I love this pizza…cheesy and at a good price. Owner is super friendly. Pasta is delicious. Garlic bread is super tasty.

I didn't give this place a five percent chance of survival when it first opened. With a population of 15k, this town has a glut of fast food places. Being close to home, I decided to stop for a sandwich and ordered their Philly cheese steak . Holy cow, it was wonderful. I spent enough time on the east coast to know what one is supposed to taste like. They nailed it. From their pasta to Stromboli, these folks deliver the real deal every time. It's small, unassuming and not easily noticeable from the street, but if you get the opportunity to stop in, it will be well worth your time.

I drive over an hour and a half every saturday for this hidden gem. Hands down the best new york style pizza in Texas. Its rare to find a place that has such good food, but is rarely busy. Everytime i go in, there is no line, very friendly staff and prompt service. The crust on their pizza is just simply perfect.👌

Love their lasagna I get the kids portions because it's such a rich dish. It's perfect for those cold rainy days or really even those hot summer days. Same with their pizza by the slice. The cheese pizza is unbelievably good, feels like we have a piece of New York here in Taylor it's great.

Love there pizza it has a nice crunch when you bite into it. No soggy pizza. I like that they sell different combo meals especially if it's only you eating or you want to grab a quick lunch. If your looking to try good pizza check it out.

Located in Taylor Texas, it's perhaps a bit out of the way... Put this eatery on your destination list. I've eaten most of their menu - everything has been delicious! I particularly like their Hawaiian pizza. Their supreme is also delicious. Their pizza sauce is one of the best I've ever eaten. Spinach rolls - ummm! A friend really likes their cheese pizza. It's worth going out of your way to enjoy the food here.

We order here quite a lot, they have added door dash for delivery which makes it was more convenient. You can dine in, take out or order for delivery. It is some of the best pizza I have had since I move to Texas. They offer pasta and other stuff too.

The lady that took our order had the prettiest accept. My husband and I wondered from where? Ok on to the review, I gave this place 5 starts on all 3 catagories, good, service and atmosphere. I love veggies on my pizza and husband will get ever meat they offer. They had no problem making us 1/2 meat and 1/2 supreme. It was huge and delicious. And huge.

Possibly the best pizza in Texas. I haven’t found anything better. The taste is outstanding. Try the pasta if you get a chance as well as the garlic knots. Definitely worth stopping in for a slice to go or sit down and hang out.

My friend made a split second decision to stop here after we got back to Taylor from picking up her daughter at ABIA yesterday morning and finding that our original dining destination in Pflugerville was without power. What a wonderful idea she had! Fresh hot delicious pizza slices, a selection of tasty buns, garlic twists, and cold sodas made an excellent lunch. The staff was friendly and patient with our slow decisions. The prices were quite reasonable too. So glad we got to eat at New York Pizza!!!

My friend and I stopped to eat dinner here on our way home to Austin. We were laughing about stopping to experience small town dining. This is nothing to laugh at as it was very good food. The staff took their time explaining what pizzas and hot rolls were in the glass case. My friend ordered a house salad and a slice of pepperoni pizza, and I ordered a house salad and the Stromboli Supreme. The house salad was substantial, fresh, and filling. The pepperoni pizza slice was large, hot, and way better than the pizza chains. The Stromboli supreme was to die for -filled to the brim with pepperoni, black olives, green pepper, mushrooms, onions, hamburger, and Italian sausage, with a side of marinara sauce for dipping. The service was quick and, as amazing as the food was, was quite inexpensive. We noticed several customers who stopped in to pick up their orders. I will definitely make a point of stopping to eat here when passing through Taylor, Texas.

If you are in Taylor, and want pizza, you HAVE to try this place. The white pizza is amazing and the chicken Alfredo roll is the best I've ever had. I would give 10 stars if I could. YUM!!!

Good food, good prices, good service. We've always had a good experience here in New York Pizza. Texas doesn't always get snow or ice but I know for the last 2 years on the days that we did, New York pizza came through. They seem like the only ones that would stay open during those times and that's a plus!

