mentions or alludes to cancelling an order. This means our only option is to take it up with corporate and wait for them to issue a refund, which means we could be talking a week or more to receive the funds back as it's entirely at their discretion, OR potentially file a chargeback request with the bank. This is because of an unwillingness to substitute chicken and a side that would cost the company pennies to do, a completely meaningless amount of money as to not even be scrutinized by corporate. I am genuinely so incredibly baffled by the complete lack of regard for a customer due to issues wholly created by this KFC itself.

Never had half the menu... tonight they didn't have original chicken or Mashed potatoes at 7pm. They are open till 11. When asked if they had gravey they copped an attude acting like the customer is the problem. Then we waited more than 27min. $50 for food that was not even what we wanted...

My drink was full of black gunk( nozzles on drink machine haven't been cleaned in ages) all the tables were ready for closing at 9:20 pm. Our chicken was old, been sitting in the warmer for hours. No napkins, or sweet n low for tea. no lights on outside

We made an online order at 3:20 for pickup at 3:40. When I got in the store at 3:45 nothing was ready. The manager Keegan didn't acknowledge for for over 10 mins until I said excuse me. There was a lobby full of people that had been In there waiting for food for over 20 mins. Mind you this is fast food and they allowed me a choice of when to pick up food. So I believe 35 mins should have been enough time for chicken to be prepared. I asked what's the probably and they said no chicken would be ready for another 20 mins. When I asked for a refund they said that I would have to go online , cancel the order and call a 1- 800 number but refund can take up to 3 days. They took the 30 dollars out my account so why can't the store reimburse me. I waited for another 30 mins and the girl that prepared my food did so with an attitude and threw my food on the counter with an attitude. It's said that way customer service just goes out the window and I recieve attitude from them not being able to properly prepare food or inform the customers of what's going on. It took over an hour just to get 8 pieces of chicken And some sides. I will not be going back to this location and I do not recommend it. This is the 3rd or fourth time something has happened like this at this location. The store manager Keegan needs to grow a backbone and be able to control his staff and make sure the customers are happy. Waiting for over an hour they didn't offer me a drink, biscuit or nothing. Two thumbs down and 1 star on google.

The leg was so old it had blackt bone out the end of it.the mashed potatoes were sour.when I get poor food like this,I don't want anything back, cause if your not taking care of product then your not taking care of anything else.like cleaning,hand washing...me and my entire family will not be back,so sad because I know you're business is suffering over things that can be fixed in no time.good luck to you.

They couldn't give me the food i ordered. Of course i don't check before 30 minutes pass on the drive home when i try to steal some fries. I find I'm missing half the biscuits and the whole large side of fries. No one answers the phone when i call them back. I gurnaround to drive back, calling the whole time. I end up showing up and they try to send me away after just providing four biscuits. I get accosted into trying to pick a different side because fries aren't available... And they can't make any more cause the fryers are all in use for chicken? So here i am wasting 2hr out of my day for choosing the wrong place to get food for the family and then heading back to try and get it fixed. Just check your orders before you head out. And get your receipt. It sure as heck wasn't provided to me and i wouldn't even have it to dispute if i hadn't grabbed it off the machine myself.

If there is a way to give zero stars I would prefer that. I ordered online at 8:20pm. Went to store by 8:50pm to pickup. The staff closed the stores and someone opens door and says they are not processing orders. Worst experience. Never ever going to order from KFC.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Their food was absolutely disgusting 😫. So disappointed in KFC. Got the original chicken. It was so dry like it was cooked yesterday and I guess they don't use their seasoning anymore. Couldn't even drown it in gravy, because the gravy was mop bucket water. Literally brown water. Biscuits were hard as a rock. The food was not cheap. KFC is not what it used to be. Will never eat there again. I feel robbed of hard earned money. Shame on you KFC. I give them a zero star, but to able to post you have to at least give them 1 star. What a sham😫

If I could give them zero stars I would! This specific location always runs out of food. They finally had everything today, but when I got home and looked in the bag there was two pieces of chicken missing. Usually I would be understanding, but the manager tried to instead argue me down by saying he packed it himself. Like, I’m not arguing with a grown adult about their ability to count. Very rude and didn’t have any responses to my questions. I will be contacting corporate! Avoid this location at all costs!

