Great atmosphere, lots of fun, and a great concept, but the waiters take a long time to serve you. It's true that it's usually very busy, but you have to be patient. Although the waiters are friendly and attentive, the drinks take a long time to arrive at your table. We can't deny that.

Poor service from the waiter on duty, heavily watered-down drinks with insufficient flavor. The food was cold, and everything was pretty much gone. Bad experience.

It's an acceptable place to go pre-drinks; the beer is cheap. However, the place always looks dirty, and the music is so loud that it's only enjoyable for a short while. The glasses are always poorly washed. Overall, the place is unpleasant; it's only good for having a few drinks before heading off to a nicer spot.

The place itself is very nice. The staff is terrible, the service is extremely slow. If they improved their staff, the place would be lovely, because it has comfortable facilities, ideal for going with friends for a couple of beers, with colleagues, etc.

I'll start by saying that when I arrived, there were empty booths, but the girl who greeted us at the entrance said there weren't any when we could clearly see they were empty, despite the fact that there were several of us. She assigned us to the upstairs area, where there were only tables for two or three people, and there were countless large tables occupied by only one or two people. They didn't even bother bringing us an extra chair so we could even complete the menu. We were left standing there, waiting as if we were invisible. We grabbed our things and headed out to Modelo, where the service was very good, nothing like this place.

Terrible place. It's called "Food," and they barely had any boneless wings, and the portions were tiny for the $120 price tag (they didn't even include carrot sticks). There was no variety of music or drinks; they only had three of the $1 beers advertised on their menu.

I hope the owner takes a look at this. This is for Pub Lomas. I've been going there with my friends since they opened it and for months now they haven't given us the bill when it's time to pay. We realized this last time we went that it's because they're adding extra jars. Today I went back and we ordered 6 jars and the bill was for 8. When we told the waiter, he sent us to the manager, David. We still paid what they charged us, but they told us they didn't have a terminal and we paid extra with coins. The manager gave us back the coins because he got upset and also wanted us to leave a tip. Personally, I've gotten along well with most of the waiters and waitresses there (some of whom no longer live in Dgo). I've been a customer since they opened and I still talk to some of them. I feel like they should check these things out because when I talk to my friends, they tell me that something similar has happened to them at least once. Sometimes they also respond reluctantly, but we are human and it is understandable.

Terrible service. The furniture is unusable. A bench breaks and they charge you for it. And the manager sends the waiter on duty to "fix" the incident when the establishment should provide adequate furniture. The manager's attitude is appalling. And if you see a bench wobbly, report it because they'll add it to your bill. I wish there weren't even one star, but to leave a review you have to select something. Anyway, the manager never showed his face.