I've forgotten my lunch many times for work and when I call New York Pizza they are always quick and delicious. There have been a few hiccups where there was miscommunication but the owner is always quick to apologize and provides an alternative or a free desert or drink in those instances. Great service, humble attitude and good food. I highly recommend!

I LOVE their pizza. It's soooo good. The only pasta I've tried is the meat lasagne & it's really good, too but the sauce is a bit thin but tasty. I'd prefer a thicker marinara sauce. The garlic knots could use a little more garlic butter & seasoning but for the most part they're tasty. I'll continue to order my pizza from here in the future.

My husband and I were traveling through Talyor really graving pizza. I found this place on Google placed my order online we got a margarita pizza extra crispy. That pizza was the best pizza we have had in a long time. The employees were friendly and the food was down right fantastic. We will be definitely traveling 35 minutes from home just to get another pizza from this place. 10/10 fantastic!!

Ordered delivery of stuffed Supreme pizza through the Slice app. Didn't realize it had all the toppings. The pepperoni plus mushrooms I ordered as toppings were stuffed with the cheese into the very large crust. This pizza was huge, with one slice filling me up. Taste was very good, so I'd go back and order something smaller

Great, small town pizza joint. We ordered by the slice, cheese was really good. Not a lot of sauce or extra spices, which I love. I want to taste good ingredients, versus spices overwhelming the flavor. The pepperoni and sausage was great as well. Munson had their chicken alfredo and thar sauce was one of the most delicious sauces I've ever had. So creamy and flavorful. They also have pepperoni rolls which were delicious! We'll definitely be back.

I really wish I was in the area more often! This would be the go-to pizza place. But I will say, it is worth the 1.5hr drive just for the pizza, but I would drive 3hrs for the pepperoni roll!! This was the BEST pizza I have had since I left the east coast. Hands down, no comparison from Georgetown to San Antonio.

This place is very good. They have pizza rolls and stromboli as well as a few other things. The cheese they use for their pizza is delicious and their slices are definitely big enough. I'm 6'5'' and 295 so you can trust me on that one.

Best, New York Pizza was Great! It was the right mix of crust and sauce and ingredients. Smallest I could order was a 14 in so I had it for dinner and then I had it for breakfast and then had it for a snack. The restaurant was clean when the staff was very friendly. Recommend.

Without a doubt the best pizza in the area. The other Italian dishes aren’t decent — but it is the pizza that gets us to drive 20 minutes each way 3 times a month. The regular pizza is great, but try the stuffed one as well. It’s like a stuffed crust pizza and a calzone had a baby.

Absolutely love this place, for it being in Taylor Texas it sure feels like a cool hole in the wall NY pizza joint. Amazing pizza, pasta, and personally I love the spinach rolls. Not to mention the incredibly reasonable prices, you can have all you can eat and leftovers for under $10. The garlic knots are literally top of the line.

Pizza is excellent. Can’t say enough about it. Love the sausage. The (I presume) owners running the place are always cheerful and quick to make sure you have what you need. Atmosphere gets a knock, I think it’s just an old converted fast food joint. Nothing special. Always clean.

Stopped in for dinner after my husband bought a new truck in Taylor. What a great find. Everything was so good. My husband got a pepperoni calzone. He said it was the best one he had ever had. I got a bite, and it was pretty awesome. My son and I really liked the cheese pizza, too. We got a chicken Alfredo spinach something, and it was really good, too. Sure wish we lived closer to Taylor. The eating area was a little tight, but that sure won't stop us from going again.

First time trying. Lived in town for two years and finally made my way in tonight. Service was great and quick. Food was fresh and fast. I never leave reviews but this pizza was insanely good so i have to share. This pizza is incredible and that’s saying it lightly.

Best Greek salad ever! Big chunks of feta, garden fresh red pepper, crisp lettuce, juicy olives. Soft buttery garlic knots. Anytime my family wants pizza we go here. The pizza taste good great toppings and cheese and the crust isn't to hard or to thin. The calzones are stuffed with cheese and meats. You can dine in or carry out, the dining area is small but relaxed and quiet to eat at.

We picked up our call in order and had a minor hiccup with our form of payment. The owner was so kind and caring about our situation, we eventually got it solved and went home to enjoy our delicious pizza.

