The service was on point. Cashier was super polite. Got my order out right away after he checked that my order was correct.

We don't get pizza very often but when we do this is our favorite pizza place to go to. The pizza is made to order and hot. We normally get carry out but occasionally get delivery. When we carry out it's always faster. The bread is soft and chewy but the bottom is a little crisper that's what makes this place so good.

My order was delivered to the wrong address, which may have been my fault, however, when I called the location in Downey they apologized and were not sure what the mix up was. They were amazing and did not hesitate to verify my order and deliver instructions, to get new pizzas to me. They explained the wait time, which most would be upset about, however, the fact that they went above and beyond to explain to me the wait time and still deliver my order was amazing! The Downey Pizza hut on imperial deserves a shout out! Thank you!

The pizza is great. This location is my go to, but this last time I was a little disappointed the 1 I order ham and pineapple it had literally 4 pieces of ham some pieces was only cheese, the other rarely had pepperoni.

Pizza is always great but they really should add more sauce to their pies. Been more than a few times I order from this location and there is hardly any sauce.

Speed of pizza was quick, thin crust was ok not great but veggie toppings were perfect, could of had more sauce and cheese. Service was great.

Eating here is way better thab ordering online. Everything came out hot n crispy, n fresh. Deff liked eating here staff was friendly. Only downside table was sticky but they wiped it as soon as we asked.

I usually give online orders for a take out from here. Their service is timely and I had no problems with this location at all. The dine-in can feel a little stuffy and smelly sometimes but otherwise it's a good place to eat. There are TV's for sports as well as kids channels. And it is never crowded so you can eat in peace. There are also standard options for beers available on the menu..

I just have an issue every time I order that I choose contactless yet they always go to the door and have me sign the receipt and hand me the food. I assume if its contactless it would be that they leave my food on the doorstep and leave

It's Pizza hut. Cleanliness is okay. Service folks are young and don't quite understand the best customer service practices. But it is just pizza. There are a few TV's​ and they do have some beer.

Pizza wasnt ready in the time stated it would be ready and for it supposedly just getting out of the oven, it wasnt hot. then after leaving to my car with my order i realized they didnt give me my full order. the taste of the pizza wasnt good either

Employees were rude. I was there to pick up my 425pm order. Was told it was not ready ..after 15min she asked me again for my name. Come to find out my order was always sitting in the warmer ready.

I walked into Pizza Hut & ordered an Hawaiian pizza with black olives & i also ordered 6 honey bbq wings. The pizza was warm even though i only had to go across the street to work. But the pizza tasted ok now my wings were also a little warmer thank my pizza. But it would not have been bad but they cooked them too hard. But i ate them anyway.

I went on the superbowl day and every body looks like they hate working there and talking to the clients , took me 45 min to get a Hawaiian and some wings witch I order 18 pcs ,get charge by 18 pcs only receiving a 12 pcs, maybe cut they were busy?? Or do they do it often?

Im in between my family has been coming to this Pizza Hut for a long time esp. Since Its a dine-in but the workers are slow and uninterested in customer service they are also understaffed it seems. Some times the food comes late or like today one piece didnt come at all and we asked twice. The tables are dirty with unmoved plates and The bathroom has no baby changer either. The only redeeming quality is the food is fresh.

Usually they have decent service, but today I ordered a regular dinner box and they call me 20 minutes later and say they didn't make dough that morning?? I honestly thought it was a prank call. I have no idea how that happened, but I won't be ordering from here again.

Pizzas are always tasty, however, the service was not good. One man handled the register when he noticed we were there. He spoke so softly I had to continuously ask him to speak up. He wasn't rude, just not courteous. The restrooms were not available. They were also unavailable the last time we were there - more than a month ago. I was advised with a shrug of his shoulders that this is the way it is. Pizza was still hit and delicious but we are seriously contemplating not returning and finding an alternate source.

I ordered 2 ranch and a garlic and only received one ranch. Then I ordered a Pepsi and received nothing. It was also 40 minutes later than what the time it estimated.

Better, faster,friendly service. Could not get a word in with the employee before he stormed off back inside the store. He was answering a question and walking back inside with his back turned. And fortunately for me I had my dash cam rolling so it recorded it all.

Ordered delivery received a text at 7:40 that my order was out for delivery driver got to my door at 8:15 with my 4 soda bottles in a plastic bag and a crumpled pizza box!!! The box was bent towards the middle and to top it off the pizza was room temperature not even hot like I was thinking about putting it in the microwave that’s how cold the pizza was.

