I've never been to a dunkin donuts til today. Had the large cocoa mocha ice latte. HUGE compared to Starbucks venti. Appears to b bigger than the Trenta as well. Omg. Tasty..Also nice, easy going at the drive thru. update 2025... still great service
Very clean and organized. Employee's are knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Sat down for a coffee and the Air Conditioning was pleasant as I planned my day. I recommend this coffee place to friends and family alike.

I came in today around 3pm and the 2 people behind the counter were so sweet. I'm very sleep deprived and just downloaded the app for the coffee deal today and didn't realize I had to set up a whole account so I was taking forever and was indecisive. Despite this, they were wonderful. They were also very fast and competent. Great customer service.
I swing by here almost every day to buy coffee & donuts for my staff. Sergio is the employee here at Dunkin who always welcomes me in and takes my order. I wanted to write this review for management and hopefully you read it. My experience with Sergio S. Has been amazing, he is such a professional young man and very attentive. He is manager material, I see the skills in him of a great and fair leader. Promote this man!
I stopped in on my way to have my car serviced at Toyota. I've never been to DD before. I was really pleasantly surprised. The iced coffee was delicious. The donut was fresh. What really stood out was the customer service. The gentleman was polite and friendly. I will definitely go back soon.
Laisa and Noor were absolutely lovely! And I did do a survey giving them all the credit they deserve, but I wanted to get on here and make sure that they get a shout out here as well! Customer service is such a hard thing to do, and then in this day and age there isn't a very high bar. So when I see people go above and beyond to be kind and do a good job I just want to make sure that they know it's seen and appreciated. You are a lovely staff and I hope that you have a wonderful week and that your managers realize how great you both are!
Eric J is the nicest worker and I had the best service please raise him he is the best. From now on I’m always coming here and I will hope to see him every time!
I love the coffee here. The line is really fast. The staff is very friendly! I love that their is an app and I can accumulate points, and get free drinks as well. I'm not big on the donuts but my kids love them. They have items for the whole family. Including your puppies if you bring them. which I do and now my boxers even get excited when we get in line.
Went this Thursday 4/20/23 and it was great! The Carmel Chocolate cold brew looked as advertised and was just what I was looking for. I’ve been there 4 times in the past week and the donuts, soft breakfast tacos, croissants and coffees are all great! Paris was working and as all of the employees, she was great, very helpful and she has a great smile!! My wife and I just started going there last week (due to the Dunkin commercials) and just like the other coffee shops, they were very willing to accommodate adding and subtracting to their coffees. I asked for less ice and extra foam and my Carmel Chocolate cold brew was just what I wanted! Great place to have breakfast, lunch or for just a coffee break!

Can’t say thank you enough to this place and the staff. We just stopped for some coffees and a few donuts. However a fate would have it one of the coffee fell all over the table. The first concern was if my son was okay? We were very lucky no coffee got him. The staff didn’t even blink in helping us clean up, making us new coffees, and replacing our donuts. This place is amazing and the staff deserve a huge shout-out! We appreciate all that you did for our family today.

Customer service was great (cashier was very sweet) but the donuts seemed like they were half a day old. This goes to show you that the best times to pick up donuts are earlier in the mornings. I would go back but earlier in the morning.
The drinks and donuts were good (though I’m not a fan of donuts, my family likes them). I got the Charli and tried it for the first time because I heard it’s pretty good, and it was! But after like 2 sips the taste went out and I had to move the straw around. It was really good though and it went with my breakfast. I’d give the drink around a 7/10. Pretty good experience overall.
Love the coffee.... 7/26/25 update if your ordering on the app with 15+minutes to put your order together, would think it would be ready when you get there. Iced matcha seemed less "grassy" than normal. They were also out of the donut I pre-ordered.

I've waited 30 years for Dunkin Donuts to come to California they had a few pop-up shops but they weren't the same now they got the full store where they bake them there my favorite is the Boston cream filled chocolate ones and the powdered ones with the chocolate frosting inside any chocolate one really LOL and it's right down the street oh Lord help me I ate a whole dozen
I stopped by to grab a snack, treat and beverage and had the honor of being helped by Eric. I was completely blown away by his kindness and level of customer service. It was seen, appreciated and made a positive impact on my day. Emiliano was the manager at the time as well and I appreciate him and his team as well.