Their baked pasta is like no other you find in Taylor or surrounding areas. The pizza is good, as long as you like New York style (folding pizza). The Las time I went, my only complaint was the marinara that comes with the garlic knots was a little thinner than I would prefer. But the garlic knots are to die for. I believe this place is owed by the real deal new yorkers. Prices are very affordable. Definitely worth a try.

I’m a pizza expert and this place has good pizza. Great crust , great quality cheese. Only thing lacking (on my pizza at least) was sauce. Is there something I don’t know ? Do I need to say extra sauce. There was literally less than a paper thin line of sauce. I think if we get this corrected I can give 5 stars next time. Overall worth the drive from Hutto if they get more sauce on there.

We found ourselves in Taylor around lunchtime and we were hungry! My coworker wanted Golden Chick but I spotted a NY pizza spot that looked like I sold by the slice. I was right and the served up some damn fine slices!! The cheese and sauce were delicious and the dough was the perfect consistency. 4.5 stars! An extra .5 stars if the sauce had been a little heavier and a bit more herbaceous, but nobody's perfect! 😆

Great pizza. Totally different style from the big chains. Nice change of pace if you get tired of the same old same old. Salads are great and the Alfredo is good. Not a fan of the calzones, and I usually request well done crust because it can be a bit doughy. Overall, worth a try.

No complaints at all about the food. Truly some amazing Pizza and my favorite Stromboli. The last star is taken away because of the terrible drive through process. They ask you to pull in front of the restaurant when there is a line which you might need to pull out into the road for.

We’re back at with another review! This time a small family owned pizza joint in Taylor. New York Pizza Pasta is by far the most affordable pizza in the Austin area! You can get an XXL pizza for 13.99! Enough to feed 4 adults. Honestly if google let me give the food a 4.5 rating, I would. The only downside to the pizza is how greasy it is but don’t let that drive you away. The flavor, esthetic, and texture of the pizza really reminds of that New York style pizza. So come on down and have you some! Like always till next time!

For a hole the wall this was a place to get awesome NY pizzas and pasta. I really enjoyed the food. The atmosphere was a bit sketchy, but when you get your food it changes. Recommend to do take out instead of dining in.

First time customer. If sauce isn't your thing, this is the place to eat. I missed the sauce. Ordered a supreme. Lots of meat, veggies & cheese. Really thing more sauce would of made it great. My husband really liked the meatball sandwich. Light sauce on that as well & the meatballs aren't whole. He liked the flavor though.

The staff here is very friendly in a familial sort-of-way. Everything that I've had here is filled with flavor and has me coming back for more. The calzones, spinach rolls, and pizza slices are very generous in portion and are all delicious for their own reasons, though you should order at least one pepperoni roll as a side because those are pretty amazing, and they aren't very big at all. I love pizza, and if I could drive out to Taylor every time I wanted pizza I'd get it from here. It's full of flavor but doesn't make my stomach regret eating it like every other pizza does.

I ordered the chicken parmesan and my husband got the meat stromboli with garlic rolls. Everything was really good, affordable, and the portions fed us for a couple of days! The only small complaint was that there was a bit too much cheese for our taste, but that’s an easy fix—we’ll just ask for less next time. Overall, the best pasta and pizza in Taylor!

Really wanted to give 5 starts. I'll get to that at the end. We weren't expecting much, and we were happily surprised. It's very authentic, in my opinion. Various types of pizza were ready to go for a slice, in addition to other Italian staples. Their Greek salad was good and large enough to share. OK, so now why 4 and not 5 stars. Allegedly, per my GF, the main guy was observed digging for gold nuggets on the job. No clean-up after, straight back to food prep. 😬

We've tried this place a couple of times and their pizza never disappoints, freshly made. We even tried the spaghetti and meatballs and it was delicious, also very generous portions and decent prices, we drive all way from Pflugerville. The only complain is that we've had mixed attitudes from the lady at the front, sometimes she's nice and some other times she seems annoyed by simple request, that's why I'm only giving it 4 stars.

