I was actually pleasantly surprised at how tasty the "new" macaroni chicken bowls are at KFC. This time I ordered "Korean bbq" and "Hot Nashville" flavored bowls. Also a 2 piece chicken mash potato biscuit box. Everything is $5 each! Now that's priced right and tasty! I will try them again....

I think that the KFC here in Diamond Bar is a good option to go to for chicken-related items. The food service is well overall while the staff is professional and alert in terms of what is needed by the customer and things related to it overall. The interior and inside of the restaurant is simple and comfortable if you are looking to dine in and be at ease. The staff is respective and modest in terms of how the staff members treat their customers. I do think that the overall quality of the food can be better while the workflow of the environment could be better as well. I do feel like it could be more joyous instead of feeling a bit sluggish as I think a semi-persistent or persistent workflow can keep the environment more active and flowing, while also allowing the employees to feel happier as the workflow is more active on a positive note. I think that the Chicken Little is a cute small sandwich that individuals should look into if they are into getting a quick grab that is affordable under $4. Also, I feel like this can also allow the restaurant and chain to use more food items that can be used under a certain amount. Such as $5. Or even less. With a new variety of menu items that complement the menu instead of it just being sides as well. Also, I think that KFC can use more sponsorship from major platform artist in terms of better representation of the chain itself. Which can go well with the sports industry. Or even football simply. Jack Harlow, Selena Gomez, Logan Paul, Sydney Sweeney, and Tana Mongeau are good examples. 😄 Shout out to Brenda for being a nice manager btw while allowing me to kick it in here and get a free drink as I think that is very nice of her. (: I hope that the restaurant here can grow in popularity and make some new positive growth and changes. Can’t wait to see what the future has in store. 😊💗

My first time visit to this location. It is a clean and busy location. I had placed an online order for my family. The employees were friendly. I would consider this location again in the future.

Hit and miss ..sometimes the original is perfectly fried and juicy nice size pieces (wings) other times it's over fried,small and bland. Sometimes it's so bomb then the next disappointment . The Postmates app has good deals sometimes. I like the chicken sandwiches they put filet battered in crispy recipe . The KFC bowls were ok I didn't get the hype. Biscuits are usually perfect at KFC so I'm guessing they come pre made LMAO. Prices overall too high ..stingy with the "honey sauce" packets sometimes too. I miss the days of the lil parfaits desserts and old school chicken littles I'm talking early 90s ok.

Had not been to a KFC is about 5 years and was deeply disappointed with the food. Even the gravey for the mashed potatoes lacked flavor! We willl try it one more time and if it still lacks taste and flavor we will sadly leave them for the history books and let someone else patronize the franchise.

The woman that work there are terrible with customer service skills. They have horrible attitudes. There not friendly at all. The food is good but that is it. I would go there if it wasn't the closet KFC. The men are better then the woman. I give the customers 1 star. I would give zero if I could all because if the 3 ladies working there.

Horrible Attitude all around like if your not interested in answering questions, and maybe just idk guiding a customer to what they can get, then why even show up. That's literally your JOB to suggest and to take an Order. Smh. Do not eat here if you can avoid it!

Went here as I’ve been here many times. New staff inside. The central in the dining area soda machine was turned off. The short filled soda refill was the cut off. This location is shortening your order. Not a lot of any customers coming here. We had better luck at the Whittier Blvd. Whittier CA location KFC.

This place has the worst chicken sandwich! It tastes so salty and the meat is so hard and dry . They probably just took out a chicken and reheated it. Don’t come to this store . Save your time and stomach

I stopped to purchase a meal to take home. I was the only one in the drive-through nobody inside the shop. I should’ve checked my bag before I left, but I didn’t. I get home a 40 minute drive home. I ordered two items the Tuesday special of chicken eight pieces for $12 and two biscuits à la cart $2.99, I did not receive the biscuits. So now I’m trying to call and the phone just rings. How can you get the order wrong when I was the only one in the drive-through this is a constant issue with this shop.

Why is Sylvia the cashier so rude, seems like everyone in the reviews are saying the same thing. She makes you wait for 20 minutes in the drive through then has an attitude for no reason. The chicken here was rubbery probably days old from the way they take so long to do everything They charge for extra sauce here Would not recommend

I don't know how long I was sitting there. No one came. So I left. Maybe I should have stayed. Maybe the food would have been ultra fresh, but I just couldn't take that long. I wasn't sure what was going on in the restaurant but there was an extremely offending stench. I'm not sure if the sewer was backed up or if the place was fumigated and smells like rotten dead rodents. I ordered on the app so it was too late to back out. I was losing my appetite already. Food: 3 piece meal w/ mashed potatoes Verdict: The mashed potatoes seemed like it's been sitting there all day. Had one bite and threw it out. The chicken was ok but remembering the stench just ruined it and I only ate one piece. I saved the rest to eat the next day which I air fried and I gotta' say it was much better. I will not be coming back .
