Pretty consistent and positive experience. Staff are nice, food is served quickly, and it tastes good. If you have never been, you should know that they have very limited options. It basically centers around their chicken strips, but they get it right. It's worth getting an extra Texas toast.

I'm just a gas passing through the city of Denton I stopped by raising Cane's to get dinner at almost midnight. I had an issue with my order but they really took care of me, very nice and courteous no attitudes. I also want to give it thank you to Luis, handle everything very professionally great attitude, kind. I don't know if he's the manager I didn't really ask I was just trying to get out of there and get back to my wife. But I'm sure that he would make a great manager someday.

I curbside ordered from the Frisco location when I was actually at the McKinney location. The manager of the Frisco location couldn't have been a nicer guy about it on the phone. My husband and I got our refund and quickly got our order from the right location. We always love the food from here. High quality tenders 👌

Love this place. Food is always hot and the sauce is so freaking good. They do a good job of keeping everything without the smell of cleaners in the air. It does seem like food takes a while, especially when busy but the flavor makes up for that. It's my son's favorite place to eat.

Cane sauce is the most amazing dipping sauce. This location has a very friendly staff with a lot of energy. Especially that Grace that works there she's always full of spunk. I was helped by Edith who was very professional and friendly and my food was made correctly. I'm not saying it's like the same as heaven but if you were going to have a last meal you should definitely choose this from this location. It's pretty much better than a Bahama cruise

Exceptional! Very fresh, and fast for the fresh taste. Even ordered extra cane sauce and to avoid spilling in the bag the sauce was placed in a to go box instead of thrown in the bag. Very satisfied. Beware though, fresh chicken equals extremely hot, unable to immediately devour or touch chicken. Recommend asking for utensils if you are ordering for yound children.

I recently tried the chicken at Cane's because my kids are obsessed with it, and I wanted to see what the hype was about. I have to say it was amazing! The chicken was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside. The sauce they serve with the chicken is absolutely amazingly tangy and creamy at the same time. Let's not forget about the fries! They were perfectly cooked and complemented the chicken perfectly. The restaurant was not crowded at all. It was very clean and the food was very fresh. The tenders were very juicy and steaming hot - I could tell that they were freshly made. I’ve had experiences at other locations were the tenders are dry and appear to have been sitting there for a while. It was quick to get in and out; didn’t have to wait long fir service. Drive thru seemed a little backed up.

Great place to go if you want to itch that love for chicken! First time going to Raising Cane's and I can say I am going again! Their food was made to order so it was fresh, their signature sauce was great, and their fries and Texas toast was really good! They kept the place clean and family friendly for all to enjoy.

After waiting behind 10 cars in line the picture you see is what I got four of the smallest chicken tenders I've ever seen. Cold beyond cold french fries and one thing of ketchup. I've never been more disappointed in Canes's before in my life. I used to like it because of the dipping sauce. But because of this I will probably never show up again!!! Greatly disappointed!!! Next time it's Chicken Express for me only! At least there I know I'll get treated better in the Drive-Thru, and get a much more filling meal! Update: I am changing my review. I gave this location another chance and they exceeded my expectations. They redeemed themselves. Food was of good quality, the right temperature, reasonable price and service was top notch. I'm leaving my original review so you can see if you something another chance they can make up for past mistakes.

From the spacious and clean environment to the perfect balance of speed and quality of food, the welcome customer service both in the front and while eating, this canes embodies the culture of the franchise and I would not hesitate to recommend it to any of my loved ones. The drinks are fantastic, especially the perfectly sweet tea and great tasting sodas. as a cherry on top, the cups and lids are high quality here in Denton, and although that has not been my experience every where, I was not let down at this location. The food is always great at Canes, the people are amazingly nice, but please let me explain the 1 star for atmosphere. I have PTSD-like symptoms so I cannot be in a room with A LOT of people. I get why its always packed though, the food is awesome!! I just can't eat inside, also why is the music so loud? It's bad enough I sit in the corner, with my back to the wall, facing the door, and surrounded by people. But then, they throw 80's pop music at me with Guantanamo Bay volumes. I understand im the one with the issue here, im just reviewing it as it applies to me. 4 days ago I tried to eat inside, and I made it a whole minute before I had to leave. I went to the front and I asked the man at the counter for a box and a bag to go so I could pack up my food. He could tell I was stressed and he asked me if I was ok. I said "yes sir, there's just too many people in here and I have to go". He replied "Im very sorry about that sir, you have a safe night". I told him he had nothing to apologize for, its just me. They are amazing, the food is awesome.... I will be a drive thru fan of theirs forever.

By far the best Canes experience I’ve ever had! I’m frequent at many canes across DFW and this was the best. Ordered and didn’t make it to my table before my food was out. My food was still steaming and everything had a perfect crisp coating on it. The bread couldn’t have been better and it always makes the meal. To top it all off they have me an extra canes sauce for free which I have never had happen. Can’t wait to come back.