I actually prefer driving to this Dunkin today 09/01 at 10:30 am. I didn’t catch the lady who was able to grab my food and my drink right away because i accidentally sent it at the drive thru, but she was great. I used to work at Starbucks for 5 years, so i know how mean customers can get. Keep up the good work 👍🏻
I wish I could give this place 5 stars because typically they do an amazing job. Especially when I come in right around 5am. But just recently, on a large order, I received hot water instead of coffee. I think the employee accidentally got my order mixed up with someone else's but I didn't get what I paid for. More often than not, they are great and get everything correct. But I cannot give them a 5 star rating.
Update: I stopped in a second time for an original brand coffee and found it was the same great flavor as times past. Perhaps the coffee from my previous visit was just an isolated incident. ————————————- I haven’t been to a Dunkin’ Donuts in over 10 years but I remember their coffee was really good. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the original brand coffee I ordered today as it seemed diluted and quite simply it tasted bland. I also ordered a sour cream donut and pumpkin donut - both tasted delicious. Facility is new and well kept. Employees are cheerful and friendly.

Surprisingly good for a "fast food" donut and coffee shop! We've gotten the breakfast sandwiches and a few different donuts. The blueberry donut holes are PHENOMENAL!!! The sausage breakfast sandwich however... tastes like chemicals. Might want to look into that.
Fast & great food. Their coffee is pretty good! Kinda pricey, reminds me of starbucks. Love the selections though. The seating outside is awesome & usually really clean all the time. Location is alright, traffic gets jammed at times but so does starbucks & everywhere else in Ramona.
Good coffee & donuts but SO slow. They handed us the coffee and we had to wait an extra few minutes for the 2 donuts we ordered. Why didn't they just bag the donuts up while making the coffee? this happened twice now, and the first time they forgot our donuts completely and we had to remind them.
I love Dunkin Donuts, and seeing one put in near my house is a dream come true. The location, right next to Home Depot, was a very smart move. The first time I went here was at 6:30am, and they were not open. Everything said that they open at 5am, so I'm disappointed that they were an hour and a half late to open. However, this is their first week being open, so I'll wait to see how it goes in the future. The donuts and coffee are amazing! They don't have a huge selection of different donut styles, but they have some pretty cool specialty donuts that I think are worth checking out. The coffee is also really good. All in all I really enjoyed my few visits so far. I found that if you go later at night (9:30pm is when I went) they are low on or out of many types of donuts. I will continue to go, and I believe that things will smooth out as they get fully settled in.

They were fairly decent. The co-workers are very nice. One of them even messed up my order. But when I went back inside to correct it, they were so kind and so easy going about it.And they even gave me an extra such excellent service, five out of five
I had a really bad experience with the manager Nico. She’s rude, super bad customer service skills, he can barely speak English and her personal hygiene terrible. I wasn’t happy with my order and she was trying to fight me instead of replacing it. Please put more qualified people. 5 stars to Sarah who was very kind amd sweet and replaced my order immediately, and actually put effort on it.
Good donuts, muffins, and coffee. They have breakfast bowl too now. The cold brew is on special for $2 from 2-6pm. They have good variety of sweeteners, but it's so sweet so make sure you let them know how sweet you want it. I added a shot of espresso (from Starbucks) on mine to make them not too sweet. Dunkin Donuts coffee is pretty good and the price is just right.
We frequent this location often and generally enjoy our experience. This afternoon staff stated that the ovens were not on due to staffing (only 2 working) and they were open for another 5 hours. They were polite about it but I don't believe a business that has that much time open should be shutting down capabilities and a large part of their menu especially when we were the only customers there. I can't imagine it would've taken that long to turn on the oven for a few items when there were no other cars in the drive thru or in the store
Great one of a kind doughnuts (recommend the cinnamon apple) and great coffee drinks. Location is a bit hard to get to if East bound but the staff is amazing and helpful. The only other criticism I would give is no way to identify what doughnuts are what with out asking the super busy staff, they need a sign.