I had choosen the pizza hut lane for pick up. I had waited 7 minutes until I had to call letting them know there was a car a headed of me in the line. They finally came gave the person there order and left in window. Then I waited some more until they came back. By the time I got my pizza it had been 20 mins after my pick up time. Pizza was not as hot when i got it home.

This the second time I had to come because they first gave my order wings wrong 2nd time overcooked burnt pizza.

Place is filthy. Employees r rude including the Mgr. The pizzas r always cold or overcooked. Do not order from here

I waited at the pick up window for over 15 minutes (from scheduled time) and then got the pizza home to discover it was minimally dressed and the crust was like cardboard. Thoroughly disappointed, especially when I paid $23...TWICE the price of other pizza locations.

Online it says they close at 11 pm. Just roght now, I came in at 10:30 pm and girl at cashier totally tried to ignore me and super rude actitude. If you don't want business after 10:30 pm then state that online don't make me drive 10 miles hoping to take a pizza back home and get this type of trash service. Not common in this location propably just the chola employee woeking tonight. Sad but true.

Large Supreme pizza looked more like a medium...toppings were very scarce and even though it arrived in a timely manner the pizza was lukewarm. Looked like a pizza that had already been made but never picked up so they figured...*send it out for delivery*

I went here last might to pick up a order I called in. The guy in front tells me after he charged me that my pizza was giving me to someone else. I look at the pizza oven and ita 4 pizza just sitting there no one was working they was just kicking it allowing people pizza to get burnt. NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.

Prices were astonishingly expensive for the quality of pasta and pizza that was delivered. Both the pizza and pasta were the worst ever. The pizza was like cardboard with just a little sauce cheese and everything else.

Ordered big dinner box, pepperoni the next day was sour, blue in colour, the bread sticks were hard and the chicken wing were dry and hard. Very expensive for poorly made food!! Never again from this pizza hut!!!

I’ve ordered from this place for the last two years since I’ve bought my home. Now all of a sudden I try to order today & they tell me I’m not in there district. That maybe people in the past was just coming cause they didn’t want the hassle. They sent my calls to four other pizza Huts & they all told me that the Pizza Hut down the street from me is my district. Well they lost a good customer 😡😡😡😡

Bad service. I placed my order online, to be picked up. When I arrived there was one employee at the register helping a group of people. They were undecided, and I heard the employee trying to go over the menu items. It was taking more than 5 minutes, so I sat near the register. Just as the employee finished with the group a man walked in and was immediately helped. I know the employee saw that I was there first, but for some reason decided to continue ignoring me. So, I left and will not return to that location.

Service was terrible. Had me waiting for my pizza for more than 15 mins after it was sitting in the warmer. No one told me my pizza is ready. They had one register open and there was more then enough people to help and speed up the process. I Also waited more then 5 mins to talk to some1 at the register to get my pizza and there was three ppl behind me while I stared at 2 ppl by the oven talking and waiting for pizza to come out the oven. Bad experience 11/29/22 at 2:00pm to the guy who was working phones.kept saying my phone was breaking up called from different phones,so I think it was there phone.He didn’t say anything about the person delivering not accepting cards.Had to call the store.Same guy answered my husband this time.Was very rude.Kept saying cards declined and he can’t hear him.He must have been punching in the wrong numbers cause account is fine and little Cesar’s had no problems after having to tell delivery guy from Pizza Hut we can’t pay over the phone cause the guy on phones keeps saying card declined.

Bad really bad costumer service. The guy at register told my husband to look for specials online which he did only for the employee to tell us that if we order online we can't eat inside the restaurant according to him it is the company policy. Also the store was super dirty I have no idea how they keep running this place. To the owner of this store if you not making any profit I want to let you know that your employees are making you lose money by making customers go away from your restaurant and not wanting to go back we took our business somewhere else obviously and is disappointed to know that those employees do not care if they make good sales or not poor customer service.

They give very bad service I ordered a pizzas and they never came, I called to make a complaint and they told me the wrong address, and they also said they called my cell but it's a lie they never called I have a simple pizza waiting for almost two hours it's ridiculous and shameful bad service and very bad attention. employees always have the face of not wanting to work there.