I went through the Drive Thru and ordered two of their Wrap Combos. When he asked for anything else, I ordered ranch sauce on the side. I get to the window he takes my payment, hands the drink, and asked me to "pull to the front" and they'd have my food out...2 other cars get their food... the lady had trouble locating me, even though I was in front of the front doors... there was no ranch, no receipt... so I had to get out of my car... defeating the purpose of the drive thru. I get inside and nearly ate the concrete because it's rained, there are no rugs, or slip resistant mats, or Wet Floor signs; and it's INCREDIBLY slippery. I had to loudly ask to get someone's attention, and, no apology for forgetting the sauce. THEN I open the wrap and see there isn't coleslaw on two of them.... probably won't be coming back here.

There are many things wrong with this place but it’s mostly the management and food handling. My chicken and biscuits were burnt, I found roaches in the restroom and the boys bathroom smells like sewage. There’s always some strange liquid leaking from under the door and I’ve slipped many times. There’s no air conditioning, the lobby is always dirty, especially the drink machine. The ice machine doesn’t work and you have to ask an employee to get you ice from the back. One star is generous.

Zero stars is what I should be able to give, for accuracy. Negative stars would be more appropriate. Ridiculous! No one in line but took almost 5 minutes for anyone to come to the speaker at the drive-thru, even though I said hello about 100 times. Then I order the big box 3 piece(and pay for it!) with breast, thigh, and drum, fries, and mash potatoes. I drive 30 minutes home to find the smallest drum, thigh, and only mashed potatoes. I feel they did it on purpose cuz I came through the drive thru and disturbed them!?!? I hate that idiots have ruined KFC. There’s a location closer to my house but they are so horrible that we won’t even go there anymore. I happened to be in Denton, Tx so thought surely no other KFC is as bad as the one in Little elm/Frisco. I was wrong! Fortunately there are other chicken places. Unfortunately, for the colonel, there are no others with his secret recipe. RIP KFC. Never again!

I leave a lot of reviews. I leave a lot of good reviews. This KFC in denton is the worst place I have tried to eat at. I checka all boxes. Broken A.C. filthy worst customer service. And get this theu were literally out of everything EVERYTHING. They claim to not even know how to use the registers. I thought I was like in the twilight zone or something... they said "we out of bread coleslaw etc. Everything except for tenders and regular chicken and the registers are not working...

I love KFC but this location was just bad. I opened the bucket to find this, cold chicken that was somehow burnt and soggy at the same time. Missing items from order like plates, sauces and gravy. Definitely would go anywhere else but here again.

I placed an online order and got to the store and waited 10 minutes before someone came to the counter. I asked them about my order and they walked back to “check” and never came back until they had someone at their register to order. I asked again and they said “5 more minutes” while they ran orders out to the drive thru that had obviously just came through. I waited another 10 minutes before they came out and said “we’re out of crispy chicken so it will be another 17 minutes”. Mind you - my order was placed 20+ minutes before the drive thru orders who all got their food before me which means they gave away the chicken that should have been used for my order .. and because I ordered ahead I wasn’t a priority - the new orders coming through their drive thru line were..

The dirtiest restaurant in Denton! All the tables are greasy and sticky! The floor is sticky. The chairs are greasy and sticky too!! Like seriously!!! Do not dare go to the bathroom, toilets full of feces and urine al over the floor. I ended just getting a soda while my friends ate. I later saw a gentleman employee serving food ungloved and then his thumb got in the mashed potatoes and still served it!!! He just wiped his thumb on his pants and went about it. I was really grossed out. Almost everyone that was dining in complained about the dirty lobby.

Me and my boyfriend came to kfc to get food after a long work day and wanted something fast and cheap. We were in the drive thru for OVER 20 minutes, even more time when we were pulled forward. We only ordered a sandwich and a famous bowl. I work in fast food I understand sometimes food takes longer. What my issue with this visit was our food was cold, our drinks were served melted and flat, and the employee was rude to me and my boyfriend while finally handing us the food like we were the issue. Overall just a very poor experience and poor customer service. The employee just seemed irritated and taking his frustrations out on us. Usually we have good visits but this one definetly set the bar low.

They are very adept at acting like you didn’t walk in the restaurant. Everytime. Luckily I don’t go for myself, or I wouldn’t have gone more than once. But since I DoorDash, I have to deal with their lack of humanity on a regular basis. Just go to canes man.