Feb 2023 - last three visits they got my order wrong & had to redo them. Drinks still great! Dec 2022 update- back to mask wearing. Very good. Altho for some reason everyone in parkas... Found their unsweetened flavors cut the calories nicely - losing weight. ///// Love the drinks & donuts. However, with COVID-19 service worker law has changed! THEY DON'T FOLLOW THE LAW! Server did her thing with bare hands- I asked her if she knew the law & she said they go beyond- with each transaction she changes her gloves... when I why not now she didn't respond & did the entire transaction bare handed. Said after she would put gloves back on 'soon!' THIS is a problem- what OTHER health violations are going on inside???
The food was good and so was the coffee. The service was not so great. The woman at the donut counter acted like she didn't want to be there and seemed annoyed to help customers. The tables could have used some cleaning. The store is new (recently built). I love dunkin' as a rule but the service here turned me off.
Dunkin is the best, love the chain and the food. This location seems to always have staff that has no idea what's happening. I placed an online order last week, 2 donuts and 1 frozen chocolate. The drive-through was closed, went to the pickup area, my bag had one donut. I had to ask them why, it seems they didn't have that type of donut but instead of asking me they just gave me the one. They had no idea about the frozen chocolate. Today, I went to the counter, ordered 1 maple pecan donut, munchkins, and 1 frozen chocolate. I wasn't thinking and paid $11 (my bad). I had been charged for 5 donuts, told the cashier and without apologizing, she told the manager (?) I wanted to get $5 back. No, I wanted good customer service. The manager asked me what the problem was and promptly refunded me (thank you manager!). I know they're super busy and not paid much but all they need to do is be nice and we'll be more patient and understanding as customers.
We like doughnuts but not if has to be at this location the staff seemed like they didn't want to be there and we had to ask if any of the 3 standing there would take our order no one greeted us and they didn't have most of the selection .. I had a coupon for buy one dozen and get another for free the young lady helping me gave me all kind of attitude etc cause I had a coupon... never again
I like Dunkin' Donuts, Doughnut's much better than I like their service. I've been to this location several times. Each time, not only has service been super slow but they don't even apologize or make it up with something. There doughnuts are definitely tasty and soft. They need to better streamline service when people dine in or walk in for to purchase a to go order.
Hi, the food and drinks were refreshing and tasty. The service could be a little bit more helpful and upselling.
Service was extremely slow. 2 cars in drive through in front of me and it took 15 minutes to get through. I ordered 1 dozen assorted donut minis. The person who took my order even confirmed, assorted. I got 1 dozen plain glazed. At least they all tasted good.
I have gotten dunkin many times before and the coffee tasted great, but it has gone down a bit. I don't know if they are trained to make the coffee properly, but it always tasted like they burn the espresso. I like strong coffee and can tell the difference. I feel like such an annoying and rude person when I complain, but I am kind of over it. The people aren't mean or anything and just do what they can in the situation, but it would be nice to get more good drinks than bad.
Customer service is everything but this location had Zero . They didn't call me when the order was ready. They just placed my order on the counter, and after I left there was no "thank you" or " have a good day" I know it's a small detail but makes all the difference Never coming back. 👎
I was looking forward having a nice fresh donut with my morning coffee today Friday 12/28/2018. The location is out of my drive to work, when I got there they didn’t have any donuts except for some old chocolate donuts. Sooo disappointed, I hope they realized they sell donuts and should have a fresh selection of donuts in the morning. I hope they read my review and take it as a way to improve and get better.