I ordered two medium pizzas along with a double order of pasta. The site gave a delivery time of 48 minutes. (kinda long, but I can live with it). 68 minutes go by and my pizza hasn't arrived. I call the pizza hut and ask about my order giving them a 5 minute ultimatum. The driver arrives and the food is cold. I called back for a refund and am told that they only give store credit. I won't be using this Pizza Hut from here on out.

You should not offer a service if it is available. I selected curbside delivery your app has a button to let them know I arrived but then says to call them, when I called they said they are busy. After the app said my food was ready nobody brought it out so I had to go in the store to get it.

The jalapeño were all terrible. We received all tops with the stem cut but not the hard unedible part. The pineapples were old. I will never order from. Pizzahut again and will not recommend it to anyone

Kind of filling cheated. Ordered online with T-Mobile Tuesday offer and they don't even know there is offer. They can not honor offer. Very disappointed since pizza hut reward member.

This is the second time now the pizza is overcooked the buffalo wings had zero buffalo sauce on them. The food was delivered cold since they use door dash to deliver for them now and charge a 6.99 delivery fee and you receive cold food

Do not order delivery from Pizza Hut, if your order is wrong they blame door dash. Door dash blames Pizza Hut, maybe if pizza Hut had inhouse delivery drivers like Domino's the finger pointing could be avoided. The manger of the location at 9111 imperial is rude and unapologetic about their poor service. If items are missing you will have to drive over yourself to retrieve them after arguing with him.

Stopped by this store to not only ask to use the restroom as I couldn’t wait…and I’m 65 years old… but was told that I needed to buy something to use the restroom? When I asked what would happen if I used it anyway, the manger said he would call the police and have me arrested! Wow! What a way to treat a senior citizen and get someone buy food from them! Maybe Manager needs some hospitality training! Or another job!

I went in to get my pizza order and cashier was extremely rude. My order was $45 and I wanted to pay with a $50, he told me they didn’t have change and couldn’t do it. I canceled the order, he was very rude. If you don’t like ur job, I get it, but don’t take it out on ur customers, very unprofessional. Please keep the bad attitude at home.

For the second time in one week pizza hut has failed to not only complete my order, but to treat me with decent customer service. I ordered online delivery and my credit card was charged, but Pizza Hut never delivered, waited over an hour and nothing, when I called the store nobody answered as was "closed" already. My credit card remained charged and no food. Ridiculous. Last time I ever order Pizza Hut for a long time.

The hut lane attendant was not welcoming, my wife asked for ranch for both orders of boneless wings and they wanted to charge me, then I asked for crushed pepper and grated cheese and they wanted to charge me for that. Very unpleasant, as it is pizzahut is one of my options to debate over, this experience just made it excommunicated from the list

The service here was terrible. Pizza was cold what really got me upset was a man walked in he ordered food and the cashier told him to leave because he was going to pay with EBT card. Clearly there’s a sign outside on the window before you walk in that says We Accept EBT. Never again coming here. Also bring a jacket if you are going to dine in they have the AC Full blast and there’s not restroom “out of order “ but yet the employees use it.

UPATE MARCH 14, 2023, PIZZA IS SALTY UPDATE JULY 16, 2022 I am still wondering why do I give Pizza HUT so many chances if only one out of 4 times I get really good pizza taste and appearance. This time I ordered two large Pizzas: a Large Original Stuffed Crust Pepperoni and a Large Pineapple &ham Hand Tossed Pizza.. BOTH DRY AND HARD (over toasted) the flavor was not good I took a piece of the Pineapple&ham and threw everything away. Im not sure if its the sauce, but the flavor was off and the ham was hard and tasteless. JUN 17, 2022 When you call they almost never answer we tried to place an order last night. One time I order and my order was ignored and cancelled. TODAY WE DID ORDER carryout, and try the "window" and it takes them minutes to notice you, other times my wife calls them and if they answer she tells them we are outside the window waiting to pick up a pizza. I was really disappointed PIZZA TASTES BLAND. I tried many different types. It is just not the same anymore. It is not a tasty pizza. .......old review.... A disappointing experience. Twice. Less than a week ago I placed an order for my family for carryout. Got there in 15 mins (online said order would be ready n 10-20 min) I live 5 mins from them if not less. Got them home and pizzas where not hot or even looked like they had just been made. Maybe was because we order at 11pm? and nothing after 11 gets freshly made? or maybe they just don't make them right because they are 5.99 each I don't know but if that is the case PLEASE PLEASE add it to the advertisement so we "know". Once you took a bite the whole piece of cheese came off and the rest was hard and burned. I couldn't believed it the whole time my family was only talking about how I should complain so they know about this. I disregard and gave them another chance. TODAY (tonight) at 11pm I order AGAIN.. this time I order a 9.99 pizza with 3 toppings. What is going on? Pizza was not hot and edges burned. Please train your staff right and have people that can really cook a pizza. I am not a fan of you anymore PIZZA HUT. UPDATE NOTHING HAPPENED> NOBODU CONTACTED ME TO MAKE IT RIGHT. I GAVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE: JANUARY 25th, 2022 I ordered online for pick up. The Window at the 9111 Imperial Hwy, Downey, CA 90242 location needs lighting and it is tinted so is confusing there are no cameras so when you are waiting expecting for someone from the inside to open and say "Hello, how can I help you" but no, you just wait, after 5 mins I call them with my cellphone to let them know I was waiting outside and then I was confused "Do you have a drive through or not?" they said: "Oh okay be right there" they came out and said "What do you want?" I said I want to pick up my order, they then left and closed the window back again, I feel this window is unsafe for them and for me. Change that, it is not welcoming. I feel like anybody could come from behind, there is literately no lighting and at 6pm is dark already. Also the pizza was dry and hurt my palate to eat from shewing it.

