The service was fast. My order was pretty fast and tasted very good. The only problem I really had was the tables and booths were dirty. The previous customers were responsible for being so messy, but the restaurant should try to keep up with cleaning up after the messy people.

I do feel like it could be more joyous instead of feeling a bit sluggish as I think a semi-persistent or persistent workflow can keep the environment more active and flowing, while also allowing the employees to feel happier as the workflow is more active on a positive note. I think that the Chicken Little is a cute small sandwich that individuals should look into if they are into getting a quick grab that is affordable under $4. Also, I feel like this can also allow the restaurant and chain to use more food items that can be used under a certain amount. Such as $5. Or even less. With a new variety of menu items that complement the menu instead of it just being sides as well. Also, I think that KFC can use more sponsorship from major platform artist in terms of better representation of the chain itself. Which can go well with the sports industry. Or even football simply. Jack Harlow, Selena Gomez, Logan Paul, Sydney Sweeney, and Tana Mongeau are good examples. 😄 Shout out to Brenda for being a nice manager btw while allowing me to kick it in here and get a free drink as I think that is very nice of her. I was actually pleasantly surprised at how tasty the "new" macaroni chicken bowls are at KFC. This time I ordered "Korean bbq" and "Hot Nashville" flavored bowls. Also a 2 piece chicken mash potato biscuit box. Everything is $5 each! Now that's priced right and tasty! I will try them again....

This is the third time I've been to this location and I have to say that the customer service is lacking in the courtesy department and it just makes for a not to good of an experience, you might think that if the service is not good why go back at all, well it's because I want to give everyone a chance to do better, but this (in my opinion) is something that they don't try do at this.

The drive thru can get hectic. I waited literally for 25 mins in the drive thru throughout the whole process. I can understand why it's so slow though. Ever since the pandemic started, there's been a shortage of employees. I still love you KFC! Don't worry! But 3 🌟 though that's all. Lol 😂😂😂

It's hit or miss at Drive thru. For instance, today I didn't get my dipping sauce, soda was mostly carbonated water and the bisquit was undercooked. If you go there, check your order before you leave. This was not the first time.

It is what it is! A little disappointed because they have phased out "Grilled" since they claim most folks didn't want the healthier alternative to FRIED! Won't be back to this location and walk out of any that don't still have the healthier choice.

5 stars - Best tasting KFC for sure. I haven't been inside so I don't know thr atmosphere. But the staff was friendly and chicken was hot off the fyer. Update: down graded to 3 stars the second time I tried theor chicken, I was very disappointed. The chicken was dry and hard as if it has been fried a few hours prior to purchase. I will try again next week.

The Postmates app has good deals sometimes. I like the chicken sandwiches they put filet battered in crispy recipe . The KFC bowls were ok I didn't get the hype. Biscuits are usually perfect at KFC so I'm guessing they come pre made LMAO. Prices overall too high ..stingy with the "honey sauce" packets sometimes too. I miss the days of the lil parfaits desserts and old school chicken littles I'm talking early 90s ok.

The woman that work there are terrible with customer service skills. They have horrible attitudes. There not friendly at all. The food is good but that is it. Disappointed that the 8 piece $20 fill up deal was thigh and leg only. The sign didn't say which pieces were included. The only sign that said thighs and legs was for the 14 piece chicken only deal. Also, the hot wings with no sauce are normally a favorite. Not this time. They were fried so dry to the point of being tough and chewy. Why sell this to your customer?

Usually KFC is one of those guilty pleasures,, but this outlet served food that tasted like it had been re-warmed a couple times before I got it. The value for money spent was very poor, although I have to say that the server was very nice and helpful.

This KFC is actually really good unless one particular female manager is the one working the drive-thru, or in general. The manager seems to just kind of rush you through as quickly as possible, and she doesn't really seem to get any of the orders correctly the first time you say it. I've gone through this drive through multiple times and I've never had any issues with any of the other employees except for the manager. There have been a couple occasions where she has been the one to take my order and then blames me if I received the order incorrectly. All of the staff is really friendly and I kind of feel bad because it seems like she (the manager) gets on them quite a bit for very small issues. This is the only reason why I'm leaving a low star review. Aside from that the food is great and I haven't had any other issues.

They no longer carry hot wings at this location so don't waste your time looking to place another order for something different. Your taste buds will seriously regret it. Ordered the family chicken meal for nearly $40 bucks. It should have come with 2 Large sides. The containers were half full. The slop they call coleslaw was Disgusting. Mashed potatoes and gravy SUPER salty! Didn't use to be this way but since the pandemic they seem to have fallen off!!

I went on wednesday night around 9pm. Order 4 piece of chicken. Two breast and two drumbs.unfortunetly and very sad to report that the chicken was hard and not Fresh at all. Bad service with worst employee! I ordered side fries, she gave me the bag and she said that’s all. I went to the car I put the bag and I recognized that there is no fries. I went to ask for my fries, she talked to her coworker and recognized that they gave me mashed potato instead, so they told me “ I can give you your fries as long as you bring back the bag (mashed potato) with no additional cost!!!!! Is she serious??? And also I was waiting for someone to help for more than 3 minutes!! no one is there working!! I’m glad that Mr. Colonel Harland Sanders is not there to see what’s going on in his business!!

I stopped going to the one in Pomona because the food was so awful and small quantities, just came from the other one in diamond Bar, ordered the famous bowl with no gravy, some of the smallest pieces of chicken I have ever gotten ( 6 pieces) really sad, had to throw two pieces away because they were so old and tough I couldn't chew them, couldn't believe it, this place is getting worse and worse. This item use to be delicious.

Upon arrival to pickup of mobile app order, was immediately told to wait for 15 mins as "all food is gone" and they need time to prepare. Checked after 15 mins and was told nothing is ready yet but witnessed 3-4 groups of people come and go with their orders. After 40 mins of waiting, complained to the employee nearby (manager who told us to wait was chatting on the phone), and he stepped in to prepare our order on the spot. Nobody cared nor apologized for the delay... and even the order got mixed up (not dark meat and the sauces were wrong). This was the worst experience I ever had, and I am beyond disappointed at Yum brands.

They are false advertising saying they take ebt but it's only cash benefits they discriminate against calfresh and cal works. Is only cash on ebt card well the bank does that. I'm sure they don't care none of the other Kentucky fried chicken does that. The accept ebt with no discrimination. No cool. Not nice and def not compassionate to economically disadvantaged. Spent $50 on a 12 peice family meal. Asked for it to be tenders. Due to their bad speaker system I got regular chicken. Had to repeat myself so much the person taking my order was losing their patience.

No sign saying minimum bills. Didn't have change. Even asked me to go get it myself. IMO in this situation you should just give the customer the food since it was your fault not theirs. Don't come here. Brain dead staff. Always slow.

I'm an uber driver who drives all day. Occasionally, like most humans I need to stop somewhere to use a bathroom. I came into this establishment to use the restroom, clearly in distress, it was clearly a bathroom emergency. I asked to used the bathroom and the cashier told me I have to buy something first I told her I would buy something but now is a bathroom emergency. She then proceeded to ingnore me like I wasn't there. How do you expect to bring in customers if your rude to potential customers? Why extort potential customers when they need to use the restroom?