***Very long but important*** We wanted to try the new Mike's Honey Chicken. Looking at the displays, we thought that the chicken was going to be party size wings but it was regular or tenders. No big problem that it was regular chicken but the two piece were soggy from grease and so fatty!! My husband literally pulled the soggy skin off and the meat area was so fatty and looked uncooked. I pulled a small piece off the 2nd piece and was like no this isn't good. We sat and ate the fries and biscuit. We were about to leave but my husband was like no this isn't right. He talked to the cashier who took the order and told him his complaints, he asked the cashier if wanted it or to trash it and he said nothing so he trashed it. We waiting a few mins thinking he was getting the tenders ready. As we were waiting, I heard the cashier and the "manager" speaking about the situation. Instead of her coming over to our table to address the issue, she spoke very loudly to us (and other customers were in the restaurant) about how she isn't giving a refund or substituting the chicken bc we ate "ALL" the chicken. My husband said we didn't eat it all and explain the same situation listed above and how it was in the trash now. She came from around the counter, pulled the trash out and reached in there with her bare hands to retrieved the plate we had. You can clearly see the thighs (one still in tact and one with all the skin off and the meat was squished from him squeezing the grease and fat). She then passive aggressively continues to speak to us about how we ate all the chicken and how she wasn't doing a refund etc. She moved the dirty plate to the trashcan by the door and leaving it on the top area of the trash can. He then asked for corporate's number and she said he would need his receipt for the store info and he said he wasn't given a receipt. She then goes back behind the counter ***not washing her hands from digging in the trash** interrupts the cashier who was taking someone's order to print him a new receipt. My husband was outside talking to corporate while I was still sitting in there. She apparently had family members in the drive thru so she was talking very loud with them and maybe a child was at the window or inside the kitchen (IDK) but was showing everyone the child as the other customers were waiting to be served in the drive thru. She continued to laugh and curse loudly with the other coworkers as I was still sitting in there. I have read some of the reviews and it seems that this location needs a lot of training on professionalism and customer service. There is a professional way to solve or address customer's needs. Yes, we were offer vouchers, that we definitely will not be using at this particular location but there has to some accountability with this manager!! I will continue to follow up on this issue to make sure changes are made. I was doing Uber Eats at this location a few weeks ago, and as I was waiting for the customer's food to get ready, I witness the same unprofessionalism from Aniyah "the manager". She was being so condescending to the customer because they messed up the order. If we can't talk to the manager about the problems, who do we talk to about our complaints?? I'm not sure If the other employees are afraid to speak up for what's right but no one wants to deal with a person like that!! Nasty attitude, nasty food, and nasty restaurant!! KFC do better!!

I walked into this establishment, stood there for 15 to 20 minutes, waiting to order food. All the employees looked at me like I just robbed their house. A gentleman and his son walked in about 10 minutes after me and they were helped immediately and when I stepped up to let the cashier know that I have been waiting for 15 to 20 minutes. They told me that I was not there and this gentleman was there before me and once I was able to order food, the food was basically thrown on the counter and said here, worst establishment ever.

Workers playing and cursing out loud, very rude and childish. They gave me the wrong order, wouldn't make it right I had to call the help line, just to get a voucher. The entire staff needs to be retrained or fired for a food place it seems unsafe to eat there. I'll be giving my voucher to the less fortunate

Absolutely no stars! On a busy Friday after waiting in line for 35mins! Get to the window no chicken. Have to wait 20mins and that chicken is for the customers waiting. Only food option was a freaking chicken sandwich or nuggets. What well trained manager will let that food get that low on a Friday after work. People are starving and don't feel like cooking. Train your managers better! No crispy, or original was ready! Most busiest day of the week.

I tried to dine in, but when you stand at the counter for 10 minutes with no other customers in sight, you spend your money somewhere else. 8:30pm on a Monday, not busy. Please everyone, don't go to KFC, they don't give a damn about customers!!!! Pure trash!!

I ordered 3 piece box meal my leg was burnt and dehydrated my thighs are bloody only thing that was edible was the sides I hope the bites of the chicken I ate before I noticed it wasn't done don't make me sick

We ordered food on the app and the app tells us the food is ready, go to the store and get ignored by some employee while she Cinderella the floor. Then the manager going to say we're closed but the app and all the signs on the door say close at 11. It's 9:15 pm. The app already took the money and the buck tooth manager comes to tell us to call some 1 800 number. Sorry excuse for a franchise and system. Get you stuff together KFC. Yal sad as hell.

We got into the drive thru at 5:01 and didnt get our food until 5:25! I had plans at 5:45pm and was hoping to stop by for some fast food. Once we got our order they didnt put my sauce or our drinks so we had to wait even longer for them to get my sauce ready, and then they just hand us to cups and make us fill our drinks...unreal.