Update 9/8/24: Every other visit, they mess something up and I haven't come across another helpful employee like I did when I first left my review last year. Disappointing. Won't be spending my money here again until they improve. Original review, October '23: Cons: Ordered through the drive through. The donut tasted old. We were there in the late afternoon, but that hasn't been an issue anywhere else. They made my drink incorrectly - I asked for the Chai pumpkin Iced, but they either added espresso to it, or made me a pumpkin Iced coffee. Pros: Went inside to have it fixed. The girl at the front counter was especially helpful!! I wish I had cash on me so I could have tipped her. She remade my drink for me twice! The first remake was way too sweet for me, so she had no problem remaking it with 1 less pump of the pumpkin and 1 less of the Chai. I also asked her to drop it in a larger cup so I could have extra ice. It was then perfect. She was busy but also very fast! Thank you, to whomever it was on Monday 10/30/23 in the afternoon/evening! We will be coming back as the customer service was very polite and helpful.
Donuts were cold and not much of a selection. 15 bucks for cold and donuts what a rip off. Went around 8:30 am this morning employees were nice and friendly but who ever runs this place needs to be replaced. Keep the donuts warm and fresh is the key to success.
My order has been wrong twice in a row, and I’ve had to request for it to be fixed each time. During one of these instances, I overheard a guy working in the back complaining and blaming me for the mistake. The shift lead told him that he would be missing part of his paycheck—she mentioned “seven something”—but whatever the price of the sandwich was, he was talking trash about it. The music in the background was loud, but I could still hear him talking about me, a customer, complaining about the order. One time, I hadn’t even left the restaurant yet, and I overheard him talking about me — that’s how I knew what was being said. The food is good and decent, and I love their donuts—they’re always perfect, which is why I keep coming back. However, I will now make sure to check my food every time before I leave because my orders have been wrong twice in a row. Additionally, I heard him mention that I was the one who messed up the order, and I caught him referring to someone named E—possibly a college kid whose name starts with E.
Instead of saying Hello when I just walked in the lady working behind the counter had a rude tone right away. She first ask if I had an online order, when I said No she processed to ask, Are you going to order something? I had to walk out since she seems to be having a bad day. I don't understand the attitude and lack of respect towards a customer. Don't waste your time here if you can go to another location. No surprise if their staff or some random online person attacks me on here.
We did a mobile order, pulled up to the window and the representative started bad mouthing dunkin, saying McDonald's is better. We told him we love dunkins deals. He gave us our order and we proceeded to leave. We realized he forgot to give us our lemon strawberry loaf. We went back and I went in to ask for the loaf. I went up to the counter and was completely ignored. I finally was able to get someone's attention. I told the worker they didn't give me my lemon strawberry loaf. She handed me a lemon strawberry loaf and to my surprise it was ice cold. Side note, their hasbrowns always taste nasty like they have not changed the oil in the fryer in a while.
I told them I wanted to redeem my points and they still charged me for the order. I don’t know if they were just dumb but I was explaining to them that you charged me instead of redeeming my points and they still didn’t understand. I really liked this location but not after this….really disappointed
The doughnuts are always good and I've been in a lot. But this time the girl the took my order, she talked- like-this-man real slow. I asked for a peppermint mocha iced coffee and just got a mocha ice coffee. Plus a regular coffee, the kid poured the coffee but didn't give it to us at the same time. Instead he was talking to some customer. The boy was nice. But come on specially when there is a line. And on top of all this I bought a card online to spend on all my stuff.
The freaking drive thru is not a drive thru.. You drive.. stay there for an hour.. than you go thru. I’m sick of being late to work because 4-5 cars in front of me means 45mins to an hour wait. Idk why it’s so slow tbh and I’m switching breakfast places because I’m tired of the drive thru not being priority as well as whenever you confront the employees about the wait time they say “ we don’t care if you are late to work maybe time manage correctly next time “ made me super furious and annoyed I couldn’t imagine at a customer service facility you don’t get treated with respect.
Service is sooo slow, I place orders online and still have to wait such a long time. Staff are on their phones and have their music playing can’t even hear your name when screamed. No one greets you not even a smile. Went through the drive thru and I asked if I could add a doughnut and the lady said no when I have added things at the window before.be prepared to wait aproxx 15-20 mins at the drive thru.