After you've ordered and been told the price of your meal, with tax, they add a fee "for the cost of doing business in California". They do not tell you about this fee anywhere, except on the receipt they give you after you've paid. No one's forcing you to do business in California, Pizza Hut. You can raise your prices if you want to, but hiding an extra fee that you know most customers won't notice is wrong. I refuse to frequent a business that cheats its customers.

THE PLACE WAS NOT CLEAN. I normally get delivery, but we got carryout & I'm so glad we actually went in. WE ARE NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN. No one was wearing masks OR gloves. There was no soap in the bathroom, so it's doubtful their hands were clean. The counter was unmanned long enough for me to have to call out to get help.

I love Pizza Hut and have been waiting to try this Dine in experience. I'm sad to say it wasn't pleasant. The staff seems young and not trained properly.They should always greet and make the customers feel welcomed. The guy in front didn't even acknowledge us . I. Also had to ask if they could clean a table for is because all of them were really dirty and business wasnt busy when we arrived so there shouldn't have been a reason for this. The carpets were not clean either it was hard to enjoy the atmosphere of eating in when its dirty. Well, all that aside when we received our pizza it was undercooked and since we waited sooo long for 1 pizza we just ate what we could and left. This is a nice restaurant it has potential but considering it took so long for my pizza and received it undercooked I won't be back. Im so disappointed 😢. Maybe another Location will be better ?

Website said pizza would arrive at 10:55. It did not actually come until 11:30. I also selected contactless delivery and to have the pizza left at the door. However, the delivery person stood at the door with the pizza and did not leave it. After waiting 2 minutes it was clear he was not going to leave it so I had to answer the door.

Placed on Fri Dec 26, 9:35 pm I ordered six Pan pizzas for carryout. I then picked up the pizzas and brought them home only to realize 3 of the pizzas were not Pan. 2 were handtossed and 1 was thin crust. Obviously my guests were upset so I called the store and they answered already knowing the order I was talking about. A male answered the phone and said “we made it that way because we ran out of pan. Sorry.” I was stunned at this response and explained to him that if that was the case they should have called me to authorize that decision, which they did not. He simply said “sorry all I can do is refund the $1.90 per pan pizza, Just call customer service bro.” He said his name was “Shawn” but based on the deceitful behavior I wouldn’t be surprised if that was wasn’t even true. Pickup time was around 10 pm and there was only one male working on site from what I observed during pickup. I could never order from Pizza Hut considering this unprofessional behavior. I even gave them a $10 tip for carryout.

I paid about 25 for 1large threetoppings thru the app. They still got my order wrong no pepperoni. I called pizza hut and they made me drive back. So they can see the pizza. So spent double the gas too. Ehh.

Been calling for an hour. Hey put on hold then hung up on. Pizza was NASTY!!!! NOT COOKED, MUSHROOMS ICE COLD, DOUGHY, NOT COOKED THRU. COMPLETE WASTE OF 34.00. MOZZARELLA STICKS JUST AS NASTY. COOKED OUTSIDE ICE COLD INSIDE. PLACED ORDER AT 451PM GOT DELIVERED AT 520PM. HMMMM QUICK HUH? Had to cook for 15 minutes at 375 n it was still nasty.