We stop in to get a bucket for 25$ ended up spending 30.30$ with extra side but when we arrived at home opened up the first piece and it was still raw thought maybe that piece was it nope the whole bucket was bloody in the middle briskets hard as a rock so yeah that was the worst experience ever

Staff not very politely told me to wait in the parking-lot after ordering drive-though, (40$ for a bucket of chicken) left me there for half an hour, had to go inside and wait, then they got my order wrong and gave me ice cold potatoes and fries. I try not to leave bad reviews but this location is just terrible. All I can blame is management. Every time I go here, which is never again, they are out of items or mess up my order. I was near here yesterday so I said why not give them another chance. I ordered nuggets and a chicken sandwich but low and behold they were out of bread. How?! So I ordered nuggets and a breast instead. When I got home I found I was given a thigh. I knew better than to go here but I tried to give them one more chance. Went on 10/30/25 my chicken batter wasn’t cooked all the way. For what I paid that isn't right $20 for the combo for my chicken not to be cooked all the way through. I get it sometimes we are tired it’s closing time but that isn’t right ain’t no one want to eat uncooked chicken. I never complain but today just really upset me at the fact that it was truly noticeable in the box. I forgot to take a picture of it but we had to throw it out.

I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC. After waiting over 20 minutes in the drive-thru, I was told to pull forward but still never received my food. I eventually had to go inside and ask about my order, where the staff seemed surprised to even see me. A cashier took my receipt, and after some back and forth, I requested a refund. Instead of handling it smoothly, I was sent back to the window, asked for my money again, and was given my receipt with a signature on the back—told that I could come back another time for a meal. I refused and insisted on a refund. The cashier or manager looked annoyed but finally started the refund process, only to tell me it would take 5 to 7 days. When I drove away, I noticed I hadn’t even been refunded the correct amount. I paid $15.23 but was only refunded $12.87. This whole experience wasted my lunch break and left me late for work. Extremely unprofessional, frustrating, and disappointing.

Editing review on August 12th 2025, I placed a pick up order. It was not ready for pick up and I was not treated well, they called me an uber driver. And didn’t even apologized for what they called me and they called cops on me for nothing. This is matter of my pride and I will not leave this here.! In one word, this is the stupid KFC. Water leaking from celling. Bad behavior with customers. The Mexican guy at the counter is very rude. My French fries tastes very bad.

Placed a mobile order at 1 pm, didn’t receive my order until 1:30. I got there at 1:10 ish and hopped in the drive thru since my baby was sleeping, “please come inside” said the ONLY English speaking person, after I asked if he could just hand me my food he said “please just come inside we’re busy.” No you aren’t.. there were three cars in front of me and two people when I got inside. After 20 minutes of waiting and barely any acknowledgment from the 4-5 workers, I got my food. Go to my car and they forgot my sauce. So I have to get my baby out of the car AGAIN and go inside to get my sauce. The whole point of ordering ahead is so your food is ready once you arrive. None of the workers spoke any English except the one guy who made excuses. Food was fine except for the fact that I saw loads of pre made food sitting under warmers the whole time I was inside. Most fast food safety policies state that food shouldn’t be under a warmer for longer than 5-10 minutes. So you have all this food pre made and I still have to wait 30 mins for fried chicken? Right

The girl who served me acted like I was an annoyance. I wanted wings, they didn’t have any ready, switched to tenders, weren’t ready. They had nothing ready to eat at 5:30pm. Another woman came in and tried to order extra crispy, same answer. I was hungry so I decided to wait ten minutes for tenders. They were hot and rubbery. The floor was so sticky it sounded like Velcro when I walked on it. The windows were filthy. I grabbed some ketchup packets, started squeezing them out and one was already used, and they had hot sauce mixed in with the ketchup, so I had ketchup and hot sauce mix. Yuk. I will never eat there again.

I ordered the 6pcs combo for $20 which comes with 4 small sides I picked corn, fries and paid extra to make the other 2 sides a LARGE mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. Not only were the fries missing when I got home and checked my order but they gave me a LARGE coleslaw! Who even likes coleslaw absolutely disgusting! They paid no attention to what they were doing as well as took a long time even bringing out the order to my car I was sitting on the side of the building for a good 20 minutes. I will never be coming back to this location I can understand now why it was closed down for some time!

No ice in the drink station Was served a half raw biscuit that was replaced with a burnt biscuit. The Mac and cheese was clearly multiple days old and had been reheated Men's room had no paper towels. No wonder this parking lot is always empty.
