I had ordered through the app but there was some issue so even though the payment went through via Apple Pay the app wasn’t placing the order. I went inside and explained the issue to the worker and showed her the payment through my wallet. She said no problem and made the order for me. I really appreciated the easy customer service.

Absolutely love their power breakfast sandwich and my husband loves the croissant breakfast sandwiches. Great coffee and donuts as well! Their signature pumpkin lattes in the fall are probably the best amongst all the chain coffee places. This particular location also seems to managed very well; cashiers and workers are friendly, polite, and go out of their way to make the seating areas clean and presentable. Who knew a donut shop would be a great place to hang out!?

I’ve been coming to this location since opening Downey. Coffee is always fresh and good, I don’t recommend the food items or donuts; overpriced and not that great. I notice the donuts are getting smaller, definitely not fresh, they taste stale. I know this because they are drop off in the middle of the night by a process center delivery driver. Customer service is great, youngsters but never had issues with their attitudes, always professional for what I have seen.

really old men just hanging around staring at you the minute you come in, the service was subpar, forgot items that my friend needed to go and ask for, the coolata i bought was more water than anything else, kinda disappointing, the loaded hashbrowns were good, very small portions tho

Needs better lid for iced drink. I got a cold brew today and it was surprisingly pleasant. It doesn't taste bitter or sour it tastes just as strong coffee flavor. However the lid is not sealed very well as you can see in the picture coffee keep spilling around the rim. And it gets all over on the table.

Visited almost at closing time so expect delays as the staff is cleaning up. Coffee is sure better than Starbucks. Made to my taste . Very friendly register staff that helped us

I think this is the only location I’ve visited, so I don’t have another dd to compare, but I’d say service here is always consistent. The employees have been nice and attentive. I’ve only had one stale-ish donut one time, but the rest have been great, and the iced lattes/coffees are always delicious. Can I just say, their oatmilk is soo good. Lately I’ve been ordering ahead on the app, and I haven’t had any issues; super simple. Sometimes, there is a little wait at the drive-thru, even if there’s only or two cars in front of you, but it never bothers me. I love dunkin’s prices overall compared to starbucks or similar coffee shops, and I like the items they have on their menu. I also love their indoor seating and outdoor patio area! The items I ordered on my recent trip was the new sugarplum macchiato and the snowflake donut. The drink was delicious, and definitely a favorite of mine now. The donut confused me a but because it was chocolate glazed, rather than the pretty purple as advertised, but it was cute regardless, and fresh.

Would love it if the manager made sure there were actually some recycling bins here, only trash so you can't really recycle ♻️ even though the bag literally asks you to recycle it....sounds like a manager issue. I come here a lot and will change to 5 stars when I see recycling bins and compost along with the trash bins, cmon it's 2025

Came around 9PM, it was pretty lonely. Ordered two drinks, both lattes, one iced and one hot, as well as 6 donuts. Ended up getting two iced drinks. They gave us the wrong one for free and made another. Place was clean overall, but there was some trash and tables that were visibly dirty. Cashier that helped out had no friendliness and did not smile at all. Will return for food, service can be better.