The pizza was a but cardboard, reheated Nd not enough cheese. Tasted reheated frozen. The roll now that was hearty and very tasty. The garlic knots...hut and miss. The lasagna, manicotti, and cannoli again hit and miss. It had a lot of cheese and tasty. Might try again earlier in the day.

My husband almost wouldn't go in because it looked really run down, but with 4.6 stars we decided to brave it. Building is dated, but seemed relatively clean inside. Staff was friendly. Being from New York born n raised...this is NOTHING like New York Pizza or cuisine. Pizza crust was good flavor for being reheated, but my Stromboli was raw dough and both were way over loaded with grease and uncooked fillings and toppings. The tomato sauce had good flavor, but was too watery. I did try the pepperoni and spinach knot, both were greasy and way over cooked. I'd try the cook to order once and bet it would improve my rating a little from a 2 to a 3.5. Could have so much potential.

I WAS going to rate this place 4 stars but then I noticed none of their slices have SAUCE! So that was going to bring my rating for this place to a 3. About a half hour after eating my pizza I noticed a funny after taste and I keep smelling this weird odor. I chewed gum and I rinsed my mouth to see if the smell would go away. My breath is fine and it's not coming from my clothes or anything. I can't tell if it's coming from my pores or what but it's really annoying and I had to go to a client's house after this. I was trying to get rid of this smell so my customer wouldn't think I'm a smelly dude because I'm not! Very embarrassing. I shower, do my laundry and take care of myself. I've witnessed this stench from other pizzerias who use cheap products but it's been a very long time. I wouldn't eat here again for this reason and have to rate them 2 stars. The pizza was decent despite not having any sauce. I wanted a plain slice but noticed the plain slices looked weird and too pale (because they don't have any sauce). They're either using cheap dough or cheap cheese (can't be the sauce since they don't use any), maybe both.

Tried the Mediterranean pizza at New York Pizza Pasta after reading reviews on Google. Placed an online order, and they were spot-on with the timing. However, major letdown – the pizza was too runny, and the saltiness was off the charts. The crust was super soggy at the bottom so all the topping kept falling off. Not sure if it was a one-time thing, but it was so disappointing that we ended up tossing the whole pizza. Disappointed for sure.

do not give them your business. ordered a simple pepperoni with chicken parm and tiramisu, came with complimentary garlic knots. bit into one of the garlic knots and got a mouthful of underseasoned dough, the pizza was overly greasy and had an undeniable foul after taste like dirty sink water. chicken parm tasted as if it had been frozen before being cooked, similar in taste to a banquett meal - not good. tiramisu was okay, attributed to the fact it was outsourced. called to complain and got yelled at. not at all worth the forty dollars paid. disgusting waste of food and money.

Wow.....just horrible. I ordered a stromboli and he took the premade one from the counter, sliced it open and added a handful of the worst quality 'sausage pellets" to the already low quality single slice of ham and pepperoni and the worst mozzarella I have ever had. I will say the dough was actually not bad though. If they would be cleaner and switch to better quality ingredients that would definitely be two steps in the right direction. Until then I wouldn't waste my money on this.

Been here many times since they have opened. We have always been satisfied. But my visit today has changed that. I ordered an 18" pizza and a vegetarian sub with provolone. The sub was the saddest excuse for a sandwich I have ever been served. One thin slice of cheese, no mayo, just the worst. And the pizzas was burnt on the bottom. And to put the nail in the coffin, I got home and looked at my bill and see a 90 cent charge for using my debit card. Huh? Is that even legal? Maybe if I was warned about the additional fee, it would be; but I wasn't. It's too bad that a place that has normally been decent, can do so much wrong in such a short period of time as to anger me so much. Look at my reviews and you will see I am pretty generous in my ratings. But in this case, if I could give less than 1, I most definitely would.

Terrible gross! My pizza was burnt and my husbands pizza was not cooked all the way, it was dripping water from the middle and the dough was not cooked all the way the 6 dollar cheesecake slice was obviously from the store not home made. I could have bought the whole cheesecake for that price at heb. Food is not good. Can’t believe they sent out food like this. Paid a lot of money for food we couldn’t eat. Even the dog wouldn’t eat it.
