Christians the best server ive ever had, give him all your money

Construction makes it difficult to get to the parking lot,but we'll worth it. After dealing with long flights and delays,we were happy to sit and relax a few minutes. Our waitress,Dakota was top notch!

I had the fish platter with a Belgian waffle with 🍌 and my friend had the CFS with mashed potatoes and gravy. The CFS was really hard and the potatoes look like they were in the steam well all day long. We went there around 1am.

I have recently visited International House of Pancakes, continues to tantalize taste buds with its diverse menu and inviting atmosphere. During my recent visit, exploring a range of breakfast options.The star of the show was undoubtedly the pancakes. Fluffy and golden, they were a delightful canvas for an array of toppings. The classic buttermilk pancakes were a nostalgic treat, while the strawberry banana version added a fruity twist that was both refreshing and indulgent. Steak with omelette is so yummy😋. Salman fillets were nice, though my friend tasted them.

Server was very impressive. Omelettes are too large for me but was glad to carry home for breakfast leftovers. Quick service and nice atmosphere.

Cam gave us excellent service!!! She was not only our server, but she was also hosting and cooking. The food and service were amazing!

The water was incredibly wet, the lemonade was cute, and the orange juice had lots of pulp. The weed pops out of their eyes. The waiter looked very handsome Squidwardy, he had very defined features. Very cleanly. There was my new favorite old lady she has a fun voice. Warm plate, smells good, best Philly cheese ever says the place London. Chris fries, no tastes from overwhelming pancakes good thing. The meal emanated the color yellow, all food made our mouths water then dry adding to the sensations in our mouths.

Becca’s service is the best, always smiling and real down to earth, very accommodating and great with not forgetting the small things we asked for! Always love this ihop!

Shayla gave us nice, easygoing service. She had good knowledge of the menu. We have weird order preferences. I am up visiting my kids at UNT. We have been eating out for 3 days at fancy and casual restaurants. Shayla gave us the best experience c of all the places—just being genuinely nice, knowledgeable and prompt.

Stopped by IHOP after a day of travel, that coffee might as well have been vintage wine. Food was great, and our server Tara was both attentive and welcoming. For those who like IHOP, the highlights are its consistency, value and hospitality. You'll fina all three here.

We came here with a group of 6 pretty late at night & it seemed short staffed but Melissa was kicking butt and taking names!! Her service was phenomenal!!! She was so sweet & accommodating. The food was excellent and she really made our night.

Charley was extremely patient and helpful when it came to my family and I deciding what we wanted from the menu! He also made my kids laugh and was overall a joy to have around.

We come here every semester after our showcase and she has been one of my favorite waiters we’ve had. Thank you Bells!! It was loud totally due to our group in the side room but other than us the restaurant was a very regular comfortable volume.

This location always does phenomenal from the food to the service. Even when they were very clearly super busy...the staff checked in frequently and apologized for the wait. I didnt feel the wait was bad at all but I saw the staff making a great effort to keep guests happy and informed and that really can make all the difference in the world.

I came in without a clear idea of what I wanted, and after perusing the menu, I came up with the idea of the chocolate chocolate chip pancakes with the cinn-a-stack cream cheese, and the brown sugar dressing and…omg. It was phenomenal. Our wait staff was kind, funny, and amicable and listened as I explained this diabetes-inducing concoction. It was amazing.

Last place in town that's open (for inside dining) overnight. Coffee and food are always great. Service is fast and friendly.

Delicious food with the classic charming IHOP atmosphere. Server was also very attentive and caring of my needs. If I had the money I'd give him a larger tip.

Service was great, food was pretty good too. It was rather busy but our server Christian made sure to touch base with us frequently so we’d know when we would get our food. We had such a wonderful experience at IHOP thanks to our amazing waitress Beatrice! She was attentive, friendly, and made sure our food came out just the way we wanted. My server Asia was so sweet and helpful. My son spilled his drink, she cleaned it up in a hurry and immediately got him another drink.

One of the busiest place in Denton. We went there for breakfast on Sunday morning and it was so busy—had to wait for 10-15 mins outside, then had to wait another 35-45 mins for order. Besides that the place is great. Servers were great and friendly. Place was clean. Foods were great. The parking lot is huge. Liked the place.

Love coming here with my friends and asking for Cameron. She seats us fast and remembers what me and all my friends get. Half the reason we come to this location is becasue of her honestly.

The first glass of orange juice tasted watered down, but the second was correct. Food was good otherwise!

1st time at this location in Denton. The service was good, seated within 10 min. The omelet was good. They got the pancake order wrong (one being with chocolate chips). I ordered the tje buttermilk pancakes. The atmosphere was good.

After a disappointing experience at Cracker Barrel, IHOP was a breath of fresh air. Our party of 7 was seated promptly, and our host Cam went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Excellent service and a great experience all around!

This was a very good visit. I really enjoyed the service and the atmosphere. It was my first time at this location. The only thing I can say that might be a little bit off was that the bathroom floor was very slippery for some reason. And it wasn't as clean as I would have liked to it. The service was pretty good. I wish our server would have checked on us a little bit more it wasn't that busy. But other than that, the food was great.

Went on a Friday morning and it was crowded. Did not have to wait long to get seated. Food took a little longer than usual, but came out hot and fresh. Service was good. Had a good experience.

Bella, our server, was absolutely fantastic. She was prompt and engaging and exemplified the IHOP values I expect from the staff. Though she said she was only a server, I believe she has the wherewithal to be a great Manager or Shift Lead.

