I was greeted with a "cheery good morning" upon entry ❣️ I got the recommend "Elginite"/ oat milk not too sweet. It smells delicious 😋 this was before the sip❣️ it's perfect love the flavor 😋 This place is a whole vibe and is definitely my idea of a perfect coffee shop. Nice to meet with friends plenty of nice unique seating. I also got the "Breakfast Sandwich" OMG the sandwich first again with the wonderful smell then the flavor this sandwich literally melts in your mouth 😋😋😋 I LOVE Coffee and I Love food! This place is on point ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10 out of 10 I would recommend ❣️

An absolute gem of a coffee shop located on historic Main St in Downtown Elgin. Great selection of coffee & tea, plus small bites & pastries. Nikki is my favorite barista here - She is SO kind and welcoming! The atmosphere is cozy with plants and eclectic decor, plus different seating options. There are a few tables and outlets to get some work done. If you've never visited this coffee shop before, I highly recommend stopping by. It just might become your new favorite caffeine fix and hangout spot! ♡

Absolutely love this cozy little coffee shop! From the moment you walk in, the warm atmosphere and inviting decor make you feel right at home. The baristas are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to recommend the perfect brew or pastry. The coffee itself is top-notch—rich, flavorful, and expertly crafted. I especially enjoyed their seasonal blend, which had a delightful hint of spice. The homemade pastries are a must-try; I couldn't resist the flaky croissant, which paired perfectly with my latte. The shop's ambiance is perfect for both work and relaxation, with comfortable seating and soft background music. It’s a fantastic spot to unwind or catch up with friends. I can't recommend this gem enough—definitely a hidden treasure in the neighborhood!

UPDATE: I went back today and the coffee temperature was PERFECT! Super nice people! The coffee was good (it could have been a little hotter) and the blueberry muffin was AMAZING. The people were really nice and helpful. I'll definitely have to stop by again when I'm back in town. I do want to add that the chairs were dreadful for a guy with a bad back.

The inside is nice and cozy, and the owner and the new trainee are very cool. Tried the pumpkin spice muffin and the iced chai tea latte, loved them both and will definitely be back to try some more things!

Great Atmosphere. Very cozy. Never had to wait very long for my iced vanilla late. They are very accommodating. Unlike many places in Elgin this place has been open every time I have gone to it. Prices are normal. Can’t see why anyone would give this place a bad rating. As a matter of fact I was surprised I saw one. Get your drink and go thrift and antique shopping next door.

The 16 ounce size has two shots of espresso. My eggnog latte definitely tasted like eggnog. However, the butter pecan latte- called the Elginite - had no flavor of butter pecan whatsoever. It was like a bitter fudge slurry at the bottom. The coffee part of the drink looked like nitro or cold brewed coffee already premade that was just added in. So glad to support local business., though.

The baristas were friendly, but my experience with the owner wasn’t great—she seemed short-tempered and not very welcoming. The café could also use some cleaning and air conditioning since it gets quite warm inside. Pastries are from H-E-B (I saw you pull them out of the plastic box 😭) Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return. I’m all for supporting local businesses especially in my sweet small town. But at least try to be original. Also they don’t give the baristas the tips that you give them lmao.