My complaints are not of the store or the employees that were working, as the store was clean and employee that helped us was nice. But it is more of pricing. For a dozen donuts it is almost $20. Hot chocolate smallest size they have was about $3.50. I wanted to try the maple bacon snack strips. It was 8 strips for $3.50, sounds good 👍 I didn't expect big strips of bacon but what I got was a couple half strips and then bacon crumbles. And there was a slight taste of maple syrup but it wasn't enough. I was expecting a way more sweet and salty combo. I was bummed. Overall I was unimpressed after leaving when I was so excited for breakfast this morning
Customer service is consistently terrible. Waited over 15 minutes for 2 donuts, 1 order of donut holes, a coffee, 2 bagels. We were the first ones in line at quarter to 6am. Donuts were stale and somewhat hard, donut holes were frozen, glaze came off on the bag making a gross mess, employees always looking as though they have no clue what is going on. Employee who took our order waited 5 minutes before making my coffee - she was staring at a book on the counter. Maybe it was the recipe but another guy ended up making my drink. It's just syrup, coffee, cream. I gave this place 3 chances.. .. but never again. It has disappointed every time. Bummer.
The employee was rude and did not listen to the order when placed. Made a rude comment to me making me the one to blame for his incompetence. Better training for this person is needed before more customers go to places that truly appreciate their customers.
Bought two Boston cream donuts at 10 am and they were truly the worst donuts I have ever had. Approaching inedible. Perhaps for the first time in my life I didn’t finish a donut. And tossed the second one. It was so stale / dry it could have been from the prior day.
Shop is opened until 8:00pm. Dining area staff told us to order using the drive thru, no other customer waiting, and because I was not driving, service was denied. As we all are making our efforts to help with the economy recovery, some people are still using the "we are short on staff" as an excuse to hide their awful customer service skills. Shop owner/regional manager should be aware of this.
The girl with red hair had horrible customer service! She didn’t greet, nor acknowledge me. I was waiting by the drive thru door to pay for my order and she took forever to open the window, and when she did she seemed bothered that I took a while to put my change and receipt in my purse. I got 2 of the same coffees and they both tasted completely different. SHE DIDNT EVEN SAY GOODBYE I didn’t even know if I was done or not. She literally just turned her back on us. I manage customer service reps and this wouldn’t be acceptable! They need to teach their representatives good customer service.
One star. Worst dunkin I've ever ordered from in my life. I tried to call the restaurant and the employee hung on me halfway through our conversation. Then I called back to talk to a manager and the manager was absolutely a nightmare. Extremely rude, didn't care about how she treated me or the annoyed tone of voice the woman had when talking to me. It was very disrespectful and I will never order from this establishment again. The worst customer service I've ever experienced in such a long time.

Dunkin is awful. It's not the employees fault, it's the company's fault. It's like trying to order food but it's in an auction house, you gotta be quick. There were tons of orders for delivery but nobody was picking them up...so back onto the shelves with them. How many times have the products been cycled? At least once because I saw it. All of the coffee fixings were tapped out. It was a good value for what we paid either. The coffee didn't taste good and the donuts were using the full power of beige. Never again. No thanks. Not even with a coupon.

My boyfriend and I go to this DD every other Sunday. Today, a man brought in donuts from outside that he received through the drive thru & asked for replacement donuts. One of the workers took the same donuts & returned them to the tray for resale. I told her that she JUST put them back after he handled them & she justified it by saying, “oh. He didn’t want them.” Who knows who touched them. I mentioned it to her coworker, who confirmed that THAT wasn’t protocol. But the other woman just stared and glared at me for calling her out.
New review 4: Do yall EVER HAVE DONUTS??? This place is such a disappointment and waste of time. Finally got a Dunkin in San Diego and they’re always out of everything. When we go there and ya don’t have what we want, you lose the whole sale (sandwiches, drinks, etc). New review 3: What is UP with this Dunkin?? The owner must be incompetent. I hope they were paying that employee for doing many people’s jobs but we all know they weren’t. New review: 2 days ago they didn’t have any hot food, we ordered hot cocoa and “the machine was being cleaned.” Today there was ONE person working and they were out of nearly everything but selling things they were out of and making people pick from the sad selection they had bc they were out of what they wanted. Weeks ago: Out of everything. Months ago: Out of everything.