Update Feb 2024: The quality has gone down in just about a few months. This time I had the Spicy Poblano Eggs Benedict. The Hollandaise looked and tasted awful. The fried potatoes that came with it were not fried, almost raw. The server never came to check on our order after she had served it (the restaurant was almost empty). Reducing the rating from 5 stars to 3 stars. Original Review: Being a Saturday, we expected it to be more crowded but that wasn't the case (just another family other than us waiting to be seated). It still took them forever to seat us. 0 points for the hostess because of her attitude. The service industry isn't for people like her. Having said that, our waitress was awesome. She apologized for the wait, got us our coffee quickly, even swapped the coffee out for a hot one since the first pot wasn't that hot. The food was great. My Steak Omelette was awesome with chunky pieces of steak. The Lemon Ricotta French Toast was also superb. The sides were also great. If it wasn't for the wait and the hostess with the bad attitude, I would have given this place a 5/5.

Ate a chicken quesadilla and threw up in the parking lot immediately after. It did occur to me that perhaps it was a punishment from God (for ordering a chicken quesadilla from IHOP), but, still, I feel like that that's probably something that should not happen.

COLD FOOD! The only HOT FOOD, will be the waffles and pancakes? I guess they cook the easier stuff 1st and let it sit under a warm to cold lamp. Slow staff! From now on, I'll ask for YOUNGER waiters/waitresses! They seem to WANT it more! They aren't bitter! Either way, no more IHOP for me, or any other places, like it. I've had enough of IT!!! PS- Just read another review! That's right. The waitress didn't listen to what I ordered. And said, it back to me. Complete opposite of what I wanted. AGAIN, ASK FOR YOUNGER STAFF, ONLY!!! ***JUST ADDED: Thank you, for responding back. However, please STOP sending the SAME MESSAGE, over & over! Just GET RID of the waitress, that, a few people have mentioned on HERE! Bad for Business!***

Service was incredibly slow, but the restaurant was not very busy. My family waited approximately 20 minutes and was told that the kitchen was very backed up but they were working on our order. After another 20 minutes of waiting we finally asked to pay for our drinks so we could leave.

Today Me and Three of my friends went to this Ihop and we were sat right away however, our waiter, Isabella, didn't even give us a chance to pick up the menu before asking us what we wanted to drink. She seemed very annoyed and rushed us through our orders. Then when ordering the food she made a comment saying, "So you're like hungry, Huh?" which to me is very offensive. She also got our orders wrong and when we tried to gently correct her, she was snappy with us. She also claimed to fix a wrong order and comp it however, when we received the bill it wasn't fixed, we had to call a manager over to resolve the issue. I'm really sad about this because of the IHOPS proximity to UNT and that I now feel apprehensive about returning. I understand having a bad day as I also work in customer service but this was just insane. Overall it was a bad experience and I will not be going back.

Good food and atmosphere at this IHOP. However the waitress and shift lead at this location today don’t understand the concept of $5 all you can eat pancakes OR free with any breakfast combo. We ate are meal and first the waitress brings me someone else’s check, then tries to charge me for the breakfast combo and the $5 all you can eat pancakes. When I brought it up she argued saying she was right and is suppose to charge for it. I then asked for the manager. He came over and argued saying it was correct and suppose to be billed that way. When I asked him to read how the menu states it is free he still said I was wrong but removed the charge from my bill. I told him he needed to reach out to corporate and learn the proper way to bill this. I’m guessing someone higher than him was in the building too and finally advised me I was correct and apologized…but by then the experience was ruined. It is sad that a waitress and shift lead doesn’t know their own menu and proper way to bill it. All I can say about this location is double check your bill before you pay for your meal. You could be paying for someone else’s bill or overpaying for your own food.

The morning cooks had gotten my food wrong entirely on my to go order. There were no condiments as requested and when inside one the servers was arrogant and she was rude. Cannot come here in the mornings at all.

I ordered chocolate chocolate chip pancakes, got plain chocolate chip pancakes. They won’t give me a refund because they claim that I was a DoorDash order, but I did not order through DoorDash. I ordered through the ihop website. OLO does not do refunds the company has to do refunds. They just were arguing with me. The manager never got on the phone. I WAS NOT A DOORDASH ORDER. They offered to replace the order but I live almost 20 minutes away. This location has been nothing but problems.

Just had a $40 order delivered and it was missing the turkey bacon. They made no attempt to contact me to let me know they were out other than writing on the receipt, which I obviously wouldn't see until after the order was delivered. I did not receive any replacement item, so I paid for a full meal that was missing an item. Still have not received any sort of refund.

The place was not busy but the staff seemed to be in a hurry and were not ready to listen to the order patiently. We ordered newyork cheesecake pancakes and cali roasted Turkey melt and specially asked not to include bacon in it. We got the order with bacon in it and asked our waitress to change it make it fresh with no bacon in it. She just took out the bacon and brought back the same sandwich. We found bacon bits after having half of the sandwich. Completely disappointed with the service and our waitress.

Beware!! Cross contamination issues with my visit. Spoke with general manager manager and needless to say, she’s an arrogant, condescending useless manager with no coherent and clear management style. I ordered a meal with no hash browns and my plate was contaminated with hash browns. When I presented my case to her she refused to refund me. She’s useless and needs to be removed from her position as she clearly lacks customer service skills.

Food was cold & service was non existent. We were seeted in a booth next to the kitchen & watched food sit under the heating lights, then nuked in the microwave. Walked away with our food untouched could not even complain cause no one even checked on us.