The sauce is not needed on the tenders but it's really good and has a sightly spicy flavor that's pleasing to the taste buds! Great service every time I visit this location. I've been going to this location for years, and although there was a slight bump in quality as a result of the pandemic, I can gladly say that this location is back to being the Raising Cane's I used to love. The chicken has been great as always, but what really makes me come back is the people. Logan, Connor and Charles are some of the best employees I've ever encountered at a fast-food restaurant. They are all deserving of raises/promotions and I always look forward to coming in because I know that they will make my order exactly how I asked for it. Connor and Logan were extremely helpful when it came to special requests (skinny chicken tenders), and every time I saw him, he knew what to put down. Overall a great location and I'm glad it's back to normal.

This location is always crowded. I looove their Texas toast, and the sweet tea is good too. I personally don't understand the hoopla about the chicken. It's good, but I wouldn't wait in line for 30 minutes for it. Also, what is the deal with their coleslaw?!It's basically served in a container the size of the Canes sauce, lol. What's even the point? You can barely fit your fork in it. We ate inside today and it was nice & clean.

First I Love Raisin Canes, They have the best chicken strips hands down. The reason I gave them a 3, was due to to the fact that when I got home to eat my dinner, I was shorted 2 chicken strips. In my caniac combo order. I found that to be very disappointing it is not hard to count to 6. When all you do are the same basic orders all day long, I find this inexcusable 😡 I have revised my rating to 4 stars as the company reached out to make the mistake correct. And I have not had any issues in the times I have been back.

For some reason, this particular restaurant here in Texas was not as good as a one in Aliso Viejo, California. Fries were barely warm, chicken was very small, and the bread wasn't as crisp or warm

Customer service was great as always. But here lately. The chicken and fries don't taste fresh any more, taste is off. It's like they cook them, and keep them warm now. They use to be so hot it would melt the container. Chicken and fries were room temperature by the time we got to the car.

Compared to what I get from the Cane’s branch in El Paso where I call home, where everyone is upbeat and happy to welcome you into the establishment, it’s a little underwhelming walking into a restaurant I know to be really positive and outgoing and on all of my visits except the last one, I was never greeted and everyone just kinda gave off the vibe that they didn’t want to be there, which I understand. Also, you’ll notice the chicken finger portions are significantly smaller compared to other Cane’s stores. I have to order a 4-piece to get me somewhat in the ball park of what other stores serve up. About 2 of their strips is a tad over 1 of what others serve. Kinda a bummer on that too because the prices are equal here as they are elsewhere. I still go here though, I love Cane’s and always will. Just wish it was living up to the name that other branches give the reputation to be.

Simple menu so it shouldn’t be too hard to not mess up orders but we ordered a sandwich with no sauce and it came out with sauce on it. Took it back to have it fixed and it once again came with sauce. Took 3 tries to get a sandwich plain and dry.

I won’t say the full name to be nice, but E with the braids would not look me in the eyes once. She was STARING at my boyfriend in the passengers seat and just looked past me during the entire interaction. Even handing me my card or drinks she just made full eye contact with my boyfriend in the passengers seat. Watch yourself braids. And then I go to eat and I only have 3/4 fingers in my box combo. What the hell. (The bread was absolutely bomb though 🔥)

The wait time in the driving through hasn’t been that bad during any of my visits. The only issue I have is that the tenders were puny. It was as if the tender was cut in half. I usually have left overs but since the tenders were small I unfortunately had to eat my entire meal (which was the 6 piece). The sauce and fries were good as usual. Ordered curbside. I showed up about 5 minutes after quoted app time which was 15 minutes just to give some leeway to finish. It was a three piece meal and a six piece meal with 2 extra breads. We sat there for 20 minutes!! I called the store and had to speak to someone! I said "hi I ordered for curbside and I have been sitting here for 20 minutes. I marked on the app that I am here in this spot" the employee said " oh yeah that has been ready for a while". REALLY!? Still took another 5 minutes to bring out my food! The bag holding everything way soaking wet with condensation and just plain gross. Horrible service. No sorry about that, sorry about the wait, nothing. Handed me the food in terrible condition. I doubt I'll be back. The soggy food should have been remade but why would I want to wait another 45 minutes??

I have a family of 6 and are bug fans of Canes. This time around it was not very good. We were the 2nd group to come in on Sunday. We ordered $65 worth of food. The chicken was dry and elasticity. Went through the drive thru late last night. Placed my order. Was the 4th car from the window. One car behind me placed their order. Then, the line didn’t move for 20 minutes. Had turned off my lights and killed the engine. I thought that they just didn’t want anyone else to order so they could close faster. Not sure. The most annoying thing about it was that they served me cold food. $15 for cold leftovers! Really? I chose them over my other options because I thought it would be better quality. Nope! It was clear the staff working were mostly kids who didn’t seem to care much about the quality of service. There was no real adult leadership visible, and it felt like no one was taking responsibility to make sure orders were handled correctly. If Raising Cane’s wants to maintain a good reputation, they need better training, accountability, and some real management on duty — not just a bunch of teenagers more focused on standing around

Once again, I was disappointed to find that I only received three chicken fingers instead of the usual four. This isn't the first time I've had issues with my order at this location. It seems like there’s a recurring problem with accuracy, and it’s frustrating. The food can be good, but the inconsistency in getting what I paid for really takes away from the experience. I hope they can improve their service, but I’m not sure I’ll be back anytime soon.