Horrible customer service, pizza was dry and burnt! I used to work for pizza Hut in my younger years boy times have changed no accountably in management. Rude, and on the phone they tried to say my phone number wasn't in their systems, how convenient. Be careful in ordering custom pizzas they will not care.

Placed on Fri Dec 26, 9:35 pm I ordered six Pan pizzas for carryout. I then picked up the pizzas and brought them home only to realize 3 of the pizzas were not Pan. 2 were handtossed and 1 was thin crust. Obviously my guests were upset so I called the store and they answered already knowing the order I was talking about. A male answered the phone and said “we made it that way because we ran out of pan. Sorry.” I was stunned at this response and explained to him that if that was the case they should have called me to authorize that decision, which they did not. He simply said “sorry all I can do is refund the $1.90 per pan pizza, Just call customer service bro.” He said his name was “Shawn” but based on the deceitful behavior I wouldn’t be surprised if that was wasn’t even true. Pickup time was around 10 pm and there was only one male working on site from what I observed during pickup. I could never order from Pizza Hut considering this unprofessional behavior. I even gave them a $10 tip for carryout.

I paid about 25 for 1large threetoppings thru the app. They still got my order wrong no pepperoni. I called pizza hut and they made me drive back. So they can see the pizza. So spent double the gas too. Ehh.

Been calling for an hour. Hey put on hold then hung up on. Pizza was NASTY!!!! NOT COOKED, MUSHROOMS ICE COLD, DOUGHY, NOT COOKED THRU. COMPLETE WASTE OF 34.00. MOZZARELLA STICKS JUST AS NASTY. COOKED OUTSIDE ICE COLD INSIDE. PLACED ORDER AT 451PM GOT DELIVERED AT 520PM. HMMMM QUICK HUH? Had to cook for 15 minutes at 375 n it was still nasty.

Horrible customer service, pizza was dry and burnt! I used to work for pizza Hut in my younger years boy times have changed no accountably in management. Rude, and on the phone they tried to say my phone number wasn't in their systems, how convenient. Be careful in ordering custom pizzas they will not care.

Every time I come here it’s always a hit or miss . Every time I come here it’s always somebody with an attitude . I ordered pepperoni lover and got a regular pizza i promise I won’t come here no more I’m tired of them

Never come here. They messed up my order and just horrible service. They were unwilling to fix my order.

Placed an order with the girl in front desk. Two large pepperoni pizza with stuffed crust and one large pepperoni & sausage pizza with stuffed crust. Carry-out. Total was $89. While waiting I happened to check online ( same location store) place same exact order and total was $65! I told the manager and he said he could do anything about it because I had already paid. I was very upset! My advice is place the order online because they WILL rip you off in store.

They have horrible customer service. The Downey location guy was very rude and did not want to correct the order without charging me full price again if he corrected it. I went to Mod pizza and told them where I just came from and the horrible experience I just had at pizza hut. They gave my pizza free. Now that's customer service that will be my go too.

Not even introduce himself,was asked his name many times but never gave.He hanged up the phone while I'm still talking.I called the the store just to clarify why the Doordash delivery guy was asking a cash payment since I already paid my order online and it was already charged on my debit account. The food was taken back by the doordash guy since i didnt agree to pay the cash that was asking buy him.I called that pizza hut store whom i put my order and One staff answered my call and was transferred me to that rude manager.I'm so disappointed coz I was expecting that someone can help or explain what's going on, but instead, an UNPROFESSIONAL,RUDE AND WITH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER is the one who dealed with me.I wasn't received the help and answer that I was asking...what I needed right now is to just return the payment that was charged on my account..and never buy or eat on that place anymore.I hope Pizza Hut management will take action with this concerns.

I place a order online and they put the wrong topping when I call they give a excuse that place the order online, and either person I spoke with couldn't help me fixt the problem shame on you pizza hut..

This is the second time now the pizza is overcooked the buffalo wings had zero buffalo sauce on them. The food was delivered cold since they use door dash to deliver for them now and charge a 6.99 delivery fee and you receive cold food

Stopped by this store to not only ask to use the restroom as I couldn’t wait…and I’m 65 years old… but was told that I needed to buy something to use the restroom? When I asked what would happen if I used it anyway, the manger said he would call the police and have me arrested! Wow! What a way to treat a senior citizen and get someone buy food from them! Maybe Manager needs some hospitality training! Or another job!