We called right now 8/16/24 at 9:47 am checking on our order and usually we ask them to add extra shots/ scoops on our order because DoorDash doesn’t give us the option to do so on group orders. Whoever answered the phone was clearly having a bad day, we were talking to her and all of a sudden she hung up. Because we called her on our office phone we have the whole conversation recorded for if a DD manager wants to hear it. I called again and our doctor spoke with her, she continued on being rude and denied that she hung up the phone. Not professional at all. I usually leave you guys good reviews on DoorDash, but honestly, I’m very shocked.
They were out of almost all donuts... out of milk... couldn't do frozen Coffees... Super stoked I drove out of my way 😅.. Also loved the sass when I asked one time if they had a certain donut and she said " we have the donuts I listed " I can't remember the donuts you just listed off once... Then they DIDNT have change we almost had to leave with nothing...
Stuffed cream cheese bagel barely has barely any cream cheese in it. They gave me multiple things wrong. If you don't have it just communicate that to me and we can figure out a replacement, do not just decide the replacement for me. Bread wasn't toasted even though toasting was requested.
So disappointed!!! I ordered 2 dozen donuts for an event I’m having early tomorrow morning and they only delivered 1!! And now they won’t pick up the phone because they close soon. Now I’m stuck waking up extra early to try to find donuts elsewhere! What a waste of time and money!!!!!
My mom and I passed by the drive thru and ordered half a dozen donuts. 2 of them I asked for sprinkled strawberry (for the kids). First off the greeting was "what do you want?" Second of all, after paying we noticed we didn't have the 2 sprinkles strawberries, instead they were plain white. So we passed by the drive thru again and mentioned we received the wrong ones. The lady at the drive-through said we would have to pay for another two donuts in which my mom replied; why if it was your mistake? So my mom asked to call the manager over. The manager then said OK give me those two donuts and I'll exchange them for other ones. My mom asked him if he was going to put them back or throw them away and the manager said he would throw them away and my mom asked, are you sure? So he went to go grab the trash can and threw them away in front of us. We then received the correct ones and we went about our day. What bothered me was that they did all this in a rude way and I personally have worked a lot in customer service, enough to know that our responsibility as workers is to make the customer happy even if it meant to give away 2 donuts for free. TWO stinking sprinkled donuts! Very sad Dunkin.. Rant over...
Went to this dunkin like I have every morning for the past 3 mornings. Ordered the bacon and it was all fatty pieces (that's fine its the morning) but at the bottom of the bag was more bacon grease then normal. Okay bacon has grease and maybe the fatty pieces have more grease but they didnt even put in napkins. My son orders the frozen hot chocolate and the last 2 out of the 3 they automatically put whipped cream but this time the lady said that I have to request it and was very rude. 🤔 I dont know how to post a photo with this or I would.
I wanted to buy some donuts and all i got was a super mean, NO DONUTS, we asked politely what else was avialable and the lady again said NO donuts even louder, honestly not coming back, fix your workers
If I could leave a zero star I would, they were ignorant enough to give me a macchiato with no shots of espresso just literally milk and hazelnut syrup like who goes to Dunkin’ just to get a cup of milk obviously it was missing the shots but they just didn’t care and I’m late to work so I had to leave.
How is it that in one minute you don't have one of the seasonal flavors but I come back 2 hours later and you suddenly do.? 9/6/25. Ive been in line at the drive thru for over 45 minutes
Bad bad bad walked here from a dealership down the the road waited in line for 15 minutes and nobody helped the people in line Had to walk out.I was late for an appointment very bad service
I don’t know if it’s the same person making my drinks, but everything taste like a cup of milk. Iced coffee, milk. Iced matcha latte, 100% milk. Won’t be ordering from here again. At least not this location.
WORST dunkin everrrr. Drive thru should NOT take 25 minutes!!
