The crew was friendly and competent. The service was fast and the food prepared in less than two minutes. The food itself was remarkably tasty yet a tiny bit too salty for my taste. Drinks are free refill (which is useful when the food is so salty). The facilities were at the time of my visit exemplary clean and shiny - including the bathrooms.

I just came to LJS and all I can say is the cashier that helped me was the best cashier I have even seen here! Her name on the receipt was Katie. She was so friendly! Kudos to her I hope the rest of the cashiers take a lesson of great customer service from her! 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 to her.

Fast and friendly service, chicken sandwich is great, I prefer the whole muscle chicken piece, instead of the mashed and formed sandwich that other fast food joints offer.

So the grilled chicken is a great choice....I just wish they would update the side choices and offer something more appealing. The folks who work this restaurant are an absolute delight to deal with.

Good food but I can see prices going up and portion sizes going down really fast. Minimum wage hasn't even gone up yet.

I'm surprised long john silver is still running business one of my favorite fish. Only 1 in Dinuba and only 1 at Clovis. I'm trying to stop those areas, but it's far from my home.

Service was a little slow. Staff was more focused on helping with the drive through window than the customers who were inside. Other than that tge food was good .

First time visitor to this location. Had a great experience, the order was done right, even though I had to wait for the food to be prepared. The wait is worthwhile, I prefer well prepared food over sloppy service. The crew was very friendly, tables clean and all was good service. I sure will be back soon!

The chicken is always good. The pot pies, chicken tenders and mashed potatoes and gravy are great items to order. Staff is friendly. Lots of room to sit and eat.

Food is good and hot but why can't they ever get my order right when I go in the drive thru?

The last year or so quality has suffered, not sure why but the good doesn't taste fresh & flavors are muddy. Recently visited the Dinuba location and Wow what a difference! Food was not, chicken was crispy & clean even the color was brighter. Until Selma gets it together I'll drive the extra few miles each week for the better quality grub.

Went through drive thru and asked for spicy sandwich extra toppings. Was given wrong one. Went back and waited in line to get the right one, had one pickle and a tiny amount of sauce. Was annoyed a bit but was late to my job so I said screw it

Place was okay at best , it's a dual establishment KFC and Long John's. Well I ordered the fish special and apparently that's slow moving for them because I had to wait quite awhile for my simple order. When I got it to go they had freshly fried the frozen fish pieces and placed them on top of the fries which were old and hard as a rock with a couple hush puppies. Then placed the food inside a cardboard container which then places inside a plastic bag! You guessed right it sweated the box inside making everything mushy! Sorry but I can't in good conscience rate this place very high. I am being generous because everyone has a bad day!

It's okay but can use improvement. I like the soda there it's always bubbly. The last 3 times,I have been there (drive thru) soda has been flat, lacking syrup and light in color! I caught it the first-time so they gave me one from machine in dinner. PLEASE KFC check soda machines in morning before dispensing awful soda. Lines are usually too long and in hurry to get food and go back to work. No time to return and get a good soda that was paid for. The staff is much more friendly!

New chicken in the Bowles. BBQ is dreadfull the should have kept the original sauce. We go here because the wife and kid have liked it. After today though, they feel as I do. Hopefully we I don't have to do the KFC thing anymore.

The food was good, but the people who work there cannot count change, and try to steal your money if you don't keep an eye on them. Not sure I will return to this establishment because of the this issue.

This KFC for years now does not know how to serve these properly. I ordered when they were strips too instead of nuggets and received them in a literal pool of grease. Avoid this KFC and go to the ones in Fresno or Visalia where the employees are trained properly and don’t serve you straight up grease.

Unfortunately at this location my personal experience has been constantly sub-par. Fries have always been barley warm and soft. The crispy chicken is not so crispy and also just warm. I was exited to try the new apple poppers and they were chewy dark and cold. I ordered on line and my food was just being bag so I assumed it was fresh. They only plus side is I have been greeted with a smile and good attitudes every time. However Poor quality control negates any positives experience I have had.

We are doing take out do to the Wuhan virus. We ordered sides and sauces. No sauces were provided and their management want me to drive back and pick up sauces. The management refused to remake the dinner they screwed up. But yet the dinner would be cold by the time I got the sauces back home.

The lady who took out order was very rude,poor customer service!

I've got food poisoning on three separate occasions within a span of 3 months, it's always the KFC I eat from different fast food joints I never get this problem only from here. The whole room is spinning it's not a fun experience to be poisoned

We went there to eat and we got a box combo 3 of them but they gave us two and ripped us with 13$ not going back here ever again.

Sorry for the one star but they don't let you leave less. Check your order before you pull away. Constantly not giving the order they were given. Used to be good but not anymore. Quality has gone down hill.

Food was warm but they forgot one of my items. I didn't get my Mac and cheese. I didn't notice until I got home since I live close to 30 minutes away. A few of the chicken pieces also came out raw.

Lady at drive through got crazy with me and starting yelling while repeating my simple order that she couldnt get right. Ridiculous. I understand how frustrating her job can be but that is what you signed up for. And the yelling was definately unwarranted.

I’m reporting because my brother and I had a issue with our order and they told us that if we come they can remake the order so as soon as we arrived they told me that they couldn’t remake the order even tho they said on the phone the could and also made me drive far for no reason. Horrible service and the managers should know better.

Drive through - ordered 2 pc fish & more. No eye contact! Only gave me my total. No napkins, no silverware. No offer of any condiments! No service or acknowledgement of a customer at all!! The fish was cold, and the batter was tough like it was at least an hour or more old. The hush puppies were also cold. I returned for my money back and was told there is a sign in the window that you have to “ask for condiments and “that it was my fault”. No apology for the bad food, or horrible service. This was not the first time! But it was the last!!! I will never go back!!

I walked up to the coubter to ask for straws and every employee starred at me and not once asked if I needed something as I stood there for 5 mins not to mention the girl with the attitude that slowly took her time to walk to the back just to come back empty handed and get the straws from the drive through and grabs a few and throws them on the counter and tells me to refill the slot... smh just pathetic the lack of management shows and the workers there will be the reason they lose many customers. I wish I would've got the girls name because she should be embarrassed
