Great service from the entire staff at this Raisin Cane's. I came in yesterday and for the first time here at this location. The staff was very welcoming and working as a team to take care of their customers as fast as possible. I met with Alexis who is the GENERAL MANAGER here and she is very amazing to all of her employees and customers. Definitely a 5 Star experience.
The food is always great at Canes, the people are amazingly nice, but please let me explain the 1 star for atmosphere. I have PTSD-like symptoms so I cannot be in a room with A LOT of people. I get why its always packed though, the food is awesome!! I just can't eat inside, also why is the music so loud? It's bad enough I sit in the corner, with my back to the wall, facing the door, and surrounded by people. But then, they throw 80's pop music at me with Guantanamo Bay volumes. I understand im the one with the issue here, im just reviewing it as it applies to me. 4 days ago I tried to eat inside, and I made it a whole minute before I had to leave. I went to the front and I asked the man at the counter for a box and a bag to go so I could pack up my food. He could tell I was stressed and he asked me if I was ok. I said "yes sir, there's just too many people in here and I have to go". He replied "Im very sorry about that sir, you have a safe night". I told him he had nothing to apologize for, its just me. They are amazing, the food is awesome.... I will be a drive thru fan of theirs forever.
Chicken is perfect every time. Service is hands down the best. I'm loving this place!
Classic Cane’s experience. The chicken was piping hot, but the space was especially clean and the staff were really on top of maintaining the space even though it was during the lunch rush.
Drove through for dinner and even with a decently long line, it really didnt take long to get our order. Employees were very nice and the food was great as always!
By far the best Canes experience I’ve ever had! I’m frequent at many canes across DFW and this was the best. Ordered and didn’t make it to my table before my food was out. My food was still steaming and everything had a perfect crisp coating on it. The bread couldn’t have been better and it always makes the meal. To top it all off they have me an extra canes sauce for free which I have never had happen. Can’t wait to come back.
Great staff! I got dinner here one night and ended up staying to work on a deadline. I was rather stressed and a staff came and refilled my drink for me as a worked
My parents came to visit and I immediately knew the place to go! We had an amazing experience the employees were fantastic staff and people (Tylee, hunter, Bretta, and Julian they all deserve a raise!!!) definitely would recommend and will be coming back!
Small menu as with any Cane's place but gives great service speed with great quality. Bread I would say is the best part but even overall the food is good. Highly recommend it if you never been to Canes
I don’t know who cooked tonight but KEEP THEM. literally the best canes i’ve ever had like the sauce was something different tonight idk and the chicken fingers were the most beautiful they’ve ever been i had to put them on display just to do them justice. will be going back
We picked up lunch for my daughter & the drive thru was packed! So my daughter walked in & had super fast service! The employee's were kind & it was packed the employee's were still real attentive to everyone. The food is fresh! My daughter is super happy enjoying her meal!
Great high quality chicken and sandwiches! The chicken is crisp and tender and very flaky inside. The sauce is not needed on the tenders but it's really good and has a sightly spicy flavor that's pleasing to the taste buds! Great service every time I visit this location. The wait is only two to three mins on average and the chicken comes out piping hot. The sweet tea is always the same sweetness and has a great tea flavor that's not overpowered by sugar.

The extra crispy fries at this location really aren't that extra crispy. It's Cane's, but I feel they rush the cooking of their food.

We went to grab some dinner and discuss our plans for the next day. There was a group of young girls (12-14yrs) that were so loud and the staff never said anything to them about lowering their volume. Made for an unpleasant visit.

The wait time in the driving through hasn’t been that bad during any of my visits. The only issue I have is that the tenders were puny. It was as if the tender was cut in half. I usually have left overs but since the tenders were small I unfortunately had to eat my entire meal (which was the 6 piece). The sauce and fries were good as usual. The only issue I had was how small the tenders have gotten. It’s expensive for the lack of food I got.

Went through the drive thru late last night. Placed my order. Was the 4th car from the window. One car behind me placed their order. Then, the line didn’t move for 20 minutes. Had turned off my lights and killed the engine. I thought that they just didn’t want anyone else to order so they could close faster. Not sure. The most annoying thing about it was that they served me cold food. $15 for cold leftovers! Really? I chose them over my other options because I thought it would be better quality. Nope! I regret going there.
This place used to be 5 stars all day, but it’s definitely gonna downhill the last few times I’ve been. Today will be my last visit. Literally nothing was even close to fresh and I got a nugget instead of a strip. I’m still trying to get rid of the taste of old fries in my mouth.

They were focused so much on how fast they’re getting orders out that they forgot our extra sauces that we paid for. There wasn’t a line. No one behind me. I was still rushed, and I usually don’t have any issues with my order so I didn’t check the bag. The food is nothing without the sauce. So when you forget the sauce, I have maybe a good 5 bites before it’s eh. I paid for 8 sauces. My bad for thinking my order was right. Silly me. On top of that, no straws. Getting orders right is more important than speed.
Once again, I was disappointed to find that I only received three chicken fingers instead of the usual four. This isn't the first time I've had issues with my order at this location. It seems like there’s a recurring problem with accuracy, and it’s frustrating. The food can be good, but the inconsistency in getting what I paid for really takes away from the experience. I hope they can improve their service, but I’m not sure I’ll be back anytime soon.