This place SUCKS. And it’s BRAND NEW WITH STALE DONUTS. I went through the drive thru and went ALL THE WAY HOME to find out my donuts were STALE and DISGUSTING . Not even being dramatic . My glazed donut didn’t have GLAZE!? It was an old crusty donut. THEN my chocolate donut with sprinkles BARELY HAD SPRINKLES! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. Drove all the way back over there & got my money back and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone . Christys donut shop in Santee is WORTH THE DRIVE, it’s AUTHENTIC and less commercialized . At least your donuts there are FRESH and there’s way more selection!
9 in the mornings , no Bluberry muffins . Staff stating that they already sold out and not going to have anymore today. At 9 am. Same thing is at 7 pm , they are always out. Please manager take care of this matter, make sure you have full stock. I'm updating my review after a year. Still same situation . No bagles and no muffins 10am in the morning.
Went at 8am. Donut tasted like it was made 2 days ago. Mind as well go to 711. $7 for 1 stale donut and some donut holes. Definitely won't be back.
It would be hard to say that anyone "works" here. And calling what they offer donuts if also a bit of a stretch. I can't imagine a reason to come here on purpose.
Stood in line for 5 mins with one person waiting in front of me and NO ONE came to help. One woman behind the counter said they only had one person working but I could see 3. I came here to get my friend a gift card but had to leave without it because the wait time was too long and I was on my lunch break. You guys need to hire more people or come up with a better system.
I've been here twice while working on a project nearby. The first time I was in the store I stood there for about 3-4 minutes before being greeted or asked if I could be helped and I was the only one in line! The second time I was in the store I ordered two donuts and a midnight hot coffee. When I received my coffee I asked the lady if it was the midnight, she replied no it isn't. I mentioned that I had ordered midnight and the guy taking my order had even repeated the order back to me. She then said, well that's not what he entered...she stood there and looked at me quietly like to say oh well this is what you get. Needless to say I will not be returning to this store or recommending.
The most horrible experience I've ever had, upset about the barista's service and ending up with burnt coffee because he didn't close the lid properly! My Pumkin coffee tastes awful, and with such an unpleasant taste that I can't drink it
I was working and speaking calmly on speakerphone, not disturbing anyone, when an employee (apparently the manager) asked me to lower the volume. His attitude was rude and discriminatory, as if he didn’t know how to treat a paying customer with respect. On top of that, the coffee I received was poorly served, with much less than the standard amount. I felt judged and mistreated. I do not recommend this location: the entire staff urgently needs training in customer service and cultural sensitivity. Racism has no place in any business.
Never thought I’d see the day a Dunkin’ staff refuses to give kids an extra cup of water. The service at this Dunkin’ was horrible. This happened yesterday afternoon 08/24 around 4:30ish. A lady with two young boys asked for an extra cup of water, and the manager on duty refused, saying “only one water per purchase.” I stepped in and explained that I had made two purchases and asked if she could please give the boy an extra cup of water. She then changed it to “one water per family.” When I asked to speak to the manager, she told me the manager wasn’t there, yet she identified herself as the manager. She ended up charging the Mom 20 cents for the extra cup of “TAP WATER” with ice!!! I’ve been a longtime customer, and have been to many Dunkin’ locations and never experienced something like this. Refusing to give a child an extra cup of water and then charging for it is petty, unreasonable and unkind. Dunkin’ needs to address this behavior and clarify its policies so customers aren’t treated this way again. Absolutely unprofessional.
It's absolutely no sense that when you place your order online you still have to wait 15 minutes for your order. I sat in the Drive-Thru for over 12 minutes for an order that I placed online. I was late to work because of it and no one cared she just shut the window on me like it didn't matter that my time and everybody's in their moving like a slow robot like they don't have to finish anyone's order I asked to cancel my order and she shut the window on me
Coffee is good. Munchkins are good and everyone is friendly. Today was the second time I’ve gone there and they got our order wrong and completely forgot to give me an item even though I confirmed with them when they handed it to me that it was in the bag. I would have driven back after I looked again in the bag and realized the frosting was too soft and most of it had rubbed off onto the bag, but it had already taken a while and I was over it. I ended up throwing the doughnuts away because the filling tasted off. I’ve been to dunkin all over the country (I used to live on the east coast). I’ve never had an experience like this at other locations.
