I bought the family pack, which includes extra pieces, as it was a Wednesday promotion. The chicken was awful—dry, tasteless, and only had legs and thighs. They should clarify this from the beginning, and all for $550! A total rip-off. I only returned it if I lived far away; I wouldn't recommend it.

This is awful. The tables are filthy, the bathrooms are overflowing with trash, they take your order and then after you pay they tell you they don't have what you ordered, they try to give you what they want. Honestly, it's the dirtiest KFC I've ever seen. If they don't care how the branch looks, imagine what their kitchen must be like.

Terrible service. We ordered a mega box of 3 strips, and they looked boneless, not tender. We also ordered a mega combo of the secret recipe burger, and they added a small piece of chicken and no toppings. Last time we shopped at this establishment.

Terrible service from the checkout girl! I went at 8 pm and she told me she was completely out of burgers! Crunchy chicken, she was incredibly rude! If she doesn't like her job, don't work there! I work in customer service too, and I would never treat her like that! Terrible experience!

They send incorrect orders. I ordered a 6-piece bucket and they sent me strips with horrible sauce.

They give you everything, napkins, cutlery, and I don't know if they're competing with McDonald's to see which burgers are the smallest... Because they give you smaller portions in the combos, it's not worth the price.

I ordered the Big Krunch combo (the only option for sale), 1 biscuit. Very bad customer service. You explain your order and they interrupt you. You ask for extras and they give you what they want 😤 on several occasions.

It used to be one of my favorite meals, but the chicken has dropped significantly in quality more than three times. They didn't even give me what I ordered, and they also charged me extra for it being secret. They didn't even give me a single piece of secret meat. They gave me two mashed potatoes instead of a salad. The chicken looked like it was from yesterday; they gave me more breast than anything. Its appearance isn't the same anymore. I'll never go back.

This place has become a mess. They never have any other kind of cutlets other than "Cruji." When you order them, they tell you it will take a long time, and KFC came up with the BIGGEST idiocy: they removed the BBQ cutlets. It used to be a good place, but now it's a dump.
